Recently, the brakes on my car went out just the day before my husband was scheduled for surgery. I had it towed to West Point Ford which is over 50 miles from our home while we were at the hospital . Tracey was our contact and she was GREAT! She was so understanding of our situation. She had it repaired promptly, and when I explained that I would need to find someone to stay with my husband and get someone to give me a ride to pick up the car, she arranged to have one of the employees drive it to me! That is outstanding customer service! We VERY MUCH appreciate it. Thanks to you all.

We were searching for a truck for my husband. We saw the one he wanted through an ad on Facebook. He called the dealership, not realizing that this truck was actually in Richmond. They offered to bring the truck to West Point from Richmond just for us to look at. We had an appointment at 6:00, got there at 5:45 and it was sitting there waiting. We want to thank Danielle, Marvin and Stephanie for their hard work in working to get us the truck we wanted. Very dedicated team at West Point Ford. They were courteous and very professional, Danielle even entertained our teens while we were signing paperwork. She made this transaction very smooth and we felt like we knew her forever and we were just having a regular daily conversation. She was amazing! Thank you! We give y’all 5 Star’s ⭐️ for sure.
