Your salesman, Stu, was very courteous and patient with us. Excellent service. However, the undisclosed broken right hand strut was less than satisfactory. The Buick had to be put in the mechanics hand within one day because we did not know what the bad noise was. The vehicle was very clean and presented well. The staff is great. Thank you.

We were in Spearfish from Iowa and had a problem with our pickup and needed service. The Service Advisor, Marc, got us right in and gave us a loaner car to use until the following day when our truck would be done. We were treated very well, Marc is very professional and nice. Service department is top notch! I entrust the guys to let me know if anything needs done when I schedule regular oil changes. They only do what is necessary at a fair price; and if something is getting close to needing done, but can wait a short while (like new tires) they always let me know for budgeting purposes. Without question I recommend White's Canyon Ford!Over the last several years we have purchased MULTIPLE vehicles, 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, and cars. Buying purchase is nothing short of painless, a fair deal every time. Finance department is just as easy to deal with as the sales department.

I have always been a Ford person as has the rest of my family. When it came time to replace my Explorer of many years, I decided on a new 2016. Earlier I had asked my service rep., who I trusted, to introduce me to a salesperson who would work with me. As a female I have not always been successful in the past being taken into account. I went on line, built my Explorer Limited and sent it in. My salesperson got my email and found a car. It was at another dealership out of state and before we could secure it the car was sold---no worries---the next day he found another again at another out of state dealership---and again before it could be secured it was sold. The salesman and business person who had to continually redo paper work were appalled. I found it rather hilarious; I was not in a big hurry and knew I would have my car eventually. We continued searching and he found another---it had more on it than I had asked for and the color, although was not that I had asked earlier about---was really close to my favorite and the price was right. One week after my first visit, I drove my beautiful new Explorer home. I love it! And I really enjoyed getting to know the Ford folk who I got to know fairly well after spending a week in and out of the dealership. They were great.

I brought my 2013 edge in for 5000 mile oil change and check up. It was done promptly and the checks found nothing wrong. I was pleased with the service work but I missed my car wash. I have already spoken to the manager about that. I guess my timing was wrong and the car wash was down for maintenance at the time I was there. I shall be returning in another 5000 miles.

worked with Scott Stuart on the purchase of 2015 F150. He got me everything I wanted and a few more options to boot. The financing was smooth and I was able to quickly enjoy the new ride. I was oriented to the truck by Scott and felt comfortable with the operation of the "important" stuff....it will take months to learn everything this truck can do. Yesterday I purchased my 7th Ford F-150. I have purchased the last 4 from this dealership and from the same salesman. I wasn't out to buy a new vehicle yet but Scott contacted me and informed there was a truck on the lot I would like and that I should stop by. I also have to include that Mark at the service desk takes very good care of both my wife and I when we have a vehicle in need of service. I went into this dealership to see about purchasing a truck. I couldn't get anyone to help me for about 15 minutes, while I wandered around their lot looking at trucks. Finally a salesman came over and asked if he could help me. He showed me a few vehicles in which I wanted to test drive a couple of them. We talked about prices and he wouldn't let me test drive a vehicle unless we could come to some sort of price agreement first, which I felt was ridiculous. I walked away to get in my truck and leave and another salesman caught me and asked if he could help me. I thought I would try again to test drive a couple of the trucks I was interested in. I showed him the trucks that I wanted to test drive. He asked me how much I was willing to spend on a truck which I figured wasn't any of his business as I had already chosen a couple of trucks I was interested in, which should have given him some idea of what I wanted to spend. I told him that I would decide that after I could test drive the vehicles I was interested in. We test drove one vehicle and I asked him lots of questions about it and he said that it was a nice truck, one owner, no issues with it . I liked how it felt when I test drove it. I asked if I could see the carfax report on it and he said they don't give them to a customer until they agree on a price and agree to purchase the vehicle. Again, ridiculous! Why would I purchase a vehicle without seeing the carfax report on it first. As I started walking to my truck I told him that he was the 2nd salesman I dealt with and as far as I was concerned they were a joke of a company and I wouldn't deal with them after this. He told me to get in my truck and leave the lot, in which I was already walking that way anyhow. I don't know how they could stay in business! I would not recommend them to anyone.

Our salesman, Josh Ross, listened carefully to our needs in a truck. He was never pushy, but helped us out by being suggestive on a few things that we didn't know about. After test driving two different trucks, Josh found the perfect truck for us which was being unloaded in Rapid City. He drove to Rapid and brought it to us to look at. We fell in love with the truck! Long story short, we made the purchase that day on a wonderful F-350 Lariat Super Crew Long Bed! It was the most pleasant vehicle buying experience because of the great staff at Whites Canyon Ford!

We just recently bought a vehicle here. We had our children with us, as you know can be an ordeal in itself! The dealership had a wonderful play area for children that was out of the way, yet in sight. The salesman always made us feel at home and at no time did we ever feel any pressure.The vehicle was put through an inspection before we bought it and all repairs that were needed were made.

Robert Hudson is such an amazing person. He is honest and cares about the people whom he is helping. He truly not just about a sale. He wants each person(s) he helps to be happy with what they get. I'm the type that has a hard time making up my mind. He doesn't run away when he see's me coming. Always has a smile on his face. Have heard other members of the team helping others and they have the same caring attitude. Worth the almost hour drive that I have to make to go shop there. I promise you won't be disappointed.
