This was my first time ever buying a car from a dealership, and the experience was great & better than I would have imagined! I had no idea what I was doing and was very pressed for time as my car had unexpectedly died over the weekend. I found a Nissan I liked at Waltham Auto Gallery on Saturday & owned it by Thursday with the help of Douglas & Daphne! One thing that really stood out to me was the helpfulness that Daphne displayed while finding me an interest rate on a loan. She was able to get me a better rate by 8%-13% than I was able to find while independently searching for loans.My car is running great & I keep getting compliments on how nice it is! I definitely recommend Waltham Auto Gallery, especially for first time-time buyers & people with little to no knowledge of cars ha!!

Daphne and Douglas were absolutely great! They were professional, friendly and definitely not pushy. This is by far the best place there is to shop for a car. There will be no pushing or pressure from this dealership when you are shopping for your next vehicle which will make your shopping experience so very smooth and stress free. This family owned business, ran by two of the friendliest, most pleasant people we have meet. The customer service here is great from the first time you call until the time you sign the paper work and even after. Daphne and Douglas make you feel like family from the start. They have answer every question we have ever had in no other manner than honestly and promptly. Even the mechanic that services the cars here is pleasant. After we purchased our car from Waltham Auto Gallery we have done every servicing that our car (which we have absolutely no complaints about) has needed through Waltham. We live one hour far from this place, but the fact that our questions will be answered promptly makes this drive so worth it. If we have any questions we call and everything will be resolved immediately and for very little money. They always make sure we leave happy and with all matters resolved. Waltham Auto Gallery offers a great selection of vehicles at a very decent price and customer service that is probably worth more than what you are paying for the vehicle you are purchasing here. This is definitely where you want to shop for a car and you can rest assured that you will get so much more than your money's worth. If this offered more than 5 stars, they would still get all of them marked.Thanks to the whole staff at Waltham Auto Gallery, you guys are the best!

I moved my adult daughter to the Boston area over the Labor day weekend and had a couple of days to find her a 4x4 SUV with reasonable miles and in excellent condition. After doing lots of advance research, I had two horrible days visiting dealerships in the area. Cars were either not as advertised or not in great shape or the sale man was not letting me go! I was heading back to CA the next day when I came across (by accident) Douglas and DaphneI at the Waltham Auto Gallery. They had the perfect Acura RDX but what was more important was how they handled the entire transaction from the first meeting to the end. It was a wonderful used car buying experience. Don't let the small parking lot put you off as it nearly did me. No flashing neon lights or ample space to move around just good quality cars and service. Kudos to Douglas and Daphne!!!

My cousin is visiting from China.He was looking for a clean, safe car. We considered several auto dealers and finally went to the Waltham Auto Gallery. I must say that the entire process of working with these folks has been a pleasure. They were friendly and straightforward from our first meeting. We found a vehicle we liked. We would have accepted it as presented, but Waltham Auto Gallery put four brand new tires on the vehicle; the old tires would have passed inspection. I cannot imagine why I would refer anyone to any other car dealer! The car is excellent, too, and I suppose that is the point. (As an aside: Why did I mention that he is visiting from overseas? Because the first place he went, not in Waltham, sold him a Lemon! The inspection station said problems with the car caused a fire hazard. Initially the dealer refused a refund! Were they trying to take advantage of him? Hmmmm.)

I just had the most positive, non stressful car buying experience ever! I would highly recommend Waltham Auto Gallery! I felt nothing short of comfortable the minute I walked in the office. I was able to take the vehicle I was looking at to my mechanic, no hesitation or questions asked. Daphne is awesome and so easy to deal with, she did everything for me all I had to do is sign papers and pick up my truck, it was amazing. I am a single mom if 3 so I don't have a lot of time and she made the process so stress free. Douglas was there to answer any questions about the truck and make sure everything was running smoothly. If you are looking for a good quality used car try them first. They truly are a no pressure dealership..could not have asked for a more positive car buying experience..thanks guys!

My car was PERFECT from the start. Price was right on the bluebook value. Great dealership, great people, great service. (Given others' comments about problems encountered, I'd say Waltham Auto Gallery may be lacking technically BUT they always seem to make up for any such deficiency. In the case of my car, there was no such deficiency.) I would happily recommend them to ANYONE!

Where to start??? After weeks and weeks of searching for our dream vehicle and almost giving up hope we ran into this family owned dealer after dining in a nearby restaurant. We saw the vehicle model that we were looking for in the color we desired. We decided to stop for a "quick" look and were promptly greeted by Daphne. She was great, asked us a few questions and let us roam throughout the lot. Although we saw what we wanted, we couldnt help but walk around the rest of the lot. The selection was great, tons of beautiful cars with low mileage at great prices! What stuck out and really sold us was the hassle free experience. It was family owned and there wasnt the "big name dealership" pressures. Believe me, we have seen the desperation in some of the salesmen in the larger dealerships. One even took our keys and kept us hostage! Not this one, the sales process was very straight forward. The price was very competitive! (We research everything) and the vehicle was in great condition and recently service! After a few days the vehicle was ours thanks to this great gem located in Waltham! Thank you Waltham Auto Gallery! You made buying a vehicle as easy as buying groceries.

What a great dealership (and after shopping around for a while I never thought I would say that about a car dealership!) I echo all the other positive reviews on here. We were very happy customers. So many of the other dealerships we visited were high pressure or unpleasant. Working with Waltham Auto Gallery was a very pleasant experience and we made our car buying decision on wanting to work with them and support their family business. Disclaimer: this is not a paid endorsement and I have not received any incentive to provide a favorable review for this establishment. That said, 5 stars is simply does not fully capture my recent experience with Waltham Auto Gallery. There's nothing 'slick' about this business, in fact, if you sneeze driving down Moody Street you're likely to pass right by. In any event, once you've done your research and have decided on what make, model, year, and price range you're looking for, look at their inventory first. If they have the car for you, this family owned dealership is the ONLY place to buy a used vehicle. Last Thursday I stopped by to take a look at a 2007 Honda Odyssey. Test drive went well, low miles, excellent condition. Wanted to have evaluated by my mechanic who was located a half hour away, they drove it there on the spot. He discovered a few issues that needed to be addressed so I had a conversation with Daphne and expressed my concerns. No discussion, no haggling, done..'we'll take care of it'. They installed all new brakes, and we negotiated 4 new tires with installation and alignment at no extra cost to me. Additionally, one button on the heating panel was stuck and that was looked at too. Next, Daphne arranged all financing at the lowest possible rate, her Mom did all of the running to insurance company and the registry, her brother completed all repairs,and they had the car inspected as well. I did nothing other than sign a few papers and returned Saturday morning to retrieve a car that was ready to drive away. Returning home, and doing my own thorough inspection trying to figure out all the bells and whistles, I discovered the heater button had gotten re stuck and a latch on a rear seat was broken. I called to report these issues and, again.. no discussion, no haggling, come on back we'll take care of you. They really are that good ! I am beyond impressed with Waltham Auto Gallery's dedication to customer satisfaction and their attention to every detail of your purchase from providing the best price on the car you've been searching for to getting it ready and on the road for you. I would highly recommend this business as your first choice. Nothing fancy, but if your looking for good, hard working, professional, fair, and honest people to buy your next used car from, this is your best bet. I bought a used 2007 Infiniti G35X from Waltham Auto Gallery over the summer. It truly is a great car, and I got it for the best price I could find in and around the city of Boston. Great customer service, and the owners are really friendly. When my audio unit recently broke in my car (very common among foreign cars), I called them up and they quickly took action and fixed the car at half the cost any brand name car dealership would charge! (I know, because I took it to Infiniti first and they quoted me a crazy amount of money.) Waltham Auto Gallery was able to fix it perfectly! I was very happy, and they were happy to help. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Came upon this place through the internet. Their price was a good $2k-3k lower than similar cars I had been looking at for a while. I don't love the car buying process but I had done enough research that I knew what they were offering was a legit deal. Daphne couldn't have been easier to work with. Ended up agreeing to buy a car but had a small issue with the tires once my mechanic looked at it. Daphne didn't push back and took $200 off of an already good deal. I'd imagine I'll be back in a few years when my other car needs to be replaced.

I couldn't be happier with both my experience and purchase with Waltham Auto Gallery. I stopped by after seeing a 2009 Honda Civic online. About 2 weeks ago I purchased a 2008 Acura RDX and I have to say I could not be any happier! I researched a lot before buying a car and definitely came to the right place! Just recently purchased a 2005 toyota highlander. It had just gotten put up on the site that night and i was there to meet them first thing in the morning. Very competitive pricing but what was even more enticing was the overwhelming positive reviews this dealership has. My wife and I had our share of bad experiences so this was a plus to us. When we got there to check the car our is was super clean overall. they have really good contacts with getting you approved and i got a great deal and interest rate. but it doesn't end there. i am the type of driver that is a stickler when it comes to cars..if even the smallest thing goes wrong or is out of place it completely turns me off on it. Their service is second to none and i even asked them to do somethings that weren't any fault of there own and they took care of it for free even after i offered to help with some cost. Daphne and Douglas are a great team. at the rate in which my wife and I trade in cars I am almost looking forward to the next purchase we make from them. It is so rare to see such compassion and push for a great customer experience..they get it..and there mechanics are extremely knowledgeable as well..do not hesitate to buy from them as we wont in the future...kudos from one happy family..

Waltham Auto Gallery was by far one of the best second hand deals I have been able to fined in and around the Waltham Newton area. I was a first time car buyer and overall I had a great experience. They were very nice, family owned, really willing to help give me the best of everything. Did not hold back any information that normal places would try to keep to them selves. Definitely will go back and will refer to others, my parents are actually going to go there to buy a new vehicle as well cause they offer very clean and good cars at prices that are very reasonable, they also offer a great warranties that is not the have too, by the state and they helped me get the best rate and price I could possibly imagine where everybody else wouldn't. Five stars is not enough would give more will be doing business with them for a long time....

Waltham Auto Gallery is an excellent, no pressure, high-quality small dealership. Daphne and her brother Doug are awesome, likable people! (Not your typical car salespeople.)They will NOT turn you off. We too had a verbal agreement with another dealership fairly close by, but when we discovered we were lied to by this sales person, walked away. Luckily, I had briefly spoken with Daphne earlier that day. Although it was late in the evening, we took a ride to Waltham Auto Gallery and there it was, just as Daphne described it. I called and left her a message that night saying that we would purchase the car the next day... And we did! We had one small glitch, but Daphne and Doug made good on it without ANY hesitation. This dealership may be small on the outside but they definitely have a very nice selection of quality pre-owned cars not to mention Daphne was more than accommodating from my initial inquiry through my purchase and after when I needed to receive new tires. I needed a car ASAP,filled out a credit application probably an hour before they had opened 20 mins after their open time Daphne had given me a call and was very receptive to my situation she had provided me with the information I needed in order to move forward. Came in test drove purchased that day everything was ready to go so I didn't need to wait around just signed the papers and walked out. Upon my inspection I did need new tires mentioned this to Daphne and she resolved the issue right away they paid for 4 brand new tires and I did not need a penny out of pocket. I highly recommend this dealership!!

I find out about Waltham auto gallery by accident. I wanted to buy a car and was just passing and I chose to give them a trial. I already had verbal agreement with another dealer but I have to change my mind and buy my Toyota Highlander from them. Daphne was incredibly friendly and helpful. Doug was so fun and honest. Even though I was pre-approved Daphne got me a better deal from my bank than I initially negotiated. I got the car at unbeatable price and also got 3 month warranty. It can't be better than that. I first found waltham auto gallery abkut 5 years ago when I bought my first car from them. Both Daphne and Douglas were really great people. They have me a resale good deal on a 2004 Honda that I got from them. The car was in perfect condition and they were both really honest with me about the car. No only did we get along great but built and friendship as well. I recently went back to them because I simply wanted another cars. My Honda was still good but I just wanted a newer car. Douglas gave me a good price for my Honda and I traded it in for a 2011 at a good price. They got me the best intrest rate and daphne is amazing at gettig you what you want. I highly recommend this pace if you are looking to buy a car.

It was a great experience. They were very nice and helpful. This was our first car we bought, and we were very picky and cautious. Daphne and the car salesman was very patient, explained the process to us, and was honest and upfront about the condition of the car. Entire staff pleasent and professional went above and beyond to make things happen will definately refer family/friends to them..Daphane is great and will put you in a low mileage car and treat you like a person and not a $$.. I recently purchased a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder from Waltham Auto Gallery, I can not say enough good things about the experience. Douglas was great. He was upfront about the work he had done to get it ready to sell - even showed me the receipts to prove the work was actually performed (even though I could tell it was) the vehicle is in GREAT condition. He was very nice to talk to- no pressure at all. Even left me alone for 20min with the vehicle my first time there to look it over alone at my pace. He had the vehicle all ready and warmed up when I returned with the family to test drive it. There was an issue with the door switch for the rear windows, Douglas said he would get a replacement, I offered to have him send it to me and I would put it in. 2 weeks later it showed up at my house just like he promised. Daphne was wonderful. Very helpful and handled everything for me including setting up my financing and getting me the best rate. I have had the vehicle for 1 month mow and it has been perfect with no issues at all. - I would rate the experience A+++++ I will definitely purchase another vehicle form them again in the future.....

I have to say that my experience from the start was very refreshing. I have been looking for a replacement auto for a few weeks and had visited several dealers. My boyfriend had seen the auto I purchased in an add and my dad was the first to see the auto at your lot. He looked it over and took a test drive. He called me immediately and said that this was the car for me and that we should come back to look at it quickly. We came back the next day so I could look at it and take a test drive. I loved it right away. Daphne made me feel comfortable as soon as we met. She was very helpful and informative about the car as well as it's history. Her brother Douglas was equally as helpful during and after the purchase. In closing, I want to thank you for a wonderful shopping experience. My shopping experience with Daphne and Doug has been nothing short of amazing! They were very hospitable, down to earth and genuine in the entire process. I knew my car when I saw it, got to test drive it immediatley and everything from there was seamless. I got to take it to my own mechanic with no issue and once he OK'd it and even stated how well maintained it was, I knew Doug and Daphne did their due diligence in selecting vehicles. I really like this place, I've already bought two cars with them. They have an excellent customer service. They have great deals on the cars, and they do all the paper work which is great because I don't like to get stuck at the RMV my entire morning. Besides that they have an Auto Center so if you have to change the oil or get anything fix it they do it. Overall they are amazing. I recommend this place to everyone.

My wife and I found the car that we want here. Family owned company, overwhelmed sales person, not friendly, not helpful, very skeptical, Very very pushy. Car I looked for was 110 days posted online to start with.see below. Points of interest When started evaluating noticed car had accident in past. The sales man Rudy could not describe where about in the car. I was not happy, but wife would like proceed negotiate with them. When comes to do businesses this later Darfane don't know nothing about it. We made our offer to her, then she was rude saying what ever online is the price of car and I have 3 people interested on car WOULD YOU LIKE LEAVE DEPOSIT TODAY BEFORE YOU GO. Ignoring poor professionalism of Darfane we move on with deposit. NIGTHMARE STARTS HERE 2 hours after we left the dealership got call from sales man Rudy PUSHING sales. Questioning if we had decision yet, cause 2 others like the car. came back next day to sealed the deal. This lady Darfane OVERWHELMED was Making things so hard to point I FELT I WAS DOING A FAVOR FOR THEM. But my wife want car and forget the dealers. Professional, Friendly, and Honest!! I just bought a used ACURA MDX from Waltham Auto Gallery (WAG). I was looking for an Acura MDX a few weeks ago but they didn't have one in stock. However, Rudy promised to call me as soon as one became available. About a week ago, I got the call!!! (i.e. attentive to customer needs) and setup a test drive. Rudy and Doug were very professional and did not pressure me to buy and in fact encouraged me to do my due diligence elsewhere, before making a purchase. Sooooooooo I did my due diligence....I went to a few dealerships (including the ACURA Dealer) to check out a few used MDXs. Result = non-competitive pricing, bad condition (dirty cars!!), and somewhat arrogant salespeople. Eventually, I made up my mind to go and purchase from WAG. I had secured financing through my bank already but Daphne got a better financing deal for me!! (lower rate etc etc etc). Additionally, based on my feedback, Doug (owner), voluntarily decided to re-inspect a few things I had suggested. The car is in excellent condition (which was the case for all cars i checked at WAG, i checked out 7 SUVs)clean car-fax, backed by a 90-day warranty (standard on all their cars) which is more than most dealers. This team takes great pride in serving the customer and very professional. I would recommend them to my family and friends anytime.

Buying my Tacoma from Waltham Auto Gallery was a great experience. Rudy made everything go smoothly, let my mechanic check out and test drive the truck and was very patient, stayed late while I went through all the paper work twice. Waltham Auto Gallery is a family run business that is more professional and organized than the big name dealerships. I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received and the lack of run-around that you would normally encounter at any other car dealership. I had been looking for a good used car for the past 2 months and have visited quite a few places, so I learned how to judge. They are by far one of the best I have ever encountered. They had a great selection of cars and once I decided on one, everything was taken care of by Daphne. She prepped the car according to our agreement and handled all the paperwork professionally. I was really impressed with the service and her honesty; you don't get that at other dealerships. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for the same experience when purchasing a used car. It can be a stressful time, as I well-know, but when you find a good dealership it makes all the difference. I will definitely be using them for my future purchases and service.

As soon as I got there I saw the dealership, you might get scared like I did, to see how small it is, but you get to see that the cars they have are definitely worth it. Had a great experience at this dealership for what I was looking for. I am a school teacher on a tight budget, but needed a reliable car and wanted a car with a bit of class. I couldn't see myself spending more than 10K on a car, and it was nearly impossible to do so for what I wanted. Went to 3 or 4 dealerships prior, but could not find the right car for the right place. Then I went to Waltham Auto Gallery. Though they are squeezed in a tight space, they manage to fit as many cars as possible in their lot (literally) and only include quality used cars. Found a 2006 Honda Civic with low miles for $1500 less than blue book value. They even got it registered for me so I didn't have to take time off of work.

I interacted with three people (Daphne,Rudy and Douglas) in the process of selecting and purchasing a Toyota Solara (which took about a week). They were all very professional and extremely nice from my first contact to the last. They responded to my many many questions and even worked after/before hours to accommodate my work schedule. I also did a lot of research on the price of the car I purchased, and based on my information, their prices are very reasonable. They have their own repairs shop and fully examine cars before adding them to their inventory and so make sure cars are in good conditions. They also provide a complementary 3-month full warranty. In summary, I totally recommend doing business with them. They take good care of their customers, and most importantly, are very nice and friendly people who are nice to get to know, regardless of the buying/selling a vehicle.

My parents took me to this dealer because we have had good experiences buying cars from Moody Street. I'm so glad we ended up at this dealers lot because he was really great at negotiating with us, and answered all our questions. There was not one question he hesitated on, and if he didnt know the answer he was honest with us and told us he would look it up for us. The customer service here was really good as well, he didnt treat us like a wallet, he treated us as people who wanted to buy a car for a good price. He also answered my questions as far as insurance companies and banks, and helped us set everything up. He didnt rush us, actually took a good amount of time to explain everything to us. He's got a great personality as well, I highly recommend this place!

After visiting many used car dealerships I was impressed with the quality of the used cars and the honest and straight forward approach from Douglas and his sister. After searching all the dealers local to us including the towns of Acton, Littleton, Nashua and Manchester my wife and I were both tired of putting up with all the games and the crazy high prices at the dealerships we visited. We found a listing for the vehicle we wanted online at Waltham Auto Gallery and based on price alone we made the 45 minute drive. Not only were all the cars clean and well maintained, but there was no pressure and no games. No "I need to check with the sales manager" and no "what would it take to get you into this car today" that happened everywhere else. Both Douglas and Daphne were courteous, professional and were not pushy at all. We saved a minimum of $2000. and got to deal with honest, polite business people. What a concept! I have lived in Waltham for 25 years, but only learned about Auto Gallery from a friend in N.H. who had spent months looking all over New England for a used vehicle and ended up a satisfied customer at Auto Gallery. It just happened that I was in the market for a replacement used vehicle, and found exactly what I needed for a very fair price at Auto Gallery. Douglas and Daphne allowed me to drive the vehicle to my regular mechanic who was really impressed with the vehicle, only noting that it needed new wipers and that it would need new front brake pads soon. Douglas and Daphne had the wipers and brake pads replaced at no cost to me, and handled all the sales paperwork in a most efficient and professional fashion. Their lot is small, but their inventory is clean and solid; they work with a mechanic at a garage one block down Moody Street.

Call to see the availability of a car that i was interest in, they told the car was available and they would hold until the next day for me to see it.(Usually dealers tell that the have the vehicle but when we get there the vehicle was sold or the price is different. I went there the next day, the car was there and their sales rep was very helpful and informative. In 45 minutes i was approved and signing all the contract.(got a great deal on Acura MDX) I purchase $2000 below book value. What a great experience. **Although they are a small used car dealership they have a new car dealership costumer service.The owner accomplished every detail that i asked for. My name is John I bought two cars from Waltham Auto Gallery in a matter of 5 months. They are great, very honest people! The dealer is operated by a family. Its a brother and a sister working together. They are very pleasant. I bought a Honda Accord and a Toyota Camry from them, very clean cars and very well maintained. I've had no problems at all. They really do stand behind their products. I am going to buy my third car from them! They are not like every sales guy out there.

I told the women on the phone of the accident my infant an I were in. I was hit head on with my infant and my car was totaled. I told her it was hard for me to travel and car shop with an infant. I asked her if they were negotiable with the price. She told me that they weren't because the car was in such excellent condition. I got there after 2 hrs of driving with a screaming infant and the car was a total rust bucket, smelled like a dog and had a whole through the carpeting to the floor board which they tried to cover with a dinky car matt. She was not honest, waisted my time. I do not recommend this dealership!
