I was very pleased and Desiree was very happy with her customer service and how she treated me like a friend, not just a customer! Tina was very quick to help me with a situation that could have been a real issue. She jumped right on it and in a snap all was taken care of. Everyone at the dealership that I came in contact with was very nice and pleasant. The customer service is A-1.

The work was done on schedule and cost a little less than estimated. Contact person kept me in the loop of problems that needed repaired. My vehicle seems ready to go another 90,000 miles.

The sales staff were very friendly and very helpful. They answered all our questions and concerns promptly. Everyone made us feel welcome. Our sales rep was very courteous and patient even though she had to stay past closing to finalize the sale. We never felt rushed or pushed. I would recommend Westcott to anyone.

The body shop did a great job repairing my bumper however they need to do a better job with confirming all work complete before notifying pick-up. I had to come back the next day to pick up my vehicle not to mention I was late for work. Overall great job matching the paint on my car.

I had interest in a vehicle they had for sale. I was also going to trade-in my vehicle. They were prompt to respond to my request, very fair on the trade-in value of my car and were exceptionally professional. I would recommend working with this dealership to buy a new or used car.

JR and Desiree were excellent deal with. JR is probably one of the most honest and forthcoming automotive person I have ever dealt with. Desiree was very knowledgable about her products and was extremely helpful and friendly. Both are excellent. Jeff Law the F&I man was extremely courteous and made the financial end of this transaction painless!!!

Desiree was great as usual. We came from Winston-Salem and my granddaughter was cheering at a Burlington school. My car was not quite finished with the service when the games ended and she went and picked up my wife a two granddaughters. Very nice and helpful of her do.

The car had to be returned so that some issues could be fixed. The tire inflation monitoring system had to be reset and the reminder for the next oil change had the wrong mileage entered.

As always, the Westcott Buick service department serviced my car quickly and the work was done right. I was nice to get the 5th service free - a pleasant surprise especially at this time of year. The staff was courteous as usual, including the fellow who dropped me off at home.

Awesome as always!! Staff is very personable and professional. Service is always great and appointments are kept on time. Always inform and update if any other repairs are needed. They never pressure or push their customers in anyway.

I was shopping for a new truck looking at the 2013 GMC Sierra's because of the rebates on the 2013's. I couldn't find one that i wanted because they had sold most of the 2013's already. The people there were very attentive to my wants and didn't try to put me in a vehicle that i didn't want. They told me about a trade-in that they had just gotten in and brought it out. They did not pressure me they simply ran the numbers and gave me a great deal on the truck of my dreams. Couldn't be happier with my new vehicle. I recommend anyone to go here and see the service that they offer. I am very happy with all aspects of the deal. They made the process painless and easy and backed up what they said.

Got the oil changed and there was a zipper sound in the steering that was corrected per a service bulletin. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, made the experience enjoyable, I appreciate the help getting noise repaired.

I was looking for a 2011 Dodge Charger in charcoal gray, with less than 30,000 miles. Found a few, called the dealerships and Westcott's friendly people caught my attention. They had exactly the vehicle I was looking for at the price I needed. Fast, Friendly service. If you need a great deal and a great vehicle ask for Tabatha, she took very good care of me!!!
