I had a great and painless experience leasing a car at Warren Henry Infiniti. My salesman, Juan and the entire staff were very friendly and professional. My past experiences in buying a car is I usually spend most of the day there haggling and doing paperwork; I was in and out within and hour and a half. I got the car I wanted at the right price. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Will consider other dealerships in the future. Service advisor was fine. The washing of the car for a Luxury brand was horrible. I am waiting on it’s third run through the machine. It still has road grime on the grill and the excuse was we just run it through a machine. Nobody spot checks it before returning it to the customer? And an unexplained scuff/scratch appeared on my bumper. I know my cars every detail and this was not there when I brought it in.

When I came to Warren Henry Infinity looking to purchase my mother a new car, I was greeted very politely and helped without any pressure. I recently came in for my first oil change and Mr Juan Obando was simply amazing, his attention to detail was next to none I’ve experienced at a dealership service center. I am very pleased and will most definitely be a repeat customer for a long time to come!

I had chance again to be taking care off with Mr. Reinaldo. The way he cares about his clients I never have experience before with other of your personal. He went above and beyond to make almost impossible to get the best price for to fix my car. He kept me informed when my cat will be ready. His always pleasant to talk too and his professionalism and knowledge always shows how good Reinaldo knows customer service. Thank you very much for having Reinaldo in your team.
