My experience was overall a good one, although there were bumps along the way. Throughout the small issues that came up along the way though, Keith Roberts was there doing his best to make sure I was happy! He even came in on his day off to make sure that I didn't have to wait another day to bring my new car home! He never pressured me to do anything or buy anything I didn't want to, which I greatly appreciate. My experience here at West Herr Dodge, has been a great one. Never had buy a Chevrolet, this is my first time. Mr. Keith Roberts is a great person. A very nice salesman. What I like the most was when my daughter Zeli and I came here, we were just browsing around. He came outside, introduce himself, and talk to us for a bit, and no pressure or nothing. He gave us his card, and when my daughter asked for the vehicle that I just bought, he was very nice, polite and professional with his explanation. The whole process has been great. Very good customer service. I would recommend anyone to this place. Mr. Keith Roberts is a very professional person and very good customer service. We have shopped around for a new Dart at several Dodge dealers. The other dealers do not even compare with West Herr Dodge. From the first time we walked in the door Keith Roberts was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. I can't say the same for other Dodge dealers in this area. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from West Herr Dodge and we will most certainly be back the next time we in the market for something new to drive. Dave is always accessible. Whenever I called, he returned my call, providing the information I needed to complete my decision and buying process. He is more than willing to test drive or show me any vehicle or feature that I am interested in. I worked with Joe Mesi throughout the entire process and I enjoyed working with him. I did hit a few bumps along the way, such as an inaccurate vehicle desription, driver that brought it from another dealership left fast food wrappers and cups in the car, power lock on one of the doors was not working, oil change light was not reset, and finally, the car was still on the website over a week after I bought it, for much less than I paid for it. Again, very much enjoyed Joe Mesi, will work with him again.

I was nervous about going into the dealership by myself. But as soon as I was greeted by Joe Mesi, I was totally at ease. Everything went very smoothly, and all of my questions were answered. I wanted to take a few moments to write a letter in regard to the excellent experience that I had with West Herr Dodge and particularly your sales associate Eric Peterson. I work for a company, GEICO, that sets very high standards for our customer service and we hold our associates to that standard. That being said, I am very critical of the customer service that I receive anywhere, so I hope the fact that I am taking the time to write this letter shows the excellent customer service your associate has provided. Prior to coming to West Herr I had been to other dealerships and I was not impressed with the other dealership service, or lack thereof. It really is the small things that make a huge difference. Eric was more than happy to accommodate my requests and willing to answer any questions I had. Eric kept me up to date through the closing process by phone and by text messaging, which was nice. I never had to guess where we were at in the process. A couple of small things I want to note that made a huge difference for me. First, when test driving the car it was nice to be able to take the vehicle and test drive it without the sales associate with you. I don know why, but it just seems like I had a better experience driving the vehicle on my own and made it easier to decide if I really liked the car. Second, Eric offered me something to drink and then got it for me. This is more of a point for me personally because it went a little differently at another dealership and like I said it is the little things that will make a big impression, at least for me. Third, I felt no pressure to buy. Eric ran the numbers for me, left me alone to talk to my girlfriend about the purchase and I felt really comfortable buying the vehicle. Finally, even after the sale I needed a piece of paperwork and called Eric, left a message and soon after had the email with the requested paperwork. This means a lot becuase at that point it shows your associate and your company care about your customers. I sure there were many other things that made the experience a good one for me, but these are a few that really stuck out in my mind. I am definitely glad I came to West Herr and although I hope to not have to buy another vehicle for quite some time I would not hesitate to come back to West Herr and I will definitely let my friends know as well.
