I have to rate Waschke Family a 1/5 stars all due to their finance department. I bought a car from them along with warranty and gap insurance. My son totaled the car after 14 months and I was to get money refunded to me from the warranty and gap. It took nine months to get the refund. I called and emailed Tyler in the finance department intermittently to see when I would get the money returned to me along with a statement showing me the refund and how it was calculated. He would only give me a verbal quote on the money I was getting back and refused to send me a detailed statement showing the calculations and final numbers. Waschke received the refund from Gap and Warranty for me and mailed a check to the loan company. I found out after nine months that Waschke charged me something like $7.50 to send a refund check and then stole “the change” and rounded it down. The refund was supposed to be 1016.18. Waschke kept the change and refunded me $1016.00. It just shows you how low they go to get every dime from you. I’d recommend going elsewhere. It’s worth the drive to Minneapolis or St. Cloud to get an honest dealership.

Great staff, this is my second time dealing with them, and it was just as good, if not better as the first time. There's no sales push, no pressure.. easy going atmosphere. Highly highly recommend. I've gone to all the dealerships in the area, and the staff at Washkes far exceeds the others. There your not just another sale, your a person. I will be returning for my next lease/and or purchase. Check em out you won't be disappointed

Service department very unreliable and slow, never going back. Had to wait two weeks for oil change and when I finally got it, I had to wait almost two hours, just for oil change. Hubby had nail in tire, had to go in, waited an hr to find out the tire was not fixable. They could not fix the tire because non in stock on a 2020 truck. Drove one mile away to Goodyear, they fixed it within 1/2 hr and asked where the missing part for tire wheel was, it was back at Waschke in there service dept. We had to drive back and get it. They have terrible customer service.

Would highly recommend. Everyone is friendly and personable. They were Upton and honest with me the whole time. They didn't try to pressure me or sell me anything I didn't want. I got exactly what I wanted and left the same day with my new Jeep.
