Darryl (Doc) Cash is the go to guy. I recently purchased my fifth new Silverado from him. The process is simple because he makes it that way for you. He takes all of the time necessary to make sure that YOU are satisfied. I call him and tell him what I need then he makes it happen. Then calls and checks on you after the sale. George Weber Chevrolet (Columbia, IL) did an excellent job of providing excellent customer service throughout the purchase of my vehicle. I've been to some dealerships in which I feel as the employees seem to care less if I purchased a vehicle from them or not. This was not the case at George Weber. Never did I get the impression that I was a bother to anyone. All of my questions and concerns were answered and met without delay or hassle. The staff, especially Shana Mercer, made me feel as if I was important to their business. Shana offered numerous times to come into work on her day off in order to satisfy my convenience. Impressive. It was nice to do business with a company that still offers great customer service, and knows how to operate on a professional level when dealing with their customers. George Weber clearly understands what Customer Lifetime Value is. It was very evident that Shana and her fellow employees were not just trying to sell me a vehicle for today, they were working on selling me a vehicle in the years to come. They will see me again.

I was greeted by Norm when I arrived. I wanted a truck with specific features, Norm listened then he searched their inventory and within 5 minutes he had a truck fitting my needs pulled up and ready to test drive. Excellent easy fast transaction! Norm is a very easy going and friendly salesperson to work with. Towards the end of the process they have a "tech guy" come out and explain all of the features of the radio, Bluetooth, navigation etc... This is an amazing service that I've never seen at another dealer before... its really cool.

My wife and I stopped into Weber, just to test drive a Colorado. The salesman, Bill Emling, was very helpful setting up the test drive for us. He did not put any pressure on us to make deal at the completion of the test drive, as we were going to test other vehicles that day. I was very comfortable contacting him again to establish a sales price. I enjoyed talking to him on a personal level as we filled out the paperwork.

I just purchased a used Chevy Equinox from Doug in Columbia. Definitely made the car buying process simple and hassle free for me. He was up front and honest, didnt sugar coat anything or try to get me a vehicle I didnt want. They made the payments fit my budget and took care of my sales tax for me. My brakes were not good and we brought the car back the next day and they put new brakes on for me at no extra cost. I appreciate everything the sales team did for me and will definitely be back for my next car! Highly recommend these guys!

no hassle, gimmick free buying experience. saleslady answered our questions. if she was not 100 per cent sure, she did not bs us, and confirmed her answer with someone else. Their online prices are good for everyone, and do not include rebates that only a few qualify for. this is the second time I bought from George weber, even though 2 other chevy dealers closer to us. their service department saved me big time money once, and fixed a problem very simply, something that a body shop wanted $600 .

I bought a 2016 Chevy Tahoe, and Doc made sure the car I wanted was put on hold while he went out of his way to get me the best possible price (I ended up getting the car for about 10K under the manufacturer's recommended price). My sales consultant was Mike Shohans. He was a true gentleman who went the extra mile to get me exactly what I wanted. There is no pressure to buy and they want you to get the best deal possible ... I went to the dealership knowing I wanted to buy a car, I was prepared for the stereotypical sales person to try and sell me on a car I didn't want. But that wasn't the case at all I felt as if I got to make the decisions myself and wasn't pressured! I love the 2015 Cruze I purchased. When I called the dealership this past Tuesday to inquire about a vehicle I saw online, I was fortunate enough to be transferred to Mike Boshans . I was in the market for a replacement for my GMC Terrain and was interested in a Chevy Traverse that had caught my eye. Since I live about an hour from the dealership in Missouri, Mike made sure to check if the vehicle was available for a test drive before I made the trip. Each time I called, he promptly returned my calls. When I got to the dealership, to my surprise he had already pulled the vehicle up and into what I will call a "display garage" for me to sit in and inspect while he finished with another customer. I was very direct with him about what my goal was for the trade-in and what my goal was for the sale. We spent very little time arguing cost. He appeared to be transparent on what margin the dealership had on the vehicle. It was a 2016 and based on Chevy's incentives, it was clear they were trying to make way for new 2017 inventory that is in transit. Nonetheless, I feel as if I was treated fairly. The sales manager Keith made it a point to stop by and say hello and thank you, the next day when I was in he surprisingly remembered my name (most people completely under value how important this is to people). Ron my finance manager was very patient with me and stayed late to allow me time to decide on my financing options, and Matt was a lot of fun the next day in showing me the technology ins and outs of my purchase. All in all, I had a great experience. Of course, I always feel like I should have negotiated the cost a little more, but I am confident that I got a great value for the vehicle I purchased. I had a great experience at Weber. My past experiences with buying cars was to work very long and hard to negotiate a fair price. The Weber experience was very different. Doug was great to work with from the start and gave me upfront and fair pricing from the beginning. His whole goal wa to make sure that I was happy, and he worked hard to do that. He gave me a great price on my trade in and gave me the easiest and most pleasurable buying process I've ever had. The finance manager and service rep were also great. Honestly I always bought VWs but this time I went within Weber and it was great. They made me feel like family.

This is my fifth or sixth new car purchase from Weber Chevy, and will continue to do business with them. My salesman, Mike Seper, answers my questions is fair and knowledgeable on the entire process. He makes the experience easy and painless, and will be back to do business with him in the future. I do my research ahead of time, know the value of my trade and understand they will not just GIVE me a car, they are in business to make money as well...but we ALWAYS come to an agreement that is acceptable to both. I expect honesty and straight forward answers, and Weber Chevy (and more importantly, Mike Seper) have always done that. There are two Chevy dealerships closer to my house that I simply will not do business with.....

I love looking at cars and trucks at Weber Chevy with Donnie Vernier. Great selection and colors on all vehicles not to mention the great deals! And Donnie does a fantastic job of explaining everything to me about the car or truck I'm looking at as well as any questions I have, even if I think they might be stupid. He treats me like one of his friend's every time he sees me. Whether he's on the lot or just out and about he always says "hi"! There's never any pressure to buy when I'm on the lot with him. His dad taught him to be honest with the customers and you'll have them for life. Jonathan was awesome! I owned a Malibu that I bought in hopes to rebuild my credit and after having it for a while I inquired about getting another one. I was originally wanting to get into a 2014 Malibu they had there so I could have something a little newer. Jonathan called me and said he was able to help me into a brand new 2016 Malibu! My mother and I were hoping to look for a car to help me get back and forth from home to clinicals/ect. We stopped by George Weber just to review their selection and price range. Mike Boshans came to us on his golf cart and immediately asked if there was anything he could help us with. I just bought a 2016 Camaro 2SS. I had been to a few local Chevy dealerships (don't want to mention their names) and they had been either rude or pushy. Unlike salesmen in other dealerships, my sales representative, Mr.Steve LaFrance, was very straight forward and did not go back and forth with the price. I told him what I think the fair price is and he tried his best to make the deal happen. He was professional and friendly. He helped me through out the whole process and I did not feel that I am left alone after I signed the deal off! I hope their service quality would be at the same level.

I always wanted to be able to call a brand new Tahoe mine; Ron at George Weber made this possible! Not only were the deals amazing, but he worked to make it something I could afford. The most important thing to me when buying a car or leasing in this case is that the salesman makes me feel like he appreciates my business. I've heard horror stories of buying a new car. I've seen the episode of "Seinfeld" where Jerry spends the entire night at a car dealership. I had an old (albeit reliable) 2000 Sentra for most of college, and even though it got me from point A to point B for five years, it was starting to die on me. I was initially nervous about buying a car because the process was completely foreign to me. However, thanks to Ron Filipiak and Mike Perniciaro, the process was incredibly painless and honestly kind of enjoyable. Mike was very kind and helpful in explaining my credit, made the process of paying off my loan much easier, and made the repayment process much more affordable than I thought. Ron helped me find a phenomenal 2015 Chevy Cruze, and I've never been happier with my car. The best part about Ron is that he was genuinely excited FOR me to have a cool car, and even stayed with me until everything was taken care of, and even helped me understand all of the functions of my new car. If you're a first time buyer, I would definitely recommend George Weber Chevy. Thanks to Frank Shinault my salesman at Weber Chevrolet and to Weber Chevrolet for honoring their 'Everyone Qualifies for this price' ad I see on television. Two South County Chevrolet dealers told me I didn't qualify for their advertised prices after wasting my time , They won't see me again. I had a great buying experience and my salesman helped make the entire process easy, I also got a great loan rate from the finance guy Joe Sewell , I am replacing my wifes car next year and Weber will get my business . I have bought a lot of cars in my time and I don't appreciate dealers who waste my time with prices they know most people won't qualify for.

My husband and I went to George Weber looking to trade in two vehicles with serious negative equity, our salesman John Belz and the finance manager Mike Perniciaro went above and beyond to help us, and got us a good deal however, we decided to only trade in one vehicle. We walked in with a 23% interest rate on a car with no warranty and left in a brand new Chevy Malibu with a 4% interest rate. Mike and John worked with us for three days and never once made us feel like we were wasting their time.

After visiting other dealerships in the St. Louis metro area and getting no satisfaction, I decided to try George Weber Chevrolet in Columbia, Ill. Immediately, it felt like home. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The manager even came out to meet me. I was able to test drive a vehicle that night, even though it was pouring down rain. The sales rep I dealt with was Darryl Doc Cash, who was patient and didnt try to force a sale. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable before signing a lease. The leasing process went smoothly and much faster than at other dealers. Since then, Doc has always been available for any questions that I might have about the vehicle.

My grandfather worked for GM many years ago and we have always received new vehicles from Weber in Columbia IL. Ron Filipiak is a great guy to talk with about any kind of car you want and I was treated with respect, kindness almost as if they were greeting an old friend. It really takes the stress out of car buying. I highly recommend anybody go here they have great deals!

After deciding to replace my wife's 06 Impala with a new one I began to feel the pangs and anxiety of car shopping. I even expressed this and my appreciation to our dealer, Kent Larkin of Weber of Columbia IL. I told him we had prayed for every aspect because of the reputation car salesmen have. (sorry, fellows) Kent met me at the door on a Saturday about 10 minutes before closing. I told him what I wanted to look at and he got the keys and patiently allowed me to take my time. No push, no rush in this guy. He continued to work with me throughout the process, changing cars 3 times, snags with the credit union, title dilemmas, etc. Never once did he seem to get impatient or upset, very cool in the face of it all. His methods were thorough and he introduced every aspect of this car. Mike helped us through finance like a breeze and we loved working with him. Then, along came Matt, the tech guru, to teach two very non-tech people how to use the On-Star, Blue Tooth connection, and the satellite radio programs. Along the way we had a great time and were treated great by every staff member that we came across. On top of that we now have a beautiful, connected, Crystal Red Tintcoat, 2015 Impala Limited LT. This car gleams in the light of the garage lights. :-D If you are in need of transportation I recommend this great team of people and Kent Larkin is the Best of the Best in our eyes.

The customer service at this dealership was the best I have ever experienced. My Salesman, Kent Larkin was extremely professional in handling all my questions and concerns and provided transportation up and back to the airport. I contacted Jacky Burton advising him my husband & I were thinking of purchasing a new vehicle in the near future. Jacky got on this right away and put us in contact with Frank Shinault. Frank immediately contacted me with several vehicle options. He also provided a 2015 Chevrolet Impala for me to test drive and answered all of my questions before the test drive began. We have always been Honda people and in fact our last 6 vehicles have been Hondas. After test driving the Impala we actually decided to hold off on purchasing a new vehicle because our Honda had new tires, 10,000 miles left on the warranty and a warranty rebate once the 10,000 miles expired. Frank explained to us what a great deal he had proposed and after speaking with my husband directly Frank came back with an offer we simply could not refuse. Once we made the purchase I drove over on my lunch hour and Frank had all the paper work completed and once again answered all of my questions. I have no doubt we made not only the right choice of purchasing a Chevrolet but purchasing from Weber Chevrolet. However I think our biggest win was dealing with Frank Shinault!!!! Purchased a new 2016 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ 3500 HD Crew DRW w/6.6L Turbo Diesel, very nice truck with nearly every option, love the truck, awesome look and awesome power, excellent job GM! Was met at the door by Darryl "Doc" Cash who I had spoken to before arriving at Weber. He was very polite and personable and did everything he could to answer our questions. We took the truck for a test drive and were really impressed with how such a large vehicle handles, the steering from my last truck (2012 2500HD) wasn't nearly as smooth, not sure if it is a difference between the 2500 and 3500, but is far superior, with effortless control. Once we decided on a price, we were off to finalize the deal with Chris Covinsky. Chris was extremely efficient and very pleasant through the most displeasing part of the sale, signing for a loan. Chris explained every option without pressuring us to purchase stuff we did not need, like tire warranties, window etching and other, IMHO, over priced stuff no one needs. He explained them, asked us if we were interested and moved on. We did get the extended warranty and Chris gave it to us at cost. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and this was the quickest to date, thank you Chris! The following day we returned for a technology preview with Matt Tyson who gave us a great walk through with all the technology. He also gave some great advice on XM and OnStar that will save us time and money, thank you Matt, great job! I recommend this meeting, all the technology in these vehicles makes it a worthwhile hour so you are able to take advantage of all the features in your new GM. A few days after the purchase we were scheduled for an appointment to install a spray in Bedliner and clear coating, arrived at the shop, dropped the truck, was put in a loaner and was on my way on under 30 minutes, thanks Brian Boyd, Angie Whitecotton and Becky Pfingsten, a quick and painless process. BTW, the 2016 Impala (800 miles) was a great loaner, very nice driving car. A couple of notes about the purchase, 1) I checked all the numbers before buying, and with the military price and after all rebates and incentives, I got the truck several thousand below invoice and well below Cars.com fair market price. 2) Weber gave me several thousand more than the trade in value for my Equinox, which was only 2 years old, but in excellent condition. 3) Weber was great, Chris even gave us water and a power bar because we missed lunch, nice touch Chris. 4) I do have two complaints, GM no longer clear coats the vehicles, at this price point, come on GM, also, GM's new 1 year free maintenance, the 2 year free oil changes was a very nice incentive, please bring it back. I reluctantly give Chevy 5 stars because the truck is just awesome looks great and drives great. I would be more enthusiastic if they restored the clear coat paint and the 2 years of free maintenance. I give Weber an enthusiastic 5 stars, I will purchase from them again and highly recommend you give them a look for your next purchase, the commercials are accurate, they do follow through with the commitments made by Mr Weber to be upfront and giving all incentives without having to ask and they do give top dollar for your trade . Darryl and Chris were both very upfront about the price and the available incentives nice job guys! Thank you Doc, Chris, Brian, Matt, Angie and Becky great customer service great buying experience!

He gives you as much information as possible up front through email and he doesn't mind texting at all. I have talk to him through text as late as almost midnight onsome nights. Mind blowing experience. I have been purchasing vehicles for over 20 years. In those 20 years I have haggled, played games, beat up on the salesman, been beaten on by salesman and have had rough times making deals. I worked with Jonathan Hegger from the Internet Team there and I have never been more impressed with how vehicle shopping has started to take a turn for the better. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable about his products, incentives and he even worked out some numbers on my trade through email. This took out all the hassle of taking time off to go over to the dealership to beat my head against the wall. I was able to keep my personal and work life on track while working out a very easy and great deal. He even had me fill out my credit info on their site and when I walked in to finish up they already had me approved through the bank and I was there for all of 30 minutes. This is the way vehicle shopping should be. I will no longer shop around different dealerships for deals. Weber Chevrolet and Jonathan Hegger are now my only car people. Thanks so much, you guys are amazing!

I can only describe my experience as near perfect. Doug was an exceptional salesman to work with. He is very personable and reasonable to work with. While I understand the goal of any business is to make money, he took into account our current situation and attempted to help as much as possible. I have purchased numerous cars since I was 16 years old and I can say without reservation that this was the best experience I have ever had. He was very open about the vehicle, and the rational behind the price. Also very thoughtful and considerate with my extremely high mileage trade-in. I came to Weber Chevrolet with my 80 year old father. He wanted a GMC Terrain because he found it so easy to get in and out through the door on the Terrain. So we knew the car he wanted but we always were concerned about his budget since he's on a fixed income. I have bought several vehicles from Weber Chevrolet in Columbia. I have always been treat great. All the staff there is extremely nice. Even when in for service I am treated several time from the employees walking past me. I am never bothered by anyone. They have a nice waiting area in both service and the showroom. My salesman always finds me to say "Hi" when I come in. I have purchased 7 vehicles from him. He would be upset if I told him but I have shopped him against other dealers in the area like Jim Butler , Londoff and Bommorito and they are all around par as far as the deal on the vehicle but I just don't see having the relationship with those other like the one I have at Weber. There is no one else I would rather do business with than Jonathan Hegger and the Weber employees.

George Weber is an amazing company! I have bought 3 cars from them and been extremely satisfied. The entire team from Salesmen to finance to detailers made my experience wonderful. They all worked so hard accommodating my needs. My Father is very sick and they went the extra mile for him. I appreciate the George Weber Family!

excellent experience with salesman and service department I even recieved follow up call from salesman Don Vernier and service dept Marsha to see if I had any questions.I will always deal with Weber as this is my 4th vehicle I purchasd from them and everytime it a better experience

Sales service was excellent and follow up maintenance with the service department was top notch. I found the salesman to be very courteous and straight foward - anwering all questions. I was very impressed with the professionalism of both sales and service.

I have purchased 3 vehicles so far from George Weber Chevrolet (the last about 4 months ago) and every experience has been flawless. Great service, good price, and they have always gotten me exactly what I wanted in a truck... Have also referred a couple friends and family there within the past year to buy, whom have all had good experiences. Will continue to do business in the future and highly recommend.
