Very disappointed with the sale I received from West herr Nissan! I purchased a 2010 Ford f150 used, I specifically asked the sales man to look at the tires on the truck. With winter approaching in a month or so! The salesman told me it's a promised vehicle so if the tires are under 50%.they will replace them. I picked up the vehicle and the tires are at 35%.and not replaced! I drove the truck home! 10 miles away from the dealership the tire pressure light came on! I got home and there was 18 pounds of air in the tires! Great customer service! I will not return in the future!

I have purchased my last three vehicles from West Herr Nissan from Nathan Weld and couldn't be happier! He goes above and beyond to help find the best deal possible. He periodically checks in to see how my cars are doing as well as reminders for service and inspections. With every purchase, I have had a very specific list of what features I wanted. He listened, was not pushy, and has found exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Nate!!

Zac Bush was fabulous!! I just purchased a pre-owned Maxima, from West Herr OP, and felt the need to share my experience. Whether you want your handheld through the process, because it is a HUGE decision, or you have a bit of car knowledge and plan to pull the trigger when you are ready, he is a great sales rep to go to. With the amount of information available to the consumer via the internet, I feel "schmoozing" us to buy is a waste of time, and a way to distract a customer from the sale. Zac has a fresh way of selling and I really wish every experience were like this. I didn't have 10 missed calls from him within 24 hrs from me leaving the dealer, the pressure within the sale to make a decision TODAY, and with assistance from Mike Domster (Gen sales manager), Zac got me the deal and car I wanted. I walked out of the dealership with a huge smile, not only because I was leaving with my new car, but because I didn't feel like they "worked me". I would highly recommend West Herr for your next car buying experience.

I just leased a nisson Altima, my second one. I just love the nisson. It is a great car. Pretty and smooth riding. My sales associate was Nathan Weld and he was the best. Very pleasant and thoughtful. Everything was ready for me and my car sparkled like the stars. I would highly reccommed him to anyone looking to buy a nisson .

Where do I start? My daughter needed a car and as a Dad I was going to help. First of all I was drilled like a teenager and questioned about our ability to get financed even before we got a test drive . Mind you her credit was not established but our combined income is over 100k and she never had a loan before. Ok so maybe the salesman was new to the business or not? Looking to Lease a new truck from West Herr turned out to be a bad deal from the start. We had a preset limit which was realistic and willing to negotiate. But here's the big BUT! Price was 29K. For a difference of 8 dollars a month, they started taking everything off the vehicle which left it basically a bare bone truck(2,500.00 options Less) then they had to get the truck from another dealer out of town with mileage on it when they already had over 8 trucks on the lot. I was ready to take delivery on a new truck the next day had they even made an honest attempt at selling one to my daughter. Mind you I was also looking at a 2012 Nissan Titan for myself on the lot w/25k miles on it and ask for an out the door price if we bought 2 trucks at the same time? The salesperson said if I don't pay what's on the windshield its going to auction No negotiations. What surprised me even more is that the knuckle head Manager tried to tell me the deal on the lease was a good deal. I made one call to Mike Barney Nissan, they told me they could get her a FULLY LOADED New Truck at the 8 dollar difference and being a No-Brainer we purchased the vehicle and took delivery within 2 Days. She is Happy and I from now on will take my business to Mike Barney Nissan. I have no idea what West Herr was thinking, but maybe they shouldn't judge a person like someone would judge a book by it's cover. In these hard economic times they should be more than accommodating someone who can afford to purchase 2 vehicles at the same time instead of trying to nickel and dime them to the point the customer walks.

I had always been a chevy girl, but after I had a run in with some deer and totaled my car I thought I would shop around. I went to West Herr Nissan and my salesman was Nate Weld and he was amazing. I went in with time restraints and a list of preferences, even I thought I was a pain in the butt customer, but Nate never made me feel that way. He listened to what I wanted and stayed right in my budget. He went the extra mile in every way. I recommend Nate to all of my friends and family. Many have listened and are just as happy as I am, with my car and with Nate! I love my Nissan Altima, but I loved the shopping experience too thanks to Nate Weld!!

He worked very hard on getting us exactly what we want and he is very easy to talk to. Tom is very knowledgeable with vehicles and will tell you exactly what he thinks. I will always go back to him for any vehicle purchase in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I can still remember my first car buying experience like it was yesterday. I went into Saturn and had the pleasure of working with Gail Wheeler. She was knowledgable, friendly, and really showed she cared about my car needs. Four cars later, I keep returning to Gail (now at West Herr Nissan) for the same service. Every time I am greeted with a smile and a psoitive attitude. She knows how to treat people and how provide the best serice to ALL her customers. Next time you need a car, be sure to stop in and talk to GAIL, you'll find out just how car buying should be! Thaks Gail for all you've done! I really appreciate your help!

08/04/11 We were greeted & treated with professionalism through the entire sales experience. Nate followed up on every questioned or concern and never once pressured us. Everyone we meet at West Herr was pleasant & informative & made purchasing a vehicle a great experience. Love my "Rogue"

Fantastic Car Dealer! This is the best car dealership with which I have ever dealt! They truly know how to treat people and how to do good business. It is so nice to be able to walk into a car dealer and know you are being treated well and that the sales people are honest. When you go in, be sure to ask for Jeff Roth. He is a young man with a good future in car sales!

When I decided that it wasn't worth my while to put another dime into my old car, I needed a new vehicle quickly. I was worried that in my haste I would make the wrong decision and be stuck with the wrong vehicle for a long time. My salesman, Tom took the time to discuss what my needs are presented me with a few options. I love my new Murano, it was definately the right vehicle for me. I would highly recommend West Herr Nissan and will return the next time I'm in the market for a new car!

The 2010 Nissan Pathfinder is positively the most awesome, unbelievable, incredible truck that anyone could possibly own. Get the Navagation System and you will not have a single regret! The West Herr group has sold me three cars so far and the experience has been most enjoyable!
