The sales staff went out of their way to find the long bed F 150 equipped the way I wanted. They also met my needs regarding price of new truck and trade-in value for my old one. The experience was relaxed, as was my previous experience with buying a Ford truck from this dealership.

I was looking at a motorhome they had for sale that needed some brake work done to it. I was told they wouldn't sell it to me until they fixed the brakes. I went back several times to see if it was available and they (josh raymer) told me no, that they had to order some parts (it was torn apart at the time). I thought I made it clear that I was going to purchase it once it was ready, was never given the option to buy it "as is" and never had the opportunity to put a deposit on it. This was the 3rd time I had inquired about it. Low and behold they sell it the same day after assuring me I'd be the first one to know when it was ready. I thought I had a pretty good relationship with a couple of the people that work there but I guess they didn't want to continue with that. I really expected a lot more from these guys and am VERY VERY disappointed. I won't be back.

The sales team at Whites was really impressive it only took us about an hour to get all the numbers worked out before they closed they were really willing to go the extra mile for us. If I had one complaint it would be that they need to communicate better with each other the next day we went in to get all our paperwork signed and there was some break down in communication from the people that helped us the first day then the next in the end it all worked out and we left happy

I was very pleased with the customer service I received. I worked with Brian who explained the issues with my truck in a professional manner. He helped submit the issues to my warranty company. Although not covered by the warranty, I felt that Brian was a zealous advocate for my interests. My truck is running great now, thank you.

The staff was able to at least see us the same day and try to help us after driving 90 miles to find a place to fix our car. They looked at the car and it was running properly in about an hour and a half. They seemed to have the expertise that other mechanics in our home area did not have about our vehicle.

Bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna used. The sales staff was incredibly helpful over several months until they found the perfect used vehicle for our needs. They offered us a very fair price and repaired some damage to the leather interior before we took ownership. The buying process was smooth - I was in and out in an hour and we are thrilled with the quality of our vehicle. Overall exceeded expectations for a car buying experience.
