I have had an on going problem since I bought my BMW in a private sell and had taken it to Bob's Foreign Auto Repair. They kept doing things to my car every time I brought it in but never solved the problem. The I took it to a local dealer and they too took my money but never fixed the problem. Every mechanic had a different repair to fix the problem but after $3,500 in new parts and labor I'd had enough and parked the car. Figured I would sell it for cheap and get something a new car. While looking at cars at Western Motors the sales person and I started talking. When I told him about my BMW he said "bring it in!" My first thought was this guy can see dollar signs in another repair that wont fix my car. But I had it towed down there to see what would happen. Three days later, I received a call from Adam saying "It's ready!" When I arrived to pick up my car I could tell that something was right this time! It was idling quietly and has been driving like a BMW again!! When I asked Adam what it was he said that a power cable had been exposed to metal and was shorting out every now and again. $675.00 later including parts and service and my car runs better than it ever has. Thank you Adam and the team at Western Motors! These guys know BMW's and other Luxury vehicles. Nice to have a trustworthy and reliable BMW mechanic in town.

Had a very good experience at Western Motors, loved the sales guy there he went above and beyond. I had been stressed about buying a car for a month now I came here and they made all of that go away . Thank you for your great and calming service.

I went in to look at a car test drove it then went to look at a a few other cars at another dealership I recieved a call about an hour later and was told that if I came in that I would be given a better deal but would not be told what the deal was over the phone I went in to see what "the deal" was and was essentially the same price. I was talked into filling out a credit app and explained that I didn't wanna commit to anything without doin some more research on the car witch seemed to kind of annoy them once I said I wasn't going to commit to anything that day they instantly seemed less interested in helping me and more like I was an annoyance. They said they would call me back the next day its been almost a week and I haven't heard a word. After doin more research on the car and finding out that they do actually sell warranties I was basically ready to buy the next day but have recieved no word and actually tried to call was told they'd call me back they never did I recalled them to find out the owner is now out of town. This would have all been fine if there was some correspondence between the salesperson and an almost guaranteed sale. If Ash ever calls me back with an explanition and attempts to rectify the situation than i will come back and re-write this review with hopefully nothing but good things but until then this has been my experience so far I truly hope its not my lasting impression

I called on a car I saw online, the person said it was ready to drive but When I got there the car was not ready. They had not even done the safety check on it yet. They told me it would be ready within the week but it had so many problems it took longer. With all the work they had to do to the car it took almost 4 weeks to be ready. Finally I drove the car and was ready to purchase it when they would not honor the online price. Also they upped the price on the car by about 4K. Very unsatisfied with Western Motors. Got the run around at first about what was wrong with the car, then it took way to long to fix it, then they would not honor the online price, and upped the price.
