Troy is knowledgeable and up front about the vehicles on his lot. We drove out to look at a couple of trucks and found a great vehicle at a competitive price. No overbearing sales tactics here, just honest folks who have years in the business. During our test drive, we let Troy know we would be buying the truck. Paperwork was ready when we got back and we were out the door in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a reliable used vehicle.

Troy helped us purchase a car for my Aunt Betty Ann. He let us drive it to our mechanic to check it over. It is in perfect condition. The transaction went smooth. Wow, what a great experience! I haven’t experienced such great customer service in so long, I was in awe!😀. David was so accommodating. He even offered to send me an Uber, at his expense; one day I didn’t have a ride! Troy, was so comical, he is such a jokester, but ensured I had everything I needed. If looking for a used vehicle from some honest, down to earth people, you must visit West End Auto! What a pleasure to work with you both!

I got my son 1st car october 1st. It was a very pleasant experience. Troy is very nice and so helpful. I met the owner he was also very nice and helpful. I would recommend getting a car from here. Thank ya'll so much
