We were greeted when we stepped into the dealership immediately. When we told the salesman which vehicle we were interested in, we were taken to it and allowed to examine it. Then we talked price. Our first two offers were rejected. One day later, we made a third offer, which was accepted. The whole procedure was friendly and quite prompt. Later that day we took possession of the new truck. I would recommend this dealership for their service.

I had a wonderful experience buying my new vehicle here! The staff was extremely genuine and nice. They remained open past close just for me to finish my dealings and were quick to get me out the door. Janet and Leah both took tremendously good care of me and went well above and beyond! I for sure will be a repeat customer any time I need a new vehicle!

All interactions with White Ford have been wonderful. Having an issue with chrome trim coming unstuck at driver's side rear quarter window. Have not yet been in contact with body and trim department, but I'm certain the problem will be resolved quickly. Very happy with the car overall. Recently returned from a road trip to southern Alabama and my Escape performed better than gasoline estimate.

Whites Ford is a great place and the people are also good to dealt with. If you want a good buying experience, go see them. My salesman, David Wright was the best. And, by the way, the Bronco Sport is awesome too!

Working with White's Ford was an outstanding experience. Brooke, our sales person, was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in everything we needed to deal with from trading in vehicles, to the features of our new F-150 truck. After the sale, when most car dealerships tend to forget about you, Brooke was instrumental in getting us set up for the installation of our bed-liner, tonneau cover, and mud flaps within days of our purchase. This is simply going beyond the norm and I really appreciate her attention to detail throughout the process. A big shout out for Brooke and the entire White's Ford staff for making this purchase one of the best experiences. You have a new loyal customer. Thank you!!

Had our car for ten days and never fixed it, lied to constantly by Jack the service manager, disrespectful and untrustworthy. Left us with an unsafe vehicle to drive in Kentucky. Didn't offer to fix if there or get us a safe way back home. The manager there told him on the phone will I was standing there that he could call across the street and get us a rental at 11:40 am before they closed at noon. He wouldn't do it. So I had to drive for three days in a unsafe vehicle and bring it back to Springpfield. I had three children in that vehicle also 5 month old girl, a six year old girl, and a 11 year old boy. He didn't care. Ask to speak with Mr. White, would not talk to me. Ask three times for him to call me. No reply. Picked the car up Monday evening said it was fixed. Drove it home, my wife drove it to the store, then to work Tuesday morning. After work the car would not start again. Call and talked to Jack said it would have to be towed. Had it towed back they signed for it. Called today said he hadn't looked at it yet and didn't know when he would, the said he wouldn't work on it to have it towed someplace else. He is a liar and Untrustworthy. Mr White has never called me either. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH WHITE FORD!!!

incompetent service basic parts not stocked even for scheduled appts. excessive wait time on parts-i mean days and then wrong parts ordered! horrible too bad attitude/don't care by parts manager vehicle tied up for days or have to come back just amazingly poor customer service! can't see how they will stay in business been to andersons and buckeye ford and always had great experiences at those ford dealerships it's worth the drive!

I contacted this dealership through cars.com and their own website to inquire about a used car that was advertised. I received absolutely no response, and it has been over two weeks.

I saw my vehicle on-line. Spoke with the sales representative. Went in two days later and signed the papers. Great experience and it did not take long. Very accommodating dealership.
