Came to dealership on 10/29 to get my 2013 Ford F150 serviced. My initial issue was that my key would not come out of the ignition. At that time I did advised them that I have a Ford ESP warranty. They told me that they would have to do an inspection on the vehicle to determine the problem. After the diagnostic the service tech informed me that I had a broken shifter and a radiator leak. I told him to fix everything that is covered under the warranty. He called and told me that they car would be done 11/2 and that they wanted to know if I wanted the leak fix? I asked was it covered under the warranty, he (Johnny) said no, then I said dont fix it. I just pay my deductible ($200.00) and get the leak fixed at a later time. He then tells me that they charged me for another diagnostic on the leak!!! I told him I didnt authorize that and asked to speak with his manager. He transferred me to Harvish and he told me that they charge diagnostics on each issue on a vehicle and that I authorized it. I told him I did not!. I get up to the dealership to pick up my vehicle and Harvish refused to come and speak with me to discuss the matter at hand. They also told me that they would not release my vehicle until I paid the full price ($329.00). So I made 2 payment transactions, one for $200.00 and another for $129.00 in order for them to release the vehicle back to me.

What a wonderful dealership! I bought my car in 2014 and my 36k or 3 year warranty has expired as I'm well over the 36k miles.I am having as issue with the clutch component for the air compressor. I was initially quoted a repair price of 250.00. Then later told 100.00 and I was satisfied with that after heartfelt discussions and much prayer.Then when I showed up this morning they surprised me with making the repairs free of charge. What a blessing! I thank my Heavenly Father Jehovah for his mercy and grace. Thank you Westway Ford for valuing customer relationships?. Special shout out to Johnny Crecy at Westway who always takes care of me.

Long story short... a comical experience. We dealt w/Matt. My wife and I had done our research and were ready to purchase. We found a good price online and went to check it out. When we arrived the outside of the vehicle looked great. Once we opened the door though.... we found dog hair, ripped seating, stains, and even broken pieces on the vanity mirrors/visors. As we discovered each on the test drive and mentioned it Matt said "that's weird", as he smacked his gum and looked at his phone. After getting back, we said ,there's a lot of things wrong with this car so surely we can negotiate some to perhaps make it worthwhile. Matt continued to smack his gum, turned a football game on his phone and said "you keep talking about the price of the vehicle.." after 5 times of saying I'm not willing to buy without the price coming down and him acting like it was possible... he came back with a "finance manager" who said they will not negotiate the price because they feel my monthly payment is reasonable. I advised them I'm not concerned with the monthly payment but rather the price of the vehicle when things are wrong with it. I politely declined (easy to do) and proceeded to Drivers Select in Dallas where we purchased the same vehicle for $1k cheaper, 4k miles less, and I must say the best car buying experience ever. Matt and the wanna be hipster finance manager are tools, their cars are crap, and Drivers Select actually made the car buying experience as enjoyable as possible. I don't remember the "finance guys name and don't see Matt listed so I'm just going to pick one of the people below... sorry to whoever it is.

OMG! Where do I start. Scams running in the background. Deception and manipulation to get you in the dealership. They give you keys and send you home without any approvals. Will lie and lie until you are worn out and inadvertently sign something. Sounds like the MO of most dealerships, well these guys breed a unique brand of doing it better than the rest. They don't own their lie and will ignore you once you are on to their game. We thankfully caught them up in their lies and didn't take the vehicle home. Then the next day, the salesmen says they cannot get the deal done after we told him we were onto them and the scam. STAY FAR AWAY FROM! Go to Grapevine Ford and save yourself the headaches and loss of hours in the day sitting around filling out paper credit forms. It's 2016, this stuff will get out and people will find out much faster the tricks being played. I hope my advice saves even just one person from the drama and mistakes called WestWay Ford.

My car broke down and was towed to the service center. I was dealing with a man named Johnny Crecy. I asked to also have my window fixed and was told NO that I had to worry about the sensors and the gas pedal. I asked twice and was told no. 1,000.00 later at the service center to pick up my car there was Johnny just as rude as the last time. I spoke with an inefficient manager. Funny, just last night I had planned to buy an Escape from them. I went out to my car and they had cracked my window and had it taped up. So, not only did I ask for the window to be fixed and was told NO, they then broke the car window and said it is not their responsibility. Does this make sense? No, I feel this place hired narcissistic sales service center people and that is not ok for me as a woman. I spoke up and still was shut down. I will never step foot in this place again., I have to now go to a different service center who will actually listen and repair the window. How hard was that, guys at Westway???

T C Bagley is always very friendly and helpful in answering questions about service for my vehicle. The only service needed at this time was safety and emission inspection which was taken care of promptly. I had other concerns about setting future appointments for needed repairs that were satisfactorily explained. T C is knowledgeable and a great asset to Westway Ford.

Besides all the things that went wrong with the sale, I cannot seem to find anyone at the dealership to take me serious. No one will return my calls or agree to meet with me in person. I have purchased over 15 cars in my life from various places and this has been hands down the worst. Please search elsewhere before agreeing to enter this establishment. They do not pride themselves on customer service and that is so disheartening.

My wife and I went to this dealership to look at and purchase a new Ford Escape and was assured by the internet manager that the price on line was the price the car would be , Jimmie our sales man was courteous and helpful . On deciding to purchase the vehicle the experience went down hill fast suddenly on the paperwork appeared $1785 worth of dealer add on's that were not made clear to us up front . When I question them I was told they were already added and that it would be in addition to the cost. Then the fun began the internet manager then appeared and started to explain the 96% of Ford dealerships do this and when I stated that we had not asked for them and that it should have been made know to us prior to us traveling to the dealership the laughable excuses began and he was amazed that we were not sympathetic to his side of the story . He was oblivious to the fact that we were the one's who would have to shell out the extra cash and proceeded to give pointless excuses . By this time my wife and I were totally fed up and got up to leave with no deal done , we were followed to our car with appeals to give him 5 min to speak to his General Manager about the additional cost .We gave him 5 min and he reappeared stating that it was the end of the month and the GM would waive the extra cost ,however he continued to whine on about how he would have to eat the cost blah blah blah , trying to make us feel sorry for him .My wife had had enough by then and felt that the whole experience was so bad that she no longer wanted the car. We left the dealership with a sour taste in our mouth the Internet manager was unprofessional and showed poor judgment on how to deal with people . I won't even go into the conversation about the interest rates another farce . Anyway do not do business with this dealership unless you like being treated like a fool and want to part with more money for add on's that don't even amount to the cost they charge .

We recently went to purchase a Equinox that was priced at $13400.00 when getting there we did the normal test drive fell in love with car and proceeded to make purchase. They do not tell you that there is an OPTION PACKAGE that is done in your car such as reconditioning of the car, maintenance, etc. They make you feel obligated to pay for this. So I was able to negotiate it down to additional $700 now we are looking at about $14000 for the car. Ok fine but after taking it home found they color dyed the carpet. That was a horrible experience and then now only having car for 3weeks the oiI light comes on. So remember that optional package I was forced to pay? They lied they did nothing but cover up the issues with the car make us pay more for their cover ups just to get it off their lot. This is why I say they are a very dishonest dealership.

I believe one of my favorite things about Westway Ford was how they all work together!! Our sales team Paul and Nick were great in locating a car that fit our needs and even more than what I originally wanted but definitely makes traveling more fun and fits in the budget with all of the rebates . Mario took care of all the paperwork in a quick and timely manner. Final treat was the picture of our new car with the big bow on it in the special car stall. On April 9th I went to Westway Ford after communicating with James through email for a few days. James was available the vehicle I was interested was available and I test drove and knew that I wanted this F150. I was short on time and was not able to make the deal on this day however a week later I was back and bought the truck that I wanted. James is friendly, knowledgeable and not one bit pushy or demanding. As I said he answered all my questions and has followed up with me several times to make sure I have no questions. If Westway could clone him it would benefit them greatly he truly is the best!

Honestly, I've dealt with Infiniti dealerships in the past and Johnny provides better service than they ever did. Bought a car from them a few years back and now they keep calling even after being told to remove us from their contact list. They call almost every week and don't listen. Hated the place after buying from them and getting screwed out of $200. I know we were screwed since I was the saleman and my wife was the buyer. They never made it right and I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy.

I am not sure if I will ever buy a vehicle from anywhere else. Joey Hanlon was great to sale person, no pressure and very knowledgeable, and Alex Pezeshki locked me in with the deal of the year. The service department has been amazing as well from a missing screw on my tailgate to my first oil change. Just bought this truck almost 3 months ago and Im already looking forward to buy my next on here. Its nice to go where you feel important, especially when you are making such a large purchase.

I went to Westway to look at Mustangs. Luckily I met Joey Hanlon who took care of me. He is a fellow car guy and let me test drive a brand new muscle car without even running my credit. I was blown away by this! Joey took care of me throughout the whole buying process and if you are looking for a Mustang, he is the guy to see! Westway also has a great Customer Relations Mgr named Angelica that will patiently teach you how to use your new car and answer any questions about how that stuff works. They have a great team here!

I bought my truck through Joey Hanlon. After a few hours, I felt like I received a fair deal on my 2015 F-150. I took my truck in for a few minor flaws I found later on and the customer service department took good care of me. They filled up the truck every time I visited. I didn't have to buy gas for weeks! I recommended Westway and a friend bought a 5.0 Mustang. I will be back to buy my wife's next car.

Purchase a truck, 7 days later they called and said I was not approved unless I brought more down payment , I took the truck back to them hand them the keys and they said to come back the next day for my down payment, I went to pick up my check and they were only giving me half they claimed they had to repo the vehicle which is a lie because I brought back the vehicle my self it's been 3 days a day all they are telling is that they are trying to figure out what's happening. . I am taking this case to court STAY AWAY DON'T BE A VICTIM OF FRAUD

I was completely blown away with the service I received from Brandon Goodman and Alex P. Brandon and I spoke on the phone before my arrival and when I arrived, the car I wanted to buy was already ready to be test drove in the front. I was escorted inside and was treated with the utmost respect by not just Brandon, but everyone in the building. I work in customer service myself and I have never had a better experience at any restaurant, hotel, any store etc. I tend to be very critical when it comes to customer service and the way you are supposed to treat people. Brandon and Alex were not pushy, they weren't arrogant or passive. My situation was tender and I was put into a BRAND NEW car in just 2 hours. From beginning to end, I was beyond impressed. We recently bought a 2013 used pick up truck... The offer the dealership gave us included $1,800 in optional equipment the dealership had added to the truck but the sticker price did not reflect thisThe next thing was the unprofessional behavior of the finance dept ....they did not take us to an office to conduct business..they were standing up near the vending machines trying to do business...The finance dept then tried to send in a "bully" who was supposed to try and sell us the extra stuff like gap and warranty and tire protection....we had pretty emphatically told the first finance guy we did. It want any of those things...They then tried to do their own credit app when we clearly told them we already had financing in place with our bank I drove off the lot with this 22k vehicle to find out there was a hole in the windshield where the sign had been removed by the dealer...we called them on the road after a couple of min and they said we were out of luck ...that we bought the car as is

I bought a new 2015 Mustang GT premium from Westway ford around 1 month ago. After 2 weeks i was feeling vibrations and alignment issues in my car. I checked with Asst. Service Director Andrew Cossman and Service Director Harvis Grammer and they were very helpful in diagnosing the issue and were very polite in understanding my concern. Even General Sales Manager Ali Benli of Westway ford drove my car and was very helpful in fixing the issue. I felt like they were having issues with their car and did everything to fix the problem. Kudos to Westway ford for having such wonderful people. Once again thanks a lot.

I took my car in because the check engine light came on. Just like anyone these days, my schedule is jam packed and I needed my car issues resolved quickly. Although Tim explained that were backed up, he would make sure he handled things as fast as possible and he did exactly that!. We live in Houston, but bought our vehicle in Irving. Going to Westway was the best new car buying experience I've ever had and me and my husband have purchased several new vehicles. Jose was our salesman in December and then now in August I took our 2015 50th anniversary mustang to a dealership here in Houston a sister company of Westway for record of paint protector and the dealership scratched it and then we noticed a place where the paint was chipping in thr door and the dealership on 290 told us they couldn't do anything. We were going back to Dallas for the weekend and I contacted their service department about it and got thr wonderful T.C. she was awesome. I told her we would be there and she arranged for he service director to be there also and we have got it done and yes the place on 290 could've helped us but oh well. We will drive 3 hours and 45 minutes to get any service done on this vehicle that only has 2500 Mikes on it. Westway's entire team is just super we will defiantly shop here again and again. By the way there service department looks like a giant custom home garage and they make you feel right at home there. Westway Ford is the place to go and also we got our mustang there for almost 20000 yes twenty thousand dollars cheaper than other place for that edition.

I brought my Ford F250 in for and oil change and coolant flush. I had to call several times to ask questions and also get prices because I had to check with my husband before I could do anything. Everyone I spoke with were very helpful and informative. The person who was most helpful though was TC Bagely. I felt she went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was taken care of and because I felt like she actually wanted to help me I went ahead and made and appointment with her to have a coolant flush and oil change. She called me and kept me updated through out the process. She stuck with us from beginning to end. I will definitely go back to WestWay just for the great customer service but TC knocked it out of the ballpark when it came to helping me.

Dropped off car with set appointment, told me they would look at it, they never even looked at it and never called me to tell me, I called numerous times thoughout day and no call backs, I wasted time and my day with out my car which never even got fixed. I had as many as seven dealerships on the phone. I would take a picture of one offer and send it to the other dealerships and had them fighting over me. However, Jeff Little, at Westway Ford, just gave me the price that I wanted right off the bat. I had other dealerships that were closer by match him after I showed them his offer, but I went with him because honesty and caring in a car dealership SHOULD BE REWARDED. Was such a smooth transaction. They even stayed open later for me because I had to drive 2 and a half hours to get there. Was bummed when Jeff told me that he didn't actually have the car on the lot that day but he then drove, himself, to another dealership, and picked up the car for me that same day. I dont know about all the other salemen at Westway, but Jeff Little goes out of his way to make you happy. I'll be happy witht his car for a long time, but should I ever need a new car again, Jeff Little will be on my speed dial.

They don't care about the customers so I ended up walking out and buying at another Ford Dealer, it's a nice dealership but the people in it need an attitude change and finance takes forever they took me into the delivery area and the girls there don't know anything about the product I've driven Fords all my life I would've liked to deal with with someone who actually knows the product and is excited to go over it rather than just doing it because it's a job ,this experience was awful It was a nice thought instead of just handing you the car but this dealer needs people who actually love the product and apparently the girl I dealt with was the manager all the managers here need more training the sales manager was rude as was the sales guy It was just the most awful experience ever I ended up paying more elsewhere but they had great service and were very knowledgeable so anyone looking to purchase a Ford should go to Five Star Ford it has its name for a reason

Best service I have ever had at a dealership when purchasing my car. I called by phone and spoke with a sales person named Pompa . He handled all my questions over the phone and help me through the process of purchasing my first brand new car. I went to Westway Ford to have my 2013 Ford Taurus serviced. I made an appointment online and was immediately turned off to this dealer when the young man Anthony said he couldn't find the appointment. While I was waiting on Anthony to "find" my appointment in the system, I went to the showroom floor. As I looked around, I didn't see a Taurus. When I asked about it, one of the salesmen told me how the Taurus wasn't a good selling car and they didn't have any. It's an "older" persons car and a fusion is younger. He told me the Taurus was only a "upgraded" Fusion but wouldn't recommend buying the Taurus. Anthony stated they could find any issue with my car and would contact me if anything needed repairing. the dealership kept my car and never contacted me throughout the day regarding the status of the work, I went to the dealer that evening and told Anthony how upset I was because no one contacted me. He said they had to order the parts and they were extremely busy. Anthony stated they would need to wait until the following day for the parts to come in. I had an extensive coversation regarding this and was never offered a courtesy car for the inconvenience of this dealership needing to keep my car. anthony blamed the dealer, Paul Cerame, saying they told me lies in St. Louis about what was wrong with my car. He wrote on the paperwork that I declined service to my car, which is untrue, I was never told of any issues with my car. I have told everyone that I know that drives and buys Ford vehicles not to purchase it have work done at this dealership. The customer service was anything except 5 Star.

They sold me a car with broken bumper, where they just glued in and painted it to fool people and congratulation west way ford manager from pre owned department for fooling us and selling us the broken car. I went in to test drive the new f150 2.7 turbo. I explained that I wanted to test the power. The guy shaked my hand and just left. He didn't say anything he just left! A few minutes later someone else came and said they will help us. I explained to him I wanted to test drive the 2.7. He took my license and said let's go drive it. When we get to the truck he says we can only drive it in the parking lot?!!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment to test drive a electric Ford Focus with Westway Ford. I was assured a electric Ford Focus was available. On the morning of the appointment I was called to confirm the appointment and I again stated I was only going to test drive a electric Ford Focus. The response was "absolutely, we have one available." I was concerned since their online inventory search did not show that one was available, but everyone at Westway Ford stated many times one was available. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment with Hugo. I quickly learned that a appointment was one sided. Not really an appointment, rather a "come in and we'll get to you when we can." I thought they would be prepared and knowledgeable of my request. Neither was the case. Twenty minutes after my set appointment time I was introduced to Hugo. I told my wife that it was obvious they were stalling because they realized they had not listened to my request until I came in. Now they had to figure out how to tell me they didn't have the car I requested was available. I mentioned to my wife I wish they would simply own up that they didn't have one so we could get on with our day. After another 20 minutes of "bringing the car out" I was told the only one had just been sold. Not having a car in stock is understandable. Not listening to a customer multiple times and lying about it to save face is inexcusable.

My 2009 Mustang GT convertible started having a terrible knocking noise behind the dash. I knew immediately what our was and luckily there was still warranty available on my car. I took it back to Westway, where I bought the car, and they handled everything very professionally. Andrew Cossman did a great job communicating what they found, how it was going to be fixed, and when it would be done. 100% on the money! It was done correctly, on time, and was cleaned and beautiful when I picked it up. Truly a respectable organization throughout.

First off deal isn't done more than 30 days later. Traded my car in still isn't paid off and I received a late payment alert. Called the finance company they were supposedly using and they just refer me back to the dealer. So i can not get any info on my account, if there is one. The finance guys at the dealer say that the deal is fine, Basically giving the run around. Horrible experience buying a car an it still isn't over. Please stay away from West Way Ford!!!

My wife and I were looking to purchase the new 50th anniversary Mustang. We looked all across the state of Texas and we found the one we wanted at Westway. It had all that we were looking for. We were willing to drive to get the deal done. Well the call was made and the price was no gimic for one. Second my internet salesman was awesome in communicating the procedure in how to have this transaction done before we left Houston to drive to Irving. The process took about 30 minutes from me submitting everything online and the deal was final. We drove to Irving the same evening to receive our new car. The dealership I think was more excited for us than we were for ourselves. The entire Westway family were very professional and it made car buying painless from the internet salesman who had to leave a little earlier than when we arrived (but kept in touch with us as we were on the road and while were there on the showroom floor. To the finance manager that made signing all the papers a joy with many laughs. To the different people that didn't have anything to do with our transaction that was offering to take pictures of me and my family in front of the car with my phone. We were done and left Irving with our new mustang on a trailer headed back to Houston at 9 PM. And no one showed to be in a rush to get us out of there, knowing that they were about to close. I have purchased many cars before and I would say without a doubt that this was the BEST car buying experience EVER. I would recommend anyone, not just friends but anyone who wants to buy a Ford. It would be worth their time to purchase from Westway. By the way, I took the car out for the 1st time this past weekend and noticed that the driver side window had some type of deep scratches in the glass. Well, as you would might of guessed, I made the call and they are taking care of replacing the window with no hesitation. I'm SOLD!!!!

Recently went to Westway Ford after visiting another dealer. The other dealer pulled out the sharpie and tried to start playing games with me. I really thought those days were over. So I looked up the next Ford Dealer. They got right to business looking at my trade and showing me the Explorer that I wanted. When it came to the numbers they came out with figures printed easy to read and understand. The entire car buying experience was awesome. The special touch was this store actually has someone go over the vehicle with you again so you can understand all the buttons and features. Thank you Westway Ford, Frank Ford, Luke and Jacky

this place is awful. they should not be in business. I bought a new car there just for them to take it back a month later after we had a signed contract. they failed to notify me in a timely manner. they failed to pay off my trade-in now I have late payments on my credit due to their incompetence. the worst part is when they come to get the car they will tow it with no regard to your safety. they towed the car while my wife was in the car about to go to work. the general manager/owner is as incompetent as his employees. he is not a person that will not answer for his staffs wrong doings. he will not answer or return phone calls. avoid this place at all cost.

I had been searching online for a 2011 or newer Ford F-150 FX4 with low miles in my price range. I found the exact truck I wanted at Westway Ford. I sent an email and was contacted very quickly. I live about 3 hours away and wasn't able to see the truck for about a week. I was able to put down a deposit and they held the truck for me for about a week. Megan, the saleswoman I worked with contacted me almost every evening to let me know that everything was good with the truck and asked if I had any questions. I finally got time to make the trip to see the truck and was very impressed with how clean and nice the truck looked. I decided to buy the truck and they helped me get financed for the payment I wanted. I ended up financing a little more than I wanted but I am still happy and think they did a great job working with my budget. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

We called about a specific car, gave them the exact stock number, and orally settled on a price, with the hope of trying to get it lowered once we came in. We spent about an hour back and forth on the phone, trying to save time and avoid all of the back office processes in the dealership. The sales rep that we spoke with talked to his manager and called us back with a final number. When we got to to Westway, they said, "Oh, because of all of the add-ons, this car is actually $1700 more than the number that we agreed on the phone." It was a terrible and dishonest thing to do, as with a stock number, they were able to check the add-ons and state the true sales price. We asked them for a final number over the phone and they outright lied. It wasted half our day and was a very dishonorable way to do business.

I kept receiving calls from this dealership. Whoever was calling me wasn't leaving a voicemail. So I went up to the dealership to trade in my car. I already knew I would be upside down. Told them I wanted to keep my payments the same. But lower my interest rate. Let me first say that Stacy, Mary, Zachary were the only helpful people. I called September 17th to look at a new mustang gt. Mary, or Stacy forward my paper work over to Candido. She said he would call me. Called back a few hours later. Because I never received a call. Got transfered to his desk. And left him a voicemail. Still till today September 19th haven't received a call. Came in September 18th at 11:30am. They sent my offer to the banks. At 3:00pm I had to leave for work. Still nothing back from the bank. Candido said I will call you before we close. Never got a call back. Also to add insult to injury he never checked on me the whole time I was there. Until I had to leave. September 19th called Megan the sales women I was working with. To ask if we found out anything from the bank. She said she would call the fiance manager and let me know. A few hours later never got a call back. Called Megan again. Said she hadnt heard anything. I finally had enough. No calls from the people that were suppose to call me. Damon called me to say they missed my call. Told him that no one has contacted me. He said come in and talk to him. Went to the dealship. Asked for Damon. They paged him. I was then met by Zachary Barnes. I explained the horrible customer service that has been going on. He said he would check on the status on my fiance app. Came back and said one bank said yes. But to a V6 mustang. Which isn't what I wanted. I told I was finally fed up with the run around. Told him to shred my application. I'm done with this place. Zach then told me that he would do anything to help. I told him if customer service was this bad trying to buy a car. What would happen when my car breaks down, or needs service? I don't trust this dealership. Bottom line customer service is a must to win my business. If anyone doesn't want that. Then please go to the dealship. Like I said there were a few people that helped. Horrible experience.

I have had a great experience with this dealership up until this past Saturday. I am out of town and had my oil changed at another dealership when it was brought to my attention that the deflector under the front of my vehicle was damaged. I was at the Westway dealership in Irving the last time my vehicle was serviced. I was in to have my tire plugged and I think an oil change and as I was going home from the dealership the hood started to shake violently. I then took the car back to the dealership the next day. I sat at the dealership for over 5 hours after 3 test drives, a tire rotation, and alignment. They finally figured out that it was the deflector under the front of the car and stated that a few clips were missing and that they had replaced them. So now I am in Houston with a torn deflector that is now zip tied until I can buy a new one. I called multiple times on Saturday to the quick lane in Irving and spoke to Eric. He informed me that he couldn't do anything for me without the car being there. There is more to this story but will explain more when hopefully some one contacts me. I am very disappointed with the service after the sale with this dealership and will think twice about buying a Ford or recommending this dealership or any of there services going forward. David

The car buying was great, I even took out extended warranty, on my new 2013 ford, but the biggest problem is when you take it into service for the past 5 mos, it seems like the all ways running behind and that they say it take 2-3 days for them to look at it, so that means you is with out transportation. And i work 16 hrs days. I am trying to work with them but they cannot give me a day that i can bring it in for service no estimate time when they will get caught up. Don't get me wrong now when that bring my car to me they treat you like red carpet. But the biggest thing is just getting your car in for service. I am really thinking about going back to purchasing a Honda car because I never had this type of problem, If anyone want to know Lute Rily Honda is a great place to purchase and their service I never had a problem with them.

After listening to J.J. for a short time, I was convinced, he had my best interest at heart. So I decided to buy a New Ford Fiesta . Damon and his team of sweet and kind team members assisted my mom with trading in her lease and getting into a new car that she would eventually own. He was so fast we literally did the deal by text messaging. When we came in, everyone was so helpful and patient! We changed cars in the middle of the deal and even then, after the numbers needed to be changed, it really wasn't a bad deal as far as waiting. The car buying experience is usually a daunting one. You need to deal with their 2 best salesmen Omar Soto and Damon Pompa. They really know how to treat their customers right and make them feel very important and at home. They will do everything in their power to give you the best deal on whatever vehicle you choose and they will make the process go as smoothly as humanly possible. So don't waste your time going to any other dealership, because if you do, you probably won't be treated as well as I was by Omar and Damon and everybody else that was involved in the whole process. At first things were great. Bought two cars, problems with both. One used 2012 mustang. Had a dent that you could only see at certain angles, eventually they fixed it, ( Why would you have this on the lot for sale, Why would you have it in ads with the same dent) Month later while replacing a side marker light found that the bumper reinforcement bracket is broken( you wouldn't see it as the bumper looks fine but once you put pressure on it like to change a bulb its weak) taking it back in for service. Bought a 2014 Taurus, had a dime sized chip in the paint on the lower bumper and the display in the car not functioning correctly. They fixed the bumper looks great but later found they did not fix the display will take it back later when we have time. They screw up the payoff of our old car and sent the payoff to the wrong company. Sales person who help us is no longer working there. Was promised a referral check, haven't seen that asked x3 about it. Now very unsure about the mustang which I bought as a graduation gift to myself. Had started saving for the 2016 model for my Masters degree graduation present because i loved this car so much, now i dont trust westway and not sure about ford.. will be trading this car in for a Chevy Camero as soon as I can. As I said before in other reviews not asking for anything special, just what they promise and advertise and what i paid for that's all. I was ready to be a loyal customer, I was patient with all the small problems, but now with this bumper issue I wonder if they do any inspections on their used cars, I wonder if they inspect the new cars, I wonder if I should have got they mustang at grapevine or just got the Camero to begin with.

I had purchased a used GMC Denali, and upon arriving home (approx. 2 hours from Dealership) i discovered the cruise did not work and that there was a problem with a headlight ( had moisture in sealed unit) I immdiatedly calledthe dealership and was "routed" around till finally i was given to a Voice mail. The next day I responded to an e- Mail from Mr. Hankins and explained my situation. I was referred to Stephine, who assured me the issued would be addressed. Approx. a week later I brought the vehicle in, and was referred to Megan. After approx a week with no contact I called and was informed that the vehicle had to been sentto a GM dealer to "read the codes". Several days (approx 1 week) later I called and was informed Mr. Schumate was handling this issue, he told me the vehicle had been taken to the GM dealer that day. Approx 4-5 days later ( when I called) he told me that the vehicle was still on a waiting list. Finally after approx. 3 weeks, i was told i could pick the vehicle up it had been fixed, but the dealership would not replace the headlight. When i E-mailed Mr. Hankins, he "offered" to "unwind the transaction and refund our down (did not mention how we were to replace transportation as we has traded in a vehicle) this was the only option offered. On the return trip (home) i discovered the cruise did not work and immediately called Mr. Schumate, he indicated he did not know there was a problem with the cruise! He told me to take in to a local GM dealer and have it fixed using the extended warranty (6mo) i had to purchase as a condition of the sale ( this has a $100 deductible). I have left three Voice Mails with no return calls.

I bought a 2014 Roush RS Mustang with 11,800 miles on it for my wife. The only thing I'm satisfied with is the price I got on the car. The car had a horrible smoke smell and they had it displayed on their used car showroom floor. They had to use a special machine to try to take the smoke smell out. After having the car three days, you can smell the smoke again. I'm going to have to take it back to have them work on the smell. They have me a loaner truck (one that they were selling) the day I bought the car because they were working in the smoke smell, and the loaner truck had smoke smell as well. The Mustang was clean on the outside, but it wasn't detailed inside when I took delivery if the car. It also only had 3/4 if a tank of gas when I took delivery if the car. I've been getting the run around about where the 2nd key is, and they still haven't found it.

Megan F was great. She got us in two cars in one week. we had some problems but she went out of her way to help get them fix. Other sales people tried to get us to downgrade what we wanted since we wanted to stay in a certain range. Megan simply made it happen. I am not an easy person to deal with but she always kept a smile regardless of my request, which is why we bough two care in less then a week. Alex the finance guy was great too and even put up with my no I'm not paying for that attitude and did it with a smile. We had a few repair issues but they got worked out with a few conversations. I plan to come back in a couple years to upgrade my car.

I have had two experiences with John Crecy and Westway Ford's service department recently. The first was with a faulty ignition on my month-old Ford Edge. John did his absolute best to get my car repaired as soon as possible. He frequently updated me on the progress while I waited and was just overall very friendly. The second experience was getting an oil change and tire rotation. Again, Mr. Crecy was unbelievably personable and friendly and made sure the wait was as minimal as possible. The complimentary car wash and vacuuming was definitely a nice added bonus. The facility overall is extremely nice and updated and provides a very comfortable waiting area complete with complimentary Starbucks beverages. I can not speak to rest of the dealership, but if they are half as courteous, competent and efficient as the service area and Mr. Crecy, I can't imagine having a better experience anywhere else.

This is, well, an interesting story to say the least. I went in on Saturday 03/01/2014 looking for a Ford F-150. Sales guy was extremely helpful, pulled the truck up, test drove and went on our way. Came back, spoke about numbers but I wasn't convinced so I left and came back again on Monday, 03/03/2014 to follow up/finish up. Was there for about 5 hours, put $1,500 down (this is key) and signed all of my paperwork. I left that day with the understanding (no reason to think otherwise) that the deal was completed. Why else would one sign paperwork? I spoke to Joseph Lopez first and he got the deal with American Eagle Credit Union. I liked the financial institution and the interest % so I was good to go. I signed everything, paid $1,500 and left with a new Ford FX2. Fast forward to Friday 03/07/2014. I went to get my mail and in the mail was a denial of loan letter from AECU. I thought that was odd considering 4 days prior I had signed with the same institution. So I called my finance guy and left a message. IN the mean time I checked my credit (I have a monthly service I pay for) and to my surprise, on 03/07/2014, Westway Ford pulled my credit THREE TIMES. If I sign paper work on Monday 03/03/2014 how is it that 5 days later my credit is pulled? I called up and spoke to the finance department and they assured me that everything was done. Fast forward to the following Wednesday, I get a call from my finance guy saying that "I'm not sure how this happened, but your deal never made it to funding". I already knew something was up and this was my confirmation. He asked to give him another day to review everything and I said "No, I'll be bringing your truck back". I headed up there and the GM Ali Benli apologized and said it was a mis-communication. Apparently, Joseph Lopez was fired on Monday 03/10/2014. I would assume because he did deals like this where he puts a customer in a vehicle for 10 days without getting it funded. When they brought my truck around to the front, it was filthy, had marks all over the windows from the guys in the back waiting to detail it. I waited another 30 minutes for them to clean it and bring it back around. My biggest thing with all of this is that I had to find out that the loan was denied, not even a phone call from Westway because they were trying to work the deal behind my back. The fact that I signed paperwork on Monday 03/03/2014 and on 03/07/2014 they ran my information without even a call to me about the deal. If I were Westway Ford, I would be embarrassed. Embarrassed because the "owner" of Westway Ford is a "face" in the Irving community. Showing up at High School Football games, holding events at the dealership, etc. I've written this review, I'll write another on google reviews and I'll be emailing the Texas Attorney Generals office to attempt an investigation into the way Westway Ford handles their finance department. By that I mean mishandles.

We have purchased our first very special lifted 2014 F-150 truck at Westway Ford. We were very pleased with the entire transaction and the outstanding treatment of the entire staff of the dealership. Ralph Cotnoir answered all our questions, never made us feel rushed or pressured about making a final decision to purchase our truck. Ralph had the capability of making us feel like we had been to his office and worked with him on several occasions before, when in fact it was our first time meeting him. He introduced us to the rest of his staff as though we were a member of his family and he was offering to help us make a super deal. Everyone we know will be recommended to visit Westway Ford and we would highly recommend they ask for Ralph Cotnoir. Ralph will offer a comfortable atmosphere and do all he can to make sure whatever vehicle they choose, when driving away they will feel they have gotten an exceptional deal on their automobile purchase.

There are a ton of leftover 2013 F-150s on the market and I thought it was time to get a good deal on a new truck. Westway had a great selection; and I purchased a Platinum edition. Right from the start Corey was on point. He even stayed after the dealerships closing time, and long after we had bought the car to make sure we were pleased. Different from other experiences I have had, the Westway team walked me and my wife through every aspect of the car and covered every feature. Don't contact this dealer via cars.com. They will keep calling you and calling you with no knowledge that you already spoke with them. I talked to the first person who called me and I went in to the dealership to look at the car. Then 5 more people called me over the following week to ask if I wanted to come in and see the vehicle I inquired about. They had no clue I had already been in.

Bought F150 last weekend, it was a very straightforward deal and experience with everyone from the internet director to salesperson to finance. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a no nonsense car buying experience. By researching online and talking to one or 2 dealers, we know exactly what we want including trims and even the stock # and the $ amount we want to spend to get it. When I called and I was connected to Daymon, I told him I don't have time to beat around the bush and we're ready to take a new truck home that day. I asked what's the lowest he can give me for the specific stock #. He gave me his lowest amount and when we arrived to the dealership and decided on moving forward with the transaction, he stood by the agreed amount without any newly revealed additional fees. Eddie Mesias, who showed us 2 vehicles, was good to work with. He is courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and not a high pressure salesman.

Once I went in the price changed and the sales man and other manager would not come around and let this ALI guy give me another price. Which was a lot more and was very rude about the whole deal.. bad way to do business. .thanks for wasting my time

Bottom line, nothing else needs to be listed,,I let my wife,take my Ford 3/4 ton econoline van in for a oil change,,she called me while they were working on it,,and I told her to get them to check and see if its time to do the transmission filter and fluid change....My wife is clueless when it comes to doing tasks like these,,and spending my money..that's my problem,,but I think that the bill she brought home ,should be of interest to the general public,,remember now ,this was a oil change,, and a check to see if its time for the transmission maintenance,,,,, $269.00Now of course with out looking at any of my records,or even asking,,the transmission work was done,,,this program seems to operate on the ( if they don't ask,we won't tell ) it's something they can put on the ticket, and charge for...Then there is the ticket,that is so itemized it should have lines for going to the bathroom,having to bend over to pick up a tool,walking to the water fountain,taking a part out of the box,,,,it had check marks all over it,,,,So by all means you can trust "WESTWAY FORD" dealership to take care of your vehicle ,,I didn't buy my truck from them,,maybe that's why my oil change was so pricey

This was the best car buying experience I've had, so far! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. They listened to what I was looking for, instead of just talking or trying to force something on me that I didn't want. Jesus and Ehab helped me to find the perfect car for my family. They love it. I live over 40 minutes from West Way, but because of the service I received I will gladly go back for my next car and to get service on my current one. If you are looking for a Ford and want the best car buying experience of your life, you have to go to West Way. Oh and the renovation is off the charts, too. I almost didn't want to leave.

I called on a Saturday morning to see if a car I had seen online was available. Devon answered, told me it was and that he would have it ready for me when I came. I set up an appointment and showed up ontime. I first want to point out that I drove out on the ice after a storm so the roads were very dangerous, I also did express this to Devon and told him I did not want to waste my time or his. He assured me the car was there and would be waiting for me. When I got there they could not locate the car. They tried to get me to fill out fincance paperwork BEFORE even showing me the car. While they were looking for the car they tried to get me to look at other cars. I was very clear to Devon and his manager that I only wanted to see the pilot and if they didn't have it not to waste another minute of my time. They came back after 37 minutes and told me the car was in the bay getting inspected. I asked why if they have had the car online for over two weeks and the manager gave me a horrible excuse about needing to wait until they fund a loan before they can touch the new trade ins. When he saw I didn't buy that they tried to give me a story about the car having a scratch on the fender. When I started asking them to explain the damages they said there was none. I went around in circles with the manager because I wouldn't buy into his excuses. They finally said the shop locked it and they had no access to it. This dealer is horrible. I see on past reviews this is not the first time they pull this stunt. I will never go there again.

We were searching for a specific vehicle for my husband online and came across what we were looking for at West Way Ford. They immediately contacted me about my inquiry and were so easy to deal with. Damon Pompa and Ralph Cotnoir were awesome! We live about 3 hours from their dealership and were on a tight time frame the day we drove over. They were very sensitive to our needs and had us in and out of the dealership in no time. I also want to point out something that really made an impression on us...they gave us a trade value by phone, agreed on a selling price and everything was ready to go when we arrived. Even though the vehicle was for my husband, they treated me with the utmost respect and had no problem dealing with me. As a woman, I know that is not always the case. Everybody at West Way Ford really seemed as though they valued us as customers! It was a great experience! They even checked to make sure we made it home safely:). I only wish they were located closer:). I will definitely refer business to them and can honestly say that we had the best car buying experience that we have ever had at West Way Ford ...and my husband will vouch for the fact that we have bought way too many cars over the years! I looked online for a decent deal and found one from Westway Ford. I emailed them and they promptly called back and that's when I went into the showroom to see JJ Kinzbach! From the very beginning, he was really easy to work with, he went through all the options I can afford, and he actually sold me a car that was better than I expected which fit EXACTLY what I can afford. He really went out of his way to cater to me and to fit my financial needs. It was such an awesome experience that I have already told my family members to go directly to JJ and I also told my church friends all about him and Westway Ford. I just purchased my 5th vehicle from Westway Ford. It is always the same pleasant experience. I researched what I wanted on the internet and then contacted the internet manager. We made the deal on the phone for the truck. All I had to do was drive the car their that I was trading in so they could give me an estimated value for the trade in. The entire buying process took no more than 1-1/2 hours. I have used the same salesman for all 5 purchases and appreciate the attention he gives me when I call. I wouldn't think of going to any other Ford dealership in the DFW area. The service department is as good as it gets. I just took one of my vehicles their yesterday for an oil change and had no appointment and was out in less than an hour. Thanks Damon and Thanks Westway Ford

I absolutely LOVE Westway Ford in Irving! I have been shopping with them for over 10 years! I still remember the first time I ever happened onto that lot back in 2003, the staff was amazing and I remember driving out of Westway like I was a super star. Since then, my family and myself have purchased at LEAST 10 cars from this amazing team. If you havent been on the lot in a while, it's DEF worth a trip up there. The renonovations to the building are AMAZING! Last time i was up there to have my tires balanced the associate who helped me even got me a carwash! The customer service and great deals are why I will keep coming back to Westway. Actually, I have an oilchange scheduled later this week! I wonder if 102.9 will be out there again? The staff always has something exciting going on...cant want to see what they are up to this time!

My husband and I have been in the market for a Shelby GT 500 for quite sometime, today 10/16/2013 at about 9:00am we were browsing on cars.com and came across one listed $62,659 by Westway Ford. I also went to the dealers website and confirmed that it was listed exactly the same.( We printed out the dealer and auto-trader ad) It had the Recaro Seats, SVT Track Package, Shakerpro System, and Navigation. Basically ALL of the options we are looking for. I called to check the availability of it and was told that it was on the showroom and that the price on the internet was correct and ask the salesman to confirm the features on the vehicle. I never was called back. So my husband called and spoke with Ernest. Ernest told him that it was available and that the price was correct, then I assume after the sales manager or whomever is over the Internet department realized is was an error lied and told us that the vehicle was sold. When two salesmen had already confirmed its availabitlity and that the price was correct. So after being extremely aggravated and getting the run around, I called and ask to speak to the General Manager who said his name was Ali. He then said the car was there and was still for sale and that he would sell the vehicle at a $1000 over MSRP I basically laughed and told him that I did not believe that was the proper way to run a business. He reassured me that he was getting the price corrected on the interenet, which was beside the point and offered no help or a possible resolution. I then called the corporate office and was asked if I had spoke with the General Manager, I said yes and told the lady Ali's name and once again I was lied to the actual General Manager is Barton Hankins. She gave me his direct number of course no answer, so I left a voice mail and still have not been called back. My husband and I are very serious buyers and were hoping to do business with Westway Ford, so far I am very displeased with the service I have received and I have not even stepped foot in the dealership. This is the exact reason why people hate dealing with car dealerships and the whole car buying experience in itself.

Whatever you do, do not go to this dealership. I recently bought two cars from them. The first car they would not give me my paper work after signing told me they would mail it to me. Then they asked me to resign it because they had a date wrong. They changed the amount on the car and charged me another 3000$ The second car they added 3 months on to the loan time to hide the extra 3000$ they charged me. There financing dept is excellent at manipulating the numbers and paper work to fool you. Now i cant get them to honer or cancel the warranty they charge us an extra 5000$ for. The cars are already falling apart, and the nothing electrical works properly. I cant even use the voice controls and the GPS sends me to dead ends and sometimes no where. This is the worst vehicle i have owned. I will never buy from any ford again!!

I just bought my new F-150 from Westway and couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience. Buying a vehicle is exhausting (for me anyway), but the folks I worked with and the new facilities made it comfortable for me to take my time the day I made the purchase. I sat in a lot of trucks and asked a lot of questions, and never felt like I was being upsold to a more expensive purchase. I even took some time to drive down to the Toyota lot down the road for some comparison, but it was impossible to beat the price that Westway had to offer. I don't plan on going back anytime soon because I'm going to drive my new F-150 into the ground (figuratively, of course). But when the time comes, I'll be going back to Westway for sure!

From the moment I arrived at Westway Ford, I was treated as a valuable customer. Due to past car buying experiences I was wary of what to expect. I was approached by salesperson JJ Kinzbach who made me feel very comfortable right from the beginning. I felt like I was sitting with a friend who was listening to what I needed not wanted. He was Fantastic from start to finish. He was very informative of all the different Ford models that they offered and gave me an extensive test drive on the first car I drove (ended up being the car I chose to lease). JJ was never too forward and never put pressure on me the entire time I was there. I felt extremely comfortable throughout this entire process with JJ and would definitely recommend to go see him if you are interested in leasing or buying Ford. The dealership overall has such a large selection of vehicles that this would be the place to go if you are looking to purchase or lease a Ford. Grade A service from the time I walked in through the time I walked out as well.

Had an horrible experience at westway ford Jose duran called me schedule an appt for me to come look at a car i was interested in. Whe i got there he was not available and had canceled my appt so the vehicle i was interested in was not processed or detailed. he would not speak to me and they stuck me with another sales person he also failed to contact me to tell me he had canceled it. i stay 30 miles away in another city. It was a waste of time and gas they wanted me to come back another day and drive another 60 miles total when it was ready. When i asked why it was canceled to another sales persn his response was jose thought i wasnt coming because i asked for pictures of the vehicle. Which i did not know that asking for pictures of a car ment to cancel an appt.This dealership is more worried about money thing looking for and putting the person in a car thats gone suit their needs and life style. They dont take the time to get to know the person. the first thing they say is what can i do to put you in this car today. or lets sign paperwork then we can talk about that. Everything is a pretty penny to them. Jose duran has no respect for customers and is very unprofessional even after this happen he never apologized or even spoke with me since. I should had read these reviews first i see a couple of people who had the same experience i did with jose duran.

My father had purchased a vehicle 2 weeks before he suddenly passed away. I had a list of minor items that needed to be done on the vehicle, most had been done. 2 months after my Dad's death I realized that we did not have the code to the door. I spoke with Harves Grammer, sevice manager, and he told me that the code would have been written on a business card. Harves went on to tell me that if I was unable to locate it he would help. I went to the service department and Harves was so polite. He spoke to someone that pulled the code up and he even went to my vehicle and changed it to something easy for me to remember. Then, he showed me how to work the buttons to lock and unlock all doors. He was so polite and never acted like I was bothering him. Westway Ford is lucky to have employees like Harvis Grammer!

Wanted to commend Zach Barnes and the staff at Westway Ford (Irving, TX) for their outstanding internet sales response and on site customer service. They were professional & courteous. Although the highway in front of the dealership and dealership itself is under construction, the showroom was clean & inviting. Employees even stood at the dealership entrance to guide customers into the lot. Zach was prompt in his response to any inquiries and provided us with the professional service a customer should be afforded. This was heads and tails above the sales service we received at another Ford dealership which is closer to our home but after 3 visits we left, very unhappy (even after previously buying another car there). For our next Ford purchase our first visit will be at Westway. This dealership just finished it's rebuild and I was amazed with the new look. My sales person, Damon, was awesome. They have a new sales process so, I was able to see the invoice of my F-150 to guarantee my deal was great. Everything is brand new here and there's a vibe that's unmatched from the other 2 stores I went to. While you wait they have TVs everywhere, coffee that rivals Starbucks (might be Starbucks) and free ice cream. Definetly shop this place for your new car.

I purchased my 2013 Ford Escape about 2 weeks ago. Zach was extremely friendly and did everything he possibly could to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. He was professional and down-to-earth all at the same time. He made sure we were as comforatable as possible throughout the process and offered us water/coffee and my girls some ice cream. He followed up with me by phone afterwards and assisted in getting me set up for window tint. Two weeks after the purchase, when I went in for the window tint appointment, he stopped by and checked up on me and my girls. I felt valued and appreciated. I will most definitely return to Westway Ford to purchase my next vehicle from Zach. Two other exceptional employees I would like to praise are Taylor and Harvis in Service. I went in for window tint on 4/27. Taylor was professional and frienldy, he made sure I was taken care of. Whatever the circumstances were, the tint was taking longer than usual so I waited quite a while, but Taylor and Harvis' attentiveness made the situation comfortable. Harvis went above and beyond and offered me and my 3 children hot dogs and chips, and brought us some water. I am amazed with the awesome customer service, cleanliness of the building. I love the decor, the snacks, coffee and play area. One of the managers brought donuts for the customers waiting. My vehicle was vacuumed and washed. It's those little details that have made me a Westway customer for life. I have recommended Westway Ford to some co-workers and showed off my new car (which they loved)! Thank you Westway staff!

The service we received from the people at this dealer ship was outstanding . We went in looking at the new trucks . They did not beat around the bush when talking to them about finances or anything . We couldn't get in to a new one but they showed us a 2011 dodge Ram which they could put us in . We had dealt with another Ford dealership which we were drug along for over a week and then didn't put us in one . They didn't even offer a used vehicle . We decided to go ahead and look at Westway Ford and the service , friendliness and efficiency was great . We were in the truck the very next day . I was interested in buying a car, setup an appointment to see the car and drove from Fort Worth to Irving. This was a 30 minute drive for me, cost me gas and Toll fees. When I arrived I was misled by the salesperson and only when I decided to walk out the door did they tell me the car I wanted had already been sold. The car is still posted on their website as available. Not once did the person who set up the appointment (Anthony) come out to apologize or bother to meet me face to face. That is a shady place with shady business practices. I would never buy from them or recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Westway Ford to anyone looking for excellent customer service and especially recommend the associates that helped me with purchasing a new vehicle. They went above and beyond what I'm sure they are asked to do on a daily basis to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the purchase of my new truck. Also I was very pleased with the commitment they had to make sure I got the best possible financing. So again I would highly recommend that you look into Westway Ford before you purchase a new vehicle from anyone else.

First, the all new Westway Way Ford Dealership buildings are absolutely amazing! brand new, and fresh buildings and atmosphere makes this dealership a must visit for a brand new Ford vehicle. From walking in and being greeted by the most friendliest and courteous receptionists, to meeting with my sales consultant JJ Kinzbach...I felt at ease with my buying experience. JJ was very professional, knowledgable, and absolutely courteous to what my needs were in a Ford vehicle. We test drove a couple of vehicle, and the only difficult decision I had to make was which vehicle I wanted..considering this Westway Ford dealership gave me rock bottom pricing figures from the get go to make this a no haggling experience. Without JJ and his sales experience there could have been potential for a difficult buying experience. Gladly appreciate Westway Ford and their management teams, and JJ for going the extra mile to ensure I was a happy customer. Can't wait to buy my next Ford he at Westway Ford.

I went for 15K service, after the service i found a warning light on my dash board. when i asked about it they said there may be some issue with the crank shaft etc. and when i asked how long will it take to figure out correctly then the guys said it will take 2 or 3 days. This is insane.Before giving the car i did not see that warning sign,but after the service i started seeing. and the staff had no idea of what it is and he is not able to guide me correctly.i am not at al happy with this, not knowing what to do got my car back. I dont know now what will happen. I did gave call to the Service director, all the time it went to VM. Writing this feedback at least they will take care of other customers.

While my initial visit to Westway Ford was a pleasant experience, I've found the dealership to be quite unprofessional as well as extremely negligent since. When dealing with a Mr. Soto, I was asked if I'd like to add the extended dealership warranty, which I declined, and continued to sign papers accordingly. Upon making sure my loan was in order just a couple days after this meeting with the finance department, I'd found that the dealership did in fact add almost $2,000 on to my loan for the same warranty I'd very clearly declined. This being over two months ago, I've traveled over 30 miles three separate times in order to complete the papers to, yet again, decline the warranty. It still has not been taken off my loan, and no one, including the general manager, is willing to speak with me about the issue. I am extremely disappointed with the dealership and well past the last straw with them.

I sent an email to the internet manager there stating a specific car (vin# included) and requested a monthly payment and terms on a lease. He responded to me with a price (pending my credit approval and trade in). So, I went to dealership and my credit was excellent. He asked if they lease me this car with x amount of monthly payment, with x amount for my trade in, can we do business today. I agreed and signed form (same price as I was quoted via email). In comes the sales manager (different person) and tells me that this OEM does not lease this new body style car and tried to get me to purchase it with an outrageous price. They lied to me about OEM not leasing this car since after I left there, I read postings on a forum from other people who have leased this "new body style" car. They low-balled me on pricing and sales manager did not explain to me why they sent me and email telling me they will lease me this car with x amount of monthly payments. I cant believe they would blatantly lie to me in written form (email). I will not shop here again, and wont recommend this place.

I gave this rating because I was lied to and my time was wasted going to this dealership. I actually don't even think this posting will even get posted on their site, but I will write what my experience was anyway. When I state specific detail on which vehicle, pricing and terms I want, I would expect an honest answer back. But, what I was given was low-ball pricing in which I was trying to avoid by giving these so-called salesmen very specific information and I was given very specific pricing information back via email before I came in. But, once I came in, pricing was outrageously different from what they initially told me. If I was told the truth in the beginning, I would have possibly done some business with westway. But, with the outright lies and knowingly knew they weren't going to be able to give me the pricing they said they could, I will not recommend this place. Maybe Westway does have honest salesmen there, but you Nick Fikes just ruined some of the business they could have in the future if anyone reads this posting and know what goes on there. Hopefully, one day you Nick Fikes and Anthony can learn what integrity and honesty is.

I drove 6hours to this dealership from NM. I was promised a deal in writing on email from Jose Duran. I got there Jose disappeared and I was stuck with another guy. I was already approved through my bank. You would think that would be a plus for them, but first thing a manager told me he didnt know why Jose Duran quoted me such a cheap price. Then they proceeded to charge me extra for factory tint that they said they put on $399.00 then a spray on clear coat and something else for about another 1700.00. Which is a load of crap! So beware!! They came back about 4 other times and everytime they said they could not do business with me unless I finance through Ford.. A manager had me sign their little paper to agree to a price left the table another guy comes back and says he has a problem with that deal, once again after an agreemen was made said unless I finance through Ford. Then he said " well you did pass other dealers along your way right".. We left and I would be very scared to deal with these people!! They are out right crooks !!!

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle with their "Premium" 3-year warranty. I never received any information whatsoever on what the warranty covered. I also never received any paperwork even showing that I purchased the vehicle. I have made numerous attempts to receive answers to my questions and concerns. I have received NOTHING in return. Everyone I have contacted has made nothing but empty promises to me. I will not ever buy another vehicle from this dealership, nor, will I give any type of good review to it. I will do all I can to discourage anybody, and everybody I know and come in contact with to stay away from this dealership. They simply do not care about their customers. I am living proof of this. This is the absolute WORST DEALERSHIP I've ever encountered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Had a specific used car in mind that was advertised but no longer listed on their website. I called ahead and confirmed twice with the sales by giving him the model specifics including year, mileage, color, etc. "Yes, it's still available. I'm looking at it right now..." was the reply. When I got to the dealership an hour later, he immediately tried to show me a totally different car. I simply can't trust them even if I see a car I like. Other dealerships I visited were honest when I called ahead.

Very unprofessional! I was coming home from active duty in the military and paid $500 for them to hold a truck for me. They were less than cooperative and I had an appointment to make the purchase, they could not find the keys and had not fixed a scratch that they said they would. I gave them until the next day at 12:30pm and they did not call me until 4pm. Then they said they did the best they could. I decided I would shop else where and they are not willing to refund my deposit. I would not recommend this dealership. Go to Rockwall Ford, ask for Davy Jones. Very professional and easy to work with.

My experience is almost identical to rayir. Westway Ford in Irving had a $56,000 Expedition EL listed and we drove from Abilene to Irving to see it. In excellent traffic this is about a 2.5 hour drive.Called them 30 minutes before arriving and they said yes,it is here. When we arrived after surviving horrible traffic and a major car pileup ahead of us, they show me the sticker for another Expedition and say the one I wanted has been suddenly sold. This despite the Internet listing showing it as Newly Listed.Twelve hours later back in Abilene the listing is still on the Internet. I was very civil to the three employees who apologized to me, but that didn't help correct a horrendous waste of my time and money.

The last day of June 2012, my wife and I looked at several 2013 Mustang convertibles which we located in our local area using Cars.com. Westway Ford in Irving was the first place we stopped and Bill Utter Ford in Denton was the last. The sales manager at Westway was very interested in selling his new 2013 Mustand convertible that day. The final negotiated price offered by Westway was significantly reduced in order to obtain a sale on that last day of the month. However, we wanted to look at more than just one car before we made our final purchase, so we left Westway mid afternoon with the option to return the same day and buy their car for the negotiated price. Our stay at Westway took longer than we anticipated and our overall experience at Westway Ford was that they wanted to control the customer. They did a good job of selling their product. We found the car we liked best at another dealer and did not return to Westway. We might have purchased the Westway car if it had been equipped with the Premium package like the one we bought later that day, since Irving is closer to our home than Denton.

My husband and I bought a brand new 2012 car from Westway March 2012. We live about 2 hrs away and when called they listened and had exactly what we were looking for which was fully loaded with all the bells and whistles. When we arrived they had the car up front and ready to take on a test drive. There were no games and the price was even better then what we were quoted on the phone. They new exactly where I wanted my payments and came in under that. We have had bad experiences with dealerships closer to home and Westway came highly recommended. We worked mainly with Jose and Candido. They were on the ball and treated us like we were family. Even the boss man himself came out to meet and greet us. Everything they said they would do, they did. They delivered as promised and on time. They were not pushy or demanding, like some of the dealerships closer to home. We took our time and it only took a couple hours to wrap it all up. Everything from start to finish went smoothly and hassle-free, which for me is a huge plus. We have recommended them to family and friends who have purchased vehicles from them as well. We will return in the future and purchase from this dealership again. Super friendly and helpful staff from when you walk in til the time you leave. Thanks for treating us like one of the family.

looked at a ford ranger on saturday, salesman came down to 4500.00 then said, let me clean it up since we just got it in and can you come back on Monday? I agreed to come back on Monday. I came back on Monday, he "had to leave" told me his boss would help me. A "bozo" came out and introduced himself then promptly started at 6995.00 I told him about the 4500 and he laughed and said, "sometimes we quote you a low price just to get you to come back." I told them what I thought about lying and thier deceitful practices. This place and its people are suck will NOT go back!! Lied to get me to come back!! gee, I wonder why used car salespeople get a bad rap? jerks!!!!!!!!!!!!! I believe the sales persons name is fake also.

This was my first experience with Westway Ford and I can honestly say that they were honest with me, very courteous, and the lowest price of all the dealerships I visited. Their sales ads were not "come-ons" as I expected but they did in fact "do what they said they would do". Vincent Morris did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a new ford product.

I purchased a 2006 Ford Freestyle during the winter and upon test driving, the rep and I sensed that the AC wasn't working properly. The rep felt the problem was simply freon and assured me he would get it charged and there would be no further problems. About a month later (still in winter) there was a warm day and it became apparent that there was still a problem and upon checking online found that this year and model did have the problem I was having with other owners. I took the car back in and they "fixed" it by replacing a part. Now we got in to May and 90 degree heat... boy o boy... AC was not functioning properly and even blew warm air when sitting at lights and in stop and go traffic. Fearing due to the timeframe I would be rejected by the dealership, I contacted Damon Pompa who immediately assured me all would be made right. He had Mike Davis (over service) take personal responsibility for the service of my vehicle and Rodney Rogers repaired it (for sure this time) and now the AC works beautifully. This was not an inexpensive repair but they gave me no flack about it and completed the repairs at no cost to me. I have the peace of mind knowing I will go through the Texas heat in comfort. Thank you Westway for a pleasant experience and for making good on your promise!

Brought my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybird in for zatek service. Very disappointed in end result and damage to my car. Picked up my car with wax residue left on car, wax on platic/vinyl parts and circular scratches from one headlight across front grill to the other headlight. Contacted Westway For, Mike Davis in person, via email and telephone no response from Mike for over three weeks although he stated he would contact me with 48 hours with an answer.

Did an internet search on a Friday and found a Focus I was interested in. Sent inquiry and asked if car is physically on lot, can you physically put your hand on it. Yes was the reply and we have high respect for our customers. Good was my reply as my experience so far with dealerships is they advertise cars they do not have. Not here was the response. Good was my reply and I will come in on Sat afternoon. See you then was their reply. Saturday, I called Kris and asked if car is still there and can you see it. Yes was his reply. Good I am on my way in. After 30 minutes I arrive and guess what. SOmehow this car sold within the last 30 minutes. Yea, right. Wasted my time and gas money. If it just sold, then show me the contract with that date of sale. I didn't hestitate to jump back in my car and leave as quickly as I could.After getting the same treatment from other Ford dealers, I posted a customer complaint at Ford Inc. Only to find out that they are impotent when it comes to governing how their representatives represent them.

I set up an appointment to come look at a used car and drove all the way out there only to find out that it was sold. Thats ok...mistakes happen. What doesn't make sense to me is that I was made to wait 20 mins while they tried to figure out what happened to the car and then walked around the lot to look for the car. What really annoys me about the whole visit is that the salesperson wasn't honest with me about the car not being there. He walked me around the lot and then showed me another similar model in a ugly color when we couldn't find the car I came to look at. I believe he knew ahead of time that the car wasn't there and was just trying to show me some ugly car to try and get me to buy it instead of what I really came to see. All of this could have been avoided but what really drives me crazy is that someone working for the company CALLED ME TO CONFIRM I WAS COMING TO SEE THE CAR and then when I showed up I get jerked around while they try to sell me something else. Thanks for wasting my time.

I went there to purchase a vehicle. I made a appointment and cancelled but rescheduled. I went to the dealership only to find the vehicle sold. One of the sales rep was was trying to get pertinent information or more or less badgering me instead of treating me accordingly. They wanted me to hang around and put me in a vehilce so I left. I received a phone call from the original sales rep and he and his sales manager told me to come back. I had other obligations to take care of. So I went to Grapevine Ford where the staff knows how to allow people to be a customer. The sales manager called me and assured me that they could have me in a similar vehicle. So I traveled out of my way some 40 miles just to sit in the dealership 10 minutes before closing and the sale rep claimed that it was some issues. I think that they waisted my time and I wasnt given a legitmate reason. I did buy from Grapevine Ford so - Westway, you guys need to take notes on how to treat people from Grapevine Ford and I hate the fact that I even went there and I assured my counterparts to never go to that substandard dealership.

I bought a truck that had check engine light on. I told them I would not take possession of it till it was serviced and light turned off. They agreed. Everyday I had to call to check on the status of my truck. I was always told they were gonna go check on it and call me back. I never got a return call for any of my inquiries. This has gone on daily for a week. Finally they say they are not gonna fix the truck cause it will cost them too much money. I drove all the way over there again. I asked for my money back and they agreed. They said they hadnt put my check through. After waiting for awhile they informed me they would mail my check back to me this week. The very next day they cashed my check!! So they have my money and still have the truck and still won't return phone calls.

I was in the market for a used SUV, I found just what I was looking for at the right price at Westway Ford. I called before goig out which was about 30-40 minutes of diving. I made an appointement the day before and called on the scheduled day to confirm our appointment and to make sure that they still had the car, this was a Saturday. Arrived at the dealership and the saleman could not see me, so I spoke to someone else. I wanted to test drive the car and they were waiting for someone to put gas into it. So I view everything else but actually pulling off the lot in fear of running out of gas. So we went back into the office and proceeded to fill out an application while waiting on the gas. I told them since it would be a while for both I would run my errands and come back in a few hours. Needless to say they stated that they had sold the car 30 minutes after I left and did not notify me. The sales rep. said that he was in the process of taking another SUV in that I would like much better, and he would let me know later that day. I called later he had not completed the deal as of yet. Called back Monday same answer, called back Tuesday same answer, called back Wednesday and ask for someone else to see if the original car was there they said yes its been there for about 2 weeks, called back Thursday had someone else to look they told me the same thing as Wednesday salesman. So finally I got the original person on the phone and I told him how he was wrong for dragging me on, he stated that the car was sold and they had to bring it back because their financing was not approved. Finally got to the bottom of it, I got approve for a little less than the sales price was, however no one ever called me to see if I could put any more money down or maybe to see if they could negotiate on the price. My teenage child was with me and said Mom car salesman really do lie!!!!!RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!

Don't darken the doorway of this dealership. We called to ask about a vehicle, were given all the information, and told Omar we were coming in to look at it. We got a babysitter, drove across town (fighting horrendous traffic in Grapevine) and arrived only to find the car had been (gasp) sold just a few hours earlier. Really? We had just called two hours ago.Of course, Omar preceded to attempt to talk us into financing some different cars that were several thousand dollars over our budget. As we angrily walked out of the dealership, we were met by another customer in the parking lot who had experienced the same thing.We were so put off by the blatant lies of the Westway Ford employees that on our way home, we called back to ask about the same vehicle. AGAIN, they lied to us and said, "Oh yes, the vehicle is here, come take a look." Bait and switch, bait and switch, bait and switch. This is no way to treat customers.These guys are unethical liars and I wouldn't do business with them if they tried to give me a free car. Stay away.

I live in the Houston area and was having a very bad experience with a local Houston dealer. They sent me an internet quote on the exact car I was looking for but when I got there, they didn't have the car. The quote even turned out to be bogus (a "mistake"). To try to keep my business, they located the exact car in Dallas and said they would it get it for me. That was Saturday. On Monday he said they were working on it. On Tuesday morning, they were ironing out details and would have it in Houston Tuesday night. At 5:00pm on Tuesday, he called to say the Dallas area dealer sold the car. Three days wasted. I was buying it as a surprise for my son who was coming home on Thursday. I wasn't happy and made that clear. I knew the Dallas dealership was Westway Ford and called them at 6pm Tuesday night to find out what went wrong. I asked for a manager and got Damon Pompa. I explained the situation to Damon who located the car in his inventory and said it hadn't been sold at all. He said he would be happy to sell it to me and immediately agreed on the price.And how do you take delivery of a car that's 250 miles away? Damon made that easy as well. Vince drove it down to Houston the next day at no cost to me. We met in a hotel parking lot near the airport where Vince had the vehicle in "car show presentation" format when we drove up. He reviewed the features and we completed the paperwork. Vince got on an airplane back back to Dallas and I had the car I wanted in my driveway by 4pm Wednesday. Less than one day start to finish. That's fantastic customer service. Many thanks to Damon and Vince and everyone else at Westway Ford. Even from Houston, they will get my business on my next new Ford.

I sent a request to have some pictures sent to my email, since there were none posted. They called me around 30 minutes later to verify my email and tell me that they will send me the photos. I check back the next day and I still have no photos (Still wondering if I'm going to get them?). Afraid they may have sold the car, I get back on the website to find out that they didn't sell it, no, they raised the price by a couple of thousand dollars! No longer interested at all. Based on this, and the other reviews I've read about showing up to the dealership and the car being gone, I'm definitely looking to buy from a more reliable place.

I have purchased roughly 30 new vehicles in my lifetime and I have to tell you, this was by far,the easiest, most relaxing experience I have ever had when buying a new vehicle. From my first contact via the internet, through the final signing of the financial documents, my wife and I were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I told Chris in my first email what I was looking for and what I had to work with and at that point he put me in contact with Damon. The two of them were a pleasure to work with. Once we got through the preliminaries and I went to the Dealership, Damon literally met us at the front door and the complete transaction went as smooth as glass. They had the vehicles that we had spoken about all in one area and there was no haggeling back and forth on price. They did exactly what they told me they could do and there was no attempt at pushing other vehicles or options on us. When we got to the financial department, the gentleman that helped us went out of his way to make the transaction quick and painless. I would like him to get a mention here but I can't recall his name. I do remember us discussing motorcycle racing at Laguna Seca in Northern California if this helps to recognize him for his great work.When we were ready to leave, Chris went over our new vehicle with a fine toothed comb and explained to us in detail how everything worked. The new technology in these new Fords is incredible and Chris even took the time to sync me and my wife's phone to the new vehicle for us.Buying a new vehicle for me, probably ranks right up there with eating canned spinach, which I hate with a passion. I have had some horrendous and uncomfortable experiences in the past when buying a new vehicle and it shouldn't be that way. It should be an exciting and happy experience and I can tell you, when I get ready to buy my next vehicle,Damon and Chris at Westway Ford will be the first people I contact.Phil

Westway Ford has given me an entirely new outlook on purchasing a vehicle. I was very gaurded and uneasy at first, having had bad experiencs with other dealerships before like I'm sure other pople have had, I was nervous to say the least. I did my research and when I came in to look at the vehicle I was very surprised at the relaxed atmoshpere and the friendly staff. Let me start off by saying I am not an easy customer to deal with. I take my time, I do my research, and I'm never rushed into a decision. I also used to sell cars, so I'm very wary of the "sales pitch" and of the games that salesmen try to play. To put it plainly, I'm a nightmare to deal with from a car salesman's perspective. With all of that being said, I have never been dealt with in such a friendly, respectful manner as I was with Westway Ford. Damon and Nick listened to what I was looking for, helped me to find it, and made sure that I was comfortable with it throughout the process. From the time that I first started looking for a new truck and contacted Westway to the time that I drove off the lot with my purchase was over 1 month (like I said, I take my time). Throughout that time, I exchanged about 50 - 75 e-mails with Damon and Nick. Not exactly an ideal sale for any salesman, but nevertheless, I was never pressured to buy something that I did not want, nor did they express any frustration.Ultimately, I decided that I was going to go with a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle instead of the new vehicle that I had been looking at. Nick and Damon were quick to help locate a vehicle that matched what I was looking for and brought it to their dealership for me to test drive. I ended up buying the CPO truck and have been extremely happy.I would highly recommend Westway Ford (and in particular Damon Pompa and Nick Fikes) if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I couldn't get my car started one Saturday morning. I called one Ford dealership and they offered to look at sometime Monday. I called Westway Ford next and had a wonderful soul walk through with me on the phone a few trouble shooting ideas. I managed to get my car started and wasn't stranded for a weekend. Westway Ford is now my service center!I've been in since for a battery replacement (seperate issue) and Steve was wonderful. I highly recommend Westway and Steve.

Over the Thanksgiving holiday week I got my first oil change and service at 5000 miles, I was in the door quickly and they immediatley started on my car while I talked to the new car salesman I had previously dealt with. The car was done in a very short time and ready for me to pick up. Very professional people there at the service department, I have bought 2 cars there and was about to buy a third one but the deal didn't go through because of financial reasons.

I found a vehicle I was interested in on the Westway Ford Used lot. Emailed the dealership and the call back to set up the test drive was prompt. I scheduled the test drive that night (2 hours later), drove the 30 minutes to the dealership and even received a confirmation to my appointment 15 minutes before arriving. Was promptly greeted and ONLY then was I informed that the vehicle I was interested in was not available. In which, they preceded to persuade me to look at others on the lot. I knew what I wanted and if it was "Pending" and/or wasn't available for a test drive, I should've been informed before making the drive. Also, my sales person was constantly having to check with his Manager for everything!! I've bought a few new/used cars before and have been shopping for awhile, these are completely unacceptable and shady tactics that thankfully, no other dealers I've encountered are using! Judging by the last review, this is not a first time ordeal.. Honesty is always the best policy and Westway needs to practice it.

My visit to Westway Ford for service was the easiest and most pleasant visit I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone I came in contact with went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and my car was fixed properly. They did a free inspection of my car, checked my antifreeze, filled my washer fluid, fixed my low tire light, changed my oil and filter, rotated my tires and washed my car. All in less than one hour. Service was excellent, employees were excellent and I left knowing my car was throughly inspected. It gave me a real peace of mind. THANK YOU WESTWAY FORD!!!!

Had radiator replaced picked up a gallon low of fluid & mechanic left all tools under the hood.Returned to dealer to have it checked out their excuse was air bubble. The overflow tank was dry they topped it off with water no antifreeze now I have a risk of that freezing and breaking that. No explaination of why the tools were under the hood. Then they let me stand there for 30 minutes before they would give me my keys that was punishment I guess.

My visit to Westway Ford could not have been any better. All personell was extremely friendly and helpful. The work was completed quickly and expertly. While I was at the dealership, I observed other employees assisting others who were there to get their vehicles service. One young, spanish, employee which was shuttling cars back and forth, was extremely impressive. He was very polite, opening doors for customers which were not very mobile, and asking if he could help them. It is reassuring when you see young people doing nice things for older people.

I own a 2005 chevy cobalt & I was in a car wreck, to the point my car was almost totaled. The repairs were done in a decen amount of time, to get my car back. Works perfect just like how it drove before the wreck. The price & the faculty was very good & very helpful. Very friendly place, I would recomend any auto/body repairs here. As soon as we got to the dealership we were greeted by Mr. Mash, our salesman. We then test drove the vehicle and started the negotiation... This is where this gets interesting and actually the reason that I will definitely come back to Westway Ford. From the negotiation of the price to the interest rate was all done from behind the desk of Mr. Mash. He wasn't going back and forth to his supervisor, which to me is just a waste of time. The numbers were almost there where we wanted them to be (He was off by a few dollars or so) and of course we were giving him a hard time about that. I wanted to be at 375 and he was at395, at the end we were at 390. So I got an extra 5 bucks a month to go eat a cheeseburger... I will highly recommend Westway and Mr. Mash to get you into the car or truck that you will need.

I bought my first car in August and worked with Damon Pompa, a few weeks later I was in an accident and it was totaled. After calling the insurance I also called GAP which was an insurance recommended by Mr. Pompa and it saves me over $2000 in out of pocket expenses. I them called the dealership and was set up with a borrowed vehicle I could use until my insurance was sent into to Ford Credit since my insurance didn't cover a rental car. Once the check came in I was able to buy the vehicle I had borrowed which I absolutely LOVED!! Just bought a new 2012 Ford Explorer Limited today at Westway Ford. I did some research and requested an Internet Price quote from Westway Internet Department. After two days communicating through emails with Jennifer Cox, we agreed on the out-the-door price for the new vehicle. Compared to other Internet offers from other local Ford dealerships, this was the best deal I got for the vehicle that closely matched what I wanted.My family came in early this morning to pick up the vehicle. This was our first time driving to the Westway dealership from Plano. Damon Pompa, Internet Director, came out to meet us; Jennifer Cox took us out for a test drive; and Chris Martin explained and finalized the sales contract. While Jennifer had the vehicle washed and detailed, we completed the financial transaction with Richard Benavides. While waiting for the vehicle to be ready, Jennifer signed me up for my Sync account. Less than two hours later, we were able to drive off the Westway dealership with a new 2012 Ford Explorer of our choice. Jennifer has arranged to have a Sync demo session with us when we come back next week for a couple accessories items that we ordered for the new vehicle.All the people who we came in contact with at Westway were very nice and professional, especially Jennifer who was really helpful.The internet is a great no-haggle, no-hassle way to purchase a new vehicle. Be ready to do your homework. Show that you are serious and ready to purchase the vehicle if the deal is right. It works best when there is a mutual respect and understanding. Be reasonable and considerate for the sales peoples time and effort. My experience was that nobody would commit to a price and there was poor follow up. Both Chris and Nick stated they could beat a price on a 2012 Mustang, but neither would commit to a final price on the phone or email. I was constantly told to come to the dealership to finalize a price. I emailed to get their final offer... and heard absolutely nothing back from either. Other dealerships committed to a price through email and/or phone - why couldn't you?

I was referred to this dealership by my family as they had purchased several vehicles from them. I already had a pretty good idea about which vehicle I wanted to purchase and just needed to figure out the pricing. I initially had some trouble getting to speak with Damon who I was referred to, but eventually he came out and advised the salesman to let me pick out the car and he'll do the pricing. They didn't have the car I wanted, but said they could get it from another dealership, but I ended up having to come back the next day because it got too late. The next day I went in and confirmed the vehicle I wanted. Damon came out and was able to offer me a great price on the vehicle, but I ended up getting a better offer from Five Star Ford in NRH since they already had a similar vehicle on their lot. I'll be sure to go back in a few years though when I'm back in the market for a vehicle.

They must think I'm some kind of ignorant person. My trade in is a 03 Infiniti G35 market value is at least 6k I know I will not get 6K but at least dont come back at me with on 1,500k that offends me. I already knew the internet price on a 10 Ford Truck that I asked to see it was 30k and some change the rookie so called sales man named Javier was trying to say something like 37K, I was looking at my Android phone while you were running your mouth saying that oh we took off 3k dollars. Yeah buddy I just swam across the Rio Grande! When I pulled the plug because honestly theses guys are rookies and didnt realize I'm an informed consumer. I asked to get my keys back to my G35 the so called manager Kelvin Buckner had lost my keys... but they failed to tell me what was happening I had to ask him again I need my KEYS BRO I have to make the long trip back to Ft. Worth. I even went into the room that states private only authorised personal to find a bunch of desks full of snacks drinks and unorganized documents. Dirt and must was everywhere. I cant remember the last time I saw so many chip bags. Anyway as I told him to get me a new set and I will pick it up tomorrow he bluntly said you will have to pay for it and we will reimburse you. Yeah right.I was pissed off as I was leaving one of the bodyshop guys found them in the soda station because they were cold to the touch which means they were in the fridge.I will never look at West Way Ford or another Ford ever again I cant imagine Ford allowing this kind of torture on Americans.That's why I will continue to purchase Japanese and German cars.If you want the best experience go to Autobahn Motorcars in Fort Worth I bought my VW Passat there and the experience was as if I was buying a 80k car ask for Jerry he is the best. I would certainly not recommend this dealership as I had the most stressful experience with them. I was moving from NYC and needed to get a car here, so I visited the dealership about 3 weeks before moving. I bought a car, got financing and put a $5,000 down payment on it. The car had to be shipped from another dealership but I was fine with that since I only needed it 3 weeks later. Then less than a week before I was supposed to pick it up they told me they had sold it to someone else and they could not find another one for the same price (even though they had cashed my $5,000 check right away). They were willing to sell another one to me but it would be more expensive. I was shocked since they really pressured me into buying but they gave me very good discounts and that's why I signed. I think they just wanted to get the discounts back. I refused and I got my money back but this kind of "business" practices is very unprofessional and borderline unethical, and it created a lot of unnecessary stress!

I wanted to purchase 2 cars with top level fuel economy for a fair price. After shopping around I decided to check out Westway Ford and was warmly greeted by Paris. He immediately put me at ease with his very intelligent and friendly manner. After multiple test drives and answering tons of questions we where hooked and we ended up buying a 2011 Fiesta and a 2012 Focus. Paris and Derrick Butts did everything they could to make us the best deal possible as well as getting the correct color for my wife's Fiesta. I pretty much wasted a lot of time dealing with this dealership. I was very interested in buying a used car they had in their inventory. I made an appointment to me them before I made a 4 hour trip to see the vehicle and talked to Eddie Mesillas about the final price negotiating where I confirmed "out the door price" with him. Right before I left I received 2 calls from them to confirm my visit. I confirmed that I was leaving. Upon arrival, I was told that the vehicle was already been sold an hour prior to my arrival. It would of been nice to received some sort of courtesy call that the vehicle was sold. So,yeah I wasnt happy at all with my experience with them. I understand that they are there to sell vehicles any way possible, but they were very unprofessional in their dealing with the cuthroat approach to selling the vehicle. Pretty much.. There's no reason to make appointment with this unprofessional establishment. So, all in all I learned my lesson in dealing with an out of town dealership.

I have used their Service Dept twice in the last 4 months--both times for unrelated problems. My experince both times was a very satisfying and now have become my first choice repair shop and look forward to working with them on my next purcase.All of the employees I had contact with were courteous and friendly, very open to my questions and very responsive to my questions related to cost and schedule of the recoomended repairs. Within the first mile after leaving the shop, I could feel the difference in the car's handling--Westway Ford has a great Service department and I HAVE reccommended them to my friends.

Received a good deal from Mr Little and put down 500 to hold the car. Went to close on the deal and sales manager Calvin brought me too closing where I sat for over an hour with no updates of how long it would take. I ended up leaving with my pre approved check in my hand, started to receive calls from Calvin asking why I left. Told him I would be back tomorrow when I don't have to wait or when they are properly staffed. Called in next day and was told they sold the car which I had a down payment on. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. Damon was awesome to work with--very to the point and exact when it came to answering questions about the car and the services provided! He went over and beyond in making sure I was happy with my purchase and continues to make himself available if I need any questions answered or information about my vehicle! The next vehicle we purchase will be from him!!

I've bought four cars from Westway Ford over the past five years for my family. They're always easy to deal with, way better than the other dealers in town. I can always expect them to give me the best deal possible. Westway has a big selection too, so I can ask for features and they'll find me a Ford that has everything I want. I don't have to spend hours finalizing the car deal, they're really quick and offer up some really cool extras like a the extended warranty and spray in truck bedliner. Westway also has a very knowledgable staff. We had a hundred questions about how to work the Ford Sync system and they took the time out to answer all of our questions. Then they showed us even more. I also like their jingle.

Great dealership! Have bought several things there and will buy again. Very very friendly and helpful! Service department is willing to do whatever it takes to take care of the customer! All of our visits have been a very good experience. Westway rocks!!

The whole experience was very satisfying. We were treated with respect and kindess the entire time. We were trading in a car and we were given the best trade-in money from any other dealer. I will buy my next Ford from Damon and the Westway Ford Team.

Damon and the crew always take care of our purchasing and service needs, they are frendly, prompt and knowledgable about the products they sale and service. I have been a Westway Customer for about 3 years now and send my freinds and business associate there for their Ford needs. As of this date I have not had any of them give me a negative report about their experiance.

everytime i come in, i am greeted with a smile. my dream car was a shelby 500 and damon pompa made it possible. they went out of their way to put me in my new car. i've had a few issues with the transmission and westway ford's service staff immediately tackle the issue to ensure a fast, thorough, and quality repair job. i am very satisfied with westway ford and their staff. i would gladly recommend them to a friend or family member.

I buy a lot of cars for personal use (28 so far) so it is safe to say I have seen many dealers. I recently purchased a used truck from Westway Ford in Irving, Texas and let me say that it was one of the best and fastest purchasing experiences I have ever had. I think I spent a total of 3 hours from test drive to drive out. One of the owners of the dealership came to say hi and spent 30 minutes with me wondering what they could do better! That says a lot in my book! If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I would strongly recommend Westway Ford.

My car was wreck due to a drunk driver. I needed a car, but I knew my credit was very, very, very bad. I was broke and I could only put down $500.00 I was in the market for a used vehicle. I needed a truck. I went to Westway Ford not really expecting that they could help me. I explained my situation to Spencer Sales Manager and he asked that I fill out a credit application, so I did. He told me that he could get me into a new truck. I didn't understand how he could do that with my credit and all. So, I schedule a time to visit him on a Saturday morning. When I first arrived Spencer shuttle me over to another Salesman name Chris Pruneda. A very nice guy. I also explained to him about my credit and me being divorced. I mean my credit score came back at 438. Even when we ran the numbers Chris said that my previous car came back as a repo, which was wrong because the insurance had told me that they had paid it off. Chris explained to me that the communication between the insurance company and the lien holder on my car was probably not communicating. Anyway, Chris still ran the numbers and said that he could get me into a new truck. I told him that I didn't know if I could afford a new truck. He told me that he would have a better chance of getting me into a new car than a used car, so I said okay what can you do for me. The offer that we agreed upon was the Ford F150 Extended cab truck for $23,000.00 with a 12.99 APR (when we first started they wanted me at 19.99 APR) $500 down and $538 a month. I agreed on that and we then went to financing. The gentleman that work with me was kind of condescending. I can not remember his name but he tried to sell me gap insurance for an additional $169 per month. I told him no. Somehow he got it in his head that I had a cosigner, but when I told him no, I was either going to get this truck on my own or I was not going to get it. He said, No, problem, We'll get you approved". We'll a few moments later I signed the papers and I drove away in a new truck. I was very ecstatic and thought my Salesman worked a miracle. This all took place on January 15, 2011. Well, 2 days ago, I received a text message (NOT A PHONE CALL) that my funding for my new truck fell through. I thought, what? I have had my new truck driving a new truck and put 1100 miles on it and they are telling me that it is now going to have to be returned if I can not get a cosigner. Well, I asked a few people if they could cosign for me and one said yes, but even with this cosigner I could not get financed. Today, Spencer called me and told me that He needed me to return the truck today, and I told him that I could bring it in tomorrow since the roads were all iced over. He said okay, but then he got snotty with me and said that to make sure that I bring it back tomorrow. I am not mad that I could not get financing, the result of my bad credit is my doing not Westway Ford. What I am mad about is that they wasted my time leading me to believe that I was all set to start a new life in my new truck., but now it is gone. I would have been okay with them telling at the onset that they could not get me into that truck than to have my hopes get shattered 1 month later. I looked it up on the internet to see if they can do this, and as I thought they can. The reason they gave me the truck without first securing the loan was so that I wouldn't back out before the financing took place. They took a risk on me. To me this speaks volumes about Westway Ford's character, It tells me that they are more interested in a person's money than the person. Shame on you Westway. I will be seeing you tomorrow to drop off the truck, You wasted a month of my time, so I will do all in my power to spread the word about your character.Sincerely,Fred Hall

On Monday, June 14th, 2010, our company truck, 2005 Ford F350 began overheating when pulling loaded trailer. The radiator reservoir was still full and after idling for a few moments, engine temperature reduced back to normal. My extensive experience diagnosed problem to be a plugged oil cooler and vehicle driven to North Central Ford whom CONFIRMED radiator was in perfect working condition. Unfortunately they would not be able to work on truck for several days so had to look elsewhere for immediate service. Called Westway Ford and transferred to service advisor, Joe Conyers and told him what I needed to be done. He promised if truck was there in 30 minutes, it would be repaired by lunch the next day. Truck was delivered on schedule and Joe met me in service drive. I again told Joe the oil cooler was plugged and instructed him to replace it along with the oil cooler screen and fuses that control dashboard lights and rear running lights which were not working. He clearly wrote each of my requests on spiral notebook along with my contact information. For several days, Joe never called back nor returned phone calls. On third day when he refused to return calls, I called Service Advisor Director, Larry McLaurin and told him about Joe. Moments later Joe called to inform me that radiator was blown out and would cost $800. I told Joe that I never asked him to check the radiator. It was just serviced and another Ford dealership confirmed the radiator was in perfect working condition on the day it overheated. I again instructed Joe to replace the oil cooler and oil cooler screen. Joe promised the vehicle would be ready before noon the next day, Thursday which he never did so I again called Service Manager, Larry McLaurin. Larry assured me that vehicle would be ready by noon the next day, Friday. In meantime, I was renting comparable vehicle for approx $250/day from Capps Rental. What was supposed to be single day rental had now cost over $1000. Late Friday, I went to pick up vehicle. Oil cooler and oil cooler screen was not repaired but radiator was replaced without authorization! Service Manager Larry McLaurin would not make himself available to speak to me in person. I was told by service cashier I would have to pay invoice in order to drive vehicle. Hours after picking up vehicle, I was ticketed by Dallas Police for non-working running lights. The very lights I instructed Joe to repair. Monday morning, I called Larry to inform him of my ticket and if he went to look at Joes notebook he would see my instructions to have lights repaired. At this time Larry informed me Joe had been fired for incompetence and failure to complete his job task in this matter. Days following, truck was lightly used but not until Friday did it have a trailer hooked up to it. Within a few miles, secondary fan began turning on and off exactly had it did before Westways repairs. Then white smoke began gushing out the tailpipe and you could smell engine coolant. Because the repair I authorized was ignored, the EGR valve and the EGR cooler was now destroyed. Confirmed as well was the $800 radiator NEVER had to be replaced and if it was damaged, it was done so during the unnecessary removal. Vehicle driven back to Westway where I insisted to meet with Larry McLaurin who apologized for Joe ignoring my repair orders and I would be taken care of. A few hours later I was told the oil cooler needed to be replaced as well as the EGR valve and EGR cooler. EXACTLY what I had instructed Joe to repair the week before except for EGR valve and EGR cooler which was only damaged due to Joes negligence that Westway Ford acknowledged! The estimate was nearly $4000 and they expect me to pay for it. Do they seriously expect a customer to have to pay for one of their certified service advisors incompetent mistakes that they already admitted to and fired an employee for? I emailed Westway Ford's Managing Partner, Barton Hankins and he simply forwards them to others and nothing gets resolved.
