Came in for an issue similar to one I had about a year ago, Neil helped me out again even breaking down the cause of the issue I was having, a simple fix I overlooked but since I was already there they took care of me and I now have the peace of mind that I'm covered under warranty for two years in case it happens again. Quick and easy service, the only other place I'd trust to work on my cars besides myself. Keep up the good work!

I made a recent purchase (2020 Chevy Equinox LS) at Webb Chevrolet on 95th & Cicero Avenue, and I love 💕 my 🚙. This was not my first purchase at this dealership, however this time was a more pleasant experience. The sales reps ( Ivan F., Kenny B and the financial manager) I encountered were welcoming. Kenny Barnes, especially was professional, yet friendly. I was not at all intimidated. He appeared knowledgeable about mechanics of the vehicle, the pricing, etc. He understood my need. He appeared to go the extra mile to show external consideration. The whole experience was wonderful and I will recommend this dealership and Kenny to others.

Bought my second Chevy yesterday through Mike Evans. He is literally the best salesman, so nice and caring. The man always have snacks. I met him back in 2107 and I was so happy that he was their cause I couldn’t image working with another person. Mike has worked magic for me both times and I always leave happy and having more knowledge about my vehicle. Miguel in finance is amazing as well he worked some magic for me. I couldn’t be any happier leaving the lot.

I'm redoing my survey due to dissatisfaction. At first I was very excited to purchase my car Now I feel that I was been rushed out of the dealership the day I bought my car because the time was running late. I was told that my Onstar was not broken that the system was just down but I recently just found out that was not the truth. They are now ordering a new part to put in my car because the function that connects to OnStar and my speakers our broken. I do not appreciate that at all due to the fact I brought a 'brand new' car. I'm paying for a fully functioning 2016 car, Nothing should be wrong with it at all!

I went into Webb Chevy on August 30, 2016. I knew what type of vehicle I was in the market for. I was in the market for a brand new Chevy Spark. Tony Hernandez is a great and excellent sales Representative. He greeted me in a very polite way. He asked me what I was looking for or what type of vehicles or vehicle I was looking for. I said I just sold my car a few days before and I wanted to look at A brand new Chevy Spark. He said what color was I looking for and I said white. He pulled a 2017 Chevy Spark up to the front of the dealership and I took the car for a test drive with Tony Hernandez the sales Representative. When we got back to the dealership, Webb Chevy. I was ready to make the purchase. The whole experience from start to finish was great & Excellent with Tony. I give him A BIG A+ grade. These people must be from a different planet. They were the nicest most honest salespeople that we ever had the pleasure of working with. They made us feel comfortable from the very start. They were honest from the beginning. We have less then perfect credit and they did not lie to us and make promises that they could not keep. We were told up front that it would be difficult but not impossible to get us financed. But off to work they went. And in less then an hour our salesman came out and asked us what color we wanted! The finance manager was fantastic. I expected to get hit with 30% or more finance charges due to our bad credit. I said "so how much damage in fiance are you going to hit us for." He said that he got us at 12.9%. I almost fainted. All in all a stress free experience with wonderful people.

I bought a 2015 Malibu with 2000 miles on it. Webb Chevy sold me this car as new and charged me as new. They said they were going to detail the car before I picked it up. That never happened. It was dirty. That is why I didn't see the scratches on the fender or the gouges in the rim of the front right side. They will not do anything about the scratches but told me they would order a rim. I haven't heard from them. I feel they don't care about anything but the sale, and will try to get away with what they can. I guess buyer beware is true for this dealership!

I was there for service and the sales staff were friendly without being aggressive. I was not rushed away when it was known that I was interested in buying a car. Of course, this is subject to change in the future. I will consider Webb Chevrolet and have an Equinox in mind that must have 4-wheel drive.

During this most recent visit, of noteworthy high importance was the expertise demonstrated by the Service Agent assigned to attend to the completion of appropriate maintenance of the vehicle that I currently drive--purchased at Webb Chevy in September of 2015. I refer specifically to Paul, who successfully managed to finish all required work that needed to be accomplished in a timely way and with what I had perceived to have been total confidence in his own technical savvy. This admirable demonstration of skillfulness evoked a feeling of authentic satisfaction as well as genuine appreciation. I also am thankful to Bill and Tony because both of these courteous gentlemen ensured that my appointment would take place at precisely the time when it had been scheduled to occur.

I would like to just start with everything went very smooth, everybody I talked to was incredible nice and polite. The day before I was driving to an interview for a new job in my transmission went out they wanted $4,500 to fix my transmission! Yeah because I have that just laying around... either way they did great with my paper weight of a car trade in and gave me a great deal on a new Chevy Cruze 2016 I love it it's reliable and no more stress of something breaking. :) :) :) Thank you thank you thank you if you go there just to even look at cars or you're in the mood to splurge and buy one ask for Anthony! He was great!

Good experience. Only thing that I did not like was the fact that it was acted like the dealership gave me all these discounts. However, the discounts were given because I am a GM employee and everything associated around that. Mark Forgas was awesome guy.

It was a pleasant visit. However, I was not fond of how long the staff took to simply change the oil in my vehicle and rotate the tires. I arrived before a few guests and noticed they left before I did. I do not appreciate being kept waiting longer than necessary.

When I pulled in, the young man who took my information was jovial and polite. The young man inside, who printed out the work order was equally jovial and polite. Although I have had disappointing service in the past, I appreciated the customer service on this visit. It makes things nice that the Service Manager (I think his name is Brace) was present and able to see how vehicle owners were treated. The Service Manager spoke to me and shook my had. Even if he didn't remember my name, I appreciate his asking how my experience was.

Kind, professional and quite helpful with no hassle in dealing with the dealers and service department. I bought my car on a Thurs and on Monday was forced into a curb and blew a tire. It would have been fixed on Mon, but the tire wasn't in stock. No worries!!!! They set me up with a rental. My car was ready first thing the next morning!!!!

Two years ago I brought my Chevy Tahoe to Webb Chevrolet at 9440 S. Cicero in Oak Lawn and they told me that I needed a complete brake job: brakes and rotors all the way around. Based on their recommendation I had them do the complete brake job. This past week, I brought my truck back to Webb because the brake pedal was very soft. I was told again that not only did I need another complete brake job, but I also needed calipers. Knowing something wasn't right, I told them to just change my oil and I would take my car somewhere else to get the brakes looked at. I took my vehicle to a place recommended by a friend to have my brakes inspected. I was told that I needed another complete brake job but that I did not need calipers. The brake issue alone would be enough for me to file a complaint, but there was also an issue with my oil change. The day after I got my vehicle back from Webb, I noticed a pool of oil under the engine. When I brought my car to a local oil change place to have them look at the oil, I was told that there was less than 2 quarts of oil left in the engine due to a leaking filter that was very loose. That means that more than 2/3 of the oil had leaked out in less than 2 days. If I had not caught this issue, I almost certainly would have blown the engine. Several of the workers made it a point to come to me to ask where I had gotten the previous oil change, because they were shocked at the condition my car was in. I am deeply concerned about the ethics and honesty in their service department and this dealership should be avoided at all cost!

When I picked up my Acadia I was hoping it would be washed after sitting out at the dealership for 4 days it was very dusty from the local construction going on route 30. Plus it cost in excess of 800 to have the car fixed. I also feel that since it wasn't a common problem and sounds more like faulty wiring GMC should have paid for the repair. Not a repair from over use, rarely do I have a passenger in my Acadia.

The only issue I ran into was that it took quite a while longer for the mechanic(s) to complete the jobs on my car than what I was told, and it didn't help that I was stuck out of state. Also, I had to get my cylinder replaced and unfortunately it still sticks every time I go to start the car up, plus my key had to be replaced but they didn't leave me my old key so now I can't get into my trunk with my new key. Other than that, the total ended up being a little less than the quotes I got which was great as well as the staff was pretty friendly and I was very pleased with the mechanic's thorough check of my car as he came upon more issues that wouldn't have normally been found.the building was clean, bright and organized which helped while I was waiting for my car to be finished.

Everything was great except the insane wait time. I made an appointment for a basic oil change, arrived on time, and my car was taken immediately. I didn't leave the dealership until 2.5 hours later. I'm sorry, but that is ridiculous, especially for an oil change. I understand that the wait times will be longer than if I took it to Jiffy Lube or something similar, but anything more than an hour and a half is just not worth it. I have three more free oil changes coming with my new vehicle, and I might not even use them if I have to waste 2.5 hours of my life each time.

(widowed with a limited amount I could spend) In the past 2 days I had been looking at 5 different cars, 5 different dealerships. None of them worked with me the way Mark did. They refused to budge. this visit was good i was a little apprehensive to go to this dealer or Chevy in general because I had been here before with a 2005 cobalt that at the time we were having issues with it not starting and I told them I felt it had something to do with the ignition because the engine would not turn over at all or just die for no reason. they had the car for a couple days and could not find any cause i paid my money and left. the problem continued to happen then finally i got rid of the car then a few months later found out there was a problem and a recall was issued too late for me Chevy already got my money. then this Chevy it has a clogged catalytic converter i have had other brand of cars with 200,000 plus miles and never a clogged converter i am never buying another Chevy.as for the service department the people were helpful and friendly and very delightful to work with

I was in dyer need of a vehicle... My wife's car which was 12 yrs old finally bit the dust unexpectedly, so I went to a ford dealership across the stret that my family members has bought cars from in the past, when I went in there I told the salesmen what I wanted to pay a month and with a certain amount down... He pretty much told me I was going to have to look at used small cars.. So I walk out in discust and went to Webb Chevy... When the salesman came up to me and asked if he could help I told him the same story, and said the same amount I wanted to pay and what I wanted to put down. Without batting an eye he showed me some fully loaded malibu's in the lot and went for a test drive and then he showed me the numbers. To my suprise they were actually lower than expected and lower than what I wanted to pay.. So needless to say.. I didn't drive home in a new ford, I drove home in a fully loaded 2015 Chevy Malibu, that my wife loves and I will be going back to Webb Chevy to purchase future vehicles. Thanks a lot for easing my mind in a time of need

I liked when I called the service manager to ask if there was relief from the high cost of the repair from GM, he seriously researched that. I could have done without the call from the salesman asking if I wanted to trade in my Equinox. Seriously? Where was he before I had to shell out $1400? BTW - If Chevrolet wants to be the leader in small cars they have to start with a great engine. Evidently the Ecotec 2.4L isn't one.

Scott was my service person that helped me all the way, he was very polite, generous and informative, but I have one small complaint, I had to get my locks on my door fixed so that the doors will open from the remote as well as from the inside of the car, well unfortunately they did not fix it to the point I can hit the unlock buttom inside and the doors open. So I have to take time out my schedule again after not having my car for 3 days and bring the car back again, this is such a inconvience to me and my only one day off. I hope in the near future that your mechanics with check their work before releasing a car.

The recall notice said the procedure would take 30 minutes; the woman on the phone said 45 minutes to an hour. I was planned for this much time to wait. When I arrived, the check-in person told me it would take THREE HOURS. I appreciate him telling me right away rather than waiting, but that seems like a huge difference in estimated time. Luckily a friend in the area was able to pick me up, as I am an out-of-towner. Everyone was very friendly and no one was pushy about getting more services than what I came in for.

I was sold parts for my vehicle that I really don't think that I should have to have paid for. 20 new lug nuts. I have always brought my vehicle in for service at Webb Chevy, no place else. If this is normal wear and tear, this is your tech's being abusive to the equipment by not using the right tool to remove or tighten the lugs. In the forty years I have been driving I have never had to replace all the lugs.

I think the service was ok. I expected more on certain things that I was told would be done. They stated that they were to perform a tire rotation along with the other things and the was not shown it was performed or completed on my invoice. Also the car wash was not what I expected. I was looking for more out of that but it looks like they just threw water on the car. If this is the case then it should be listed as a car RINSE and instead of a car wash. We came in with a poor situation. Due to circumstances not foreseen, our car broke suddenly. We had little money to put down and poor credit to back that up. We were treated courteously and with compassion and fairly. We were made to feel comfortable and not ashamed. Salesman understood our situation and could relate. March 13, 2015 I would just like to say thank you very much to Gerard Laud at Webb Chevy in Oak Lawn IL, for making my car buying experience easy and satisfying. I had been shopping around for a while and as soon as I walked into the dealership I felt welcomed and at ease. Shannon Kennelly greeted me with a smile and was very nice, she than introduced me to Gerard Laud, who sat down with me and asked me what I was looking for and actually listened. He checked his inventory and took me right out to the lot and showed me the cars I was interested in and what the difference was between them and all the features they had to offer. Then he said hop in and lets go for a drive. He explained everything to me in detail and took his time with me. I got a great deal on my new 2013 Chevy Equinox and after we were done with all the paperwork he took me out to my new car and showed me how everything worked and even programmed my phone to synch up with the vehicle. I had driven my other car there and he even had that washed for me and I came back later with my son to pick it up. So I will recommend Webb Chevy to anyone I know that is looking to buy a vehicle. No issues other than it took longer than I expected considering I had made an appointment. My appointment was at 9am and I showed up a few minutes prior to. It took over 1-1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Not horrible, just thought it would be a little faster than that with an appointment.

We had a breakdown on our 2009 Chevrolet Suburban. The throttle body completely malfunctioned at 36,500 miles. The car was well out of warranty. It was touch and go, but we managed to limp it into the dealership just before closing time. I was expecting a substantial bill for the repairs. The service manager, Brace Woolsey researched the issue and found that GM had extended the warranty on the needed parts/olabor and repaired it free of charge. It was ready the next morning. Thanks Brace!

The best service ever at Webb Chevy the Service Rep. Was awesome (young Hispanic male) he paid attention to what a had to say about my vehicle problems. Furthermore, he knew what he was talking about. Then he asked the mechanic a question about the messages that where coming across on my vehicle (Eng Prw reduced/ ESC Service) and the mechanic knew what he was doing also.I have been a Webb Chevy customer for approximately 5 years have been in and out of there for different types of services and I have never received this type of service it was awesome! I called in at 7:00am and explained what I needed. The customer service rep told me someone would call me back. I ended up walking in by 9:00am. Turns out the rep had scheduled me for an appt. I needed a head light repaired but while I was there 2 recalls were taken care of. I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Nader was so polite and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was so unexpected. I was not a customer when I woke up that morning but what a nice suprise...I am now. Thanks.

He neglected to tell me that there was a shuttle bus, As a reslt I hired a cab, being pressed for time. The cab experience was horrible and could have been avoided had I known about the bus. I was given a 20.00 service voucher at the desk to make amends for this.

The only negative thing that comes to mind is the desk by the service consultant. There is very little room. Because of this there is no organization to who is the next person that should be seen. Also when bringing a car in for service there should be a designated area to park your vehicle. Instead of just leaving it I front of the bay doors. Where other cars are coming in and out.

My wife and I had visited your location on several occasions within the year in regards to the promotions only to find out something different. I would also like to add that it is important to listen to your customers when they advise how much of a down payment they could do. It would save sometime if the paperwork is brought out on exactly what was discussed.

I bought a used 2006 Nissan Sentra. Runs nice and looks good or so I thought. Unfortunately for me it was raining and snowing the day I picked it up. The hood had allot of water beading. When I got home I noticed it was all dimpled up from hail damage. My bad for not noticing, you think a reputable dealer would let you know about prior to selling. I was wondering why they matched my price from another dealer so quickly, now I know. And to top it off, the sales man and the sales manager did not even one of my calls, after 4 tries I give up. I will never buy from Webb Chevy in Oaklawn IL,and suggest others go elsewhere to find a car dealer that believes in good customer service.

My car unexpectedly broke down about 40 miles from home. With my warranty coverage and OnStar service, I was able to get a tow truck dispatched, my car was towed to Webb Chevy in Plainfield, and they secured me a rental car for the night. When I first arrived, the new entry system was backed up and I was not happy with the 15 min wait to speak to a writer. However, the associates were very apologetic for the wait and very nice to me. Danielle was very pleasant and quickly got my work started. The only suggestions I have are that the estimate of time to wait was too inaccurate and should be within 20 min of accuracy (not 90) and I was given a final cost without labor included. That means I was surprised at the total when the car was finished.

I would really like to see a direct number to service since their hours begin before the office hours. I usually have to wipe away oil/grease from either the outside of my car or inside. A final inspection for this before releasing car would be great. Also, the tags put in the upper left hand corner are worthless. They fade before I even bring the car back & none of the info is legible. Either invest in the machines I've seen other dealerships use that print out by computer or use a sharpie marker or something. I thought the date on the label was the return date three months out. My label lists the date of service.

My appointment was at 1:15 pm and I arrived at about 12:15. A lot of cars. I asked how long it would take and I was told 2 hours. I was there 4 hours. I had told customer service I was on oxygen. I guess it did not matter. I was their for 4 hours. I did not want to go ahead of anyone, just be honest with me or come out and let me know exactly how long I would be there. I assume I would be back home at about 3:30. I was having oxygen delivered Saturday. I was kind of upset but you do have an awesome worker name Brandon Zelgiewicz and he will work with me the next time come. Your customer service is awesome.

They got me in right away, and I did have to wait a little longer, but I expected that since I was basically was a walk in. I still feel like they did a speedy job, and as usual, they were very courteous. I believe Chris was the service associate that helped me. I feel that the service team is always accomodating and are the reason I keep coming back.

Where to start... Right away, walking into the facility you are welcomed and in no way feel pressured to buy or attacked by several sales people like at others car facilities. Gerard was the person who helped my Husband and I. We were trading in for a larger car and had some specifics we were looking for. One thing that I like about Webb Chevy is that the staff is very personable and remembers who you are when you come in the store. I usually have a good experience, which makes me consistently choose Webb Chevy when I need my car serviced. However, in this particular visit, the only frustration that I had was that the service department ended up taking over 2 hours to do an oil change & tire rotation on my car. When I brought the car in, they initially told me it would only take an hour. While extended wait times can be expected, I'd strongly prefer to have my car done in less time.

On my recent visit, it was more chaotic than usual, I waited at the counter over 10 minutes before I could get anyone's attention that I was standing there, someones keys were lost they explained that there were no porters and a new car shipment had recently arrived, a couple of customers couldn't locate their cars after maintenance and it took over 2 hours for my oil change

My experience was good except my appointment was at 8 and I arrive there about 8:15 due to rainy weather conditions. The rep that assisted set expectation for 1 1/2 hrs for an oil change with an appointment. Although I didn't wait that long setting that kind of expectation was a turn off. Other than that all else was good.

Both Brandon in service and Roxy, the cashier, were very friendly and efficient. The car wash is a nice extra touch. Wait time was kept to a minimum. Clean bathroom and nice, bright, uncluttered waiting room area with coffee and snacks to ease your wait time. Only thing I would change is put signs up to make it easier to get to the service entrance if you are going west on 95th. And p.s.: thanks for making the survey shorter. The old ones were too long and nobody felt like going through those-too time-consuming. This one's much better!

From my initial point of contact with Ms. Linda, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Webb Chevrolet of Plainfield, I was duly impressed with the high level of professionalism that obviously distinguishes this dealership. Graciousness, courtesy, and competence are attributes that I perceived in the conversation that Ms. Linda and I shared. After having explained that I needed to schedule an oil change and tire rotation, Ms. Linda connected me to Service Director Mr. Michael Pirelli, who also revealed much kindness. Mr. Pirelli advised me to take the vehicle to the service department that very afternoon. Additionally, it was especially encouraging and noteworthy to discern Mr. Pirelli's willingness to "go that extra mile" and offer other options in the event that I would not have been able to make the first appointment which he had suggested. When I arrived at the garage doors for the appointment, Mr. Pirelli introduced himself and proceeded to explain concisely and clearly directions about where to go plus a few other notable facts (pertaining to waiting time; a reminder of the feature that the purchase of the 2014 Cruze includes free maintenance; suggestions for having both interior and exterior details performed at local businesses; etc.). Mr. Pirelli conducted himself with leadership expertise: I observed how effectively he communicated with the Mechanics. While sipping free coffee in the waiting room (a nice amenity/perk) and making a few phone calls, I felt comfortable and secure. Joyful memories surfaced into my mind as I recollected the day that I bought the Cruze and had gone out on the road for my first test drive with Mr. Greg Stern, the former Sales Representative. It seemed that I could not have had a more altogether comfortable and positive experience at Webb Chevrolet in Plainfield on that day of being serviced so extremely well. Kudos to each and every employee whom I encountered and who provided assistance in an authentically exemplary manner.

My sales person Tony was the best. He was very professional and efficient. I felt like he was really taking care of me. He answered by questions and was quite patient with me. If all your sales reps are like Tony then I imagine WEBB is doing great in the customer service category. The finance person who work with me was also great. Since I have trouble dropping off my car before 3 pm, I reserved a car from enterprise. It took less than an hour to change the radio so I was able to cancel the rental car. That saved me the expense of the rental. The only problem is I lost the free trial of XM. But that's ok because I already declined the XM service any way. Thanks for the speedy service.

The only issue I had was that they failed to protect my car mats during service. When I got my car back, the front mats in my car were very dirty. I understand that they were backed up due to the power outage; however, they could have taken just a little more time to make sure that the mats were covered.

This was my first and only visit to your dealership due to an unexpected flat tire on my way home from a work conference in Chicago. The dealership is very clean and was extremely busy. While my needs were taken seriously, I would have liked to have been on the road a little sooner. Upon arriving at the service department at 3 pm, I was informed I would be "worked in since I did not have an appointment". I realize that the shop was busy and that others had appts, but it was a little frustrating as someone stranded several hours from home. Roadside assistance set up the tow truck and advised me of your location for service. In addition, when I arrived I informed the desk person that my car had a flat tire that would need to be replaced because I already knew that my Malibu did not come with a spare; after it was inspected at 530 pm, I was asked if I wanted to have them install my spare or just replace the tire. Seriously? My thoughts were why did I even speak with the desk person if they were not going to relay the intial information to the service technician. Other than that, everyone was extremely pleasant and I was on the road by 615 pm.

We felt welcomed, no major pressure, good test drive, the negotiating wasn't too painful and we are happy with the deal. The car had everything we wanted expect the turbo engine. Only negative was the long wait for the finance guy which seems to be a universal problem with car dealerships. We did not require financing so think there could be a faster way to finish the purchase.

Had a great experience purchasing the car. However when I took it back to have the heated seats installed my windshield was cracked in during the trip from the sub contractor to the dealer. The dealer replaced the windshield but I spent a fortune on gas with the loaner I was given.

A gentleman walked up to me while in the showroom waiting on my car for service. In a very sincere and New Jersey accent he asked could he assist me.( Four years stationed on a Naval Base in New Jersey is how I knew the accent) I told him that my car was in for service and that I was just looking, he then proceeded to talk cars with me and went to see my car 2013 427 Corvette. He returned and congratulated me on my choice of car. I later asked a salesman who the gentleman was. The salesman responded that he was related to the owner possibly nephew and that he was there conducting business. I could clearly see that the gentleman was busy but he took the time to stop and ensure that I was taken care of. Mr. Webb many times our relatives do not understand the value of hard work and customer service but clearly this relative does. I congratulate you on a great team. THE WHOLE TOWN IS TALKING!

I bought my HHR at Webb, and my mother bought a used car for her business there about a year later. I thought I trusted them, but I recently discovered that the paperwork that I signed and what my mother signed is FAR different than what we were told. The length of financing was different, interest rates were different, we were charged for things we shouldn't have been, etc. I was perplexed on how it could have happened, as we signed the paperwork, but after some inquiring and digging and a little help from social media, I met a former employee of Webb that told me how they did it. So I urge everyone - make sure the forms you are signing are filled out BEFORE you sign them. Don't let ANY forms go through a printer after you sign! They are changing the terms on you when they do that! Bring the papers home and look them over again with a fine tooth comb. Re-read EVERYTHING and write down EVERY dollar amount you agreed to at the Sales persons desk. Ask the sales person to initial and date those notes and make sure what you are TOLD is what is on the forms. They will rip you off if you look away for one second! And Jackie Webb will tell you she will call you back and help you, but don't hold your breath unless you like the color blue.

We Purchased our Chevy Equinox here and Loved the salesman who was Seth, He seemed very honest. He was new and really trying, we knew what we wanted and another salesman came to help him with our deal, all went good and we agreed that we would later get the luggage rack and Fog lights.. we have gone back and were told no they were not available you either got them when you bought the car or you lose.. ALSO when we did the paper work Joe the finance man told me he was going to get my husband a lower rate but offices were closed and he would call Monday.. well that hasn't been done. I left Joe many phone messages and still 3/17 no call back on that I just believe - your word has to be good as gold to keep people coming back

Just wanted to share my buying experience at Webb Chevy. As I walked into the showroom I was greeted by Gerard. From the moment I walked in it was all about what I was looking for. Gerard was a very personable and attentive to exactly what I wanted, and the budget I was wanting to stay in. I ended up with a SUV 2013 Equinox champagne in color. My experience at the dealership was like no other. I was hesitant of going because of my past experience at other dealers. The process went so fast that I was surprised I was out the door and on my way out in records time. Gerard made sure before I left with my new vehicle I was educated on all the features my new SUV had to offer. I will definitely recommend going to see Gerard to all my friends and family members that may be in the market for a new vehicle. You will not be let down

Its been a Week since i purchased my new 2013 Chevy Malibu and i couldn't be happier. My experience with Webb Chevy was excellent from the moment i entered the door. It began as i was greeted in a friendly manner by a gentlemen named Bob who helped me find the salesman i had intended to work with. I read reviews on Cars.com about a sales representative named Gerard Laud and immediately asked for his expertise. My previous vehicle was a 2004 VW Passat purchased at the VW dealership which was a complete nightmare. The salesman i worked with at VW didn't show much regard for me as a person. I was pretty much treated as an object and he was just trying to make a sale ( if i can dig up his name ill post it on here). Working with Gerard at Webb Chevy was the complete opposite. From the moment i shook his hand i felt that he truly cared about me making a purchase that i was happy with. We started looking at the selection of Malibus Webb Chevy had which was roughly 30 models at the time. Gerard showed be a beautiful metallic black 2LT Malibu and we went for a test drive. I loved it. The whole time i spent looking for the right vehicle Gerard supplied me with all the information about the vehicle i could ask for and more. I never felt pressured or obligated to make the purchase he was more concerned with getting me the car that i was going to enjoy the most. He understood that i was there to first find a car that i really liked and then talk about the financing and purchasing. When we were on the lot we were just two guys talking cars. When we moved inside to his office he was a genuinely honest salesman. This was the ideal car buying experience. Thanks Webb Chevy.

I purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze a few months ago from Webb Chevy. Gerard Laud was my Sales Representative. He made me feel very comfortable and helped me to make my decision. I brought my car in today for the Environmental Paint Protection. Gerard arranged a time for me and he took care of all the details. I met him at the Dealership and he explained what was going to be done to my car. He took the time to drive me home and had my car delivered to my home when it was done. He was extremely helpful. He has assured me that I can contact him directly with any issues or questions that I may have with my new car. He wasn't just concerned about the sale of the car. He is concerned that I have a good experience owning this car. I appreciate his follow up with me. Please look him up if you are considering purchasing a new car.

Though Webb Chevy publically responded to my previous review (listed below) by saying they wish to "ameliorate the issue in hopes of moving our dealership in a more positive direction" NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM I contacted the sales manager, Jackie Webb, in hopes of resolving this matter and moving on. I got the same run around as before- unless I AND MY WIFE sign some document stating I and my family will never return to the dealership, they will not return my down payment. Again, I had already bought 5 cars from Webb over the past several years- & this is the way they treat a loyal, returning customer. I took my Equinox to Webb Chevy to have several problems fixed. The advisor - Roberto - took my concerns to the technician. He returned and told me that he needed to keep the truck for the work needed. He informed me that the majority of the work was covered under warranty and that a car would be provided my use while my truck was being repaired. He said that he would notify me when my truck is ready, and he did. I really appreciated having the car made available to me while my truck was being repaired.

My name is Norman Lupescu- this is not some anonymous rant...this review is based on what actually happened to me when I recently tried to purchase a new Tahoe from Webb Chevy. I & my family have bought 5 cars from Webb Chevy over the years. I found a Tahoe I was interested in- I thought I had a great deal from Webb, so I signed a contract & put money down. The very next day, I found a better deal at one of Webb's local competitors. I went back to Webb & asked them to match the price or cancel the deal. They refused to do either- & said they would keep my money. I treid to work it out with a store manager- rather than being reasonable about it, he publically yelled at my wife & I right in the middle of the store. We left- he told us never to come back. Webb now refuses to even service our other cars- & not just our cars, but they also refuse to service my kids cars (who had nothing to do with this). Is this the type of company you want to do business with?? I highly recommend you go elsewhere.
