I recently experienced the most unusual and the BEST car buying experience ever. I want to thank Tony Stuart and the Weston Auto Gallery for making this process so enjoyable. I live in Virginia and buying a vintage classic car sight unseen in Colorado, was certainly a leap of faith. It was Tony Stuart who made this experience so good. Right from our first conversation, I knew that Tony was someone special. In a business loaded with uncaring and nefarious characters,Tony Stuart was a breath of fresh air. I cannot thank Tony and the Weston Auto Gallery enough,for making my car purchase such a positive experience. Thank you Weston Auto Gallery and especially Tony Stuart!

I was not able to purchase a car from here as I found a different car in a different dealership that I loved but I wish I could have bought it from here. Tony was super great and helpful and the dealership was accommodating to every need that I had. I will definitely look here for any of my future purchases and recommend it to anyone looking for a great service and a great car! Had a pretty hassle free experience buying a Jeep here. I came from out of state and Shane made everything go as smooth as possible. We are very satisfied with the vehicle. Our car buying experience was like none other! Tony was armed with a list of likes & dislikes & on the look out the "the car" for us. He didn't want to see us settle for something that we didn't really want. We made a few trips to the dealership to test drive & look at some cars. We just couldn't find the one. About the time we decided to just hold off, Tony brought "the car" home (we are neighbors). He told us all about it & then let us take it for a test drive. As we were leaving, Tony said "if that's not the car for you then I don't know what is!". Well, it was the car for us! Throughout the entire process, Tony was professional & knowledgeable. We really liked the fact that they don't have the haggle factor, it made our experience much more enjoyable. Tony was straight forward with everything & it went surprisingly quick. After the paperwork was signed, he called me with a lower payment price the next day! I would recommend Tony Stuart & Weston Auto Gallery to anyone looking for a luxury car. We are enjoying our new to us Cadillac CTS4 :)

I just bought a 4 Runner from Weston Auto and I am very pleased with my transaction. First let me say the cars are overpriced, HOWEVER...... You get what you pay for and only cars that were loved and well taken care of make it to this business. Meticulous matience, synthetic oil, ethanol free gas top quality wax twice a year does not show up in an amount on a piece of paper. So are the cars really overpriced, or would you rather get a better deal on a neglected car? I loved my expierence Shane gave me and I would go back in a second. Come here if you know what you want and can afford it, don't come here to negotiate.....A++

My hesitancy to buy any car is a result of so many negative experiences in the past. I have to say, buying a vehicle (Infiniti G37x) at Weston Auto Gallery was actually very enjoyable. Tony Stuart's approach, knowledge, and overall demeanor was so refreshing. When it was over, my wife and I were kind of like...that's it? No hassle, no pressure, no hostile sales tactics! I just traded in my M for a Carrera 4S and I couldn't have had a better experience. Shane was very professional and easy to work with. I got a great trade in value and the Carrera was priced right. After the sale they exceeded my expectations again by fixing several little items for free despite me offering to pay. They do a fantastic job of sourcing and selling high end cars. Their lot looks like a car show!

I recently purchased a Ford F150 from Shane at Weston Auto. It was an amazing experience. The whole process was fun, easy, professional and quick (about 1 1/2 hours total). I found all their vehicles on the lot were in excellent condition, all with good CarFax reports and the vehicle I purchased was priced right as were a few others that I looked at. My buying experience was great. I went in one night after work to test drive the car, where I was greeted by Shane. He was the only one there helping us and another customer. He was excellent juggling the both of us. My husband and I didn't have our trade in with us, so I had to go back the next day where Tony and Shane both helped me. I went in on my lunch break & the financing department was great in getting me a good deal with the banks. Tony worked really hard to get me in and out, knowing my time crunch. I liked the no haggle pricing. Everyone had great customer service & I would definitely go back to buy another car. Plus I LOVE MY NEW (used) CAR!!

We got there late on a Saturday after shopping for cars all day. Tony greeted us and immediately gave us the sense that this would not be your normal auto buying process. We had called ahead of time about the car we wanted and he had it all ready for us. We liked the no haggle model that Weston uses. It was the best feeling my wife and I have ever had when dealing with buying a vehicle. It took only 40 minutes from beginning to end including application, trade-in valuation, financing, paperwork and succinct straight-ahead discussion. Done. We will recommend Tony to our friends and we would go back in a heartbeat!

I was casually looking for a vehicle I had wanted to get into for a long time, and stumbled across what I felt to be a good deal at Weston Auto Gallery, so I chatted online with Shane, one of the Salesman. He answered all of my questions and worked with me to try to figure out a payment without pressing me for my information to run my credit, which is something I am not used to. Over the course of the next few days he answered all of my questions by phone or text, during and not during business hours. When I finally decided to get the vehicle, he brought me in, and tried to work with me the best he could, getting me more for my trade than originally said, and found a reliable lender with a great rate. Things that stuck out to me throughout the process start to finish was that Shane never pressured me or rushed me into anything, let me test drive the vehicle multiple times, and always remained personable and friendly. I ended up landing a great payment and walked away enjoying the car buying experience again, something I hadn't done in almost 8 years due to how horrible my last experience was with a different dealer. I will definitely be referring my family and friends to Shane, and go back in the future!

We looked on line to find what we wanted. We are from Wyoming and we found what we wanted at Weston Auto Gallery. We weren't sure what we were going to fine but we drove down from Laramie and we were very please with what we saw as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. Super clean and great looking vehicles parked all around. Tony Stuart was the salesman that contacted me from my internet questions. He was super helpful and very personable. We felt he was very in tuned with what we needed. The whole process from the start to signing on the dotted line was painless. We've had a couple things come up that needed addressed and Tony has been very helpful. We won't hesitate to use Weston again and hope Tony is there to help. I remember I told Tony my brother was a mechanic and he said you can tell a business that deals with cars what they are like by how they treat their shop and tools. If they keep them clean you know they treat everything else clean too. Well Tony ended up after we were done and took us to their shop. Guess what you could have eaten off the shop floor and even though you knew they had used their tools, they still kept their stations cleaned up and put away. Very impressed.

My husband and I had been looking for a Mercedes GLK for months. We were hesitant to make the drive from Denver considering there were many other options close by but based on the reviews I decided to make the trek. IT WAS WORTH EVERY MILE. Justin & Shane worked very hard in finding me my slightly used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I told them what I was in the market for and what I wanted it to have on it and low and behold they found one. It was just what I was looking for and then some. Any people in the Denver or surrounding areas I would strongly recommend making the drive. They had everything ready when I arrived, took it for a test drive, came back and did the paper work, and done in no time. No deal made here, due to no fault to them, stems from my past credit. However, I spoke with Tony a couple of times, each time he was extremely polite and professional, advised my situation and he tried to make a deal happen. Even though the banks wouldn't pick me up, he still promptly called me back to advise the bad news. I had 2 recent deals never happen with no notifications back from them. I do appreciate the professionalism he showed even when he knew the sale was not possible and in the future, I will definitely do business with them. I don't refer people around just to do so, but WAG will definitely get my referrals.

I saw the Corvette listed on their website and called right away and talked to Shane. The car wasn't ready yet but I didn't have much time so he was able to have the car ready to show in no time. I have always dreamed of owning a Corvette and Weston Auto had one that I could afford. Shane was able to do everything he could to meet my price offer that I could afford. It took me a while to find the perfect car but I found it at Weston Auto Gallery. I flew down from WA to look at the car after having several conversations with Tony. Tony was honest and courteous even after the sale. Weston arranged car service to pick me up at the airport and had all the paperwork ready for me when I arrived. The car was exactly as described in the advertisement online (you don't see this to often with a used car). The car fax was presented to me and I was able to take the car out for as long as I liked to test drive it. I purchased that car and had it shipped. Everything worked out great, I was very impressed with Weston Auto Sales and would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice reliable car! Thanks Tony and Justin.

My BMW's transmission went out and I decided I'd rather go car shopping instead of repairing my current vehicle. I wasn't planning on buying a car anytime soon so I went in with little money down. I explained my situation to Phil and he said it shouldn't be a problem. I wanted a JEEP Wrangler Unlimited and saw they had one online. I went over and knew immediately that this is the JEEP I wanted. They let me test drive they vehicle and they even said I could take it out to lunch...which I've never had a dealership do that before. I decided to go ahead and purchase the JEEP. I told Phil what I wanted my payments to be and said he'd do his best to get in that range. My credit isn't great and it's not horrible, and as I said before I didn't have much of a down payment. But Phil got it done for me. I got the JEEP I wanted and we got pretty darn close to the payments I wanted too. Phil did say it would be the easiest car buying experience I would have and he was right! Very happy customer, would definitely recommend to others.

I went into Weston totally unsure on which brand and type of vehicle I wanted to buy. These guys not only took the time to walk with me through 5 different vehicles, knowing there wouldn't be a sale on that particular visit, but they were able to discuss the vehicles at a technical level that impressed me. I even tried to throw the salesman a curve ball at one point by referring to some of the specific vehicles by chassis code ( E92, 997 etc), impressed, again. After visits to some other dealerships, and other test drives I returned to Weston more focused, was greeted by the same friendly sales staff, who offered to walk through the entire process over again. They handed me keys for test drives (unattended) with no hassle and when it came time to talk numbers, there was no pressure or implied obligation. The entire process was very casual and enjoyable. When you're the kind of person who never keeps a vehicle more than a few years, you end up meeting people of all types while looking at vehicles. I have met salesman who don't really have interest in what you want, or what you buy, as long as you buy.These guys are genuinely interested in putting people in the right high-end vehicle for them. With all the 5 star ratings they must be great to deal with but it didn't work out that well for me. Oh, I would have given them five stars to start out with but after what happened after I bought the car is the reason I can't rate them higher. We paid for the 99 Mustang Cobra, didn't finance and was told by the salesman that the title would be sent when our check cleared, probably in 15 days, 30 at the most. After a month went by and I still hadn't got the title I called and was told that the auction company they had bought the car from had lost the title and they were getting a duplicate title made. First off, they shouldn't have sold the car if they didn't have a title for it and second, they should have called me right away to tell me of the problem. After two months the temporary license ran out and I still didn't have a title for the car. The guy at Weston told me they couldn't issue me another tag and I'd have to get one from our court house. The lady at the courthouse told me I'd have to get one at the dealer, they didn't have temporary licenses they. We then called the courthouse in Fort Collins and asked about getting an extension for our temporary tag and they said we could get one but we'd have to do it in person. So we made the 500 mile round trip to get another 30 days worth of being able to drive our car on the road. This whole time my wife and I worried about not having a title for the car we bought. I was thinking we'd be stuck with a car we wouldn't be able to drive. I kept calling Weston every week and was told there was a problem with the duplicate title, it hadn't been signed or something, more worry. Just before the extension for the temporary tag ran out they called and told me that the owner of the company was in Utah and had the title and would be back with it by Monday, he said he'd "overnight" it to us as soon as he got it. After a week went by I called and asked about the title, why I hadn't got it yet. I don't remember what the guy even said, I was so angry and upset. We did finally get the title but it was more than a week after the tag had expired and we hadn't been able to use the car. It took three months and another week to get the title, three months to worry. I wouldn't buy from them again, they didn't even offer to pay the expense for our trip from here to Fort Collins to get the extension for the temporary tags. We had to pay a fine for not getting our car registered and paying the tax on it within 30 days as required by Nebraska. If you buy from them make sure they have the title for the car you are looking at so you don't go through what my wife and I did

Shane Swenson the salesman was great! The scratch on the right rear finder I was told they would try to buff out. They succeeded in removing the clear coat but not the scratch. The battery was the original, (7yrs). Would not hold a charge and I had to replace it. One would think that would have been caught during inspection. The windshield molding was replaced at my request. Should have been caught during inspection. Inside the vehicle was dirty, not detailed. An attempt was made but I will have to take it to a professional that know how they should look before going on the show room floor. Overall I went into the process thinking this is a good dealership. Now I know that it is not what I thought it was going to be. I hope this helps to improve the quality inspection process so the customer leaves with the vehicle he likes and a good feeling about the experience.

I've been in the market for a Cadillac CTS-V for a year now but they've been hard to come by. I noticed online that there was a 2013 CTS-V at Weston so I sent them an email requesting information. The next day I had a reply from them and I decided to drive down and check it out. Soon as I stepped out of my car on the lot, I was instantly greeted by 2 employees. I told them what I was interested in and he gave me the keys within minutes to take it for a test drive (unattended). Never in my car buying experience have I been able to take a test drive without one of the salesman with me. After the test drive I was sold on the car and said I was interested. They crunched all the numbers, got me a great deal, and had all the paperwork done in under an hour. As we were finalizing the deal they took it back and had it all detailed up. I'm very satisfied with my experience and I highly recommend Weston if you're in the market for rarer and exotic cars.

Bought a great condition used BMW M3 from this dealership and experienced nothing short of a perfect transaction. I purchased the car before touch up job was done yet WAG came through on their word and fixed a small cosmetic wound as soon as they could. First and foremost, I've never written a review online before. Honestly, never have. But felt compelled to do so with this particular business. My wife and I have been saving money for a few years, to get a"toy" now that the kids are out of the house. We've been dealing with Shane S.on a Porsche RS 60 Spyder. In the course of 2 months, Shane has allowed us to test drive the car at least half a dozen times! With absolutely no pressure! Having been in the automotive industry, I wish that where I had worked emulate the way that they do business! Now at the time of this review, we've decided not to get the Porsche. Not that it's a bad car by any means! But we've turned our sights on a 93'-95' Ferrari 348 Spider! Hopefully we can get the one we want through Shane and Weston Auto! This dealership is the best place we've ever been to, and down the road we hope to get our "dream toy" from them! Thanks so much Shane, for your guidance, patience, and friendliness! Don't hesitate at all with doing business with them, they are the best we've ever dealt with!

Bought a 2007 corvette Z 06 and when I got the car it was nothing like it was represented. There was a problem with shipping but it turned out to be a blessing in ways because it got to be seen by professionals and the list of issues just grew. The company as in other reviews flipped out blamed everybody but themselves and their total lack of caring and honesty and absolutely no integrity. If you don't have issues and they take your money well they are fine but really look at how they treat their one time customers because NO one would ever want to deal with them again if you do have a problem. These issues keep coming up with this company save your money and time and find a company that will do the right thing Weston is not that company. Buyer be ware. And don't buy any of their responses they are full of dishonesty.

I purchased this vehicle sight unseen over the internet as I was living in the United Kingdom at the time and couldn't get out to look at the car first hand. Shane was very responsive and highly supportive along every step of the transaction. He helped with an independent inspection at the local Cadillac dealer and both delivered and retrieved the car. Knowing that post purchase, I would not be able to pick-up the car for several months, Shane and the Weston Auto Gallery team went out of their way to provide storage. Even after the purchase, Shane continued to provide support well above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. I have purchased a number of cars over the internet, but none have resulted in such a positive experience as this one - highly trustworthy; descriptions matched the car exactly, customer service was phenomenal both pre and post purchase. I have been looking for a Cadillac CTS-V wagon for about a year. The closest car I found was in California. My dad and I go by every once in a while as Weston always has cool cars, Mustangs, Vettes, GT-Rs, high end Import/Luxury cars like Audi and BMW. They have a great inventory. The sales manager takes time to chat with customers and remembers them when they come back in. The two salesmen I worked with (Shane and Tony) worked hard to get me the deal I wanted on the car. They were very fair on trade in value of my truck and fair on the deal. Obviously they gotta make some $ to keep the lights on but left in my new car with a great experience. I had one small issue, the tires are directional and the previous owner's shop had accidentally installed the front right tire backwards. I did not realize this till I was at home waxing the car. I called Shane, he said bring it right back and we will get it fixed. The process only took 15 minutes. They provide great service, fair deals, and are very easy to work with.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I always dread the idea of having to car shop. I will now look forward to it as I have found the only dealership I will ever do business with. When I first visited they did not have exactly what I wanted. My salesperson Tony Stuart was patient and showed me several options without pressuring me or doing the typical "games". A few day's later Tony called me and said "I have an idea, can you stop by for a few minutes?" When I showed up he had a beautiful Mercedes Benz SUV waiting for me. This was not something I would have previously considered but he had really listened to my needs and provided the perfect vehicle. I was shocked that I could buy such an outstanding car on my budget and the whole transaction took less than an hour. If you need a vehicle go to Weston. You won't regret it.

Bought a 2007 chevrolet tahoe over internet. Vehicle was what they said it was. I am very happy. Worked with Shane, he was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Didnt seem like your typical car salesman. Once I meant them at the halfway point to pick up vehicle there was no floor mats, wireless head phones for dvd player, or extra set of keys. I called Shane and informed him this was missing and he promptly ordered everything new and mailed directly to me. He also spent the time to email a link to program the extra set of keys. He was very helpful, and sure seemed like he would go out of his way to make everything right and not be your typical car salesman and provide you with a bunch of bs that they usually dont back up. I recently purchased a 2007 Lotus Exige S from Weston Auto Gallery. They did not have the car however I had located the one I wanted in Chicago. Shane promptly contacted the seller and aquired my vehicle and it was shipped to Ft. Collins very quickly. The service, interest rates, professionalism, and overall experience was amazing. Westons Auto Gallery in Fort Collins Colorado has made it possible for me to own my dream car. They were very helpful during the initial process of test driving and finding THE car for me and my family. Getting the car purchased was a very easy and stress-free process. That is difficult to say normally because most dealerships will use selling tactics and pressure potential customers into vehicles that arent for them. After the purchase, Westons was very easy to communicate with and were open to having me continue to upgrade my vehicle. Every employee is truly a car enthusiast and eager to talk cars and spend the time with you to get to know what you want in a vehicle. I can truly say that buying a car from Westons has probably made it impossible to purchase a car from another establishment because of how easy, fun, and exciting the whole process was and continues to be. I had some enhancements added to my 2012 Ford Mustang and worked with Shane primarily. He was beyond helpful and we got the parts added to my vehicle and I have never been happier. Chris in the service department was easy to communicate with and very helpful. I have referred many friends to them over the last six months and they are as happy as I. I will only use Westons in the future for service, purchasing a new vehicle, or any other matter that I need that is car related!

Drove up from Colo Springs. I would refer to myself as a high-maintanence customer. The sales manager, Phil, was awesome. He gave me a deal on a car that had other dealerships in Denver scratching their heads. Transaction was seamless and I was in and out within an hour. I'll do business with Phil and Weston Auto Dealership again as soon as the wifee wants to trade in her car. Thank you again for the experience and the really nice car I scored!

Tried to buy a 2012 Chrysler srt-8 and trade our 2009 Chrysler srt8. Made the deal with Phil Smith, sent them a check, sent a signed title for our trade, signed all paper work and disclosures and mailed it to this "dealership". Agreed to pay 50% of the shipping cost. then found out that Weston's GM Justin doubled the shipping price and was in reality having us pay all the shipping. When he was found out he freaked out and hung up on me on the phone after we already sent him a cashier's check and a signed Michigan title for our trade. Basically, he got caught! The GM, Justin has, in my opinion, zero integrity or honesty. He got caught and was forced to return our money and our title. Warning: stay a long way away from this dealership. I was just a simple internet customer who trusted these folks. I hope this helps others avoid this whole place.

Local New Car Dealers couldn't get my deal done...Shane and Phil took my deficit on my 2010 Suzuki Kizashi and still made the trade work for a nearly new 2013 Golf R Turbo AWD for my daughter. We recently purchased a 2004 Corvette Z06 from Weston Auto Gallery. We chose Weston Auto Gallery not because it was convenient (it was a 100 mile drive to the dealership) but because they have beautiful used cars. This was literally one of the easiest vehicle purchases we have ever made. Dannie was excellent to work with - very easy going, patient, and there was no pressure whatsoever. The car we purchased is beautiful and in excellent condition, as it was advertised. I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to cars. Because of this, I would highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience trading in two vehicles and purchasing from Weston Auto Gallery in Colorado. I live in Michigan and these folks made the deal happen. We discussed the vehicle, price, and trade in's. Dannie drafted the sale. I sent him the check and he sent the vehicle with all the paperwork in order. The high end Subaru I purchased was in A+ condition. They gave me better than blue book for my two trade ins, sight unseen. Dannie was very personable and responsive to questions. He even paid for one very expensive key, after the fact. I had only received one key so I asked for them to pay for the second. He did pay for it and that says a lot. Im an experienced car buyer and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this dealer to a friend. There was a fair amount of back and forth as expected with any big purchase. I was looking for a Jeep Liberty with all the bells and whistles and found one....in Fort Collins, we live in Denver. We called the number on the website at 9:30 PM and Danny answered the phone. Which totally shocked us especially since we found out the dealership closed at 7. We made the drive, in a snow storm, test drove, haggled over price (they made an offer we countered, they accepted...very easy going), signed paperwork and were on our way. All in all from the time we left our house in Denver to the time we returned with the SUV of my dreams, it was 4 hours, most of that was driving. Such a great experience, I will look here first when and if I'm ever ready to buy another car.

This dealership will change your mind about the car buyer's experience in a good way. The Weston team has a good eye for beautiful cars and it shows in their diverse inventory. They take the time to really detail the cars before they offer them on their lot. Seems like an obvious requirement, but not all do it well. Yesterdays antiquated sales tactics are not used at Weston Auto Gallery. I worked with a gentleman name Dannie who was transparent, very grounded and funny and didn't have to "make a sale" the day I bought my Audi. And the AMAZING interest rate on the small loan made the deal even sweeter. Try them just for the experience they provide their clients. These guys are taking it to the next level.

After 2 months of shopping I saw a car at Weston and called in, I spoke to Jim and he was very helpful giving me all the information I requested. After working out the price I went to Fort Collins and the car was exactly as described, it was a fast pleasant transaction and I now own my new car! I will be back for another in a year!! I was looking for a specific SUV,a Honda Pilot and a good one was hard to find. Then I heard a Radio commercial and a got a tip that Weston had one. A great 2010 model. In great shape reasonable mileage for its age but it was clean! Weston's claim to have only perfect Car Fax automobiles and an additional Weston warranty was true. They worked with me on the price to bring it to where I was comfortable with the monthly payment. They even helped me out after the fact when I noticed some cosmetic issues after the sale which I couldn't have seen in the dark when I looked at it first. Fantastic service...this is how buying a car should be! No hassle and a knowledgeable crew! Thanks Weston...I'm happy with my new wheels and I know I have a great place to go for maintaining it and a future car....allthough its a Honda...it should last me a while!

I got my car from these guys and it was great. They worked with me for over a month and I never felt pressured to buy now, they took there time and just made me feel welcome after many trips to the dealer. I finally picked a car, they took care of my financing, and even gave me a year warranty for free! I would recommend these guys to anyone as a refreshing breath of air compared to the other dealers I have dealt with.

After few weeks of them doing all the footwork a car was located. They arranged all the transportation and shipping. This purchase was very affordable and stress free. Buyers beware when trading your car in here! I took my custom built mustang in to trade for a newer mustang and everything went smooth in the beginning. They said they got me financed and we did all the contracts and I drove my new car home. Two days later I get a call saying they couldn't get the finance done and to bring back the car and pick my car up. When I get there my car is backed into the parking spot and so I Walk around to look at my car and to my surprise they damaged my car causing $1300 in damage and they were hoping I would t notice the damage and were not going to say anything. Also this is a high performance car and they had been hot rodding my car there was melted tire rubber on my bumper from them smoking my tires. When I brought it to Phil's attention he acted like he didn't know it happened! Then they acted like it was no big deal. They claim that my bank was the reason the deal fell through but I called my bank and they said that was not true. They damaged my trade in and they didn't want to take that car on trade anymore so they ruined my car loan. Now I have a damaged vehicle and I have to wait for weston to give me a check to fix my car! Buyers make sure you don't drive off in your new car and leave your old car until you know your financed because you don't want to go through what I'm going through . Would never recommend this dealership unless it was to an enemy!

The whole process was very easy and the guys were great to work with. I have dreamed of being a Mercedes owner for years and never thought the day would come .. but last week it did and I am so happy! I LOVE my new car! Not sure where to begin but after buying a car at Weston Auto Gallery I can't wait to buy another one! They have such an array of cars, trucks and SUV's...you won't find inventory like this anywhere(atleast in Northern CO). The whole process was quick and easy. I traded in my old car and received more on trade than I even thought possible. My new car is literally perfect and the deal was amazing. I pointed out what I thought to be 1 small blemish on the leather(in an inconspicuous spot that wasn't really a big deal) and the detail manager personally came and talked with me about the issue and explained it was a stain of some sort, took the car to the back and within minutes had the problem resolved! Sorry for all the rambling, can't wait to get another sports car from them next spring.

They dealt with financing and delivery and gave me a great deal for my trade. I bought the car without ever seeing it and it was perfect like he said it would be. I had my eyes on 3 different cars on their lot. Went there one day after work for a test drive. Talk with the older sales person who sits on the east side of the building where they have the cars inside of the building. I told him i wanted to test drive this car. He go the keys but told me that i cant drive it but around the block because they are still checking out the car. I thought that was a little bit weird but i agreed. When we got back to the lot after the extremely short around the block "test drive", i told him i wanted to drive another car. This is where things started to go bad. The sales guy started to get rude saying i only get to test drive 2 cars and thats it. He said their customers know what cars they want and he cant allow people to test drive their cars because "everyone would be test driving 5 - 6 cars every weekend". At that point i said i will just go to any other car dealer and they will let me test drive their cars without any problems. At this point i should have left but wanted to test drive a vehicle i have been looking for which they had. So now on my 2nd and FINAL test drive with this car dealer. Again, i was told that i can only drive it around the short block. I said that is not long enough to see if i like a car. The sales man said, his customers do not like it when people are test driving their cars. Well, i hate to break it to you, no one owns the car beside the dealership. If i put on 5 miles on an car and fall in love with it, i will buy it. Going around the block is not enough. So now i am taking my business to another dealer to buy my $40,000 car.

I started out loving this place. My salesman was friendly and very helpful. I didn't know what I wanted so I drove five or six cars on the lot. I picked a BMW 335d and traded my BMW Z4. All was good until I found out that this dealership sold me the 335d without having the title in hand. Ten weeks after the sale I returned the 335d for a refund. My Z4 had been sold the day I traded it, so I couldn't get it back. Weston's manager did refund my purchase price, but not the sales tax. I had to file a complaint with the Colorado DMV dealer investigator. I received my tax refund only after the investigator visited this dealer. And I am now without my Z4. I cannot buy another one for the trade in price, plus I will have to pay another sales tax when I do find another car. There are too many details to list here, but to summarize, throughout this experience Weston has been dishonest, arrogent, and unresponsive since selling me a car for which they had no access to the tiltle. I advise finding some other place to buy your dream car.

Collected sales tax and title fees with the promise that they would take care of all the paperwork. Never did a thing except keep my money. Car and buying experience were great, service after the sale is very much lacking. Unfinished paperwork was sent to my finance company, causing extra work for me. Could not get a call returned and they kept my sales tax and title fees.

This was my first experience buying a car via the internet. I spent 3 months looking for a very specific car and found it at Weston Auto Gallery on Cars.com. I called up and talked to Dannie who sent me additional pictures at my request. He told me to fly out an look at the car and if it wasn't what I expected, he would pay for my tickets. I purchased a flight, sent the information to Dannie, and a limo was waiting for me at the airport to take me on the 45 minute drive to the dealership. I bought the car and couldn't be happier with the purchase and the experience.

I seriously had to tell me wife to pinch me from the second we rolled into the parking lot until the second we left in our new(pre-owned) Lexus. The appearance of the lot, building etc was just inviting and clean. The employees were friendly, open and honest...not pretentious like you may think. The car buying experience was second to none...easy, quick and fair. They gave us a generous amount on our trade and the dreaded "paperwork" was done in minutes not hours like we've experienced in the past! We'll be back for our next car no doubt about it.

Spoke with them on the phone about a car they had. Basically said that if we could make the numbers work then I would go look at it. Went up, looked at the car but it needed tires and the paint cleaned up (overspray on the car from the bumper being repainted because of rock chips). Left without making a deal. After a week we were able to get something done, they put a good set of all season tires and got rid of the overspray. Plus stayed open late on a Friday so we could close the deal. Straight forward guys (Matt in particular) and even though I was probably not their favorite customer lol, they still gave me awesome money for my trade and did everything I asked them to do. Their premium selection of cars is great and if the time comes, I would buy another car from them.

Matt and Justin were great. I spoke with Matt on the phone, he sent me more pictures and now I'm the owner of a 2009 Corvette. The car was everything Matt said it was. I flew to Denver , they had a limo meet me and take me to the dealership. I looked over the car, confirmed it was everything the pictures showed, signed some papers , gave them a check and was on my way home in 25 minutes.They even gave me a Christmas gift which turned out to be a brand new Garmin! Great guys!

I recently bought a certified used car from Weston Auto Gallery and could not be happier. They were extremely nice and easy to work with and were unlike any other dealer I'd been to. After test driving an Acura I was interested in, I was in and out of there in no time at all. They barely had the car a week and had put new tires on it and given it a full service before I even drove it.
