They responded immediately to our Internet request with follow-up email and telephone calls. Their pricing was the best we found within 150 miles and they had the car we wanted. When we arrived on the lot 48 hours later the car was ready. The salesman gave us a thorough pre-purchase inspection. There were no surprises or hidden costs.

Found a car through Cars.com that they had. The buying process could not have been simpler. Drove down on the weekend to pick it up, car was exactly as described and shown. No complaints! Would love to do business with them again.

The entire staff at Warrensburg Crysler were great. The salesman was well versed in the truck I wanted and was able to answer all my questions. Never felt the unwanted sales pressure that is the norm at most dealerships. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Grant Morgan was very helpful! We were in a vehicle that was giving us many troubles and he helped us pick out one that fits our needs and budjet. The whole team was very nice. They made it very easy for us. We really like our new suv and are very satisfied with the service we recieved from the dealership.

We needed a second vehicle and thought to return to the Warrensburg dealership. We previously bought a Ford Fusion 2 yrs earlier and have had a great experience with it,so we went back. Grant Morgan is a very spunky salesman who behave graciously up to the end. Shook our hands several times, to thank us for the sale. They recommended the Red Corolla LE after much deliberation. As soon as I sat in it I LOVE it and then I drove it. SOLD !! They found the right car for me. Thank You !! I only wish we would have been offered bottled water, it was so hot !! So take your own water supply, the water fountain machine is NOT SO Great in July Smiles !!

When we explained to our salesman what we were looking for, he really listened to us. He was very respectful and allowed us the "space" we needed to make our decision. I would suggest people shopping for a car to ask for Chad in sales.

I am so impressed Warrensburg Chrysler Dodge - Jeep. I drove over 100 miles to this dealership to get a car for my daughter. It was well worth the drive and I will make the drive many more times when I want to get another vehicle. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever had. It made my car buying experience a pleasure!! I have bought and sold many cars and it usually is no fun but this time it was a lot of fun. Everyone that I worked with and talked to were friendly and bent over backwards to make sure we were extremely happy with the service we received. I have to say that Cole Simon really went above and beyond as a salesman. I don even have words to say how happy I am with this dealership and the people that work there. I will buy from here again and I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

First of all I want to thank "GRANT MORGAN" for taking the time to approach us while we were just stopping by the dealership. Highly recommend him as your next sales consultant. I want to give "Warrensburg Chrysler" an A+++++ for treating me with respect and a valuable consumer. Being a woman I haven't always had that feeling when buying a vehicle. We've bought several vehicles from here and must certainly will got back. We've always had excellent service in the repair department.

The dealership was very helpful in putting me in the vehicle I wanted.Did a search for me and found my dream truck. Wife also thought the service was outstanding. She purchased a new Caliber, and loves it. They really went out of their way to make us feel very comfortable.We also want to thank Grant Morgan for the Great job he did on the salesman part.Really an asset to the dealership.

My search for the perfect car was very stressful! I had the money to put down and could afford the payments, but all the KC dealers either couldn't get me financed or couldn't get me the payment I wanted. Cole was able to get me the car I wanted and the payment I wanted as well! He has been very helpful with all my car needs since then!! The body shop and service department are also great! Cole Simon helped us find a new car that we are thrilled with. The only thing it didn't have that we wanted was a spoiler and Cole has been great about working with us and the body shop at the dealership to find a time to get it insatlled. I went in looking for a used pick-up, Cole S. sold me a New 2012 Ram at a great price beating all the KC dealers, and the best part my payment was much less then what I was planing on paying for a used truck. Thanks Cole you rock. And you have the BEST deals!

I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from this dealership and my family has purchased only from this dealership for the past ten years. The service department is OUTSTANDING, they have answers to every question that I have ever had and will go to great lengths to explain to me what they are doing and why they recommend doing to preventative maintenance to my vehicle. The sales staff knows me and my family by name. I use to try to shop around and get the lowest price I could and I always ended up here, and now when it comes to getting a vehicle or service work done I know where to go and how I will be treated. It feels good to to be able to support a local business and be taken care of as a valued person and not just a customer.

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership and the salesmen that work there. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them and never have I been dissatisfied. My family has done business with them for several years now and have never had any problems. The salesmen are in no way pushy and are eager to give you the best deal they can. They are always smiling and so pleasant to be around. I would recommend Warrensburg Chrysler to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They are hands down the best in town.

The sales professional was friendly and helpful in getting me into the truck I wanted without showing me a bunch of cars I didn't want. They got my paymments to fit into my tight budget even with my less than perfect credit. When I was in an accident the repair shop had my truck fixed quickly and did a wonderful job. The building was clean and organized and even had a playroom to amuse my kids while I took care of business. I will never go anywhere alse to buy new or used vehicles.

I went in to look into getting getting a new car. The sales people were fast to help me narrow down my search and find a car I loved. I even got to meet the guys that are gonna be servicing my car later. I got my first oil change for free too. When i picked up my car it was clean and detailed it was like NEW. Warrensburg chrysler service dept has got there stuff together , Riley, Chad and Scott go above beyond to get your car fixed correct, on time and price quoted, they even fixed my GM truck. I have been to quiet a few dealerships in my car buying process; Warrensburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram were BY FAR the friendliest, most helpful dealership. Their knowledge was vast, Any question I had as answered or found out for me. I HIGHLY recommend you stopping in for any vehicle needs!
