My initial impression was great I was very pleased with the service. However before financing my car I told the salesman "Matt" that the seats in the car were stain badly and the exterior had scratches. I told him that I was not going to buy the car unless they agreed to buffing the scratches out and cleaning the seats. Per "Matt" no problem we can do that for you! After buying the car I called the dealership to set up an appointment to get my car detailed. I was told that the person responsible for detailing cars was out on medical leave. The next week I called to set up an appointment this time I spoke to the "store manager" Brain he told me to bring the car in on Sat and he would make sure to get it done for me. Well I dropped my car off Sat morning at 9:45 am. I was given a loaner car to drive. At 5p.m. I phone the dealership to see if my car was ready for pick up? I was told yes! I got to the dealership noticed my car sitting in the parking lot the outside didn't look any different. I went inside the dealership for my key. As I got closer to my car I could see the same scratches in the paint. I unlocked the driver door and look inside my car and the seats were still stain. I couldn't believe it! Who does that? I will never buy another car from these people.
