Wenatchee KIA keeps you at their dealership for hours "looking for financing" then they up the advertised price, gouge you on finance charges, like they are financing you, sell the financing to another company to be financed again!!!! These people are crooks, a car that was supposed to cost me $19,000 AFTER all charges is now costing me $27,000. I do NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!!!

I paid in advance for three oil changes. The price was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and professional. My truck had only about thirty-thousand miles on the odometer at the first oil change. I was surprised to hear the fellow at the front desk say I needed a new Toyota water pump as the present one was leaking. He gave me a written estimate of $630 for a new water pump. I had never seen any water on my garage floor, so I ignored his suggestion. At the second oil change, of my allotted three, there was no talk of a water leak, although no work had been done on the pump. Now, a year has gone by and I am back at the Wenatchee KIA dealership for my third oil change. Upon leaving, the front desk fellow again brings up the leaking water pump. He gives me a fresh written estimate of $630 for a new Toyota water pump. I tell him my immaculate truck is parked inside on a white epoxy garage floor and that I have never seen a drop of moisture on the floor. He insists I go back to where my truck was just serviced and see the leak for myself. I go back and it looks to me like someone has carefully poured about eight ounces of coolant on a single spot on the concrete floor, and that this coolant has formed a lateral run of about eighteen inches from the point of pour. I don't say much else. I quietly leave. I check under my truck in the garage during the afternoon, evening, and the next morning. Not a single drop of any liquid can be seen on the white epoxy floor. I'm not sure what to make of this saga. The most recent written estimate also included $55 for changing the oil in the rear differential. With an odometer reading of fewer than forty thousand miles, I asked him if the oil change was needed because of low level, or was it because of dirty oil. He specifically said we should change it because of dirty oil. I feel certain that oil is still clean. I am giving no thought to spending the $55 on a premature differential oil change.

When I decided to purchase a new car, I did lots of research and decided that I wanted a Kia Sportage. I worked with Randy Sage at Wenatchee Kia and my expectations were exceeded. The car rocks, but the professionalism and small town honesty were so refreshing after coming from a big city. I explained what I wanted and he sold me exactly that...without trying to sell me more then I needed. When I talk to someone purchasing a car, I will definitely refer them to Randy at Wenatchee Kia. The complete team was wonderful. The follow up care and reminders have been very helpful. The car was loaded with lots of features that I love, including the moon roof and sun roof, heated seats, towing package, GPS and of course all wheel drive. It handles really well on snowy roads. I always feel in complete control. Thank you at Wenatchee Kia.

My wife and I had the best experience with the dealership, Wenatchee Kia!! Out of the many different cars we have bought in our lifetime(I'm 72!)this was hands down the best!! We were treated with the utmost respect by every staff member, salesmen, etc! Each of our wishes, concerns, expectations and requirements...were met too!! We were given a fair trade for our truck and we walked out with our brand new, Kia Rio SX!! My daughters car had been one of those older cars that no matter what I dont think you could ever be on top of the matainance without a complete restoration and it was not the type of car I would restore anyway. She has 2 children that need to get to school and sports that they are involved with and also drives around 40 miles each direction to work. Needless to say I did not feel her old car was dependable as it left her and the kids stuck on the side of the road more than just a few times, and makes personal safety a concern with all the stuff you hear about on the news daily. I decided to suprise her and give the whole family a feeling of comfort ,dependability and safety . After hearing about all the happy customers who purchased a vehicle from Wenatchee KIA, I felt the time was right for us to be happy KIA customers. I went and met with my salesperson after I got off work . I told him what was going on and he made a deal that would work for us. I normally am a bit uncomfortable around sales people finding them pushy and coming back from the sales manager with some other unexplained cost. Let me tell you this is not at all what went on at Wenatchee KIA. After a short time I felt my sales person actually was not trying to push a sale on me but was wanting to make sure if I did purchase a vehicle that the whole KIA team would be there when and if I needed them. I told him I would be back and was going to get my daughter which is usually right when the big push comes You better sign this or put down some cash so this car doesnt get away while your gone. Instead a freindly smile and hand shake with a thank you was given. I went got my daughter and returned as a first time new vehicle buyer she was beside herself with suprise and joy. When it came down to signing the paper work the folks at Wenatchee KIA made sure we had no question that was left unanswered or not clearly understood. Toward the end of the paperwork the salesman excused himself to go top off the gas tank and even though we had kept everybody there late past closing time on a Friday he still took the time to go over some important things about the new vehicle with my daughter. I never felt unsure or uncomfortable at all during this whole transaction which is a first for me , not the new vehicle purchase but the sales part of it. If you or some one you know is in the market for a new or used vehicle give the team at Wenatchee KIA a visit and I bet you will be glad you did ! Sincerely , Ken Hoffman P.S.
