Jesse has been a great service advisor who's helped save me money. ***Update*** Wanted to update this review to give a shout out to Ash who helped me purchase a new vehicle. Great experience at Watson this past Saturday! We went to test drive a new LT Trail Boss, and with one left on the lot, we pulled the trigger! Our sales associate Matthew was great, super friendly and answered all of our questions. Him and our sales manager Jim went out of their way to make our purchase happen and we couldn’t be more grateful. Top it off with the awesome finance manager Jeremy, the process was quick, easy, and they had us on the road in no time. This was my first Chevy purchase and definitely won’t be my last.

Service trip was for August 22, 2016 not 25th. Myles Nichelson handled my issues excellently. I was in for service to replace the front windshield with a new factory glass as the original developed micro cracks. Additionally, a recall was handled on the heated seats and issues with hesitation felt in motor while at speed was also looked into and found to be normal according to GM tech bulletins #PIP5405A. My experience with Watson service on my new 2016 Corvette has been excellent to date.

I installed a new ignition switch and a new battery. Pretty standard stuff wouldn't you say? Car started and ran fine but had an occasional 10 minute delay because of the theft prevention system tied in with the ignition switch.This model car's theft prevention system required a "reboot" and that service is only available at a dealership......isn't that special......for $129.After two days, I get the estimate....over $700A code related to thief prevention and some sort of door sensor was detected. Battery replacement was recommended. Battery replacement? That was all I needed to know about this service department. I told them NOT to repair or replace ANYTHING. I picked up the car......it started fine without that intermittent 10 minute delay.....and paid their lousy $100 estimate fee. They were very friendly though.Another criminal car dealership was Bob Crumpler Nissan in Newport News, Virginia. He was famous for fraudulent warranty work charged to Nissan (among many other things). His actions filled the newspapers and were reported on cable news. I had a hand in his downfall. Working with the Watson Chevrolet team has been great. I like the dealership, the people, and accommodating attitude of the staff. Nothing worse than a high pressure sales experience where you don't feel like you can trust the other side. Typically I know what I want and what its worth before I shop so it is nice when you work with a group that does not mess around with the back and forth and back and forth and back and forth sales approach. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, its management, and the staff.

He is very professional and knowledgeable and I know that I don't have to worry when I have an issue with my truck, I know Mike will take care of me and answer any questions I have. Well my huge dodge ram was getting a little old and starting to need periodic maintenance. Had a silverado when I was younger and loved it so I went to my local chevy dealer no pressure they showed me everything from the diesels on down. When I told them I was going to look at ford's and dodge they said well see you when your done and they were right. The silverado was my best choice. When I started to deal if was very short and succinct they gave me what my truck was worth and a great deal on the new truck. About half way into the deal a guy kept sticking his head into the sales office asking how it was going he introduced himself but it didn't register he was the owner. All along the way Mr Watson found innovation ways to get rebates and deals on upgrades. Except for buying my Harley this was the most enjoyable purchase of large ticket item I've done. Do yourself a favor go to Watson Chevrolet pick a vehicle with your salesman. And then ask to also talk to Bo. Sit back relax and buy

I sent my 1998 k1500 to Watson after talking with GM warranty about my brand new 20k mile engine that randomly broke down for seemingly no reason whatsoever. I ordered the engine and had it installed 2 years ago almost to date and then suddenly boom. My boyfriend and my dad, one of which is a trained technician, decided to open up the motor after finding no other reason as to why it would have failed. Remembering the motor was barely 2 years old, we decided to pursue warranty about it because there was clearly no cause of the breakdown other than an internal flaw in the motor itself.I should have known as soon as I heard that the service advisor was rude to the tow-truck driver I sent, shouting at him totake it back, take it back, it's not under warranty!" forgetting that I told them the night before that it was THE ENGINE only that was warrantable. But I digress, I got a call from a gentleman I presume to be the service writer who asked for more information on the vehicle, and to him I had to reiterate that I bought the crate motor from GM and the warranty department stated that even though it was disassembled, to have a GM certified service department look at it. The key words there being that we had told warranty that the engine was already in pieces, and they said to go ahead and tow it in.Now here comes the problem. I was given another call from who I presume was the service manager since he was the one to contact warranty for information, and this gentleman proceeded to tell me my engine was not warrantable because it was disassembled. What? So you're telling me that GM warranty themselves sent us down to Watson ONLY to have them say it wasn't warrantable for something we explicitly asked about? I couldn't believe it, if that was the case then wouldn't GM have told us to not even bother if it was already taken apart? AND to top it all off, the service manager then proceeds to tell me that there was rat damage (that CLEARLY wasn't have been there when my dad and boyfriend tore into it because THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TORN IT APART IF THEY HAD SEEN RAT DAMAGE, we wouldn't even have SPOKEN to Watson if that was the cause). Both warranty and the service manager are sticking to this story. That even IF someone said they could warranty it disassembled, they still wouldn't do it because the rat damage may have caused the breakdown. Again I ask WHAT? How in the name of God could a RAT melt a PISTON with the engine completely sealed?? Sure if the rat had been there prior it would've chewed a couple wires but no amount wire chewing could've caused THAT KIND OF MELTDOWN IN THE FIRST PLACE. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in both Watson's service department for lying to GM warranty and then in turn GM lying to us. I love my truck, I would've loved to get it fixed, but with this giant tow bill I've been stuck with (because both companies refuse to pay for wasting my time saying it could've been covered) guess what? I'll have to go buy a Ford.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. We had our car in for service a couple weeks ago, and of course parts needed to be ordered so they had to keep it longer than they anticipated. We were about to go on vacation and were told the car wouldn't be ready until after we had already left, so wouldn't be able to pick it up until we got back. While the car was still being serviced, there was a large hail storm that swept through Tucson. When my husband went to pick up our car, they had driven it up and it was covered in water even though the lady checking him out said that they didn't have a chance to wash it yet (even though they had it three extra days...?), and it hasn't rained in a couple days. My husband didn't think too much of it until he was walking out of work and because of the light hitting the car, noticed dimples all over the hood, top, and trunk from hail damage. We called Watson immediately and they told us there's nothing they could do because it was an "act of God" and "not to worry because your insurance will cover it." Um, no. If I returned their loaner vehicle damaged, I don't think they'd hesitate for a second to go after me for the repair. After speaking to the service manager, it was clear he had zero desire to help us or make it right. He didn't seem at all upset that they had obviously sprayed our car with water right before they drove it up to us to try and hide the damage. So not only did they not disclose the damage, they tried to hide it! We plan on filing a complaint with the BBB, USAA (since we used their incentives to buy the car in the first place), and will be going to the media. This is criminal. There's no way we should be paying our $1000 deductible out of pocket to fix a vehicle that was damaged in their care. Plus, once we file a claim with our insurance, our car will now have a record of being damaged, meaning that the value of it is lower due to the incident. I know Watson will be filing a claim to their insurance to fix all of their cars that were damaged with hail, but they won't add the customer cars that were in for service which were also damaged? Not only will we never go to Watson again, but we will be sure to tell anyone and everyone we know to avoid them at all costs since they're a criminal organization.

I have bought my last two Suburbans at this dealership. Over 7 and a half years ago I bought a 2008 LTZ Suburban from Watson Chevrolet and I had a great experience from the staff at that time. I have maintained the car since then and all of the repair staff have been honest and professional and they have gone out of the way to give the top service possible. I would like to specifically mention Ziv Baker who has been superb to deal with in keeping my last car running in tip top shape and always going out of his way to be exhibit the finest qualities of being a professional. This last week I decided to trade in that Suburban and buy a new one. I researched different car dealerships and on-line information and fees before buying a new Suburban. Fortunately, Bo Watson a sales manager for Watson Chevrolet reached out to me and told me he wanted me to continue the relationship with Watson and he would help me in anyway possible for that to happen. He was 100% true to his word and I now have a brand new 2015 Suburban LTZ that is everything I could ever dream of. Bo Watson was honest and forthright and he treated both myself and my wife . I had to work yesterday and I had my wife pick up the car yesterday. My wife raved about how the whole staff from Bo Watson to Ziv Baker and our sales rep Charles Lockhart, all went out of their way to show her everything about the car and how to maintain it and offered for us to come back anytime we had any questions or needed any refresher information in the future(the new car is so sophisticated it is hard to remember all of the features it has!!). Recently had a very negative experience with the Internet manager and Mr. Watson. Called ahead and gave them all the details they needed in order to save me a long drive to the dealership. They indicated there would not be a problem turning in a lease car early. Bottom line is there was a major financial issue with the early turn in. They could have saved me the trip by just being honest. I called later to explain my experience to Mr. Watson. He said he would call me back after looking into the situation. He failed to call back, a very short sighted decision. They have lost a future customer! Beware! I learned they REALLY don't care!

First of all I would like to say that the first time I purchased a car was Jan. 2012. I purchased a 2012 Malibu LT. I traded in a 2001 Sentra. I put down a large amount of money down, "12,000'. Mark did everything possible to get me the payment i wanted. He provided great professionalism, also excellent customer service. Mark went above and beyond for my wife and I. i was extremely happy with all that he did for us. I came back in 12/18/2014 with hopes of getting a new car. Salesman Luis Perez was the one helping me this time. My wife and I were trying to purchase 2014 LTZ. It was originally 39,645 mark down 20% for 31,716. I was gonna trade in my 2012 Malibu LT. Payoff was only 5,100. But things didn't go as planned. Luis Perez seemed rushed not really trying to work out a deal with us. We were in his office for about 10 minutes or less, I wouldn't call that trying to work out a deal. His professionalism was bad as well as his customer service. He was not very courteous or very polite to my wife and I. He didn't seem to want to listen or here what we had to say. He started with a high payment of $470.00 and only came down $10 from that. Then he said he would be willing to come down $10 more and that was all he he was wiling to come down. He started doing calculations on his phone and showing it to me as if iI didn't know how to add or subtract.That made me more upset. At this point I was so upset, I told him i was going to leave and to forget the whole thing. He seem upset that I wouldn't except his offer. So I asked him for my keys and left very upset, thinking that I can't believe I was treated this way. I honestly thought I was gonna walk out with a new car for Christmas. I understand I didn't have the money I had before to put down. But I don't owe much on my car. My amount owed is not upside down. I thought every customer was suppose to be provided with the same service no matter what. But I guess thats not the case with Watson Chevrolet. Because this bad experience, I probably will not continue shopping for a car or continue doing my oil changes there anymore. I did also have an issue with the service department too. I purchased the oil change with the tire rotation package. I noticed that they didn't rotate my tires when I got home. I knew because there is a little scratch on one of my rims and that same rim was still in the front. I just left it, I didn't want to have to wait or drive all the way back and waste gas. I did mention it the next time I went back. I don't like to complain but I just don't want to have to go though that bad experience with Watson anymore. I don't think anyone should have to put up with service like that. Being a former Manager of a company customer service was our number 1 priority. I treated all customer as if they were a guest. That's the way all customers should be treated no matter what. It shouldn't matter if a customer has more money or not. They should be treated with the same respect always.........

I go there with a pre-arranged appointment to purchase a car. As I get out of my car, three clowns (salesmen) begin talking about me like I'm some kind of animal or inanimate object ("Go get him Rico; go get him; go get him, Rico"). This is the way these rude losers talk about their customers. If you do not mind grossly unprofessional behavior and being treated with disrespect, deal at Watson Chevrolet. If you do mind unprofessional behavior and being treated disrespectfully, stay away from this dealership. I walked away and will not deal with this organization.

When scheduling, Robert answered all my questions. He also explained the fuel injector service when I brought the car in for service. Later when reviewing the invoice at home, I called regarding another question. In less than 10 minutes he returned my call and answered my concern. Over all a good experience. But I went in for a oil change and also told the representative Robert I'd like to get my windshield wipers changed and my radio look at because there was a issue with it working correctly. It was pretty busy Saturday 05/17 I got there at about 11 AM and there was not many people arriving they had already come in, and I didn't leave until about 2 PM. I noticed few other people having to wait as I did, I though it was odd how long it took to be serviced. The longer I was there I noticed people who arrived after me were leaving much sooner. I felt like maybe my vehicle was put on the back burner. Maybe for some big roller expensive vehicle because I noticed someone who came in was serviced fairly quick for some small sports car. Mine was not in the warehouse for some time and than when the vehicle was it remained up in the air for a long time as well. Everything was fine, though my radios digital screen replaced, but I was told I get a call about getting a new radio and that has not happened as said, yet. Also they forgot about replacing my wipers so I am going to go some else where it should take less than a half hour to do so with some free labor too. I wish I didn't have to wait more than two hours, last time I was serviced it was 2 hours and that is really a long time for oil change. I've had a lot of car trouble in the past with my prior donated vehicle and know what its like to put in money/time and fix it up for long stretches and wait for hours. I didn't want to do that with my brand new vehicle. Plus what I said was forgotten as well. Most places I gone to in the past and its been (a lot) different companies, don't forget anything. But a dealership has priorities like selling cars and servicing may not be one. Which is really shocking because I though it would be different. I felt some what like I wasn't being directly listened to or considered a valuable customer. Even though Robert was helpful and friendly which is what he did best. I may have to call to insist about the radio which may just take awhile to be ordered but that worries me as well. I wouldn't think I have to call (because Robert said he would sometime on Tuesday or through Thursday) because the customer services isn't up to par. Today's Friday I've not even received a courteous call.

From Jose Martinez, the Salesman, to Fernando in Finance, to Luis in Service and Rick in ... whatever Rick does ... we had an excellent experience with Watson Chevrolet. The only thing that I think needs to be more fully disclosed at the outset of the sale is that the payment price agreed upon is NOT really that payment price -- once we were offered the additional options of tint, GAP ins, etc. -- then our REAL payment price went up beyond what we thought it was going to be. You might consider telling people ahead of time that there are some other options available and disclose the pricing up front for a "real" payment amount instead of tacking it on at the end. I'm sure this is a sales tactic, but we would have been more satisfied if we had known about all the "extras" up front.

I was very close to buying a car at OReilly when I received a call from Luis Perez. He was so professional & knowledgable. When I arrived at Watson the car I wanted was washed & full of gas ready to go. He treated me with such respect which I had not been receiving at OReilly. Always excellent experience at Watson Dealership .. Service is always very accommodating and helpful .. But the service with Enterprise Car Rental referred to through the dealership and General Motors was less then stiller .. No calls backs, unprofessional in manner , when picking up the rental car (because of the recall) ,the office staff were less then professional talking negatively and opening about a Watson employee he has just talked to over the phone in front of us at the front desk laughing to his colleagues about Watson Dealership. Answered the phone while at the front desk having us stand there while he talked on the phone, I was insulted and disappointed with the staff as a whole with their unprofessional manner and lack of work ethics shown to us and the other customers in the facility. I would not use or recommend Enterprise Rental Cars again at Wetmore and Flowing Wells location. Thank you , Sue West

They are both personable, have a delightful sense of humor & are professional.One change I'd recommend has nothing to do with the two salesmen who were wonderful to work with.The change is, like in this survey or when addressing customers, just because my husband signed 1st doesn't mean he is the only one to be addressed. I will be making the payments. I feel insulted to be excluded, especially when I signed the loan docs too. I hope your admin addresses this issue. Mr & Mrs Brewis or Jon & KimAlso the process dragged on too long, sit here & do this, then sit in the lobby & wait, then after market, then the lobby & wait again, then finance, then to the lobby & wait again while the car is detailed & made ready to go. Also I think the after market appointment should be made at the same time you sign up for the products, instead of waiting for a call a few day later.The fresh baked cookies helped since we didn't get lunch until 3:00. We got to the dealership, ready to buy the car at 10:30 a.m., did a 25 minute test drive & didn't actually leave with the car until 4:15 p.m. TOO LONG!

Once I was connected with Tom Thompson, things could not have been better. Prior to working with Tom, I was left wanting and believed neither Watson nor GM/Chevy wanted to sell me a vehicle. Could not get an acceptable or understandable answer why I could not place an order. However all dealerships in the area offered the same result.

This was the first service for my wife's new 2014 Traverse. There were also some aftermarket items purchased with the vehicle I was hoping to have done at the same time. After some trouble contacting the aftermarket person, I was pessimistic that the work would be done. The service team was able to sort everything out and get all the work done while providing me a loaner car for the day as well.

Even though it was an oil change I went in for, I don't know what other services that might include. That being said, one Monday after the appointment when I drove it, the tire pressure was low. I would have thought that would have been a safety check performed at the time of an oil change, yet I don't know. Just surprising

had them check the transmission fluid and battery. Another shop told me the transmission fluid was low and the battery was marginal. But the battery was replaced last August and the transmission fluid was changed out about 6000 miles ago. Everything was found to be okay.

I dropped my car off on March 31 and it was supposed to be ready on the 4th. I was called and told it would no be ready until the 7th or 8th. It was finally ready on the 9th. The body word was good but when I got home my daughter noticed the front left side of my windshield had a good sized crack across it . I know nothing happened on my way home but was told it was no fault of the dealer. Not too happy about this. I know my insurance will cover it but that is not the point.

I started working with Mario Tequida in used cars and he was fine to work with. His used car manager made me a ridiculous offer for my trade in. ($3,000) but when I was ready to leave the offer changed to ($7,000) which was more inline with Kelly Blue Book. I said I would prefer working with Mario and Omar Robles the Internet Director. Working with them went well. Settling on a price I moved to Finance department where the paperwork went prity well. I made a request that I would like the title to read (Me or My wife on DMV title) it did not seem to be a problem and all I needed to do was to bring my wife in, and have her sign the Title document when it was convenient. I called and made an appointment for 12:10 the next day. We arrived on time and was told the Finance Manager I was working with was not there and another Finance Manager named Anttonio Federico could take care of everything. Immediately this is where my frustration began. He could not find any paper work for my vehicle I had purchased. We sat outside his office for at least one hour. He never talked to us one time, but I could hear his conversation. He sent Mario out to do paper work which he needed in addition to what the first Finance Manager indicated was complete. We could hear Mr Federico order lunch to be brought in for all the office staff. He seemed to be able to do that quite well. After waiting an hour for our appointment the original Finance Manager shows up. We began re doing more paper work. Reprinting documents with misspelled names and so on. It seemed that the Finance Department was not familiar with the paperwork and documentation needed to sell a new vehicle. Start to finish this process took approximately two hours. Can't say I was impressed.

I took in my 2010 Camaro and was greeted with open arms and hugs from all. I so enjoy going to this dealership cause they always treat me with the utmost courtesy and friendliness. Their waiting room is always filled with a variety of fruit, freshly baked cookies and coffee and water. My car is handled with "kid gloves" and it is a pleasure to go to Watson Chevrolet to have my car oiled, nitro in my tires, etc. This dealership definitely know how to treat their customers.

We brought the car in for "airbag light". Vehicle supposed to be fixed. Returned 2 weeks later with same complaint. This time, part was not in stock and they had to order part. Service Writer arranged for a vehicle for us and we had to return the following day. Jesse Nau did everything he could to keep us happy. If the mechanic tells him it's fixed, he has to ASSUME vehicle is fixed. We picked up the vehicle on Friday and on Sunday there was notice of a recall for the sme thing. At least we don't have to bring it in back again because it's already fixed. Jesse Nau bent over backward for us and we really appreciate his help and good business practices.

I am pleased with the customer service, but you really need to have an express oil change service! Although I was there for additional service items during this visit, I prefer to bring my Suburban to you for my oil changes. Waiting for over 2 hours to have an oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection is less than ideal.

Went in a few weeks ago shopping for a new vehicle. We were looking for either an SUV or a truck. The salesman that assisted us was very helpful in answering our questions and helped us make an informed decision. Once we decided to buy, he made the process a real pleasure. It took 2 attempts to fix my car (body work). My husband informed the mechanic what he wanted done as far as the repairs- with the cost not being an issue and the mechanic refused to do what my husband wanted. We wanted the damaged areas to be replaced because we knew buffing out the dents would remove the normal creases and shape of our camaro. We were told that it would take 2-3 days to fix our car yet, it took 10 very long days. When our car was delivered to my husbands work he noticed many flaws like the blinker light did not align with the fender, the fender and the hood were misaligned and the normal creases found in the fenders of camaros were buffed out. It took another 4 days before our car was fixed to our satisfaction- Being that our car was only 4 months old we expected that the work done on it would be comparable to a brand new, just driven off the lot condition which is the quality we were told we would see. It was very frustrating that we had to go through 2 weeks of being without our car because the mechanic decided he did not want to take the advise of my husband. Fortunately, the fender was replaced, and we are satisfied with the work. It just took a very long time to become satisfied. The above numbers/rating reflect both experiences with your company. Had the second experience been our first, I would have gladly rated excellent!!Sharon Stephens

I did NOT get a lot of obnoxious and insulting hard sell tactics - the salesman, David Becker was very respectful and helpful. 3 years ago I got the hard sell routine and swore I'd never be back but I'm glad I came back now. I also sent a friend to him and although she didn't buy a car, she was very happy with David. She said he was the best of 3 dealerships she went to and he seemed really interested in what SHE wanted - the others being Honda and Hundai - they were obnoxious. When will sales departments learn - at least that women - hate those tactics and get turned off by them? Perhaps Chevy is learning that. Also, Jesse Nau in the service Dept has always been excellent and extremely helpful. I LOVE the service department!

Brought my car in for service. When they delivered it back I noticed a small dent at the bottom of the door frame. Both the service rep and service manager looked at it. They noted that it wasnt on their walk around sheet they do at the beginning and said they would take care of it.The service manager said he'd arrange it with the body shop and contact me to set it up. They never contacted me. I emailed both the service rep and service manager as well as left them each a voice message..They again never replied. Very poor poor service.

Good experience. Came in for oil change. Luis Rivera checked the records, it was also time for an tire-rotation, as well. On top of that, he recommended new wiper blades, which I approved, and he had the service department perform a recall repair, involving some new software in the vehicle's computer. Brought my 2014 Silverado in for two recalls, oil change and tire rotation and a concern I had with the muffler. Vehicle was taken in on time. Advisor was Peter. He was knowledgeable, said work would take two hours. Two hours later, all work done, no damage to vehicle, everything good. I can't ask for more. Waiting area is very nice and comfortable. All in all, a pleasant and completely different experience from other dealerships I've been to.

As a very long-time Watson customer (I have bought several Chevy automobiles there), I find the quality of their service department to be excellent --- top notch --- both from the advisors and the skill of the mechanics. When I bring my vehicle in for service at Watson, I feel confident that I will be well taken care of!The waiting area for the service department is wonderful! Came in for the oil change special with tire rotation and GM inspection. All seems to be done well. Engine still makes knocking sound at idle. Thought they would find that. After a couple of days, thought getting new oil would quiet it down again as it has before. Oh, well. All that was recommended was a brake flush and alignment, nothing engine wise. Curious about less than 24 hours after the service the engine oil life was at 98%? If a percent was used every day we run the car... then I should be back in about 100 days for another oil change. My sticker shows to come back in July. Why the discrepancy? The mini car wash a bonus. Thank you.

The only thing that I don't understand is the following. I was the very first person in line at 7:00 AM on December 17th. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took TWO HOURS to complete this work. I have a vehicle in Minnesota and when I take it to Cokato Motors "Chevrolet Dealer" that same work takes 30 to 40 minutes. I have been going to that dealer since 1986.

All went very well except for the slow service. I arrived at 9:45 for a scheduled oil change and my vehicle was ready at 1:15 pm. That was a bit long to say the least. I noticed that after the oil change and tire rotation my vehicle was lowered from the lift and then sat without moving for 45 minutes (this I observed from the customer lounge). During this 45 minute rest there was no one around it so it was evident that someone must have forgot it was there.

The last few vehicle we bought were through brokers. This however, was as easy and we felt we received a better deal. The people at the dealership were very understanding and helpful. I had a car problem wher the light on my dash kept comming on and it really worried me as I was not sure what it was. I took my car into the dealer and they worked me in to the schedule to have it evaluated and were able to fix it for me. I test drove the truck on a Saturday, and by Monday had decided it was the truck I wanted. Having limited time to purchase the truck, I arrived at 8 am and told Omar Robles I had two hours and no more to purchase the truck. We haggled over the price a bit and agreed on a fair price. To seal the deal I asked them to install a remote start capability on my truck. They agreed. The finance department found a lower interest rate than the one I had been pre-approved for through my bank and Antonio was amazingly efficient at completing the paperwork. I was out of the dealership exactly two hours later. Immediately after purchasing the truck, I had surgery so Jose Martinez delivered the truck to my home. When we discovered the remote starter had not been installed, I was afraid I was about to see the short end of the deal. But Jose took the truck back, had the remote start installed and once again delivered the truck. They honored the deal they had made, and Jose spent at least a few hours delivering and redelivering my truck. He also made sure it was perfectly cleaned and that the remote starter worked before he delivered it the second timeThe level of customer care Watson provides was really illustrated to me when I discovered that in my haste to complete the purchase, I had agreed to some options I didn't intend to agree to. Since I signed the paperwork with the details of the options clearly listed, I figured there was no way I was going to be able to get any of my money back. I was very pleased when the finance department removed a large percentage of the erroneous options. They could have easily told me "you already signed, this is a legally binding contract" but instead they did every thing they could to make sure I was happy with my purchase.For anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, I recommend Watson Chevrolet.

David was a great salesman, he never gave me the creepy "give me all your money" vibe that I got at Oreilly's a couple days before. I bought my truck not because I felt he pressured me, but because he helped me realize it was what I really wanted. Great customer service and just a great dude in general. Also, Bo Watson came over and totally made me feel taken are of. I was in good hands at Watson and I love my new truck (and the price tag)!

ALLstaff members are very courteous and responsive to your needs. They have a very comfortable waiting area with free cold bottled water in the refrigerator, and free fruit. I also enjoyed some free, fresh baked cookies too! Wow! It was like being in someone's home :) The salesperson was extremely patient with me. He was a great listener and made sure my needs were met as far car, price, etc.. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and courteous! The staff made sure that I was completely satisfied and they took the time with me to make sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. I have purchased several vehicles in my life, and I never had such a wonderful car purchase experience like I did at Watson. It was like doing business with family! Thanks Watson Chevrolet

We went to Watson Chevy because we had heard they were a good dealership to work with. On going there my wife and I met Jose Martinez one of the sales people at Watson. He was very friendly and patient as we tried out many different vehicles. The one that sold us was a 2012 Chevy Malibu with low miles, a good price, and good quality. The car is mainly for my wife to drive and she is extremely happy with it. If you go to Watson Chevy look Jose up. He is a stand up guy you can work with.

I really appreciated the consistent updates during the repair of my car. The repair took three days (parts ordered) due to extensive pack rat damage. I also had routine (oil change, etc.) maintenance performed at the same time. Everyone was courteous, professional, and very customer service oriented. I purchased one my cars at Watson and due to quality service experiences for both cars will most likely will make my next purchase at Watson.

When I stopped in at Watson I really did not think I would meet such careing, helpful people. Rene Acosta was so kind. He made sure to answer all of my questions. I felt and still feel that he was not just selling a car. He wanted to make sure I bought the right car for me. I did not think there could be another person as nice as him. I was wrong because, I met Mike Drubie when my car needed its' first oil change. He was just as nice and patient. These two young men are very professional and knowledgeable. Watson gave me an estimate for body work of about $1100. I took the car in, and after nearly two days they called and said it would be $500 more. This was pretty superficial damage, no new parts, only labor and paint. When I refused, they tried to talk me into paying it because the car was supposedly disassembled. I can understand a small change to an estimate, but a 50% increase was bait and switch.

This is the third truck I have purchased from Watson and every time they have exceeded my expectations! I purchased my last truck 3 years ago and have since then had some financial problems. I talked to someone at another dealership in town that told me I would have to make an "extremely large" down payment or wait until my credit improved to purchase a truck. I called Rocky and told him my situation and the next day I was able to pick up my new truck! Thanks again!

I went to Watson Chevrolet to buy a new car today. My salesman was named Renee. Renee knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle, how many were on the lot, or what the options were after he brought me printed details of the cars that were available nearby. Another salesman had to keep coming in to answer my simple questions. I didn't catch the name of the other gentleman, but I wish he was my salesman in the first place. Renee had to keep going to another room to look up information instead of using the computer on his desk. It seemed as if he was hiding something from me.I had the options I wanted on the vehicle picked out and, although the vehicle was not on the lot, Renee was able to find one nearby. We started to talk price. I told him what I was looking to spend and he wrote it down. Renee walked away for 20 minutes and came back with the very same piece of paper in his hand. He said, "If I can get you this price, will you buy the car today?" I replied, "Well, I'd like to see some pictures of the vehicle to make sure I'm not overlooking something that I'll regret." I further explained that although I might not walk out the door with the vehicle, that I needed one fairly quickly and I was very serious about buying it.After making me wait another 20 minutes, he returned with that BS four-square worksheet that every sleazy salesman uses, with nothing written on it but the MSRP of the vehicle, and some extra fees added to it, totaling an amount *higher* than MSRP. I said that it was too much money and asked if that was the best he could do. He said it was. At this point, I felt insulted, so I thanked him for his time and walked out.Renee never so much as offered me a bottle of water during the two hours I spent at the dealer, which I could have used after he made me walk around the back lot for 20 minutes looking for non-existent vehicles. The temperatures were in the mid to high 90's today and blacktop doesn't make things any cooler.I walked across the street to the Holmes Tuttle Ford dealer and met a salesman that was actually honest, knowledgeable, and worked with me. I didn't buy the Ford yet, but it has become a much more likely option. Ford should pay Renee for the business he is driving in their direction.

This was a very pleasant expierence. Rick salvaged a "NEW" car sale deal which had gone bad at the New Sales department and got us in to an awesome 24,000 mile CPO Tahoe for a fantastic deal. If not for his experience and proffessionalism we would've gone to Phoenix. (O'Riely was never and will never be considered.) Bo Watson was ever so kind and assured we would get the best possible deal and treatment you come to expect from a family owned and operated dealership. He and Rick delivered, and then some. My Service has been top notch down to supplying me with a rag to crawl under the vehicle to ensure no drips or smears are left behind after each oil change. When I had it Waxed Jessee took personal responsibility when seeing to it that although the price had increased since I had made the appointment, I would still be charged the old price which was in effect when the appointment was made.Anthony in Parts has an exceptional knowledge base when it comes to gathering information and procuring the exact part(s) I need when I come in. I've purchased Mud Flaps, Touch up Paint and plan to get more accessories in the future.

I have taken my 2003 Malibu in a couple of different times for different problems and dealt with Mike Droubie each time. I found Mike to be very professional and knowledgable. He was very nice and friendly. It was a great pleasure and comfort to have Mike help me with the repairs. He eased a stressful situation for me. I definitely felt like I was in good hands with Mike. The repairs were handled in a timely manner and were true to what Mike had explained to me and price quoted. One repair was even a little less than what was quoted. A serious problem was also found and caught before it became an engine replacing problem. I will definetly recommend Mike and Watson to my friends, and I will be back.

I have been taking my car to Watson Chev for years now. Every time I go in i am met with a friendly face and a great attitude. They are always professional and curtious. Most important though is the level of trust they have built with me. I feel confident that they have never tried to sell me anything my car didn't need, i have always been givin accurate quotes, been kept informed on the progress and my car has always been repaired in a timely manner. I also appreciate the fact that Mr Droubie doesn't treat me like the "dumb female" that knows nothing about cars!!!

I took my car to get the bumper fixed BC we were rear ended. Picked up the car, the trunk was still out of alignment. And I now have front end damage that wasn't there when the car was dropped off. Refused they did damage and refused to fix it. Took it to a different auto body place and they said it was hit and a bracket was broken. Thank you Watson for making my car worse than it was. I will NEVER do business with Watson again!

I am very unhappy with Watson Chevrolet. We purchased a brand new auto in both my spouses name and my name. We thought everything was fine until the mailings started. All mail received from Chevrolet, On-Star and XM radio has been in my HUSBANDS name ONLY. I was told by On-Star that I would need my husbands PERMISSION to be added to OUR account. Our Salesman at Watson says there was room for only one name in his computer, so he put my husband. This was a joint purchase and I will be the main driver of this vehicle. All I ask is that the paperwork be done in John and Marcia Smith's name together! My sister just purchased a new vehicle from Ford ALL of their mail is coming to Carol and Dick Jones. Get with the times Watson!!! This has ruined the new car buying experience for me!
