On October 10, 2016, I entered the West Herr Subaru dealership in Orchard Park and asked for Chuck Hardy. My trustee old car just failed inspection. Not only did Chuck come out to greet me right away and assure me that all would be "ok" but Marc Nagy came out and assured me that all would be fine and showed me a couple of different options for new or "prior owned" vehicles. Ultimately I settled on leasing a new 2017 Kia Forte (my very first "NEW" car) and couldn't be happier. Marc stayed with us throughout the process of completing the paperwork and continues to follow up "post sale".I am so blessed!

I recently purchased my first Subaru from West Herr. Talk to Sean Brand! He was VERY helpful and knowledgeable about the product he sells. It is very important to me that I do not feel pressured by a dealer to make a decision, or purchase something I will not need or use. I did not feel that in the slightest with Sean and West Herr. My boyfriend will be seeing him soon to purchase his own Subaru. I will be back to West Herr for my next Subaru!

I am unbelievably happy with the effort that these two gentlemen put in to helping me not only get my FIRST car, but getting the EXACT car I wanted. I was and am so thankfuk every day for the work that Matt Wager did to get me approved and the time Tom Woefel spent with me trying to find the perfect fit for me. I took up 3 weeks of their time, yet when i finally drove away in my amazing subaru they still had smiles on their faces, and treated me with great respect. If there are any two men that could make car shopping, financing, and rejection from many banks a FUN experience, its these guys. I came to West Herr Subaru in hopes of buying a new car, specifically a Subaru Forester. This dealership was amazing to work with, specifically Tom Woelfel who was the primary consultant that I worked with. They let me test drive multiple vehicles until I found the type of Subaru Forester that I was happy with. They even let me keep one of the cars overnight for a test drive! When I finally found the car I was looking for, Tom went through great lengths to find me the car that I wanted. They did not have any in stock close to the dealership, so Tom ordered one for me. It was a long wait process, but I was not in any hurry. In addition, I had ordered the 2016 Subaru Forester but was upgraded to the 2017 Forester because they had stopped producing the 16s at the same cost. Thanks West Herr! I still love my car!

Just purchased my 4th Subaru and the West Herr dealership and staff continues to excel at what they do: sell great cars at a great price and followup with great service.This time around, I dealt with Amanda Westley who listened to everything I had to say and matched me with the vehicle I wanted. No "hard sell" or pushing add-ons I didn't want or need. My last Subaru was "totaled" when hit by a large pickup and the police said that if I wasn't hurt (not a scratch), it was a great ad for the safety of Subarus. And my Daughter has my old 2007 Legacy wagon that still runs great with over 150,000 miles on it.

I would recommend West Herr Subaru to anyone looking for a new car. The purchasing process was easy and no hassle. We were guided through the whole thing by Elizabeth. The price, financing, options were all negotiated online. I found a good price at another dealer and that beat it by a few hundred dollars and it was set. They never tried to change it or up-sell or add hidden fees. The only time we even set foot on the lot was to sign and pick up the car. We did buy an extended warranty but I was always going to eventually and it was decent price. The car was a special order and Elizabeth kept us updated and once it arrived on the lot we were ready to go. There were a few glitches on my end that meant some extra work to set up financing but she went the extra mile to make everything work out smoothly. They even fixed an error with the warranty we purchased, bumping us up from 70K miles to 100K without using it as a chance to up-sell us for a few hundred dollars more.

I was driving my 2013 Subaru Forester and loved it. It has been amazingly reliable and I was not necessarily needing to trade it in. Lindsay Romanchuk had sold me my current car and its predecessor, my 2010 Forester. I came to test drive the 2017 Forester and Lindsay took so much time with me that I almost felt guilty. She asked me questions to get an idea of what my needs were and then pulled cars for me to drive. I was thinking that I wanted the 2017 but she had me test drive a 2016 and sent her assistant with me to answer questions about the differences. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Lindsay was very helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision. After my test drives she went through all the features and described them carefully. She asked questions to determine if it was a feature that was going to be one that I would use in a regular basis. This process opened my eyes to that fact that some features that I thought I needed were not really necessary. Some features turned out to be "must haves". We narrowed the list and found my perfect car.In the end, I settled on my 2017 Forester XT and I love it! It has all the features that I loved in my 2013 and new features that I am enjoying and finding useful. When it comes time to trade this car in, I will definitely come back and work with Lindsay again. I highly recommend her to all of my friends.

We chose Westherr Subaru/Kia because they had a great selection of used cars. Upon arrival we were greeted by Davonte Shannon, whom immediately we knew we could trust (which is HARD when car shopping). He has a very friendly, quiet demeanor, and was never pushy or shady. We were not easy to work with, but he always remained patient and extremely helpful. He helped us get a great deal, and made sure the process was as painless as possible. It is hard to trust dealerships/salesmen, but they made us feel totally confident in our choice. We will go to Westherr from now on, and will work with Davonte Shannon as long as he is there.

Marc helped us buy our first Subaru Forester. We never had a SUV before and we were down to a couple to choose from. However, Marc led our way and gave us full guidance and helped us buy our first Subaru Forester. I love the ride and have no problems driving in the snow which is the main reason why we bought one and the Forester gets great mileage anywhere between 26 to 32 miles to the gallon. Kudos to Marc!!! Just bought our 2nd used vehicle from WestHerr. Elizabeth Shermeta from Subaru/Kia is the most honest, concerned, and thorough sales professional we have had the honor to deal with. Picked out the car we interested in and she had it brought over and waiting for us. After taking delivery of this vehicle, came across a problem that, although was no fault of the dealership, made the car a lot less appealing to us. After a return call to Elizabeth, she immediately arranged to take this car back, had another car brought over from Wellsville for us to look at. After we had approved this vehicle,she and her colleagues handled the TONS of paperwork involved with this unusual circumstance and got us(in my opinion) a nicer and more valuable car for the same money. We still had to wait for the vehicle to be gone over and they ended up putting another 1700$ worth of work into it , new a/c condenser, weatherstrip.....(which they did not have to...) but did it to make sure we were totally satisfied and not inconvenienced. On top of that, because we live an hour and a half away, they delivered it to us...with a full tank of gas!! UNBELIEVABLE!! This dealership goes WAY out of their way to please their customers, and Elizabeth (and the whole team!) is to be commended for the way they do business and they way they always show how much they do care about making their customers happy! WestHerr is the best and Elizabeth Shermeta is the BOMB!! Thank you..thank you...thank you!!

I was only buying a used car, but Matt Wager treated me like a customer buying a brand new car. It was late in the day on a Saturday when everything was finalized. I couldn't drive it home because every car is put through a complete inspection to ensure everything is up to the high standards of West Herr. And this is going to really amaze you.....they are delivering it to me----1 1/2 hours away. Who does that? West Herr obviously. They aim to please and make you feel comfortable in any way they can.

They are superb here - specifically Amanda - she got me in and out so quickly on each of my visits, arranged an overnight test drive, spent 5 minutes negotiating on the next visit, and I was set. Pick up of the new car and trading in my previous Subaru couldn't have been easier. I leased a Subaru Forester from John DiRosa in October of 2015. I was literally in the middle of closing the deal with another Dealership, and had a terrible experience with a salesman there, and had the good fortune to contact West Herr. John immediately got the ball rolling for my family to replace an existing lease at a very competitive price. The reality is that you can purchase the exact same vehicle from any dealership, but you can't replace service. John was exemplary every step of the way. He went so far as to reach out to my family a month after our purchase just to make sure everything was going well. Needless to say when we were ready to replace our second vehicle in April of 2016, John was the first person we reached out to. He remembered everything about our interaction 6 months prior, and it felt like old friends catching up again. After the way that he helped us, there is no chance I would even consider purchasing or leasing from anyone else. John and West Herr have lifetime customers in my wife and I. Someone gave me John DiRosa's contact information and told me that they had a good experience with him. I called him and ended up buying a used Rav4 a couple of days later. I hate dealing with West Herr Subaru for service. My vehicle is still under warranty. The service reps all have an attitude that you don't know what you are talking about when your vehicle needs a repair. They talk down to you and then when you sign the papers when the work is finished, they are sweet as pie and ask you if you are requested to give a survey on your experience, to talk to the service rep in person first if you have anything bad to say. I wish they would give me a survey and I would not talk to the service person about the bad report I would give him. When I called to find out when my vehicle would be ready (I was told it would take about 2 hours and it was already 3 hours), I was transferred to a voice mailbox on the 3 calls I made to try to get an answer. No one is available to talk to you. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership even if they gave me the best deal. I would drive 100 miles to another dealership to buy instead of West Herr Subaru. Unfortunately, this is the closest Subaru dealership to my home.

She was very knowledgable of all the bells and whistles of the truck and made the buying experience a breeze. My experience with West Herr was great thanks to our counselor Lindsey Romanchuk. Lindsey was very professional,knowledgeable & extremely caring. She really listens to what the customer is saying and made many suggestions that we acted on. In a world where listening is an underused trait; Lindsey is really a superstar. Lindsey's product knowledge was over the top as was her patience with two oldsters. Her enthusiasm was contagious and her ability to work with other team members was very noticeable. I can not say my whole experience was a negative one for the salesman was amazing. He made the buying process easy and the whole experience was relatively hassle free. The delivery of the car was wonderful to, especially driving away in my new (to me) car. The issue i have is with the after car delivery customer service. I understand that things happen and stuff comes up as a sales consultant or finance manager seeing as i used to be a sales consultant for west herr before but when i had tried to contact the finance manager regarding an issue at west herr subaru i got no answer back. I waited a few days and tried calling again but again it went to voicemail so i left a second message, yet again no call back. it has been about half a month since my first voicemail left. I am extremely unhappy at the level of customer care shown after the sale. The customers that bought vehicles already are just as important if not more than the ones who are walking through the door that have not purchased yet since the great OVERALL experience is what keeps customer retention high. might look at a different dealership for my next Subaru.

I just picked up my 2016 Subaru Crosstreck Monday and every step of this process has been amazing! My salesman Marc made note of every talk we had about my wants and needs with my Crosstreck. I have heard nothing but good things about West Herr so when it was time for me to get a car I didn't even think twice. While searching around the internet I was invited to a chat online about what I was looking for, within minutes I was scheduling a test drive, love fast service! The next day Derek May contacted, me took a bit of information and again before I knew it he found a car; I wanted and was heading to my house!!!! Yes you read that correctly he was willing to drive all the way to Wheatfield to show me the car!! As much as I loved the car I got a bit scared and at the last second asked for a day to think. Derek had no problem giving me that time, along with showing me two other cars the next day. Derek was patient and understanding and made me feel so comfortable with my decision. I am so happy to be in a Subaru and a new one to top it off!!! I have made several trips to West Herr Subaru over the last several years for service and to look at new or used vehicles. I have made several attempts to purchase a vehicle from them, but the experiences have always been horrible and left me walking away from the purchase. On multiple occasions a salesperson refused to assist and I left after waiting over 30 minutes. On my most recent visit, I scheduled an appointment to test drive a specific new vehicle. Upon arrival I once again had to wait longer than usual just to meet with the salesman. We went on a test drive and returned with intentions to purchase it only to find out that they had sold the vehicle while we were driving to the dealership and they let us drive it anyway. A dealer that has such low regard for their customer's vehicles and sold vehicles that they let other potential customers drive someone else's car is a dealer that should no longer be in business!!! Buyers beware!

I just purchased a Subaru Forester from West Herr and I couldn't be happier with the process. I was welcomed with an excellent salesperson, Robert Moore, who was immediately willing to help me. I told him I was interested in a Subaru and he immediately took us inside to get out of the cold and talk price range. Within minutes he had pulled around a car for me to test drive and I was in love with it. He talked specs when I asked him but was never pushy to get the car sold. He was comfortable to be around and very friendly. After test driving a few more cars, I decided on one of the cars, actually the first one I test drove. He was very pleased to hear that I was happy with the decision and the buying process took less than an hour. I was never waiting for long and after signing the millions of papers you need to in order purchase the car, I was out the door with a new car, my old plates on that new car, and the insurance changed over. Rob was very helpful and next time I need to get a car, I will go to him!

I purchased my first new vehicle from West Herr Subaru because this is where I purchased my first used vehicle about 6 years ago. After a bit of early confusion, Andrew Garrigan ended up being the sales rep that I dealt solely with and he did a really great job of keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle, which had to be built new and shipped overseas. It took a little while for the process to take place, but Andrew kept me informed the whole way. When it finally arrived, he and the rest of the Subaru staff were very friendly and accommodating when I went to sign off and pick it up. I knew I wanted the 2016 Subaru Impreza and there are two dealerships in WNY, North Town and West Herr. I went to NorthTown 1st and then West Herr. The West Herr quote was over $100 higher at West Herr even without an extended warranty and roadside assistance that NorthTown was giving me. I told them exactly what North Town offered me and they claimed that North Town would try and screw me by raising the price in the end. My wife I said goodbye to her 15 year old Saturn so we went looking for a used Subaru from the last couple years, and because Subarus are so popular we couldn't find exactly what we wanted in our price range. Kirsten Dombrowski worked tirelessly to find us something that was close to what were looking for, but we kept saying no thank you, that's not it exactly. She called us back with an offer for a brand new Forrester that was close enough to our price range and had everything we wanted. We thought West Herr couldn't do the impossible, but they proved us wrong. In fact, a salesperson at a competing dealership wouldn't tell us how much anything would cost until we sat down with their financing person. We were almost out the door when he finally agreed to get some price range for us so that we could know if we could afford this particular car or not. His strategy was to tell us to leave, go someplace else, get exhausted, and overpay because we were tired. Kirsten, in contrast, listened to us and got us numbers right away. I think her demeanor was by far the best we experienced, and she never showed annoyance with us even though we weren't always the easiest to work for. Our only complaint is about the financing person who kept trying to see us more than what we wanted by obfuscating the issue (for example, wanting to pay a certain amount of money over 5 years, as opposed to his offer of paying the same amount over 7 years, which is clearly a lot more money).

I really can't say enough about Jon Clark - what a great guy, and a great salesperson to work with! Being in sales myself, I drive a lot of miles and go through cars quite frequently - it's very important to me to forge a relationship with a dealer because of the amount of vehicles I purchase. Jon was spectacular from the very beginning, always kind while working hard to get the deal done in a way that satisfied me, as the customer, and West Herr - very fair for all. I purchased different vehicle makes at different dealers from Jon, and really like that West Herr allows this, as it's going to keep me a customer for life. As my car preferences or needs change, I can still work with Jon on any vehicle at any location! If you're sick of the typical car buying experience that leaves you feeling like you've lost out, go see Jon!

A few years ago we met Jon Clark at West Herr Subaru and bought our first car from him. Since then, we purchased 2 additional cars and we couldn't be happier. He has customers for life. Marc Nagy is an asset to the West Herr group! This is my second purchase from West Herr Kia. I was so impressed the first time, that it was a very easy decision where I would go for the second vehicle. The professionalism of Marc, along with the General Manager, Chuck really made the process extremely smooth. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Marc noticed a few minor areas that the detail shop missed. Third time working with Jon Clark and Sophie. Patient, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, personable and overall good people. West Herr is lucky to have them. Jon went over and above to listen to my needs and went to his manager to explain my situation. Manager actually came to meet with me in person. Jon is in high demand but you would only know that as his name is constantly being called over intercom. Jon ensured me numerous times that I was his top priority while I was there and attended to others only when Sophie was able to work with me (great pair). I told Jon several times to answer the calls from loud speaker but Jon refused giving me undivided attention. Jon was able to get me a price that I was comfortable with and never once pressured me into anything. We were in contact via phone, text, email and in person for several months as I was undecided in what to do with my current lease as it was ending and I'm in a financial situation due to medical concerns. Jon ran (literally) to other parts of his dealership to get different makes and models to test drive without hesitation. Jon never pushed me in any direction allowing me to make my decision without pressure. I can't thank Jon, Sophie and/or West Herr enough as I am currently leasing a 2016 Kia Sorrento (I recommend you test drive one) and am loving it!!!! I can now focus on my health and recovery. I've worked with several other dealerships in the past but for last 5 plus years Jon has been my go to guy. It's been nice to see him grow as I was one of his first customers. But more importantly it has been best to see Jon stay true to himself. I will once again say this, West Herr Subaru/Kia is lucky to have Jon Clark and Sophie.

If you are looking for a no pressure, supportive and comfortable car buying experience, you need to go to West Herr Subaru Kia. We have leased two Kias (Sorento and Optima) in the last 12 months. We could not be happier with the cars and with the beyond incredible customer service and attention that we received from Jon Clark and Sophie Farsaii. They kept all of our needs in mind, answered all of our questions and provided honest and clear information about each step of the leasing process. We traded in two cars for our leases. The trade-in values that they offered for both cars were excellent and were exactly in line if not better than what were expecting. So, if you are looking for the best price for your old car and your new car, you really need to give the staff at West Herr a chance. We are also really happy with the quality, performance and prices of the cars that we have leased. They both are comfortable to drive, have the pick up needed for passing and highway driving, and have great gas mileage. We also really like the styling of the vehicles. They are sharp cars to look at and drive. We plan to purchase/lease our next cars from West Herr in the future!

When my 10 year old car was in need of replacement West Herr was the first dealership we wanted to go to look at cars. We have had only great experiences dealing with West Herr. My first new car was a Saturn from West Herr and our most recent purchase was a Kia Sorrento also form West Herr. They are a no hassle or pressure dealership who let the cars speak for themselves. We narrowed down the cars we wanted to look at online. We then started our search on a Saturday and sat in the Subaru Impreza and Crosstrek to get a feel for what we wanted in our new car. We came back Monday and met our salesperson Kali. She quickly handed the keys for our test drive and answered our questions. I still think Kali somehow knew we would be back and had a truck deliver some new Impreza's on Thursday when we stopped in again to look. It turned out the car we were looking for was on that truck!! My overall experience at West Herr Kia was fantastic. I went one day without an appointment just to look at vehicles and Nick Certo comes out and greets me and instantly gets me into test drive the car I was interested in. After test driving he talked with me about my experience in the Soul. The next day I walked out with a brand new 2015 Kia Soul. I would defiantly recommend going over there if you are looking for a new car. I would also recommend asking for Nick Certo he was very personable, genuine all around guy!

I went into Subaru Kia expecting to walk out with nothing. This was the the third west herr site I went to. I finally got a vehicle for myself on the second dealership. I was now looking for a trade in vehicle for my husband. We had been tossed around for a month at the other west herr dealers and got the run around and they set me up with west herr Subaru Kia. So glad they did!! I instantly got a good vibe being there and everyone was so friendly. I sat down very discouraged having to once again explain what we were looking for. This was our last shot with west herr or we were never going back if we just got another dead end. My husband didn't even want me going I wanted to try one last time. Rachael Marlin was awesome!!!! She was very understanding and immediately got every last detail she could for what we were looking for down to color. She actually cared about getting us a vehicle. She made me feel so comfortable and I was more confident then.I had felt at any of the other west herr dealers I had gone to before. Rachael took the time to listen to me and got aus a great deal with the payments we were looking for I will continue to go back to see her she ended our experience on such a positive note. Also charles hardy took the time to call and hear us out before we set up the appointment and was confident it would work. Needless to say my husband is now leasing a 2016 kia sportage!!!!! I currently purchased a subaru from west herr and i bought it used, asked if the scratches can be repaired before i purchased the car said no issue. I also purchased the glass coat as well. I recieved the vehicle and nothing has been done but the glass coat so i called them back a couple weeks later and explained that the scratches were supposed to be buffed out and they said no issue ill call you back and let you know when to bring it in... waited all day for the call i finally called back and explained never recieved a phone call spoke with someone else and set me up to bring my car in on monday .. drop it off at 10 and pick up at 1 .. so i did .... i drop it off they write my name down and i get a call from the manager around 11:30 asking me who promised my car would be buffed out and what not asked when im bringing my car in i told him i already dropped it off an hour in a half ago he said ill look at it and asked if it will be done by 1 still he explained no need more time.. told him will pick it up at 6.. said call me before you come.. i get there at 6:20 and noone has a clue on what im talking about no paperwork or anything... finally get my car and have no idea what they did to it because service people left for the day already .. the manager didnt even come and tell me my sales rep had too.. which she had no idea what was going on.. i get my car and has compund white stuff all over it and not all the scratches are buffed and the dents werent taken out... completly dissapointed.. i also paid full value of the car on what they were asking.

Since 1998 and at least 5 Jeeps that I have owned, I just had the BEST experience at West Herr Subaru. Mike Budniewski and I traded emails for a few days, and he found exactly what I wanted, and within a few hours of showing up, I was on my way in the new Grand Cherokee. Had to replace old car. I hate the anxiety of finding and buying a replacement. I met Lindsay Romanchuk at West Herr Subaru Kia because i was interested in a auto at Lockport West Herr and she was willing to have the car brought to Subaru for me to see, without commitment. I love the car, 2013 Accord, low mileage and extremely clean. I test drove it and the process of buyingit was so well organized by Lindsay that all i had to do was show up with license plates. Lindsay Romanchuk had answers to all my questions, showed me features of the car i did not know how to operate, full tank of gas. AND the price was more than fair, well below WNY retail. What ever its that West her does to train its staff, it is working. Lindsay did everything I asked and then some to put together a deal I could accept. My preowned 2011 forester was just the car I wanted. While I still believe the price was on the high side, I am more than satisfied with the entire experience. With my less than stellar credit, in the spirit of full disclosure, I was upfront with West Herr Subaru before I even visited them. They called me a short time later and expressed a desire to work with me. The receptionist, New Car Mgr. and Sales Associate all greeted me and made me feel like my business was important to them. My dealer was Mike DeCarlo, he was very friendly and worked with me to find the vehicle I was looking for a could afford and had it brought over to the dealership from a different dealership in the west herr family. The car is great and Mike worked with the service department and all the other guys in the dealership to make the deal happen and fix a scrape in the paint by repainting the whole back bumper, it was really a quality job. He and the west herr family made it easy, exciting, and quick for me to get into the vehicle I have always wanted and will most definately be going back for the next one, I have already recommended my mother and sister there, and they drove out in there new vehicles, with the same quality and service I had from Mike. The follow up and services appointments are easy to schedule and quick to boot. It is really a quality dealership.

This being my first car purchase I was very anxious and did not know what to expect. Rachel walked me through every step as if she was a long time friend. She knew what I was looking for and my budget and made the car I wanted a reality. She made me feel very comfortable and worked within my given budget. I never felt pressured. Leased my Subaru from here before and will continue to do so! If anyone gets mark he is the best!! Mark Was very helpful with the paperwork and getting evrything set up for the lease. On the day I was picking up my new Subaru mark took my car to he car wash for me!! Mark and everyone else at west herr Subaru makes u feel like your part of the family and is really helpful. Without scheduling an appointment, I showed up on the lot at ~6:30 and tested a Crosstrek. The salesperson, Kali Heller, described to me in detail insane feats of engineering Subaru packed into a single car and I decided on the spot I wanted that car. I bought a 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek from West Herr Subaru and I'm very glad I did! Went to a couple of dealerships before this one but they all left a bad taste in my mouth. It was to the point where I considered just keeping my rinky dink car that I was driving since college. Luckily, I never had that feeling at West Herr and the whole experience was made easy thanks to my consultant Lindsay Romanchuk. I must have changed my mind about 20 different things during the buying process but Lindsey was accommodating and just rolled with it. I bought a 2012 Subaru Legacy 3.6 from West Herr last week. It was the first time I bought an automobile on my own, and while buying a car may seem intimidating, West Herr made the experience easy, stress free, and fun. I found a car online that I liked, and the next day my dealer Anthony Dean went to Rochester to get the car so I was able to test drive it the next day in the Buffalo region. After test driving it, I made the decision that I wanted to buy it. Anthony made it easier for me by giving me options on different types of payments and trade in options. West Herr went and got another financing option for me with great rates. I also had an easy time buying an extended warranty that Derek helped me with. He found a warranty that fit a length for what I wanted, and for the price range that I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was supper friendly, and not fake. Would recommend anyone that's interested in buying a Subaru to go there. They have the best prices and do as much as they can for YOU, not them.

I'm in sales and I drive a lot of miles for work, so I purchase cars more frequently than most. I first went to West Herr Subaru and met Jon Clark about two years ago after visiting Northtown Subaru (which is very close to my house), and West Herr's experience was much better. It was well worth the trip to O.P. when I was looking for a Subaru Outback coming off lease. Jon was very pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond to get me the car I was looking for at the price and payments I wanted. Jon worked so hard that I insisted on working with him as my salesperson at the Lincoln dealership in Amherst a few months later, when I went in to purchase an MKZ for my wife. Since then, I have referred other people to him. A couple weeks ago I called Jon again to trade in our MKZ for a newer one with fewer miles. Again, great sales experience and Jon worked hard to make sure I was comfortable with the car, the deal, and the experience. While the overall dealership experience is slightly above average, working with Jon is what makes the experience so great and why I will continue to return to West Herr.

I purchased my second Subaru XV Crosstrek approximately 45 days after the purchase of my first Crosstrek back in March. The crazy part is, that second purchase came about due to Subaru making a 2015 Special Edition with the color yellow and I wanted it badly!!!! I just didn't know if it was possible to trade in the first one and get my hands on the Special Edition. Long story short - I emailed my wonderful salesman, Marc Nagy, and said that I saw the yellow one in their lot and I would've loved to have that! Next thing you know, my fate was in the hands of Marc and his manager, Chuck Hardy, because they emailed me back right away and said THEY WOULD LIKE TO PUT ME INTO THAT YELLOW SPECIAL EDITION! I went that night and low and behold, those awesome gentlemen were able to make the deal happen and I am now on their FaceBook page with the only yellow 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek Special Edition in WNY! They made the transaction smooth and easy and I was very satisfied with how it all was able to happen..........and now my heart is complete, more than it already was for owning a Crosstrek, but now I have my favorite color! Thank you Marc and Chuck soooooooo much! These guys are great at what they do and I recommend Marc Nagy to be your next salesman you contact when you go to buy your Subaru!!! I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru outback from Marc Nagy and Mike Garrigan it took all of about 2 hours from start to finish. Marc has been with Subaru for 11 years and from what I was told Mike has only been with Subaru for about a month. His knowledge of the Subarus was fantastic and his customer service was just as good. I would recommend Marc and Mike to anybody thinking of buying a vehicle.

I took a car that I just purchased last week in for front lights and rear lights not working went back to pickup my vehicle and they tell me that the remote starter could not be put back on because of a short so now I have no remote starter no keyless entry and no security alarm on a truck that I just purchased last week. All the lady could say is sorry! I'm so not happy about this I mean how much does it cost to replace a faulty alarm system?

Anthony Dean of West Herr Subaru did a great job of showing me my options and assisting me through the process of purchasing a new base model 2015 Subaru Forester. I've had a Forester for 8 years and I know the quality, reliability and safety of the car. I live in the snow belt, off the grid, with a steep and winding 1/4 mile driveway. I would never consider another make of car, and when it was time to replace my trusty old Subaru a neighbor recommended I come to West Herr, and I'm glad I did.

This was my second lease through west herr kia and there's a reason I came back! I received the best service the first time when I leased my 2013 kia forte koup. The service is phenomenal and I really felt lindsay Romanchuk did everything she could to help me. When I wasn't happy with my first lease (because the car was too small) I came back a year later and came to lindsay and she went above and beyond to get me into a lease with my 2015 kia optima. I have shopped around but have bought all of my vehicles through one West Herr dealer or another. While cruising through the Subaru/Kia lot years ago, I ran acrossed a sales rep named Craig Hyla. I have since bought four vehicles from him and had my family buy from this dealer as well. Understanding that the profit margin on used cars becomes less and less as years go on, as well as I am a finicky shopper, I am amazed that Craig doesn;t lock the door when he sees me coming. I am just that type of customer and I know it. No matter what dealer the car is at or how far away it is, Craig always goes and gets it so we can test drive it, even if he knows our interest is minimal. Our purchases have included a Jeep Liberty, Trailblazer, Acura RDX, GMC Sierra 1500 and most currently a GMC Yukon. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. It is well kept, well organized, the customer interaction is impeccable and the staff is engaging without being over powering.

I was searching for a reliable, used vehicle at a reasonable cost. There were a few qualifications; 4 door, 4WD or AWD, low mileage and low cost. The friendly staff at West Herr Kia found the perfect SUV for me!In the beginning, my husband and I were very uncertain of what we were looking for. There were so many makes/models to choose from. One of their staff members stayed late to allow me to test drive a number of cars to narrow down my search. Once we drove the Sorento, I knew I had to have it! West Herr Kia had a number of used Sorentos available, so I was even able to choose which one I liked best. I have had the Sorento for three weeks now and I couldn't be happier! I want to start with this one thing about myself: if I feel like I'm being pressured or hounded, I walk! No questions asked. Never at one moment did I feel that way at West Herr Subaru Kia. I have pretty much known that I wanted a Kia Optima. I had done some research because I needed to stay within a "tight budget". I started online with Pam who was more than helpful and upbeat. She introduced my to Jon Clark. Jon is one of the most personable "salesmen" I've ever met!! I say "salesmen" because Jon does not fit that typical car salesmen persona! He was knowledgeable and if he didn't have an answer, he quickly obtained it. Admittedly, he didn't have to hard sell me on this car because I was sold before I walked in. But, I don't know what I don't know. He educated me fully. I then met Tracey Duffy in finance and she was so sweet. Again, personable and down to earth. She had shown me all aspects of my contract I could have had questions on. On pick up day, I met Jon's assistant, Rachel. This girl is on the ball! Yet again, friendly and knows how to make customer's at ease. There were some questions regarding my contract and GM Tony Farina introduced himself to me to go over some final details. I ended up adding additional coverage just from talking with him. At this moment, I couldn't be happier. The car is divine. Even though I live in Tonawanda and the dealership is in Orchard Park, I will definitely return for any future needs.

Tom Demarzio at West Herr Kia was absolutely GREAT to work with. It took a little time to get me an Optima of my specifications but our continual and sometimes daily communications were excellent!! Going to pick up my 2012 Optima EX Turbo on Thursday! Getting to the price I wanted was painless and well explained of what I was signing for. NO PRESSURE at any time from Tom or anyone else I had to deal with. Derrick (Derek) in finance was also very helpful and explained everything for my understanding. Over the last 24 months, my family has purchased 4 cars from Chuck Hardy. We live about 100 miles from the dealership and there is a reason that we keep coming back. We have never experienced the level of customer service that Chuck and his team provide time and time again. We even had a little hiccup with one vehicle, but Chuck decided to make it right and took the high road through the entire process. I had been to several dealerships within the past few weeks. Each place claimed to be the best and gave me the same un-easy feeling when we came back from the test drive. At West Herr I finally felt like I had escaped the fast food like service I experienced elsewhere. My experience at West Herr Subaru,and with Tony Chimera,was the best car buying experience i ever had. I came in last minute because my old car had a catastrophic engine failure.It was not a Subaru. I have bought 4 subarus from west herr subaru since 2005. Marc has sold me my last two. I havent had a single bad experience. In fact, i buy a new car very frequently and i think part of it is just the fun in working with him. He makes the experience fun. Knows when he has to be serious. both times i have bought from marc, he has come to my work to make things convient. Every person from the time you walk in that door.. or even onto the lot.. until the time you leave with your vehicle is amazing. id reccomend west herr subaru.. and marc to anyone looking to buy a car. I have worked with West Herr Subaru in Orchard Park for the past 8 years. I will not go to any other dealership. It all started with Mark Naggy, my salesman when I bought my first Subaru in 2003. He was very professional and searched for exactly what I was looking for. He continued his excellent service through the years and is the reason why I keep coming back to West Herr. Since then, I have purchased another vehicle from West Herr and I continue to be satisfied. Mr. Naggy even watches out for me when I bring my car in for service and always greets me and asks me if I need help. With all of the competition that exists, a dealership must rely on its employees to keep customers coming back and West Herr understands this. Mark and the team work hard to show customers that they understand that there are a lot of choices and that they appreciate the business that we are giving them. From mailings that Mark sends to his professionalism at the dealership, I feel that this dealership really has my best interests at the forefront. Finally, a dealer that has some old school values. Thank you Mark and thank you West Herr.

Outstanding service from Mr. Nagy and Mr. Hardy. They were extremely accomodating to my need for a trade in. I got the best price by far from the three dealerships I went to. I would like to say thank you to West Herr Subaru for selling me the best car I've ever owned. My 2010 Subaru Outback still drives like new, and even smells new too.One reason why I'm writing this letter is the exceptional service and customer relationship experience I've had since owning my Subaru....the service is so good that I would never even consider driving another vehicle from any other dealership!Another thing that I really like is how everyone at the dealership is very friendly in a genuine way. I get the impression that the people who work at West Herr Subarau/Kia really enjoy working there....and that is very important to me. Happy employees make happy customers....like me. As a small businessman, I don't have alot of time to take my car for oil changes. I get one day off, Sunday...and the last thing I want to do is spend half my day off at the quiklube. West Herr, and my salesman, Marc Nagy have taken care of that for me. When I schedule an oil change, I just text Marc. He swings by my business to pick up my Outback, and drops off a new Subaru for me to drive back to the dealership after work. How cool is that?! VERY smart and professional marketing! I had totaled my previous vehicle and was in a scramble to purchase a new one. After two long days of car shopping I finally stopped at West Herr Kia in Orchard Park. Marc Nagy was very kind, inviting, and informative without the aggravating salesman personality I kept dealing with at other places. He helped me to organize my thoughts and pick something that I liked, but would also be practical for my lifestyle. The option of purchasing the maintenance plan was also presented to me. I couldn't pass up a deal like that and I absolutely love the idea of dropping off my car for service and picking it up without paying a penny. Conversations with staff at the dealership are always friendly and inviting and I have already recommended this dealership to a couple of friends who are looking at new vehicles. I have had a very pleasant experience with West Herr Kia so far and love my Kia Soul!

Marc and Chuck are completely customer driven; they have taken the time to get to know our family and our car needs. As a result, we are a completely Subaru family principally because of Marc and Chuck's hard work and understanding our needs. What a combination! I only wish there were 10s on the rating: that's the kind of care we've gotten.

Though we were Melissa's first sales customers working with Subaru, she did a great job.We were a tough sell as I was not absolutely sure what I was looking for, started with Kiaand she took us to Nissan and Chevrolet. In the end, we decided on the Subaru Forresterand am thrilled. Any questions Melissa could not answer, she went right away to find theanswer for us. Thanks to Melissa, the excellent service from her and others involved in thesales process (Amanda was a great help too), we are happy owners of a new Subaru, our first.

I am sorry I ever bought my vehicle from West Herr! Every experience I've had with west herr has been bad.Every time i come in to get my new vehicle fixed or serviced it seems like i need to return for another service appointment, another two weeks wait.When my remote start was not installed correctly, another trip. Didn't have the replacement parts they needed another trip. I have never had one trip to this dealership go well, not one!I have given them enough chances!Don't waste your time at this place.I would not suggest going to this dealer under any circumstances.

From the first phone call to inquire about the vehicle through the entire process, I have to say that this was a GREAT experience. I recommend West Herr Kia to everyone they were very patient and understanding and went out of their way to make sure every question I asked was answered. They were not once pushy, in fact they made buying a new car from them an awesome experience, not to mention the awesome deal I got. I don't believe any of the competitors out there even have a chance against this great company. Trust me don't even waste your time with another company, you too will be 110% satisfied with West Herr... P.S. ask for Lindsay, she is awesome!!!

The service we received at Kia from Lindsay Romanchuk was outstanding. She patiently worked with us for several hours while we determined what vehicle we wanted to purchase and then she helped us to get a very good deal. She never pressured us at all and she was extremely knowledgeable about the cars not only Kia/Subaru but also other makes. A great place to buy a car.

Lyndsey (Sales) and Matt (Used Car Manager) made a loyal customer out of me. I live 45 miles from the dealership, and because of this, I actually called the dealership to shop for a new car. Not only was Lyndsey more than willing to assist, she also supplied me with the Auto Trader guarantee link, which took all the guessing out of the approximate trade in value of my vehicle. Lyndsey and Matt were easy to work with, fun and professional, just the type of people I feel comfortable with spending large sums of money. In addition, I dealt with Sean in Parts. Sean went out of his way to get the answer to my question, and returned my phone call within minutes. I have already bought aftermarket parts from him, and due to his good nature, and willingness to assist, I will purchase more in the future. I worked in the car business for 5 years, but I must say, the impression I have from West Herr Kia is nothing short of outstanding. Lyndsey, Matt and Sean deserve recognition for being superior employees in a business that doesn't often leave positive lasting impressions. Because of these three people, I will be referring all my friends and relative to this family of dealerships.....no matter how far away they live!

Belinda knew her stuff, was honest and went out of her way to make sure I was happy before I pulled off the lot. She listened to what I was looking for and made sure I got exactly that. Unlike past experiences at other dealerships they did not try to force their extended warranties on me. They presented them thoroughly and let me decide. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a Subaru stop in and ask for Belinda.

6 Years ago, I visited your Dodge Store and received some of the worst customer service (everything from being left to wait for 45 minutes even though I had an appt to not receiving promised follow up calls or literature). I vowed to never return, but that all changed 2 years ago when I met Lindsay Romanchuk from your Kia Store at The Auto Show. Not only was she helpful with answering my questions, but she continued to contact me and keep me updated on the new deals offered by Kia. I returned to West Herr 2 years ago and leased a Kia. My entire experience while working with Lindsay was wonderful. I was never left waiting, follow calls were received and every detail was handled quickly. Lindsay was a professional throughout the transaction.

Thank you to the Parts Department. Craig and the guys helped me put together a parts list for my daughter's 1997 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport. I'm working on the car with my daughter and as we did a service, we found we needed crush rings for everything we were doing. Craig and Jim were very patient with me and found all the part numbers we needed. These guys live out all the customer service training they receive. Kudos guys, thanks.

I was a die-hard American car buyer up until the time I visited the West Herr Subaru Kia dealership. The moment I entered the showroom, I was greeted by Lindsay Romanchuck and made to feel entirely welcome. I explained to her that their dealership was highly recommended to me by a friend and that I had wanted to test drive a Subaru before I leased another Ford Escape. Well, I was not disappointed. Lindsay was most patient with me and took the time to explain all of the options available to me. I did lease a Subaru Legacy and have since referred my son to West Herr where he leased his next vehicle also. I can unequivocally state that I would recommend Lindsay Romanchuck and West Herr Subaru Kia to my friends and family and I would definitely return to West Herr to lease my next vehicle.

Charlie and his team treated us very professionally. We bought a car for my daughter. He went beyond expectations, something that many dealerships no longer provide. I have recommended others to consider purchasing any brand through the Wert Herr Group solely on this experience. Lindsay helped me find just the right car for my wife to replace her Jaguar.We knew the basic needs in terms of quality, size, features (all-wheel drive, Bluetooth phone system,etc), and Lindsay walked us through the various makes available, evaluated each against our criteria, and then sought our feedback on the test drives. Once we chose the car we were very pleased with the price and financial deal she arranged.We have had the car for about 4 weeks, and Lindsay has called frequently to check on our new addition and organize some additional needs we had.This is the 8th or 9th car that my family has bought or leased from West Herr (me, my wife, 5 kids and M-I-L). The staff is helpful, personable, remember who we are when we stop by. Great service, great dealership.

Very friendly and competent service and sales people. However, they do not deal well on pricing. The reason for this was stated to be that they offer "great" used cars not "OK" cars. Otherwise we were pleased.

friendly folks, but totally incompetent service. I had numerous warranty problems, and their policy appears to be first to deny there is a problem, and then to say they fixed it when in fact they did little or nothing. And when they do a repair, it's shoddy work and your car will often come back with more problems than when you brought it in. To get them to move, you need to write to Subaru. I regret having bought a car there.
