I flew from Colorado to this dealer in order to purchase a very unique car they had in Stock. Although I had my reservations at first, their customer service and follow through in every question and situation that arose compels me to give them a five star rating!

Bought a 2013 BMW 3 series. I am very satisfied with the car. The buying process was very smooth and was able to get financed right away! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Anna was great from the start. She gave us a walk around the car even before we came to look at it. She arranged financing for us within minutes. She worked very hard to get us the most money for our trade in. She made sure we were happy with our purchase. Will definitely buy from Western Star Auto again.

Its been a couple of months since I purchased my vehicle from Western Star. I wasn't sure what kind of car I needed at the time. Anna was helping me with my purchase from the start. She took me on a test ride with two cars we had narrowed down my search to. I loved them both but one was more practical than the other for me. My credit wasn't the best but Anna called a few finance company's and found me a price I was comfortable paying monthly and even got insurance taken care of for me even cheaper than I found anywhere else. My family and I love our new car and have even taken a road trip to Wisconsin dells in it! I was happy to have a large selection to choose from and didn't feel entitled or forced to get into a car that I didn't want. VERY smooth process and will definitely consider coming here next time were looking for a car! Thanks

Walked in looking for a newer sedan, the 2013 Ford Focus cough my eye, and then I found out they had 3 to choose from. My salesperson Abraham was very patient, and didn't push me to run my credit first. He let me test drive 4 different cars until I finally made my decision to go with a 2013 Ford Focus that they had on their lot. Abraham was very knowledgeable when it came down to financing, he got me the best rate possible even though my credit is not the best. Thank you Abraham for all the help !!

Pretty simple and basic ethics were missing from my interaction with them-- when I called, they said to go to the web site to check out cars, which I did..there are no prices listed for any of the vehicles, which is a very dishonest way to start a business relationship---- Anna refused to give me a price on any cars until I filled out their "credit application" first--- I don't know about you , but when I'm buying something as serious as a car, the first thing I need to know is how much the car is....they are definitely hiding something unethical-- I think they run your credit and then if they don't like your score, they try and steer you into a car you don't want at an extremely inflated price and setting up a cycle of dependency upon them and since they obviously can't even communicate in a simple straight forward manner, its a given that you will pay 500 a month for a 1500 car that is priced at 10,000 and when you get sick of that car you'll be enslaved to them

Sold a car to Art and he was quick and reliable. He was a fair negotiator and I felt respected throughout the process. I would definitely call Art again in the future to sell my vehicle. After seeing his process for inspecting the car, I would definitely go to him to purchase in the future. It was a great experience and nice to know there is a trustworthy used car dealer in our area.

I have recently purchased my second vehicle from Western Star Auto Sales. The staff is very helpful, and is willing to work with you on the price. The owner was always there to answer all of my questions before I made a decision. Most of their vehicles on the lot are one owner cars, and have been very well maintained. That's why I purchased a 2003 Toyota Corolla and a 2009 Hyundai Accent for a great price. I would highly recommend this dealer to my family and friends. Thank you for everything.!!

I purchased a 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo from Western Star and the sales process was great. However, I bought the car AS IS and 4 days after I purchased it wouldn't start. I emailed the owner ART and on the next business day he sent a tow truck to my home and picked up the car and repaired it all at NO CHARGE. I went to pick up the car after the repairs were made and the car wasn't ready. The owner bought me lunch and arranged a ride for me . Later that day my car was washed, the gas tank was FULL and dropped off at my home. One week later it had another issue and the owner personally came to my home and towed it to the mechanic..... again repaired at no charge. Art goes the extra mile for his customers. I WIIL DEFINITELY purchase another vehicle from Western Star Auto! They are AMAZING!!
