I had a great experience here! Make sure to ask for Pedro he was amazing! He helped me start my first car lease with the 2021 Nissan Sentra SV. He was very easy to talk with and he made the normally stressful car leasing process (especially during these times) feel like two friends having a conversation. Pedro went above and beyond for me and made sure that I was getting the best deal available. He provided great service and knew his stuff. He also had a great team surrounding him which made the process go smoothly. I will definitely be continuing to do business with him and this dealership in the future!

It took more than two hours today (3/17/21) to complete an oil change and tire rotation, which could have been done in 20 minutes. My car sat on the lift for long periods of time during which no one went near the car. The new owners of West Palm Beach Nissan should encourage its repair staff to complete all work as expeditiously as possible while still being thorough. On the positive side, I appreciate the outside car wash even though it did not include inside vacuuming. I highly recommend the Nissan Rogue.

I recently purchased a New 2022 Pathfinder. There were several in inventory to choose from. They had the color and options I was looking for. The sales associate Alexander went along for the test drive. He was helpful, patient and professional. My trade-in vehicle was evaluated quickly and we were negotiating a final price in short order. The financing and document signing was handled professionally. I am very satisfied with the process at I-95 Nissan.

They won't tell you upfront how much they will charge you for a diagnostic fee and they will make you sign a paper (you have to be careful here) where you accept to decline to have an upfront written estimate if the repair costs are under a certain amount of money (the number that they put here is going to be the cost of a regular maintenance service that you want them to do in your car PLUS the amount they want to charge you for concept of diagnostic fee). If you make the mistake of not asking how much they will charge you for diagnostic fee, or if you ingenuously believe is going to be free AND you end up declining the repair they recommend based on what they found in the diagnostic, well, be prepare to pay top dollar for a diagnostic fee. I paid 100 dollars just for diagnostic fee. And, honestly, I might have paid it happily if they had told me in advance how much they were going to charge me for diagnostic fee. Business transparency, it's all I ask. Don't try to fool your customer into signing a paper to decline to have an upfront estimate of all the repairs if the total cost is below a certain number. And that number at the end of the day, suspiciously turns out to be exactly the amount of money you will be charged, so you never got the estimate and since the job is done now you have to pay. You, as a business could believe you won, but you didn't because you lost what could have become a loyal customer.

I have called constantly to this horrible dealership about getting calls that my loan to the trade in wasn't paid. The first excuse after I had already gone back a second time to resign was "well the guy sent it to the wrong bank but he's fired so come back and resign". I resigned AGAIN and got the same call. I was told "sorry we sent it to the wrong bank" I lost it told them they better fix it and I better get a response IMMEDIATELY. Spoke to Ben and a week has past and I've called, he doesn't answer and he never got back to me. I'm calling to speak to ANYONE in management because at this point I'm two months behind on the trade in and my credit score is dropping. I mean BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!! I've been on top of them from the beginning and STILL they haven't fixed it, two months in now. I've gone in to resign three times, I've called constantly, spoken to various people and left multiple messages. Im where Im so pissed I could sue at this point.

WPB Nissan,W Blue Heron Blvd is a very bad location to purchase a vehicle..staff does not communicate very well. They will run your credit to the ground and tell you this is what your credit score is now. They will take your money and put you in a very high car payment vehicle. The staff will not work with you, only after your money and your trades..This location will put you in repo status..be very aware of the suspicious stuff that the staff do fraud location..

I brought the car in for a good servicing as it is not 10 years old with 55,000 miles and changed all the belts all the fluids battery new Michelin pilot sport tires new Bremblo brakes and wheel alignment and dealt with Ray Gomez who did a fantastic job I couldn't of been more satisfied with the service thanks for great experience

Salesman was nice enough Israel on the finance team is a snake oil salesman.I have good credit and there was never any question as to me getting financing. The salesman was a nice guy but the entire process took way to long. After i negotiated and agreed to a price I sat around for over an hour and then left. The finance manager came out introduced himself as Israel and treated me as if I was an idiot, told me 5 more minutes, I ended up leaving and going back the next day to finish the purchase. After negotiating my interest rate Nissan went and had my credit pulled over 10 times by 10 different lenders. I have a credit monitoring service and was notified every time they pulled my credit. I called and asked to speak with Israel and he would not get on the phone or return my call. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM, THE FINANCE TEAM IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!GREG

Service is amazing here. I finaly found an amazing service team to take care of my 2015 Nissan 370z. I was greeted with smiles. They had enough people there to take care of the customers because it was serviced right away. I was really shocked at how fast someone came up to me. I even was greated by Michael Colletti and Cisco. I was told that I had nothing to worry since I was a new customer at their service department that they would take care of my beautiful car everytime i come. I did made sure i had there names right because they deserved to be acknowledge for making my experience a great one.

I called this dealership (on a Mon.) to speak to a service advisor to ask a couple of important questions before scheduling an appointment for service on a 2013 Frontier (18000 miles) that had a manufacture's defect resulting in a water leak, but the receptionist told me that they were all busy and took my name and number to have one call me back. By Weds. I still had not received a call back from them. I called this dealership because it is closest to me and more convenient than the dealership where the vehicle was purchased (Grieco Nissan in FT. Pierce) which is an hour drive away. When I didn't hear back from West Palm Beach Nissan, I then called Grieco and immediately connected to a very pleasant, professional and helpful person in service who setup an appointment for the next day to have me drop off the vehicle, get a rental from them and have it fixed at no charge at all (even for the rental) because this defect had previously occurred to a few other 2013 Frontiers. I've read the negative reviews about WPB Nissan and this review falls in line with them. Thanks alot WPB Nissan for not even taking the time out of your busy day to return a call.

I have another complaint about West Palm Beach Nissan, I recently taken my 2012 Nissan Altima to diagnose the reason why my passenger seat airbag light malfunction and I was told that I need the complete seat bottom parts and labor was about $800 (3?? I parts and $4?? Labor)so I did some research and the OEM passenger seat occupancy sensor is $87. Not only that, I did more research before ordering and I was told that it just needed to be reset because the CD Player was changed so I found out how to reset it and did so. Now it works perfectly !!!!The moral of the story is that the dealership lied trying to make money !!!!This is just one complaint of five

Horrible dealership, internet experience was the absolute worst ever. They just wasted my time. I would highly not recommend dealing with these guys who have mid-80s sales techniques of jerking you around, trying to play games with the payment number, trying to be buddy/buddy. RUN AWAY! I happily purchased a 2015 Nissan Murano from Wallace Nissan and the experience was great.

The new "West Palm Beach Nissan" is not honoring anything that Napleton Nissan gave to the customers. They keep saying "they have nothing to do with Napleton" but that bottom line is when they bought out Napleton they bought the customers that came with it. They were very rude in the service department about this. They just kept repeating the same thing over and over "we have nothing to do with Napleton". They are not customer friendly!

This my second time purchasing a brand new car from this dealership. I told them from the beginning, I have no money for a down payment and they kept on coming back asking for a down payment but in the end they worked it out and it was a great offer. I walked in sad from the beginning when I found out I had to pay over $600 for my old car and then I remembered I spoke to Emmanuel Saintil (Manny), and as soon as I started to talk to him, we immediately connected. He made me happy all day and entertained me. Mr. Tyrone Taylor and Steve Cobb had my back and they helped me to the end. We need more dealerships like this one. As usually Ramzan Basir always help me out and takes care of me. I can't believe I drove off the lot with a brand new, 2015 Nissan Altima and I love the metallic color. It was a perfect match for me. You won't regret going here, I you chose this dealership please choose the following associates to work with and no else. Of course, I can't forget Malik the finance rep, this guy has a nice personality and you can trust him on his words while signing, believe me. I hate fake people and hearing xxxxxxxx, I use to work in the BDC Department for Napleton, so I know all the crap and scam talk. You won't have that we these associates at this dealership.

Their sales people are very attentive and polite, not over whelming, buying a new vehicle was very easy. Service employees like Joe very negative they will express negativity when bringing in your new vehicle for warranty issue's, Even going out of their way to lie to Nissan Motor Corp. I've had 3 major issue's with my 2013 Frontier,. Only the last time at end of warranty did they stand behind their warranty for replacing worn out cheap rubber seals around inside of door panels. I haven't listened to my broken radio speakers since August of 2013 , approximately 3 months after purchase. I would NEVER buy any vehicle let alone a Nissan from Napleton ever again.

Napleton Nissan is without a doubt the best dealership I have ever entered! From the moment I got there they were attentive and friendly. I never felt pressured which is a first for me with car dealers! Michael Balek met me at the door and even though I was just looking at that point he never made me feel like I was taking up his time (another first). After looking around some other dealers I decided on the Rogue I had driven at Nissan. I sent a text to Michael , did an online credit app., and even with my far less than perfect credit, they had me approved 30 minutes later! I can't thank everyone at Nissan enough ! All of them made this the best car buying experience I have ever had!! (And I have bought a lot of cars)If you don't go there , it's your loss!

Here is what I wrote, of you can post it:Last week I purchased a new Maxima from Napleton Nissan last week and have had a very good experience. Being a business owner and on an extremely tight schedule I had little time to sit and spend the day negotiating and quibbling over details. The first contact I had was with the sales person Yefim Koza, who immediately greeted me with a smile asked if he could help me and showed me a car meeting my specifications that had just come off the delivery truck. I explained what I was willing to pay, how my trade in needed to be taken into account and gave him my pay off on my trade and then left asking him to call me if he could make the deal work. Without having my car looked at or having a credit ap complete he called me back within an hour saying he could Get This Deal Done and meet my payment requirements, so long as the manager did not see any major problems with my trade and my credit was where I stated it to be. I then completed my credit application on line from my office on line. Again, Yefim call me back stating everything was fine and we set a time for me to return after work. When I arrived the car I was going to purchase was in front of the dealership prepped and ready for delivery. Yefim again greeted me politely and introduced me to his management team. At this point we finalized the contract, ran through the financing process and then had the new car delivered in less than 2 hours. Working with Ram to replace my stolen car with my first leased car turned out to be a great experience. He was sincere, knowledgeable, personable, laid back and fun to work with. Said they would give us an extended one year bumper to bumper warranty because the car was a Certified Pre Owned car...Lie! When we went to have it serviced, it turned out "we made a mistake, sorry". Also had given us a "We Owe" in writing for a cabin filter, then just said "we changed our mind" when we went for servicing. Finally after fighting with them they "did us a favor" and gave us the filter! Get everything from them in writing, tape the conversation, and read every word in your contract. Do not believe a word the finance manager is telling you! If you want to avoid fighting this thru the BBB and Florida Attorney General as we are for the warranty issue, go to a different dealer!

I walked into Nissan due to a very bad experience at Ford. They took me in and helped me get through it. They treated me like a friend and not a number or $. My salesman, Yefim, handled every detail. I bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra for my son. We went on 4 visits: 3 separately and 1 combined to purchase/do paperwork. Carlos was very gracious at first. When my son picked up the car, Carlos asked my son to give him a good review on the customer survey (a no-no). We did the survey together. We did not like the way the finance manager treated us, so we gave him a negative review. We also said no one asked us to answer the survey a certain way so as not to get Carlos in trouble. I was the one who handed over a check for $7,000, a 30% down payment. On Saturday morning while I was resting in bed, Carlos called me to scold me about the review he received, the "worst ever". The sales mgr. explained the score was bundled, which is not the customer's problem. Carlos got his commission;we were 99.9% honest on the survey. We won't recommend this dealership to anyone.

2nd Update: I just received my car back from Nissan. Eddie Barros, the Service Manager, did everything he promised during our first exchange. He completely exceeded my expectations in the areas of service and communication. I am glad that I had the opportunity to work with him, and hope that my experience will keep other people from having similar experiences. I will definitely recommend people to this service center after all that has happened, and I would encourage people in the future to use the appropriate forum when you feel things are not the way they should be. Thanks to Eddie and Napleton Nissan for correcting the problem, and thanks to Dealerreater.com for giving me a forum to have my issues addressed completely and properly!!!*********Update: I was contacted by the Service manager of this facility earlier today about my experience. He expressed a desire to work with me on getting my car taken care of, and changing my opinion of the service center in general. Since I was raid to believe in giving someone a second chance I will take my car back to the service dept. tomorrow, 3/13. I plan to update this forum after tomorrows visit.********I made an appointment (my 2nd one, the first was just as bad but a different story) last week or so to service the A/C on my 2013 Leaf. the car only has 5900 miles on it, but the A/C blows only hot air. The person on the phone was nice enough and made the appointment for MArch 4th at 9:30 AM. I arrived few minutes early, told the service person what was wrong, and entered the waiting area. I was told I would receive a ride via the shuttle to my work, as I normally begin working at 9AM. 35 minutes later no one had showed up to take mo to work, so I asked the checkout person what the deal was. Around this time someone else came out of the service department looking for me. He took me back to the service area, and returned my keys to me. I thought the car was finished and I could leave, but instead this guy tells me that the have not and cannot even look at my car. there is currently no certified Leaf technician working at that location. My immediate question was why wasn't I told that when I made the appointment, of course his answer was he didn't know. My next question was couldn't (or wouldn't) they get a certified mechanic to come work on my car, or could they transport my car to another dealer to repair it?? The answer was simply no. I am completely left feeling that these people don't care about servicing any of their customers after the purchase, and essentially it is your problem once you drive off the lot. At this point I am still driving around in S. Fla with summer right around the corner and a car with no A/C. Sadly,this was a better experience than my first service appointment at this dealer, at least this visit didn't cost me anything. Again Id like to state for the record that my car is a lease, and has less than 6,000 miles on it. I would return this car and end the lease today if I could, solely based on the rotten service experiences. I can't imagine anyone expecting someone to actually buy something from this place, at least after what Ive seen. KD/WPB,FL

I contacted several Nissan dealerships in my area, a few closer to my home. Napaleton did not talk down to me as a woman which others did on the phone. We were paired with Yefim Koza a very personable salesperson. He was outgoing and energetic and made the buying experience a pleasure. Early on Friday morning November 22 my husband and I started our second day of car shopping. Stopping at Napleton Nissan in West Palm Beach Florida. A sales consultant Tim Mills approached us as we were scanning the lot for a new Nissan Altima. Tim was full of helpful information. It took no time at all for us to choose our style, color and options that suited our needs in a new car. The next step was to negotiate price which I have to say went very smoothly and we feel we got a great deal. Tim made our car shopping experience very enjoyable. I must also add that from the sales manager to the loan finance officer our overall experience was awesome.

Made an appointment and drove 1 1/2 hours to Napleton's Nissan/Kia. On the web site they had a promotion of 125% of Kelly Blue Book value for your trade in. As I told others of the promotion every single person said "no way" , they will never do that", Not going to happen" but me being so very naive said of course they will I have it right here in writing what else could they do!? HOW WRONG I WAS HOW RIGHT MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WERE!!They took my 2006 Lexus RX330 out for a look see and returned. My Lexus is fully loaded, AWD, heated seats, sun roof, leather, HID adaptive headlights, headlight washers, rain sensing wipers, Bluetooth, integrated phone, illuminated entry, 18" wheels, power tilt and telescope steering wheel, memory driver, power/heated mirrors and the list goes on and on. Now enter the proclaimed "General Manager" Scott Pipkin who tells me I have no option packages on my Lexus RX330 and I say of course I do I have every option available in 2006 except the leveling which Lexus pulled and D/C, Mr Pipkin said no you don't if you did you would have a third row seat, obviously he knows absolutely nothing about a Lexus RX330 as they NEVER EVER had a third row seat on them! NEVER! I challenged him to look it up on the Lexus site and you will see I have the Premium and the Performance Packages, he refused. He reduced the value of my 2006 Lexus RX 330 with 82000 miles no accidents and great female condition no scratches, no nicks, no dents waxed yearly is worth $6,000 less than KBB because there are no option packages on my Lexus!! I am very upset and tell him he needs to either ask someone that knows what they ar talking about or look it up to which he said no I don't. I told him he either had no integrity or he was just a liar at which time he told me to leave his dealership and I did.Now I drove 1 1/2 hours each way because I thought it was a great deal on exactly the car the color and options I wanted. I was ready to drive it home but not when the very knowledgeable "General Manager" tells me the value of my Lexus is $11,000 and he would go 125% above that which still did not bring it up to the base KBB value... No Thank you and idiot I am not! I asked to speak to someone above Mr. Pipkin to which he responded "ain't no one here gonna talk to you" obviously his education is no better than his knowledge base. Really people help me out here... was he just lying to get out of paying the 125% of KBB value in the Napleton's promotion or did he really not know and refuses to admit he is wrong? Anyway Napleton's lost not just the sale to me.If you are from around the area perhaps you remember Mr. Pipkin from a couple of years ago when Toyota had all of the problems, Napleton's sent out t Toyota owners what looked to be an official recall for their Toyota it was a scam to sell them a Nissan. Mr. Pipkin at the time spoke to every media outlet he found trashing Napleton's for the scam and how wrong it was.... apparently your stripes aren't any different are they Scott?

Great Experience! Yefim Koza - the guy from Nissan worked very hard for 2 days to get the car I wanted. Considering my particular situation (I just moved to US, so no credit history at all), I got a great deal in a record time! And also I got a good advice on what I should do in the future regarding an eventual re-financing. They also fixed some minor scratches and even replaced the tires (although the car had only 26.000 miles). The car is great!I know where I am going to buy my next car!

Replaced the wrong tire and added to the extreme incompetence of this fact but showing the worst possible attitude I have ever experienced. Gus is a compulsive liar and weaved lie upon lie that contradicted each other to avoid taking responsibility for such a gross mistake in the first place. Had he simply apologized and admitted his error it might have been resolved with little angst. Instead my wife and I have been shouted at, lied to and called liars all for their mistake and incredible attitude. Gus, Javier and Scott should be ashamed on themselves and look for a new job more apt for their talents. They are a disgrace... The whole organisation is rotten. I have bought FOUR cars from them, never again. They have gone from lie to lie. Watching the front tire being changed. Sears used chalk, they don't have any!? Is there a repair shop that doesn't use chalk on tires? Maybe that's where their problems stem from? Not they are making more lies. It is what it is. There is no logic in the lies they are telling to avoid taking responsibility. They are so wrong it's pathetic. If only they'd said "Ooops, we're sorry we've made a mistake." that would have been the end of it. They charged me $60 over the going rate too as well as taking off the wrong tire and apparently putting a nail through it and marking it with chalk they 'don't own'. They should have been honest and just put it on the car, the car is only a month or so old and done about 1200 miles. The tires were all new so it was bad enough getting a nail in one of them, let alone them screwing up and stealing a good one and leaving me with the flat one!! I hope to ensure they lose my leases to an alternative dealer, they deserve nothing and that is what I aim to ensure they get from me. If you can't believe dealers can be this bad think again - they are.

When atempting to change rear tire the second lug nut I tired to remove , the nut would turn but not unscrew, Service rep told me he didn't know what I did and Napleton's Nissan wasn't responsible, for 2013 Frontier SV with 4100 miles on vehicle, He also pointed out that there were other lug nuts that I tired to remove showing me scratches on rim, he pointed them out with his finger than after putting his finger on the rim he said OH thats grease and that one is dirt. But it didn't matter Bumper to Bumper warranty doesn't include Manufactor's defective workman ship, Also the lug bolt moves when you push on as if the bolt never seated correctly in rotor

I was called by the dealership because my lease would be up soon. I had an appointmebnt with Steve Pearl, who was extremely knowledgeable about the car. He understood my circumstances and what I could afford. There were a couple of features I wanted the care to have, an he made sure I was able to get those on my car. He made me feel completely at ease by his friendliness and professionalism and not trying to push me into something that that would be too expensive for me. Tis is my second lease at this dealership and this time I was more at ease than the first lease. Steve went over everything in the manual and showed me all the features. As I have included the maintenance plan in thiis lease, Steve went over Nissan's maintenance schedule so I didn't have to look it up to see when I would have to schedule it; Steve made this an excellent experience.

Mr Koza was a good salesman. He was not obnoxious and just pushy enough to make the sale. We were going to price Honda across the street after the initial offer but with the second offer from Nissan we decided that we couldn't get the Honda we would have wanted more at such a good payment. We are pleased with our purchase and with Yefim Koza's assistance. We need to pick up mats and we also somehow left the maintenance book at the dealership. We hope that won't be a problem tomorrow when we go back to the dealership for both items.

I was in the market for a new vehicle, with a pretty small budget, and a tight time frame (I was renting a car because my Land Rover broke down.) I narrowed my search to a Honda or Nissan. I really liked the Nissan Sentra, and had visited a different Nissan dealership, and test drove the car. Unfortunately, the deal presented at that dealership, didn't fit my budget. I was about to commit to getting the Honda, when I thought I'd try to reach out to a different Nissan dealership on the internet. I was so glad I did. Chatting with Steve, he listened to what I was looking for, and more importantly, what my budget was. Not only did he put me in my new Sentra well within my budget, he did it in a matter of hours!!!!Having already driven the Sentra, I was confident about the vehicle itself, but I was a little uncomfortable with actually purchasing a car, without seeing the actual vehicle I would be purchasing. (Steve didn't have the model at his dealership so he had to find one, and then get it to the dealership!) Steve took me to the lot, and showed me what my car would look like. He is extremely knowlegeable about the car, and I appreciated the time he took to clearly explain the various features that come with it!He took me through each stage of the purchasing process, and then escorted me to the desk for payment. I was on my lunch break and Steve did his very best, to be conscience of the time. I sincerely appreciated that. I picked up my new Nissan Sentra that evening. Steve explained all the inside features, and sufficiently demonstrated all the bells and whistles! I felt comfortable behind the wheel as I drove home. A very enjoyable experience.

Steve is a fantastic and fun salesman to work worth. There was no pressure and he definitely was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars he carried, but about others that he did not. I was actually on my third car lot and had test drove several different models prior to meeting Steve. I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile and handshake and lead to his office. There we discussed what type of car I was looking for in a car. After deciding on a make and model, Steve took the time to familiarize me with everything there was to know about the vehicle in the office as well as in the actual car. Steve shows a lot of enthusiasm and excitement when he discusses all the features which made me feel comfortable and confident prior to the test drive. Once I had made that final decision to purchase the vehicle there was no pressure on pricing. This has to be the smoothest transition I had ever experienced. I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Nissan Altima and could not be any happier.

Horrible experience. I am from NY and bought a Nissan Armada fo keep here in my vacation home. I paid to have an OEM hitch installed for $495. They had to order it and said to bring it back in a few days and they would call. They never called. After 5 attempts to reach the salesman I drove to the dealership (30 minutes from my house). I approached the salesman and he said he tried to call me but the number was wrong - he showed me the number and it was correct. He then called Uhaul and made an appointment for me in Pompano Beach. ??? First, a uhaul hitch is $189, not $495, plus I wanted the factory hitch. Now I trying to get my money refunded and sent me part of it. I drove back and the sales manager said I would have the rest in a week. 3 weeks later and the check still isn't here. I went to Delray Nissan and they installed the hitch for $480. Plus they finished prepping the vehicle since Napleton rushed - they put windshield fluid in, removed the factory plastic that wasn't removed at Napleton, added air to the tires, popped in a few plastic pieces that were laying in the truck, etc. do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

I test drove and selected a vehicle. We negotiated the price based on the Sticker MSRP and discounts and signed a contract. During the contract paperwork they used odd figures and discounts to make me believe that Sticker price and car configuration is exactly the same with the exception of a different exterior color that I wanted. Trusting them I signed the contract. Since they didn't have the color in their inventory they transferred it from another dealership and I went to pick up the vehicle two days later. When I arrived I found out that the MSRP price was different on this vehicle and extra Option that i paid for was not installed. In addition the vehicle had the front lic plate holder installed. When I told the salesman (Sam) about these three items, his first answer was " that's how the car came in. what do you want to do, leave the car and cancel the contract?". That immediatly gave me the impression that he didn't care about customer after the car is sold. He brought his senior manager who tried to take care of by offering to install the missing item and changing the bumper. I refused to change the bumper because I found out the car was built prior to mid-year and new car's color was slightly different (simply because cars are built in batch). It was slight different and I didn't want to have them replace the bumber from a different car. After two days they told me that they can't find another car in this color. I told them I'm willing to switch color. They told me that no other color is availalble in any dealership inventory in 2,000 miles. I called the next dealers in Royal Palm, Ft. Lauderdale, and Pemborke. They had the vehicles available. I cancelled the contract as I couldn't trust Napleton. Napleton lied to me several times. They tried to get rid of an old inventory that had lower MSRP but they were unsuccessful. I contacted the GM and Business manager (Maggie). No reply. Funny that when I sent online inquiry to buy vehicle the business manager called me within 10 mins. When I had issues with car, no one cared to return my call or reply my emails to rectify the situation.

My Review of Napleton Kia:I went into this dealership to "look" but ended up buying a gorgeous car. Ramzan Basir was both professional and patient as my boyfriend and I haggled over which car to purchase.He didn't impose but offered advice and stated we could test drive as many cars as we needed to find the "right" car. We ended up being the last couple in the showroom that evening but we were not rushed or hurried to complete our transaction. It was truly a pleasure working with this salesman!Mr.Carlos Salas was a genius! Not only did he patiently work on options for financing that suited my budget he too offered very valuable advice that I will carry with me with every car purchase from now on.It is very rare to meet people in the car selling industry who seem to look out for your "best interest", but I found both of these gentlemen did just that for me! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I went to this dealership in february 2012 to purchase a used car. They let me drive off the lot with a vehicle but informed me two days later that I was a victim of identity theft and they could no longer finance me. So I gave the car back. The salesmen assured me that the CASH deposit i gave would be mailed back to me with in a matter of a few weeks. After about a month, I had not gotten my deposit back. That was when the phone calls started. Almost every single employee I have spoken with since I returned the car has been rude and unprofessional,I have spoken with countless people at this dealership and Each employee would take my phone number and never call me back. Two months later, after many employees promising to have my check in the mail or ready for me to pick up at the dealership, I STILL HAVE NOT HAD MY DEPOSIT RETURNED. Manager ANDY is the rudest man at this dealership! Once you leave the dealership after the purchase of your car you will experience the most RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior and disrespect from the employees! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

I would like to mention that I was really happy with the services of Mr. David Ciporkin at Napleton Nissan in West Palm Beach. He is a very personnable, happy, smiling, courteous, I felt that I got a very honest diagnostic which usually I am very spectic. This place is the embodiment of a stealership. We went there looking for a 2012 Altima Coupe. I was told on the phone that they had plenty in stock, large volume dealership, never undersold, the whole spiel etc, and they were "very interested in my trade in" due to its "low mileage".First, they didn't have any of the cars advertised (scam #1). Second, every single car had a $1,995 "exterior package". When asked what this was, the sales person Tony told me "professional paint protection" or as informed customers know it as, 100% dealer profit/snake oil (scam #2).When asked to see the Altima Coupes, they said they only had two on the lot, both loaded in their own ways. After further prodding, Tony said, "oh, let me check in the back, we move vehicles around all the time." He takes me to the back. They had at least EIGHT Altima Coupes in the back. Yeah, those first two were "all you had." (Scam #3)The dealership itself was disorganized and unprofessional. Where most showrooms have cars on their sales floors, this place had little cubicle desks. And of course, these desks were not assigned to salesmen, so my wife and I were asked to get up and move several times. We even saw one sales person, I guess on his break, surfing Facebook and the internet at one of the desks, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SALES FLOOR. I guess they have their priorities straight. While negotiating, Tony pulled all the usual ponzy schemes. "I'm new here, only been working 2 weeks." "I don't make money unless I sell you a car, lets make a deal." (Scam #4)That trade in they were so interested in? $5,000. $1,500 lower than the first dealership we went to. It took them over an hour to do a trade in evaluation that they said would take only 15 minutes. In the end, they wouldn't negotiate, wouldn't budge on pricing despite several quotes from other dealerships. I guess they don't want to sell cars, as evident from their sales board on their window which was barren. So basically, avoid Napleton Nissan like the plague, its a privately owned dealership with zero professionalism.

I was due for a 60K service. When I walked in I told the service consultant (who I will never deal with again) that an additional lights came on. After leaving the dealership I received a call from the service consultant saying that the 2 sensors had gone bad and needed to be replaced. Also my bill had now tripled. Just before I was to head back to pick my car up I was talking to the service consultant on the phone and was told one of the sensors had to be ordered and should be there in 2-3 days. I then asked if any of these sensors are covered under my extended warranty or Nissans warranty and who do I need to talk to. I was told "that would be me, and no your not covered" The next day I called my extended warranty group to do a bit of research and to see if any of this would be covered. After talking with the representative they asked why the dealership never called for authorization. I replied "I don't know why" then they told me seeing that the dealership never called my claim would be denied. The 2-3 days passed and no calls from the dealership that the sensor is in and that I could bring my car in anytime. four more days passed and then I had a call from Melinda from Customer Service call me and ask how my experience was. I told her how things had unfolded and had no calls to let me know if the sensor was in and that I had called the extended warranty group and they denied me, and that every time I come into the dealership it costs me a lot of money, and I'm on the verge of never dealing with them again, and that my experience was not a good one at all. Melinda quickly tried to do damage control by saying that she didn't even see and warranties or extended warranty. I told her on a previous occasion I had another part go bad and asked if my extended warranty covered it and that I'm sure that it was in their system. Melinda asked if I could come in as soon as possible to try and get this resolved, and that she had booked me in with one of their senior service consultants David, which I was more than happy to. The next day when I got to Napleton I was greeted by David Ciporkin and was told that I have no extended warranty showing and that my Nissan warranty had expired. When he went to show me where they look for the Nissan warranty there was a quick "Oh you have a gold preference warranty". All of a sudden things changed very rapidly, we started going over my bill and looking to see if I was covered (which I was) and that this never should of happened. As we continued talking I also told him that every time I come here it costs me money and it keep it serviced regularly. He then looked back at all my service records and discovered that I had been charged to oil changes and tire rotations which was part of my warranty and that the other service consultants should of pick up on that. David was very apologetic and embarrassed of what had/has been happening to me considering I had covered myself in every direction. As we were talking Melinda waked by and David introduced me to here and told her that there had been some serious mistakes on their behalf, I was told that the service consultant who I first dealt with was new and still training. I said that I understand that everyone has to start somewhere. As I explained to Melinda the problem I had is how I was shutdown immediately with no explanation and it seemed to me there was no research done on their end. David then showed Melinda in about 30 seconds in the system it was and that the service consultant I originally dealt with had cost me a lot of money. At the end of things we had things going in the right direction and had my car booked in to have the other sensor installed. Over the next couple days David called me to let me know what he had been working on to try and get things rectified. When I brought my car in David gave me the lasted update of how things stand and how much would be refunded and credited back to me, I told him that from now on he will be the only person I ever deal with at Napleton because of all the screw ups that had happened lately and in the past. I left there feeling better but still wondering how things had fallen through the cracks.The only reason that I gave high marks in the grading section was because of David Ciporkin. Otherwise I'm not sure if there is a way to grade things.

Had it not been for the unparalleled service extended by Carlos Silvio and David Ciporkin I would be beyond frustration and want to sell my vehicle and NEVER consider owning a Nissan in the future! I had a safety issue(horn) which Nissan (the manufacturer) refused to stand behind. I was directed to contact the manufacturer who gave me the run around and zero consideration.On the other hand, service at Napleton did everything in their power to ease the repair and my extreme frustration. It is imperative to have a properly functioning vehicle . . . even more so bringing my premature son home from the hospital. I can't say enough about the professionalism as well as the compassion of the men I worked with. Nissan (the manufacturer) could learn a few things from these gentlemen on PROPER customer service.Kudos to the team at Napleton. Thank you.

A car was found for me within 2 minutes and a price within 15. Everything ran very smoothly, until I noticed the car I was about to purchase was damaged. The dealership handled the misfortune very professionally and still gave me a great deal on a different car. Although I was originally worried, I walked out of the dealership completely satisfied and positive I got the best deal on a 2012 Altima that I could get. In addition, everyone who was involved in the process was knowledgeable and full of kind words.

Omg they gave me chest pains from the stress!! Three weeks after purchasing the car the bank of my trade in called that my payment is going to be late if not made that day. I explained that the car was traded in three weeks ago and should have been paid off by now. I called Napleton and the ding dong answering the phone couldn't figure out who could help me. I got a voice mail, then another for two hours. I left messages, this was urgent! No one in three hours got on the phone. I had no time for this, I, had to get to work and needed to speak with someone Asap. I pleaded, I need to know if I have to go to the bank to make the payment myself. Now im getting stressed, I dont have time ford this, ive got to get to work. This particular bank is not close and if im going to schedule it in my day I need to know now. my credit score is almost 800, I have never been later ever and I wasnt going to let these scumbags affect it. I asked for Gm im sure he would want to know what kind of idiots work there and how poor their customer service is. Well they put me through to a confused man who was like wtf are you calling me? I started explaining and was cut off he said, I cant deal with this im in texas, speak to bill bailer heres his cell. Wow this is the GM! I called the cell and it said mailbox is full. I wanted to scream. Now im thinking these people cant afford to pay off my car! I finally must have touched someones heart and in the fourth hour got a customer service manager on the phone and she said shes not gonna lie, I guess the others must all be liars, she said noone is there to help and she does know that they wait for the bank to fund the new car before paying off the trade in. I can understand stand this but that doesn't take 3.5 weeks. She said she thinks checks went out yesterday but she won't know till tomorrow. So to wait till tomorrow dont do anything.Nothing was taken care of, I wanted them to write a check and send someone to pay it off. Now its officially late and hope I don't get screwed. I did start to feel better just talking with a person. Beware of this place I bet they are having money problems. I bought a car from maroone chevrolet in delray the same week, great bunch of guys and they paid off my trade immediately. That's how buying a car should be. Wished my husband would have bought a chevy with me.

My huband and I owned a 2007 Mazda CX-7 and we decided to trade it in. Unsure of what vehicle we wanted we browsed dealerships over Labor Day weekend. On Tuesday I went with my daughter to Napleton in WPB to see what they had in stock. We needed a car with good gas mileage, great safety and of course a great price. That is all it took at Napleton. We knew what we needed and when we met Jorge Falcon, he combined our needs with a beautiful automobile. The 2012 Altima 2.5S Special Edition. She is beautiful, safe, practical, priced great and wow... the luxury we feel inside! The mpg is incredible. The hidden storage and trunk space, was a dream come true. We have owned SUV's and Crossovers so long, we forgot how roomy and stylish a car is. Our grandchildren will be super safe when they are riding with us, thankx to Nissan's awesome airbag system! Thank you to Jorge!! Jorge, we thought salesman were scary but not you....you have given us faith we didn't know was possible... Thank you Napleton for having people like Jorge Falcon, Victor in Finance and Melinda in customer service. With a crew like we had, we know you will be helping people find awesome cars for many years to come.

I could rate this dealership as great, however, there is always room for improvement. My family and I just purchased our 3rd vehicle, a 2011 Nissan Armada Platinum edition, from this dealership. The problems I experienced were to me very minor in nature considering my type "A" personality. First, I am a member of the organization, United States Automobile Association (USAA), which is a military affiliated organization for active duty, retired and family members of military personnel. Napleton Nissan is a certified member of USAA's Car Buying Service. So, I'd already done my homework and research prior to submitting my vehicle configuration through USAA prior to releasing the information for dealerships to contact me. I was immediately contacted by Napleton and two other Nissan dealers. When I contacted Napleton I was told that the vehicle I configured on USAA's website was on site at Napleton, but once there I found out otherwise and was disappointed. The salesman, Jorge, also seemed disappointed, however, he never seemed to pressure us or beat around the bush. Other dealership personnel got involved and I was told there was not a vehicle in the color I wanted within 500 miles. We left there a little disappointed that night (Friday). The next morning another dealership contacted me and stated the vehicle I was looking was sitting on their lot. This dealership is only minutes southwest of Napleton. So, as I was getting set to go this dealership, I wanted to stop by and let Napleton know and then "lo and behold" I saw my old friend Mike Buckley from 3 years ago when we purchased 2 Altimas for our children. I told him of the situation and he immediately contacted Jorge and we began to talk. Within minutes Mike found my vehicle in Coral Gables, minus the 4x4 which I wanted, but did not have to have. Although one of the other dealership's had the exact vehicle on its lot that I was looking for, I've always been fond of dealing with Napleton from my first contact with Mike Buckley. A little while later filling out paperwork with Jorge and dealing directly with Junior, the Sales Manager, we were on our way and sent to Jana to deal with the financing paperwork. Jana was very straightforward and provided a tremendous amount of fresh and new information and ideas. Junior also stopped and we eventually got even more of a deal before closing on the paperwork. Before leaving Mike asked if we wanted the car that day, but, also suggested we wait until the next day to take delivery so that they could perform a complete check. Then, Jana coordinated with Jorge and we were given another Armada to take home. The next day we took delivery and we were blown at the beauty of our new vehicle. The only problem we experienced was a screw cover missing from the bug deflector on the hood. Jorge insured us a new one would be ordered and we would be contacted when it arrived. In between that time we were contacted by Melinda and I explained the situation to her. Within days I was contacted by Melinda and an appointment was made to install a new deflector. Bottomline now, We're happy and would highly recommend Napleton Nissan to anyone. Again, my rating could've been higher, but dinner and a movie didn't come with the vehicle.

Tried to buy a new Nissan from Napleton Nissan in Riviera Beach, FL but the experience was so horrible that we left and bought our new vehicle at another Nissan dealership.Giving them a rating of 1 (very bad) because they repeatedly increased the monthly price and down payment after we had agreed on the figures up front. They also charged us $2,800 for an OEM navigation system and when they realized they could not install the navigation system they only wanted to give us $1,400 back.Lastly, we never took possession of the car, however, we just received a bill.

My car buying experience with Phillip Sammario was extremely poor. There were several issues resulting from my experience that were not satisfactorily addressed by Phillip. My issues were turned over to Melinda Clemons (Customer Relations Mgr) who was able to help me reach a compromise with Napleton over my issues. While both Phillip and Melinda represent Napleton, I can not in good conscience recommend Napleton as a dealership since my issues should have never had to be directed to the Customer Relations Manager. Melinda did a great job working with a very difficult and dissatisfied customer (myself).

8/13/11: I (Camille J'nae) contacted Napleton Nissan/ 2-3 weeks ago, at which time Collette was extremely helpful to get me set up to come into the dealership today (8/13/11). She informed me of what to expect, what to bring, and processed my loan info prior to me coming in, she was very diligent and knowledgeable. Phil took the lead when I came in and was very honest and respectful about what I could accomplish with my financial status. Never once was he condescending or rude, as I am used to seeing or hearing about car salesmen. He was very knowledgeable and agreeable and explained everything fully so that I knew exactly what was expected of me and what I could expect. He was also a freakin' nice guy in general so it made a potentially very stressful experience very calm and comfortable. Phil then handed me over to Jana, the Finance Manager, and let me just say he put me in the right hands. She was clear and straightforward (no bull!) which was extremely refreshing and unexpected. She fully explained my options to me in terms I could understand and she never talked over me or at me or in circles, she talked TO me in a way that made me feel so much at ease with the process. I could not have asked for a better person to handle the details of my transaction. Without her, honestly, I would have walked out the door on the deal but the way she explained everything and made sure I understood the benefits as well as the consequences was so clear and honest that I knew I could not walk away from the opportunity she presented me with. She is one of the best assets that dealership has, people need to be given all the information in a clear concise manner in order to make an informed decision and she did that exponentially, and I truly appreciated that candor. Next, while I waited for paperwork to be finalized "Epi" (I believe was his nickname) let me drive the car that I was to buy for a nice long test drive and made sure I was fully comfortable with my choice. He let me know about all the features while on the test drive and let me ask a tons of questions, he was also extremely knowledgeable and honest (a trend here methinks!).Finally, Phil finished up my day by making sure my new car was all shiny and clean, even struggling with several screwdrivers with my old license plate lock on my old car HIMSELF in 98 degree heat in order to get me on my way in record time. Thank you Napleton Nissan, for an AWESOME first time buyers experience! I love my new Nissan Versa! I will definitely recommend you to all my friends! So far my experience with Napleton Nissan has been outstanding. From Skip in Sales to my first service appointment today. The people are friendly, responsive and the process is smooth and easy, everything I look for when dealing with the servicing of my car. I went for my first oil change today and David Ciporkin was great!! He was very polite, explained everything to me, called me when car was ready and answered all of my questions with a smile on his face. Melinda Clemmons has also reached out to me and is also very customer service oriented. She makes you feel like an important customer. I am extremely pleased with everyone I have come into contact with so far and plan on returning for my next service appointment as well as recommend to my friends who are interested in buying a Nissan!

I am from out of state, never dealing with Napleton before. David was polite,friendly and informative, setting my mind at ease immediately. (while checking my car for info David noticed that I had a dog - he asked about her engaging me in conversation that was of interest to me) Once the paperwork was completed (explaing everything) he walked me to the waiting area offering a cup of coffee and stated he would be back when my car was completed. When he returned I mentioned I could use some help to connect my cellphone to the bluetooth in my car - David immediately stated he would be happy to help and did so, not leaving until he called my cell to make sure I was connected. All this for someone from out-of-state. I can not say enough about my experience, and the cashier as polite and pleasent as well. My overall experience with this dealership was excellent! The support of the Tony, and Tony Jr were excellent. They were able to get me the best price that was affordable for me. Absolutely amazing service! The salesman actually listened to what I wanted and even gave me savings advice and suggestions. The sales manager. Sat down and explained the price structure with me and helped me get the most out of my Maxima lease, and then made sure I was happy with everything I was gettiNg and more. A great no pressure environment, I will be back there in the future, hands down the best car purchase experience I have ever had in my 54 years!

Purchasing a car is/has always been somewhat of a dreaded endeavor. It takes the whole day and always feels like a battle. I placed a call to Napleton, the internet department was most helpful in answering my questions. They set up an appointment for me. I was greeted and treated with respect and fairness. I had been shopping for about 3 weeks - I bought my vehicle at Napleton and will be back to service as well. Car shopping that was painless - bravo.

I was looking for the offer they advertise on the Palm Beach Post. It was too good to be true. The price include $ 3,500.00 dollars from me, also a rebate, college student rebate, dealership fee, and destintation charges. First, some of these add are ilegal. They can't charge dealer fees on any add vehicle, and the destination charges are already included on the msrp. When I mention this to the sales person he said to try to buy a used vehicle. He was not professional.

Great Dealer.. I guess car dealers have changed or I just got the best dealer's personnel. I went this Sunday and bought a Nissan Altima, my intentions were to just look at some cars since I was going to need a new car soon, my 2001 Accord was getting old. After going to Napleton Nissan I drove home on a Brand New 2010 Nissan Altima, great car, very good experience and very good salesperson.
