Shaun and team were amazing to work with. I bought a car through them and they took care of me from start to finish. The car had a small issue that they didn't know about and when I told them they said "stand on us, we'll take care of it." That's all I needed to hear. They are honest salesmen and very passionate about their business. The car has been running great for months now and I'm very happy with it. I will definitely be going back for the Range Rover soon.

Great experience purchasing a used truck from these guys. They were able to get us a great finance rate and the truck is in excellent condition. No pressure on the sale. I would definitely recommend them and would go back if I need to purchase another vehicle.

You don't often find a user car dealership with this level of service as well as a sales staff that you can trust to stand behind their product. Not only do they have a great inventory, but they take pride in the cars that they select to sale, and make the buying process simple and painless. It is immediately apparent that Mark and Saen are part of the community to whom they sell their cars, and were a tremendous asset in helping me through the process. Next time around, I will definitely be back to West Coast Auto Finance.

I drove 83 miles to buy a 2009 Toyota Matrix XRS; I looked everywhere for this car, and only a few exists at a fair to high prices; however, West Coast Auto Finance had the car at a great price...well worth the drive. No hassles, no used car dealer tactics here! They are honest, straightforward, and willing to help in anyway they can....got me a great APR to finance the car....This is where I'm going to buy my teen her car. It's rare to get good customer service, and its even harder to find a dealer you can trust. My wife loved the car, loved the price, and said I made a great choice. YooHooooo!!!!

You won't hear those two words used too often to describe a car buying experience. I was looking for a truck and specifically a 2001-2004 Tacoma which is difficult to find, let alone with low miles and as well maintained as the one I am replacing. I searched high and low and West Coast Auto Finance had the exact model I was looking for. The price seemed high until I found out all of the maintenance performed on the truck. Having owned a Tacoma for 14 years, I know the vehicle inside and out. All of the things that were replaced were routine maintenance after 100K miles. The fact that Mark was not only up front but actually took on the responsibility of inspecting and servicing the vehicle prior to the sale is remarkable. Taking that into consideration, the price I paid was terrific and I had sound piece of mind driving off the lot that all of the servicing to date was up to Toyota's recommendations. The truck runs great and I look forward to another 14+ years driving it. Thanks Mark!

The owner and all the staff is very courteous helpful and they go above and beyond to work with your personal set of circumstances, I had very bad credit and they kept looking for options for me, a relatively small down payment and I drove off the lot same day with a very reliable Honda civic. I will definitely look to buy my next car there. Thank you guys very much for caring. Ps I foolishly left my car on and was charging a phone and my car wasn't starting I panicked thinking that it was not reading my key. I called and I believe it was mark he was calm and diagnosed the issue over the phone saying I need a jump. He was absolutely right. Thanks again.

From the time I first saw their listing and called the dealership, Mark has been nothing but perfect!! I had been in a car accident that totaled my car and had to get a replacement right away. They helped me secure financing that was challenging and had me in the car that same day. They even stayed late so I could make the drive to get to them. They were sensitive to my situation of being injured and just made the deal happen!! Without hesitation, I would refer them to anyone. As a side note... I do not give out reviews easily. Something extraordinary has to happen to make me take the time to write about a transaction. Thanks again Mark for EVERYTHING!!

The service here is excellent. The salesmen are friendly and helpful and don't pressure you into things you don't need. They helped deal with the bank and took care of all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I had a unique situation, in that I was shopping for a specific vehicle (<100k miles, 2007 year model, Tundra Long Bed (i.e. eight foot bed), and <$20K) and live on the east coast (NC). Once I saw West Coast's internet add for their 2007 Tundra, 5.7L, Long Bed, I fell in love with it. Mark worked expeditiously to make the transaction work and provided immediate feed back to all of my questions. At my request, once I felt fairly certain that I would purchase the vehicle, Mark agreed to have it delivered to the local Toyota dealership to have a pre-purchase inspection performed and address any issues disclosed. Mark even had one of his staff members (Alonzo) pick me up at the Airport. Once I arrived at the dealership, Mark had all of the documents in order and had me on my way in short order. The level of service and the manner in which I was treated, was exceptional. I was promised on the front end, that I would not be disappointed with the vehicle and I was anything but disappointed !! I might also mention, that I was driving the vehicle cross country (one of my bucket list items), from San Diego back to NC. Much to my surprise, Mark checked in on me during my journey home to ensure that there were no issues with the vehicle and that all was well with me. I have purchased a number of vehicles during my lifetime, but I have to say, this was indeed a "AAA Rated Buying Experience".

After looking at 10 + dealerships and test driven 43 cars, I had given up.. Then one last car popped up online... I went to West Coast Auto Finance and today I bought a car!!! Sean and Mark were straight up honest, no games, No pressure.. Really !! They both went out of their way in customer service And trust me.. I never thought in a million years I'd LIKE a car salesman! These Guys ROCK!! Ill recommend them to anybody in need of a car- save yourself a big headache And go there first!!!'

What a great choice we made when stopping by West Coast Auto Finance! It was our first time buying from a " Non-Big named dealership" and we were a little weary, and didn't know what to expect. It was extremely easy for us to decide to purchase a truck from here when we viewed the lot and saw nothing but high end, well maintained vehicles. Our dealer was very knowledgable and easy to work with. Very patient, too, since we had our two year old with us, and everyone knows how much patience a two year old has. The whole process took a couple of hours only because our dealer wouldn't give up on finding the best lender for our loan. All in all I don't have one negative thing to say about them. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and they made it so easy. The salesman was very knowledgable and gave me his honest opinion about the cars I was looking at. I'm very satisfied with my purchase of a 2008 Honda CRV that is in almost perfect condition. The condition of the car was a lot better than every other one I have seen in the same price range. The dealership also mailed me my tags, license plate, and a check for what I had paid over with the DMV fees!

Overall this is an awesome dealership to purchase a car. Mark is an awesome salesman he was patient, understanding and did everything possible to make sure that we walked out happy and satisfied with our purchase. He was able to get us financed at a really low rate which saves us a lot of money . What I like most about this place is that they don't BS you...if you have a ques about a vehicle they got an answer for you .These guys are straightforward and honest people !!! Thanks Mark....

I went here looking for a car, and they demanded sticker price on the vehicle, which was worth significantly less. They do not negotiate at all here, all of their cars are in generally good condition but severely overpriced. When you attempt to negotiate the salesmen will attempt to bully you into the sticker price. I have never felt so insulted while shopping. Avoid this place.

I was looking for a used car online and after I found what I was looking for at West Coast Auto Finance decided to check it out. After all dealership stories and angry reviews online was kind of skeptical. I did a research and was surprised how all customers were happy with this company. The website has a good pictures of all cars, a lot of info and carfax. I stop by and check the car, it was in a great shape (new tires, brakes, oil change, super clean inside and outside) as all cars on the lot there. Mike showed me the car and next day I took it for a test drive and bought it. All process was fast and easy, no pressure. They gave a little reasonable discount and helped with a couple of things. So I had a great experience and recommend this place!

I was looking for an Audi A4 and this place stood out amongst the other dealerships. They even offer the carfax report free on their website! Mark and Sean were very courteous throughout the whole buying process. They did their best to make sure I got the car I wanted. My car was also traded with no hassle at all. I don't know who the guy below called that rated them one star and brought down their average (maybe a competitor?), but I don't think it was these guys! I had a pleasant talk with Sean on the phone, and they were very pleasant in person. We purchased a 2008 Honda Fit. They agreed to fix three things, including two significant dings in the paint, a new tire, and a front-end alignment. Not only did they do this, but they detailed the car. It looks like brand new and it's 4 years old! Very nice guys. Even closed early on Halloween to have fun with their kids.

I bought a 2007 CLK350 and the car was exactly as advertised. Car drives (and smells) like new . The exterior looks so immaculate, no one could guess this was a 5 year old car. Mark was terrific during the sale process and helped me out a great deal with the financing process. Genuine guy. The dealership also looks great unlike other used car lots despite having great prices on their cars.

We were looking for CR-Vs and this dealer has a 5 speed manual one. Since we prefer manual shift, we went down to take a look. We found the owner to be professional, friendly, and honest. We test drove the vehicle and decided to buy. They told us all the repairs that they did on the car, and that it would need a timing belt in about 15-20K miles. This CR-V was missing the storage cover, so he gave us one from another CR-V, and saw that the spare was very old and bought a new spare for us. We would buy from this dealer again.
