We broke down on a Saturday afternoon, last man just leaving, let us put our trailer we were pulling behind the fence before he locked up. On Monday stopped in to see what exactly was wrong and they advised it would be the tie rod broke, had them replace both front tie rods and alignment and was done Monday afternoon. Saved our vacation! And didn't break the bank. Thank you!

Took our 2016 Fusion into the shop. Car had about 19K on it and several instances where it just cut off. In describing the "whats the car doing" to the service manager I was very impressed that right away he had an idea of what it could be. He cited a fuel modulator. Left the car with Welford Harris while I went on vacation and two days later called to tell me it was ready. Nice easy experience, no hassles

On May 26th I placed a call to Welford Harris to get some information about a part for my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. The parts department phone line was busy, the receptionist Dacia Hayes came back on the line and said it might be a while because I called at lunch time and there was only one person in the parts department. Dacia and I started up a conversation and I have to tell you Dacia is one of the most pleasant and funniest persons I have ever dealt with. It is so important to have a great first contact like Dacia. When it comes time for me to purchase a new auto I will drive the 95.4 miles to purchase it from Welford Harris. There will be on condition and that is Dacia will be the salesperson of record and that she receives full credit and commission for the sale. Keep up the great work Dacia. Peter Bednarz

My "Lady Friend" and myself were extremely pleased with the service that we received last week while I was in the process of trading in my 2006 PT Cruiser convertible for a 2013 Chrysler Limited Convertible.. I was very satisfied with the final price. The car is exactly as advertised and a real pleasure to drive.

My first car came from Welford Harris Ford in 1973. We have purchased Mustangs, a Grand Marquis, a Dodge Minivan, a Fusion, a Charger and last week an Edge. These folks are courteous and professional. They gave us an excellent deal on our trade in and a great deal on the new car. The service has been exceptional also. If you want a great deal you should go over and talk with David and his crew. You will not be sorry.

I had a truly exceptional car buying experience recently at Welford Harris. I purchased a new 2016 Jeep Wrangler and from the initial interaction until I received my keys Jeremy and David were a class act. From their laid back sales approach to their eagerness to earn my business I felt like I was their main priority.Moreover, the only thing better than their service was the allowance for my trade-in. I received more than market value for my trade! Needless to say I appreciate the passion, professionalism, and pride shown at Welford Harris and wish them another 50 years of success. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

After finding out my personal car (a Mazda) was under a recall, I decided to check the rest of our household's vehicles, and lo and behold our 1999 Ford Explorer had a recall I didn't know about; one from 2009! It wasn't an airbag recall like my Mazda had, but was something I wanted to get fixed immediately. I contacted Welford Harris about getting it fixed, and set an appointment for Saturday. I live near Siler City and have drove by this dealership hundreds of times, but had never set foot on it. Come Saturday, I pulled up in our old, 240,000+ mile Ford Explorer and went inside to greet the service adviser, Valerie, who was a very nice woman. She put all my information in and told me they'd work on it ASAP. I was worried that due to the age of the recall and our Explorer I would be unable to have any recall work done on it, but that was not the case. I then got the chance to meet David Harris, and as we got to talking I let him know that while I was not on the market just yet, I would be when I had my current car paid off and told him I was interested in the Jeep Renegade. He was more than happy to offer me a test drive on a new 2016 model, an offer I could not refuse. But before we left on this test drive, Valerie came out to tell me my Explorer was ready to go. I'm pretty sure that recall work didn't take three minutes. I was amazed. After taking the Jeep Renegade for a test drive, David gave me a brochure about it and thanked me for coming in. So yes, my entire experience that day was amazing, and I'm glad I let them work on my Explorer. When it comes time for me to purchase a new car, and if I should be looking at a Ford/Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler product, I'll be sure to stop by Welford Harris first. The worst part about my trip? I don't think I'll ever have another repair be done that fast again.

I received a flyer in the mail. It looked like some good bargains. I stop by this dealer from time to time to check out the cars. I also won in the tab pulls. I stopped in, a salesman ran up to my car before I had even stopped. Stood by my window and said you hear for the sale. I said yes, he said park over there. I did and walked back. I was eyeing a car for a few weeks there, Mustang. I asked how much it was. the salesman said come on in and see what you won. I asked about the car again and he said he will get it for me. I was looking to see on my winning number, he came back and took me to a table. Started to write down information. I asked how much the Mustang was. He told me , I said Holy Cow it is $2000.00 more than it was last week. Too much high pressure. This is no Sweetheart Sale it is a scam. I will take my business elsewhere.

You can not deal with better people. They care about you and listen to what you are looking for. They will give you the best deal possible. Their doc fees are much lower than other dealers and that in itself save you money.

Wellford Harris takes very good care of my 1999 RAM 3500 Van, 2000 Jeep Wrangler, and 2010 Dodge Journey (which was purchased new from Welford Harris). I have not experienced "over servicing. Rather than being told I need an unnecessary expensive repair, I often have been advised to drive some more miles and observe this or that, WH is my kind of dealer. I know a little about dealerships and their parts and service departments from experience as the Controller of Chrysler Parts and Service in Centerline, Michigan during the 1970's.

I purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Welford Harris in November 2014. This was the best experience ever and I have bought a lot of cars from other places. From day one everyone made me feel welcomed and valued. There were no gimmicks or tricks, just straight-forward honest business. I drove away in the vehicle I wanted at a great price. Since purchasing I've had the pleasure of interacting with the service department. They are knowledgeable and professional. From my experience, Welford Harris is the best all around dealer in the state. I've referred friends and family to them and will continue to do so. Next time I'm in the market for a new or used vehicle they will be the first place I stop.

When I was looking for a good used car my sister referred me here because she had just bought a new car from them. Lynn and the sales staff were very nice. I told him what my budget was and what payment I could afford and he worked with me to get me into the right car. Love my new to me 2012 Ford Fusion.

I own a Ford Fusion Hybrid. I am very pleased with the comfort of the ride, the driving experience, and especially the good gas mileage. My last car had to have premium gasoline and got less than half the mileage. Whenever I call Welford Harris Ford, everyone is pleasant and courteous, and my needs are met quickly. I like the service and have all of this within five miles of my house.

Through "cars.com" I spotted a very unique and low mileage classic Ford for sale at Welford Harris. Being only an hour away, I decided to see it and hear it in person and am sure glad I did. I had to have this 40+ year old gem. The terms of the deal were quickly settled and they were good enough to hold the car for me for a couple of weeks on a simple deposit, as my work often takes me out of town and I couldn't take it immediately. Moises and Lynn were so professional, so genuine and the entire purchase was done in a very short amount of time. Even my three waiting children were made to feel welcome and remarked at how smooth the process went. Would highly recommend Welford Harris to anyone considering a new or used car in their future. While checking out reviews today, I noticed an earlier review and had to offer my own VERY different experience. As stated in my heading, I've ONLY purchased cars from Welford Harris since my first car in 1977. In every instance, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism, even when I was only 18. Not only did I get a good deal, but was given an excellent trade-in for every car thereafter. I went from a Mercury Cougar to a 2nd one, then it was Ford/Mercury station wagon and Chrysler minivan days. Now I'm driving a Ford Expedition and it's nearing time to trade again. With each vehicle any maintenance was always dealt with promptly and with quality workmanship. You won't find a better dealership anywhere. I would absolutely recommend it. In me, they have a customer for life!

We will never do business with them again! We bought our first vehicle from Welford Harris two weeks ago. It will be the last vehicle we buy from them. When we test drove the car, the check engine and tire pressure lights were on. We made an offer on the car contingent upon the dealership fixing the problems causing the lights. They accepted our offer and took the car to the service department. A while later, they said everything was fixed and the car passed inspection. Three days later, both lights came back on. Apparently they put air in the tires and cleared the check engine code. When I questioned them about taking care of the codes, our salesman said the service department could not find any tire leaks - they were just low on air. As for the check engine light, he seemed to have amnesia because he didn't remember the check engine light. He said the service department wouldn't be able to clear the code on a Toyota anyway. That's a ridiculous statement because I know very little about cars, but I know how to temporarily clear a check engine code! Whenever I was on hold, I had to listen to their commercial about their quality service and how they've provided honesty and integrity for 46 years. Well, according to the ad, they've been in business since 1964 - that's 50 years. I guess their days of honesty and integrity are over!!! Stay away from these crooks!

I can't say enough nice things about this dealership! I had car trouble in route to Ashboro. I stopped at Welford Harris and they were able to immediately diagnose my problem, order the necessary part, and fix it. They are very honest and extremely knowledgeable. I would go back to them without hesitation to purchase a vehicle or for service. I wish all car dealerships had this much integrity. Thank you, Welford Harris for being there in my time of need!!

I purchased an Escape from Welford Harris and it was the easiest and best buying process I have ever encountered. This is the 4th Escape I have owned. Other dealerships take so much time processing and getting things accomplished. Not the folks at Welford Harris. They truly work 'for' you and that's a great feeling. When I need an oil change or anything, they are always making time for me working with my schedule. I highly recommend Welford Harris for all who decide to purchase a vehicle and/or have it serviced!

My daughter was on her way back to school when she hit some debris in the road which caused damage to the sidewall. The service team installed her spare tire quickly, and she was on the road again in time to attend her class. Many thanks for your great service.

I drove over 60 miles to have them service my expedition. Their labor rates were much cheaper than in the Raleigh area. I saved over $300.00 by making the nice relaxing ride to Siler City from Clayton. Not only was the price lower, but the service was outstanding. I actually dealt with the owner and his wife. The people are very down to earth. They performed my repair work as scheduled and I could not be happier. I will definitely recommend them.
