I couldn't be happier with my experience at Westborn. Dillon helped me get a new lease and was great every step of the way. I wasn't sure how difficult it would be to turn in my Chevy (which was a lease) to lease a new Jeep, but he made the process seamless. He also was able to get the specific color I wanted for my new Jeep. I would absolutely recommend this dealership.

Westborn Vs. other car Leasing experiences West born -$30 cheaper then current lease and no money down (really no money, I didn’t even bring my checkbook) -Everything was organized and ready to go super fast and easy! -Did everything they could to get me the color I wanted (it’s such a beautiful luxurious truck) -It was actually really fun to get my new truck The other guy -wanted $100 more than my current lease and $1000 down -I felt really uncomfortable and it seemed like there were surprises things are in a -cost more money at every turn -Told me black was the only option -Turning in my last lease was a nightmare very stressful and uncomfortable.

I walked in to westborn Chrysler in September with no intention on leasing a Chrysler vehicle, as I had been driving Gm for ever. Thanks to Mike Pupore and the store manager for providing the best customer service and payment options .I walked out with my first Chrysler car,which was a 300S. I love it. Recently went back today, which was a month later and leased another vehicle, jeep compass. Again Mike provided exceptional customer service and accommodated to every request I had. Guess I'll be driving Chrysler for a while now :)

Gone to turn my other lease in to buy a new truck,gone no return calls and when they did call left no message, so I didn't know how to call back, every time I called never got a return call after leaving a message, I even talked to the sales manager still no call back after he said I'll look into this and still no call and it's been 1 week.matt Harris was the salesman. And I did have a leese from them before.

only went through with my purchase because it was a great deal on the car. I asked specific questions and I was lied to multiple times. I asked if the car was Chrysler certified the response I received was "Yes", I asked if they were going to detail the car, They said "Yes" (Car was not detailed at all). I asked if they could/would touch up a large scratch on the hood, they said "Yes" I paid for a CD player (listed on line for the car detail and on the window sticker), there isn't one when I asked they said "it must have been an error, they go by vin#". The mark up on CD players is a high option you pay for, I was not reimbursed or even discounted. I saw the total of the car was more than it should be, so I questioned it. There was nothing showing or noting any additional charges that would explain it. I called and asked, I was told it was for the Chrysler certification charge. When I asked if it was certified they said "Yes" not I'd have to pay for it. They did not do the detailing and the scratch was not taken care of. I wasted more time, gas and energy going there three times and nothing they promised was done. I contacted their General Mgr. Jeff and he also did nothing. I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealer, at least in my case. Dealt with Mike during the purchase, Amazing that it was thought I could not tell if a car had been detailed or not. Seriously.... or the fact that the issue over the CD player was shrugged off as oh well, our mistake, sorry about your luck. When I drove back for them to rub out the scratch on the hood I was told it was all set, it is still there, they didn't rub anything out and I was too disgusted to go back inside and say anything. I owned the car for three days and drove it to work one day and the dealer three times. The sales person did not even sell me the car, I called on the car after seeing it on the internet and went in there, he handed me a key and told me how to start it (no key, push button) and got annoyed with me when I asked him to repeat the starting procedure. Then came back out when I returned and said "I am busy, I have someone else inside that wants to purchase the car, what are you going to do? I said I would take it and asked what amount I should leave for a deposit, I was told a $ amount. He was looking out for the dealerships best interest, not mine. He didn't even do a loan process, I went through my own credit union and waited on them to send a purchase agreement to my credit union, I walked in with the check two days later and left with the car, if anything, I sold myself the car. Every time I dealt with this salesperson he acted as if I was bothering him or it was inconvenient for him. Thank God, he didn't actually have to do anything. My 25 yr. old daughter bought her first car two weeks prior to this and was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, her car was a year older than the one I purchased and it was immaculate. I was with her the whole time, different Chrysler dealer. Never again!!!!!!

We bought our 2014 Cherokee Sport at an awesome price from Mike Pupore last June. At first it all seemed to good to be true, which was the case. First off, they were so busy that it was crazy. It was the end of the month and a lot of promotions were ending. We are not from Detroit or a metropolitan area, so maybe this is how things are done in the city, but there was so little gas in the tank that the Low Fuel light was on when we got in to test drive it! I've not had that happen during a test drive before. I had never been to Dearborn before and did not want to get stranded somewhere because I ran out of fuel. I went back inside to ask if some more fuel could be added for a decent test drive. It took about 20 min or so for this. Not much fuel was added. I had talked to Mike on the phone and told him we were coming from 2 hrs away. I understand that some people may just pop in on a lark and test drive, and waste a dealership's gas. But I had had previous contact with Mike and even had to reschedule our trip because of a windshield replacement. This was a planned trip! Why would I want to drive 2 hrs and test drive the car for 10 min? There was a feature missing that I didn't see mentioned as included or not on the listing, and I almost walked away from it. Then I saw that the Jeep had a remote starter. That convinced me to buy it. Maybe I should have still walked away. I thought it drove a bit funny through the hectic stop and start traffic of Dearborn, but I figured I was being too picky. And we didn't have much gas so I drove back to the dealership. There was a problem alright! The tranny shifted weirdly, and it got worse as we drove it over the next few months. By December, Chrysler replaced it. I'm grateful. [This vehicle has a documented problem with the trannies, so beware if you're thinking of buying one. Not Westborn CDJR's fault, I know.] I suspect this was the reason it was traded in. My husband asked Mike if it took conventional or synthetic oil, and Mike told him conventional. It is not. The manual clearly calls for synthetic. In fact, it says if you can't use synthetic for some reason, you CAN use conventional, but to use synthetic at the very next oil change. Mike WAS very honest and forthright about how they price their internet listings. This I appreciate! The car had to be completely detailed. When we drove it the first time, it had just come in and was filthy! It looked like the family that bought it new lived in it! I had never seen a car in this condition during a test drive. I get that we drove it just two days after they got it. But when we picked it up the next week, it still needed more cleaning. I am still finding sticky crud in the vents and other stuff 8 months later! Yes, we got a great price. But for all the things I've listed, we better have! I still like the car, and am grateful to have a SUV again. But I have learned a lot from this purchasing experience. I'll probably shop closer to home next time. At least I'd be able to test drive a vehicle for a day around our area, to fully test it. I'll just pony up a bit more cash. Don't know if paying less is worth what we went through. And I learned to be very explicit with future salespeople that the vehicle is to be titled in both of our names. This is my vehicle but only my husband's name is on it, which means I need to have him sign a POA for the license bureau every year to renew my tags, as he will not be doing this for me. I don't know at what point asking us whose name it was to be in was missed. Seeing how busy they were when we were there and from other reviews, it appears Westborn CDJR simply doesn't have enough employees to provide wonderful customer service at all times. Too bad, with their great prices.

I have worked with Scott and Andy twice now in the past 2 years. I have leased 2 Jeeps from Westborn and both experiences have been extremely quick and easy. I had called Scott as the end of my lease (on my Jeep Patriot) was approaching to let him know that I was looking to lease a Jeep Grand Cherokee sometime soon. I was not quite ready to purchase yet, but I had done some research and knew exactly which trim level I was interested in. They did not have this exact vehicle on their lot at the time, but Scott let me know that he would do some research and to call him when I was ready to come in. About a week later, Scott called me and let me know that the exact vehicle I was interested in had just been delivered to their lot and that he would hold it for me. I was able to email Scott all of my information and negotiate price that day. Scott and Andy really worked with me to get me the price I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership that evening, the car was waiting out front and Scott had all of my paperwork completed. Scott took me outside to show me all of the features of the vehicle and answered any questions I had. I was in and out with my brand new car in less than 30 minutes. Their service department also does a great job. Whenever I bring my car in for an oil change I am in and out very quickly and my car is clean and tidy. The dealership has also been completely renovated recently and has beautiful accommodations. I drive about 30 minutes to Westborn when there are plenty of other dealerships near my home and work. I have been treated like family every time I have worked with Westborn and will continue to get my cars from them in the future, as well as recommend them to both friends and family. Thanks to Scott and Andy and the whole Westborn team for making my car buying experiences so great. I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee!!

West along to help my elderly Aunt to assist in turning in her Leased Car. Waited for Kevin for 30 minutes. When he came in, he acknowledged us while he tended to the coffee maker. Then proceeded to answer 3 phone calls, while telling us to wait. Did not really have time to answer her questions. He really acted like we were bothering him. I have two sons who recently graduated from college and got good jobs in the area. They will be buying new cars soon. Definitely NOT from them.

My uncle seen an ad for a used Jeep Patriot located at Westborn and the price was unbeatable. Mike Poupore was very knowledgable about the vehicle and made sure I was getting the best quality possible and was satisfied with my purchase. He wasn't pushy in selling the car and was very personable and understanding to my needs as a young driver on a budget who was also concerned about outrageous insurance quotes, depending on the vehicle. He quickly made sure the mechanic at the dealership fixed the few minor concerns I had inside and under the hood and was very precise. When I picked up the car, I was shocked to see it was in pristine condition and looked brand new. Couldn't be any happier with my purchase or awesome customer service I received and I would definitely go to Mike for future car purchases!

For example, they will charge YOU for an oil change on the vehicle, even if the oil change was performed months before you purchase the vehicle!! #Hidden charges - WHAT FOR THIS -- they will charge you for detailing the vehicle. Tom and Mike were both amazing in BOTH of my experiences. My first trip I went in nervous, unsure, and lost on the process. Tom helped me through the whole process with ease and comfort. I left with my 2015 Patriot that day! Sadly 2 weeks later I was in a horrible car accident that totaled my brand new jeep. A car went thru the fence off the service drive air bound and landed as it crashed into me on the highway slamming me into the cement center wall on I75 SB late one night after work. Those who saw the accident and aftermath were certain the accident was critical if not fatal. THANKS to the safety of the Jeep Patriot I sustained only small injuries. The side airbags truly saved my life. So weeks after the accident I returned to the dealership with my story and injuries to find the same amazing helpful staff. Tom and Mike not only understood the situation but moved quickly to get me into another lease in the color I wanted so badly. I was in the market for a used car with low miles for my niece who was leaving for college out of state. I came across the advertisement online right before the dealer's closing time on 4th of July holiday weekend. I spoke to Mike Poupore and explained that I was very interested in seeing the car but that I live in Waterford and would not be able to make it before the dealer closed. Mike told me to stop by after the dealer was closed and take a look at the car and if I was still interested to leave him a voicemail so we could set up a test drive the next day. My niece had to leave town for a wedding that weekend so I went to Westborn Chrysler Jeep to have the car checked out by an independent mechanic and test drive it. Mike was more than accommodating, seeing that my niece was out of town and I wasn't even the one that would eventually finance the car. The car looked great, drove great and my independent mechanic said he would buy it himself. We had to wait until the following Tuesday to pick up the car because of bank holiday and getting our finances together. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommended both Mike Poupore & Westborn Chrysler Jeep and their internet pricing policy blows away the competition!!! It was the best car purchasing experience we have ever experienced!!! Thanks Mike!!!!

I haven't bought a car in 8 years, so I didn't know what to expect. WOW..I was impressed. I didn't have an appointment, just walked in, and everyone was very friendly. I was greeted immediately by the receptionist and got the best sales and finance guy ever!! Mike Poudre and Mark Etchells are the nicest, kind, sales people I've ever had. I wanted the Jeep Wrangler, Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable, along with being easy to talk with. Mark, got me the a great deal, and was also very helpful getting me to the price I wanted. Never really considered Dodge when looking for a vehicle before due to my family always owning GM and Ford, but after being treated like just another 'kid' at their dealerships and witnessing their reluctance to work on the price; that is when I decided to give Westborn a try. I visited the dealership on February 2 and 3 with an interest in leasing a 2015 Grand Cherokee limited. The salesman spent most the first visit trying to talk me into another vehicle and zero down. Last I checked, zero down vehicles have higher payments and I didn't come to the dealership to have someone else think for me. I knew exactly what I wanted coming in the door, so I did not appreciate the salesman trying to pressure me into vehicles that they have a problem moving because no body wants them. Not to mention I had already visited another dealership where they produced the actual dealer's invoice of the model I wanted listing the dealer's purchase price, msrp, and employee discount price. Yet, the salesman and finance guy tried to double team me and lie to my face about the price of the vehicle I wanted. They also ran my credit and never disclosed my actual score, but tried to tell me that I wouldn't qualify for the car I wanted. I finally had enough and left. In the end I'm glad I walked because I had no problem getting into a 2015 Infiniti Q50 with the exact same features as the Grand Cherokee Limited and same msrp. Not to mention the payments were only $325 and they disclosed my credit score of 672, which Westbury failed to and tried to use deception to lead me to believe my credit was much worse. I implore all who read this to go to another dealership. I will be posting his everywhere possible to inform the public.

went to the dealer to look at a van, came in the following business day to talk numbers and my trade in. Called the next day to check the progress of my trade, agreed on a price and made an appointment to purchase for the following day. Came in at my appointed time only to find that they sold the vehicle an hour before! Huge disappointment! I was told that somebody showed up earlier in the day and wanted the van so they sold it to them instead! So much for customer loyalty, and what was the point of giving me an appointment time to make the purchase if you're going to sell it to whoever walks through the door anyways? horrible experience. 2 visits, multiple calls, agreed to purchase, was given an appointment timethey sold it to first money through the door! zero integrity, all about the money and not the person I guess.

I purchased a vehicle from Westborn, and had to take it in for repairs. Not only was I treated horribly, the customer service people had no interest in assisting me. Once I voiced my complaint, the OWNER of the dealership decided to hold my car hostage until my repair bill was paid in CASH. I purchased a vehicle with 15k miles on it and at 18k miles, a head gasket blew out. While it was in being fixed, they tried to bamboozle me into an extra $1,000 worth of work on a car I purchased two month earlier! Never, ever will I buy from this dealership, NOR another Chrysler, because they also refused to acknowledge my complaints. They should peel the stars off the sign on this dealership and SHUT IT DOWN the next time Chrysler goes into the tank, which is bound to happen eventually!

It was my first time buying a car, and I had been searching around for a good deal on a used car. I stopped by Westborn to look at a Chrysler 200, and was helped out by Mike Poupore. He was the first car salesman that did not come across as a "salesman." He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want to buy, and put no pressure on me whatsoever. He even offered me to drive the car home for the night and see if I liked it. I returned the next day and bought the car, which was EXTREMELY simple and quick. I drove off the lot after work with a new vehicle, and might I add, a GREAT deal. Mike is great to work with, I will be coming back to buy my next vehicle from him as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Mike's title should be changed from "Assistant Sales Manager", to "Magic Mike". When my son and I walked in without an appointment, he was quick to greet us and walk us around even though he was expecting an appointment. We discussed what we were looking for and he followed up with me the very next day. With my sister being a car sales person, I knew what tricks to watch out for, he NEVER tried to pull one. He didn't think he could get me into the vehicle I wanted at the price that fell into my budget and gave me some other very nice suggestions but was never pushy. Because my son and I had our hearts set on a Jeep Wrangler, we were flexible on any and all details and weren't in a rush, it was worth waiting for if he could find us something, and that he did! We stopped in a couple times over the next 6-8 weeks, each time he showed us around, in a friendly and patient manor, even though we weren't a "for sure" sale. Over that time, he kept in contact, without me feeling stalked, as some sales people can overdo. He knows what he's doing! He managed to locate a Jeep for us in a price range I was comfortable with and it even had an extra bell AND whistle! I couldn't be happier with my overall purchase (lease) experience and would recommend him hands down to any and everyone! Unless it was someone I didn't like ;)

Knowing my budget, they fought long and hard for me and even let me leave the dealership that day with the vehicle. He and Mike were able to get me good financing and the next day I came back to seal the deal! All worries and concerns we addressed and Mike extended his helping hand and gratitude. They even removed the aftermarket radio from my trade-in for me! Due to time constraints, they weren't able to give my vehicle a thorough interior cleaning so Mike, once again extending a helping hand, offered for me to come back in and he'd have it cleaned the right way AND would fix the small rust spot on the exterior for me! My daughters' PT cruiser oil light came on, usually I'd take it to Wayland Chrysler in west michigan, but I didn't want to drive it if something was seriously wrong(oil Pump). I was waiting for my salesman to return in his office when I saw a man approach a female saleswoman in the next office and starting yelling at her. He walked away and then came back and started on her again. Being in law enforcement myself I first reaction was to step in and defuse the situation when the man walked away not to return. I walked in literally 5 minutes before closing and Mike stepped up to help the token customer who walks in five minutes before closing! I was just looking for a quick quote to compare to the one I received before and he was very helpful. He even searched high and low to get my white Jeep Wrangler (I wouldn't take ANYTHING else). Mike was very sweet and helpful, he didn't seem to try and bamboozle me into a bad deal and just wanted to make sure I walked away happy! I purchased a new 2011 Chrysler 200 from mike poupore and it was a fantastic experience. Mike was honest and straight forward right from the start, which is how I thought it should be. When I told him what I wanted and could do budget wise, he was honest to tell that it probably wasn't in my price range. He gave his card to me an after leaving, I called him back to let him know I'd changed my mind and would forgo some of the options i originally wanted. And while on the phone, he searched for the exact car I wanted and I went back in to apply for it. A few minutes later he was back saying my car would be in that night because they had to do a dealer swap for it. I came back later that night and my car wasn't there yet, so after signing paper work, my car still wasn't there and mike sat in his office with my friend and I and told us jokes and stories. The dealership closed and mike was in no hurry to rush me or kick me out. When my car did arrive, the radio had to be installed and mike went back and forth giving me updates on it. And once it was all set, despite the dealership being closed and mike being on his own time, he still took the time to walk me through the main features of my car. My dad is already talking about when he purchases his next car, it will be from mike. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from him. Thanks for all your help and for getting me the car I wanted!

I purchased a new 2011 Chrysler 200 from mike poupore. And my experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, mike was honest and straight forward. Which is exactly how I thought it should be. I left his office the first time thinking that it wasn't going to happen and that it was out of my budget. But after deciding what I really wanted in the car, I called mike back and he jumped right in to locate the exact car I wanted. Went back to the dealership to fill everything out. Mike came back in and said my car would be there for me to pick up later that night. When I arrived back to sign all the paper work, he let me know of the hold up with my car but that it would be there tonight. He sat in his office with me and a friend and told jokes. The dealership closed and the radio was still being installed on my car and he was in no hurry, didn't rush us out or anything. And then when my car was ready, despite it being after hours, he still took the time, his own time, to walk me through some of the new features of my new car. Which was extremely nice. I am very pleased with the service I received from mike while there, and I won definitely recommend him to others. My dad is already talking about when he has to purchase his next car, it will definitely be from mike. So thanks for everything!

Had a great buying experience at Westborn. Mike Poupore our sales rep. was great. He took the time to explain everything and made our first (but not last) buying experience wonderful. The price we negotiated was the the price on the bottom line when we signed..there were no "suprises" at the final signing. We visited several dealer's in our search for a new vehicle and Westborn offered us the more for our trade in than any other dealer. Mike shot us straight and was up front with us from the beginning to the end. We would highly recommend this dealer (and Mike) to any and all of our friends & family.
