Amazing Customer Service Nat was very helpful and friendly. He helped find the exact car that I was looking for. The car was not ready for pick up right away because it was a very recent trade in and Nat kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle and even personally delivered it when it was ready.

We have always had wonderful service, reasonable deals, and friendly employees when we come to the dealership. All our questions and concerns are addressed and we are made to feel like "the only great customers" served that day!!!Although we would have liked to have purchased a 2014 Buick we could honestly not justify buying out of town or not using Wheelers as our number one car dealership. We have lost count of the number of cars bought over the years from Cheverlot dealerships in town. They have a wonderful reputation.

We were very impressed with both Wheelers dealership and our salesman, Nat. We were shopping for a car for our parents and felt confident they would receive the help they needed when they had questions based on the friendly, timely communications we received from our first contact with Nat. He listened well and searched for the car we were looking for. It was great to not have to haggle over price as the first price they gave us was what we had felt would be fair - there was no need for negotiations. Nat was very patient with my parents when they picked up the car and did a good job of anticipating what they would need to know. Nat called both my parents and us the next day to follow up and offer to answer any questions that had risen. The rest of the staff at the dealership were also very accommodating of our needs and even gave our dog treat! They went out of their way to get the information needed for paper work before the pick up date for the car, so everything went smoothly and efficiently on pick up day. This is a very friendly dealership that clearly goes out of their way to provide top notch customer service.

When purchasing my new vehicle all of the employees seemed very friendly. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Nat was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions. We were truck shopping and had gotten a quote from a Ford dealer and stopped at Wheelers to see what they had available. Nat immediately took the Ford quote and found a similar Chevrolet at a better price. When that vehicle wasn't available, Nat searched and found other similar vehicles for us. We were impressed with the quick, friendly service that we received and ended up purchasing one of the vehicles. We also received a very good price on the trade-in of our other vehicles which was almost twice as much as the Ford dealer was offering. Nat is very knowledgeable and was fun to work with. We are satisfied with our overall experience.

We came in just before closing interested in a 2013 Equinox. Nat took a lot of time and patiently went through various options and pricing, and made several useful suggestions. There was no pressure and we were not rushed. We ended up purchasing the car on that first visit. The next day, when we changed our mind regarding certain options, Nat was immediately responsive to our wishes. The service when we picked up the care remained excellent. We had a very positive experience and strongly recommend this dealership.

I drive 45 miles to work each way. my vehicle broke down and i had no way of getting home. i contacted Wheelers as i have a GM car. it was late in the day and i was in a jam. Kelly answered my call and assured me it would be ok and car could be fixed but not that particular day. I would like to give a special thanks to all at Wheelers of Medford. We were in the market for a good used vehicle for a good price. We went all the way to Wausau and wasted half of our day dealing with one of the rudest sales people I have ever dealt with. As we drove back to Medford we stopped and checked every dealership on the way, even went to all the dealers in Medford and still no one was able to help us. We went to Wheelers just to see what they had. My husband was looking at a vehicle Nat came over, handed us the keys and let us take it for a test drive, no questions asked, just nice as could be. We didn't find it to be a great fit Nat said if we didn't love it, it wasn't the car for us. We kept looking then our son took my husband over to a 2011 Dodge Caliber that was nicely priced. We took it out for a drive and really liked it. Nat worked with everyone to get us the vehicle. He got us a great price, really good rate and a low monthly payment. He also was amazing at accommodating our son and his special way with things. I really appreciate everything he did for us. It was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership.

We came to Wheelers to check out the new trucks on the lot on a cold Saturday afternoon (Feb 23) to possibly buy in the future but not expecting the business to be open or talk to anyone. Nat came out onto the lot to speak to us then asked us to go inside to continue answering our questions & give us some figures, which ended up being way past work hours. Nat informed us of the incentives, bonuses, etc... that we could take advantage of before the end of the month which was only a few days away. We ended up trading in two vehicles & buying a new truck on Feb 28 (last day of the month). Had Nat not come out onto the lot that cold day, I know we would not have bought a new truck then & possibly not even this year. Nat was friendly & easy to talk to & ask questions of, & we felt he was honest, which both are very important to us. We felt assured, comfortable & confident with buying locally from Wheelers & hope if we have the need to use your service/repair department, that we will feel just as assured, comfortable & confident in that department as well.We also filled out a different survey that came to us via email about our experience at Wheelers & we hope all those positive comments are shared with Nat as well. We were happy to purchase a used crossover. By January 2013, our needs had changed and we went back to trade for a used SUV. We were impressed with all the pre-purchase repairs and detailing Wheelers were happy to make and their help in finding and processing all the financing. We were encouraged to research and test-drive as many vehicles as we wanted and were never pressured into making a decision or changing our minds. Even in a less-than-perfect situation, Wheelers made it work. Other local dealers hadn't been so helpful or attentive to what we were looking for.

New 2013 Equinox LT2.....Deal was OK-as good as any other dealership I checked. Logistics / geography saved it (close to home). Sales rep relatively knowledgeable - did not understand climate control system and could not explain $100 "service fee" imposed at delivery that I had not been advised on prior. He did, however still charge it. He seemed most knowledgeable on the electronic gadgets-onstar, blu-tooth, etc. The first offer lowballed the trade severely. Somebody named "Mary" actually left a voice message and made the deal workable. I never had the opportunity to meet Mary. Vehicle at delivery was acceptable. Dealership did a wash job on exterior and perhaps a quick vac but the glass was filthy inside. Overall everyone was very friendly to a new car buyer, deal was OK not fabulous, auto was acceptable, delivery acceptable but I left feeling as though I did not really meet the individual that sold me the car. Buying a $30K+ auto is a big deal in my household, but seemed pretty trivial to the dealership. No service yet to report on.

Overall a great experience. Was not even seriously in the market for a new truck , just stopped in while passing through. They quickly gave me a very fair trade-in on my existing vehicle and were very thorough on finding all the possible rebates that pertained to the Chevy 1500 I purchased. Have recommended them to several friends and definitely will be going there first on my next vehicle purchase.

I had sent emails to several dealers asking for a price on a 2012 Silverado. I had attached to the email a list of specific options I was looking for. Mark Hoffman was the only dealer who responded immediately and also said he would search to see if that particular vehicle was already available. Other dealers that I had contacted took thier time in responding. I had one dealer that when advised on the pricing I had received whet off the deep end and said that I was not dealing with a qualified dealer and that I could not expect to receive warrenty coverage. When pressed to give me his price he quoted X dollars over his invoice but no straight dollors and cents price.Mark and Wheelers were exceptionally pleasant to work with I experienced no pressure to buy. Best deal, best dealer.
