I brought my vehicle to West Herr on ridge for some with some big concerns. When I arrived I was greeted pleasantly and professionally by a young man Nicholas. Nicholas listened to my concerns with the vehicle and proceeded to explain to me the detailed inspections they will conduct to ensure my family vehicle is safe. I was setup with a loaner for 2 days to give them the proper amount of time to deep dive into my concerns, Nicholas then called me explained to me what was going on along with costs for repairs, I was extremely impressed and pleased with the information provided. Thank you Nicholas and Tyler ( the technician who worked on my vehicle) for providing me peace of mind knowing my family vehicle was fixed and running great! 10 out of 10!! Would recommend to family & friends again and again!

Had my Jeep inspected this morning. It was fast and they did not try to sell me on anything. Chris Malone my service advisor is awesome. He schedules my appointments, calls me if I forget to schedule my oil change and sets up a ride back to work if needed and then back to the dealership to pick up. And he always is able to explain the work that needs to be done and offers a time table on when repairs will probably be needed.. Service is always excellent and they treat you with kindness. Prices are exceptable. Dealership is very clean. Love my Jeep and love the service.

I’ve been a customer at this dealership for several years now both for buying my vehicles and for service. The service department is well organized, and the staff is friendly and professional. Drop off is easy, and they provide timely text updates while my vehicle is being worked on so I know what is going on. My service advisor, Mike Penna, always remembers my name and what is going on with my vehicle. The quality of the service and repairs I get here are always top notch. Would recommend.

I love these guys so much! I was in there today from 11a-345p today working on (1) deal- they worked the entire time- they made numbers work: they were kind, patient and personable - very honest, not rushed! I was buying a NEW NEW Jeep - they had it ready insured plated and on the road in hours- no delay, no excuses; Most organized dealership! They even worked with my Father who was helping me, included and thanked him. REALLY great- above and beyond Highly recommend! And I’m a pretty fussy gal- they were genuine and happy! THANK YOU! I love my purchase!

This was a painless and seamless of a process I ever experienced purchasing a vehicle. Cody Argus displayed incredible knowledge answering all my questions. There were some delays with getting my trade in appraised and my new vehicle detailed. Cody made sure to keep me informed throughout and I was able to drive off in the new vehicle 27 hours after the test drive. I got maximum value for trade and was impressed with the entire operation. I highly recommend West Herr and Cody.
