I dealt with Nikita, Anthony and Mike while I was there. Nikita was a perfect sales person. He was not knowledgeable, relaxed, not pushy but confident in the product and the value it carries. We talked with his Manager, Anthony, for awhile as well and he was very open about what they could offer versus our needs. Mike was the finance manager and he was very clear about everything that was being signed, again, not pushy, and willing to go over any questions I had about the car, financing, warranties, etc. Overall our experience was FANTASTIC and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car visit these guys first. They want to make sure you're comfortable.

Went to look at a new car today. I spoke with Daniel on the phone and he was the one who walked me through everything while we were there. I was alone with my toddler son and Daniel made best friends with him immediately. I’m also pregnant. Daniel went above and beyond to help a mother out in so many ways. This was, by far, the BEST dealership I’ve been to, and the BEST sales person I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I wasn’t “taken for a ride,” no false promises, no trying to get me into a car I don’t like. Seriously, if anyone is looking for a car, go here. Also, I got my cute new sedan with enough room for a toddler, a baby, and a dog! P.S. thank you again, guys! I had a great experience! And my son is still coming down off the fruit snacks!😂❤️

Our salesman, Scott Vaughn, made this a quick and painless process and I love my Kia. He quickly found the car I was looking for, thoroughly explained the interior mechanics of the car, and was very professional. It was great to work with a no-pressure and trustworthy salesman. I have been coming to Weston Kia for service on my 2006 Kia Sedona for more than seven years! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! The service staff have always been wonderful, helpful, courteous and kind! Even when I drop in unexpected without and appointment and they are busy, they greet me by name and ask what they can do for me. One time it was a headlight that went out another time a turn signal light. Whenever they recommend a service that needs to be done on my car, I know they are honest and not just trying to take advantage of my lack of car care knowledge. After I had my brakes done there, I felt like I was driving a new car. Two months ago I started hearing a faint sound over the motor of my car. It was annoying. I didn't hear it all the time, but when I did I thought something was going wrong with my car. One Saturday I took it out to Weston and one of their service men rode with me for a few miles, but my car didn't make the sound. Later as I drove home the sound came back. Finally the sound got louder and to the point where I heard it all the time. Last Saturday I took it back out to Weston. Although they were super busy, Kris rode with me around the parking lot and heard the sound. He asked me to pull my car back inside by the office and he checked the power steering fluid level. He said it was a little low and added some. Then he told me if the sound returned to call and make an appointment to have it looked into. There was no charge for this! I drove home listening intently. No sound! I couldn't believe it! How could a small amount of power steering fluid take away such an annoying noise! I waited a whole week to write this review thinking the sound surely would come back. But it hasn't! I know other service shops I could have taken my car to would have charged me a fortune to check out the sound and probably not solved the problem. Thank you Kris for taken a few minutes for me and my car! I'm so glad you're a part of the Kia family I love! Thank you Jordan and all the rest of Weston Kia's highly skilled staff for taking such wonderful care of my car (and me!) You're the BEST! Myrna Rudolph

Weston Kia in Gresham is the best dealership I have ever experienced. I first bought my Kia about a year ago from Denny Joseph. I felt he was honest and gave me the best possible customer service and price. He didn't make us wait around forever like other dealers do. It was pretty quick and painless. Later, I have experienced the service department for oil changes and routine maintenance. The guys in there are awesome in every way. The are quick, professional and I feel like I am getting good service every time. I took my car in the other day for a recall fix. I decided to get my oil changed, as well. I had a coupon for the oil change. He tossed it aside and told me they could give me a better price than that and he did. There are truly the very best dealership and staff around. I am so happy that I got my Kia there!

My experience was so Incredibly good, Last May I bought my first new car from Weston KIA and absolutely loved the entire experience, Terri Brewer helped me far beyond just a purchase. I am now building my credit and was recently after only 10 months able to trade in my 2015 model for the 2016 with lower monthly payments and in my estimation a very fair deal. Her encouragement, patience and humor made everything work out just perfectly. I have not had any issues with the service dept, they have always been courteous, have completed the work with efficacy and competence. I recommend this dealership. They are the best.

Went in for an oil change and walked out with a new car. Jesse got me out of a not so great trade in with my last Kia. So he said come on down and look to see if there is something you mite like .i said i will think about it . He called again and said come on down we will get you in a car today . i said NO tonights the college football national championship game oregon ducks VS the Ohio State Buckeyes . Will i really need a car for work so i called him back . Will i have very bot a new car before and i love the experience that i had buying my first new car . My 23-year-old car finally bit the dust so I ended up completely impromptu in the market to upgrade. Heard that Weston Kia was a good place so I did some internet chatting with an online rep and some texting with Denny Joseph to set up an appointment for the next day. Got there and Mary Ann Randall took care of me. Was looking for a new Rio and after some searching and some back-and-forth trying to match something in my price range, she came back with a beautiful red 2013 Rio that we worked out an affordable rate for, along with a very low APR through a local credit union to boot. Very little haggling, no pressure, no upselling or anything and just no "fake" vibe that you get at so many dealers. These guys seem way more genuine and eager to get you a deal that'll work and not take up your entire day doing so. And for someone like me who's self-employed that's always difficult. So now I've got a nice new car and I didn't have to get into a fight about it either. I'm usually incredibly pessimistic with car buying but Weston left me very pleasantly surprised.

This deal started with crazy things happening. The first car I purchased was in inventory as available and went through the paper work only to find the car had been sold. Settled on a second car, drove to the dealership to pick it up and it could not be found!. Long story short, a sales person gave it to another customer in error. MaryAnn and Mookie did several things to make this right for me. They gave me a discount on the car sales, a gift card and a loaner until I got my own vehicle. They were great! I will continue to do business with this company for years to come.

Mary Ann Randall went out of her way to help us with finding the just right Buick for us, then helped with the trade in and financing all on the phone and over the web. We knew before we went to Gresham, the price, etc. We live in Metolius OR, on the way to Weston Auto on hwy 26, we had an accident, Mary Ann called our ins, then found someone to come and help us, and then kept calling us to see if we were ok. And when we got lost in Gresham, came and led us to Weston...We were treated so kindly. Thru her we found that Weston is the best dealer we have ever dealt with. Upfront with information on pricing, trade ins, no pressure (which was a relief) no confusion about our transaction. Everyone we meet at Weston was so nice, and helpful. and friendly. We highly recommend Weston dealership for used or new cars, because you are treated with respect , no gimmicks, no pressure, just upfront honest transaction. By the way, when we were ready to drive away with our car, Mary Ann led us back to the hiway so we wouldnt get lost..cant ask for anyone nicer.

First, Greg returned my call in a timely manner. Then he was friendly, receptive and I was able to get approved over the phone. That is great service. Usually a dealership would want you to come in first. Then when I got to the dealership Greg was just awesome. I have a phobia about buying a new car. Working with Mike at Weston was very easy and hassle free. I wrote Mike telling him what I wanted and he arranged everything with that e-mail and 10 minute phone call. As a matter if a fact I think I spent a total of one hour at this dealer ship (most of that time was waiting for the paperwork to be drafted) and I was out the door. What a relief. I will be coming back! :-)

I was looking for a new Optima EX, but had lots of questions about the feasibility of purchasing from California and then shipping from Oregon. Lorrie was always upbeat and positive. When she didn't know an answer, she researched it and got back to me right away. She was very responsive on email, which was important to me since I was out of state. She found answers to all of my questions about California emissions, shipping costs, timing etc. Ultimately Lorrie was extremely helpful and was able to get all of the details worked out. Unfortunately I ended up selling my old car sooner than anticipated and so ended up buying from a local dealer in California. But I would have been happy to purchase from Lorrie, she did a tremendous job.

I have health issues so it is difficult to walk around the dealership to view cars. Since GM discontinued the Pontiac brand I had to decide what kind of car would fit my needs. So, I researched and determined that a Honda Insight was the car that fit my needs before I went to Weston. I submitted an on-line request for a Honda Insight. Lorrie contacted me and we made an appointment for me to take a look at cars. Lorrie went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only was she extremely courteous and helpful, she went out to the lot to bring a Honda Insight close to the desk where I was sitting so I didn't have to walk. The car was everything I had wanted, and more. It had all the bells and whistles of a higher end Honda Insight. Plus, the color of the car was what I preferred, even though you have to accept the color on used cars. All in all, it was one of the best experiences I've had in any sales environment. Everyone that helped me and my husband were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We were unsure if leasing was better than buying until Justin and the manager explained it to us. I was first looking for a GMC Terrain in my price range and Justin got a golf cart and took us through lot trying to find one that hasn't been sold yet. BUT there wasn't which was fine cause my second choice was a KIA Optima. So Justin took us to the KIA dealership in the golf cart and showed us all the ones that they had and I had my eye on the one that I got. Anyways, everyone including Justin went above and beyond. During a visit to California, in our 2011 Kia Optima, we had an unfortunate incident occur, while having our vechicle serviced, at a Kia dealership; for the return trip. This resulted in our vechicle's engine being destroyed, and left us with great concern as to what to do?? I called the service department and informed Chris, of what had happened.. He immediately assisted me in transporting my car to Weston Kia, for evaluation, and contacted the Service Manager Derek for input. I went in the next day, and with the assistance of Denny Joseph, and Derek, we discussed my concerns, and I was informed that this problem will be resolved ASAP, with the promise that I would leave Weston Kia happy with the results. We were given a hybrid Optima to use, with a full tank; and told to use it until our car was fixed. WELL, since testing the hybrid Optima, we have decided to upgrade to the 2013 Hybrid Optima, with NO regrets.... Thank you all, but especially Denny and Derek for all the support and satisfaction that we have received. I spoke to MaryAnne on the phone before coming in to buy my daughter a 2014 Kia Forte for her graduation. We spoke of requirements for the car I was buying. The deal was made on the phone, as we live a couple of hours from Gresham, & was going to tell my daughter to meet me there as a surprise. My daughter got there 1st & had no idea of our conversation to that point.Important features we needed in a car for our daughter. We specifically spoke about, an automatic, blue tooth connect, and remote unlock of doors, her needing this as she worked at night, in a remote location. I was told this car had it all, we even picked to color & a specific car. This was a surprise for my daughter. My daughter went to the dealer ship & was shown the car, she liked what I had gotten her. We then got to the dealership & met up with our daughter & MaryAnne. Two times at the dealership both myself & my daughter spoke to MaryAnne about the remote access feature. She told us it had remote unlock, but not remote start. That was ok with us.... So, About 2 seconds after we signed the contract, she showed up with the keys. We both immediately mentioned that the keys didn't have the unlock feature. MaryAnne denied all the talk about remote unlock. The finance guy heard it all. I said, well I guess we have 3 days to change our minds if they don't give us the promised keyless entry, and was told that is no longer law. We were pissed, one of the 3 required features to get us in there was a lie. It ruined our $19,000 gift to our daughter. As we left, none to happy, one of the bosses spoke to my husband about making things right. No word from any of them. On a side note MaryAnne didn't respond to the emails about satisfaction.. I wonder why. This is the 2nd car we bought here... Our first experience was great. Update, after my daughter in-law spoke to one of the guys in the service dept., they contacted my daughter & offered to pay for her to have the keyless entry installed, at the place she was planning to have it done. So someone there gets points for that.

New Optima purchased 10 days ago,found paint defect on hood ,body shop could not fix without repainting entire hood. Dash lts. ceased to function for a short period at 250 miles,could not find a problem. Steering drifts and pulls, service manager claims this is consistent with these models and I will have to live with it. Asked about service bulletin addressing this problem,he and sales staff claim to know nothing about it. Am already regretting purchase.

Smooth, easy, and accommodating big ticket buying experience. They gave me the price I requested ,all by internet and telephone conversation. On arrival salesman Jorge Aguilar conducted the deal,sale,paperwork and delivery of the car all too easy. So, then I was dreading the second part of the sale (where they hook you up with the finance salesman, Mgr. Gary C. ) , but was surprised at how easygoing and friendly he was. He presented his products professionally and accepted my "no" answers without any argument and harmonizing with MY reasoning.I have been unaware at how easy and hassle free car buying is today. My experience at Weston was far beyond expectations. Maryanne followed up by phone with me on an inquirey I had made earlier this year with a desire to purchase my car. I have avoided for the last few years having to go thru the typical car sales process, but found Maryanne such a joy to work with that I pursued the opportunity to see what Weston had that would fit into my budget and needs. She and Curt made the whole process feel like sitting down with friends talking about a car, rather than salesperson and finance manager...I had a small issue after leaving with my new purchase, with the electric window. Started working with Denny Joseph one evening. Worked out the details with him and he came up the best price I had been offered by any Kia dealer. All this over the internet without any haggling. Called the next day to verify the documentation I needed to get my $3500 in rebates, then traveled from Beaverton to Gresham on TriMet for two hours. Well worth the time and effort. Spent only one hour at the dealership for a test drive and paper work, then drove home knowing I got the best possible deal. No buyers remorse here. While there Denny didn't try to upsell me or push/pressure me to buy products/services I didn't want. My intelligence wasn't insulted, no head games or dishonest/deceitful sales tactics. I was so pleased with the experience that I actually gave him a $50 tip before I drove off. If you're looking for a Kia see Denny Joseph at Weston Kia, assuming management hasn't fired him for giving the store away.P. S. DON'T, I repeat, DON'T deal with the dirtbags at Broadway Kia. To call those peices of human debris liars, con artists, thieves would be paying them a compliment. They are the reason why some people unfortunately consider car sales to be the world's second oldest profession.

My experience was wonderful. Art was great from the beginning and gave me options and one that ended up working very well for me. He even chose the perfect color of car for me. The other staff were very kind, friendly and accommodating. My son fell asleep on the test drive and one of the salesman drove the car with my son in the back right onto the showroom floor next to me while I did the paper work. He slept for 2 1/2 hours, the whole time I was dealing with the paper work. I had to wake my son for them to detail the car once I purchased it. Now, that is great service!!! We went in having no idea what we could qualify for. Mickey greeted us immediately and made it clear he did not want to waste our time or his. He had our credit reviewed first thing so we could have an idea of what we could qualify for as opposed to finding something we loved only to realize we could not qualify to purchase it. Mickey was so friendly and knowledgeable. The process was smooth and everyone we worked with really bent over backwards to ensure that our needs were met and that we walked away from this experience just so impressed with the whole process! We were initially told what our interest rate was, 8.6%, and were so pleased! We were currently paying a vehicle loan off that had a 36% interest rate so the 8.6% was really amazing. Little did we know that John, the Finance Manager, had more surprises in store for us! John was able to lower the interest rate even further to 6.9%!! This has definitely been the best shopping experience I have EVER had purchasing a car. Not only was the process smooth, but everyone we dealt with really catered to our needs and wants and Mickey really listened and was able to get us into a beautiful NEW Kia Forte. I never would have thought I could qualify for a new vehicle, but that is what I drove off the lot that day. I feel we got a great trade-in value for the two vehicles that we traded in and am just so pleased that we chose to go to Kia Motors for our vehicle purchase. I have spoken raves about my experience and truly hope I can send other customers to Kia Motors, and particularly, Mickey, so they can experience the way all car purchases should be!! I had a great experience at Weston Kia! I had done my research and knew I wanted a Kia Soul! Mike talked to me about my options and we quickly got to the test drive. I was very pleased with the vehicle and then came the next part, financing. I have been rebuilding my credit and was very nervous they would only be able to give me an exorbitant interest rate, thus shooting my dream of cruising down the highway in my my new soul in the foot. That is not what I experienced at all! I was never treated like a lesser citizen for having some not so awesome credit in my past. After she experienced one too many breakdowns in her older car, we decided that for her peace of mind and for ours, we wanted to get our daughter a good, safe, economical car, thats also fun. After researching many auto sites, and industry and owner reviews we decided on the 2013 Kia Soul. We already knew that she loved these cute cars, but we needed more information before we were souled. We live in rural Oregon and have no local dealer, so I emailed several dealers within a decent drive from us. I asked many newbie questions and explained that we wanted this to be a surprise for our daughters birthday but that we had no idea how to pull this off. Steven in Weston Kia Sales was the only dealer who stayed in contact and was willing to help us. He ordered exactly what we wanted for an excellent price, had it delivered and set up ready for pick up on her birthday. On that day, when we pulled up with her in our car, everyone cooperated in distracting her while the stage was set. One of the men put on the Hamster suit and brought her over to her new car that was waiting in the show room all shiny and prepped for her. She almost fainted. Steven couldnt be there, but Josh Wilcox and others were and they all fooled her really well. After she started to calm down, Gary Overmyer with much patience and in enough detail went though the operation of all the driver-controlled parts of her car. He even set up her iPhone for her. Jon Fortsch in the business department was very good at explaining the various aspects of her warranty coverage, service contracts, and owner servicing responsibilities. He should be a teacher. Hes very low key but thorough in covering the important details. We have purchased several new cars over the last 20 years, but no experience anywhere has been so painless, educational, and even fun. We will all be Weston fans forever because of their wonderful customer service. Our next car, as will hers, will be from them, and yours should be also.

I have purchased four vehicles from WESTON My sales associate Phil who has been there many many years (prior Finance Manager) Is great and very willing to go the extra mile for you, the best way to explain the culture at this dealership is to have bought a vehicle in the 1950's when you were appreciated and not just another customer. I have been to other dealers just to look and compare pricing ad you are attacked by a pack of wolf's but not at WESTON. I have never paid MSRP on any vehicle from WESTON just seems they work on volume and not margin.

This is the best dealership around!!! This is the 4th car I've bought from the Weston dealerships (2 used cars from the Buick/GMC dealership and 2 new cars from the Kia dealership). The sales people are outstanding and answer all questions before you need to even ask them. They are also very supportive and definitely want you to contact them if you have any questions/issues. Denny Joseph and Dani Dickerson were the people I mostly worked with (and Luke in financing). They really are nice and genuine! I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I have some friends who bought a Kia from another Vancouver dealership and I think they got kind of "screwed". They may be looking in to trade their 2007 Spectra and I'm pretty sure they will now go to Weston. You know I will keep singing your praises.Again, thanks so much for being a great dealership.

Felt comfortable when dealing with Mike. I felt like he answered my questions honestly and truthfully. I didn't feel hassled or pressured or forcibly steered into an improper decision on my car purchase. I was made aware of services offered while I was there. I didn't feel like my kids were compromising the environment at all. All in all it was an outstanding experience. I will buy next car here.

As far as the ratings go, Customer Service was "Good", because of the long wait to finalize the deal. The Price was "Good", because the previous deals for April, disapeared in May...I wasn't able to get additional discounts. (Previous Owener disc..etc..) It would be nice to have been able to carry over the discussed incentives and discounts discussed over the internet...Those were options that swayed my decision to come in and take a look see and test drive.So, that is why I marked as "Good" and not "Great"...But, since the choices are limited, I would like to comment on the whole experience.From the start chat on the internet with Cathy, Barbara, & Mark...I was able to get a pretty good picture of the type of people I would be dealing with. They were very helpful in answering my questions. I was given information to be prepared for when I came to visit the dealership, I believe it would be a smoother transaction if a deal could be agreed to.Expecting to meet with Mark M., I came on a day that was his day off...although he gave me his cell phone and I was able to communicate with him and was introduced to a very pleasant young man by the name of Antoine Chaney.He did a vantastic job helping me through the process. And That I will have to go over with you on another day. I must get ready for work...To Be continued....

I started my relationship through an internet search on the official KIA website. I was given several dealerships to contact and as I am not easy to reach by phone, the internet was my best tool. From all the dealerships I contacted, Jorge from Weston was the one that stood out. He was honest with me from the beginning.
