I would give 5 stars but I always feel there's room for improvement, no ones perfect ;) . The salesman was really friendly & didn't try to force anything down our throats like other big dealerships do. They didn't charge any goofy fees either.. just one and taxes compared to the list of fees from Kerry Toyota that made an $8k car almost $11k. I'll update after owning the car for awhile.

A small town car lot with huge customer service. If you are shopping around STOP this is the place that will treat you like a human being and not just paydirt! They got me in the car I wanted for a price I could afford with not good credit. Somthing the big box chains couldn't do! So dont waste your time start here!

Great experience. I live in SC and saw a truck I wanted online. From the first phone call, Chad made me feel very comfortable about buying from him. Then I spoke with Debbie a number of times as well. Pleased with their professionalism and just how smooth they made my car buying experience. Great job Whitewater Motor Company. This was the best experience we have ever had in buying a car. Jeremy Howard was great. We got a great truck and it took less than 2 hours to do the whole purchase. We will definitely come back for our next vehicle and recommend them to all our friends and family.

I had needed a new car for a while and was completely stressed about the search. After my husband bought a car here, he couldn't say enough good things about them. When we saw they had an Escape like I wanted, we decided to just go look. We came back with a new car and I couldn't be happier! Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly and not at all pushy or overbearing, as we experienced when looking at other dealerships. I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else!

Purchasing my second vehicle from the Waterwater family was just as easy as the first. Told Jeremy exactly what I was interested in and even though he didn't have it on his lot at the time, he worked to find it. My GMC Envoy Denali is just what I was looking for. I never had such a great car buying experience! They sent a driver and the car I was interested in to my home which was 60miles from Milan. Then I got to test drive it back where I was met by friendly people. Jeremy was very personable, knowlagable, and friendly. He made the buying process quick and easy to understand! I would recommend them to all my family and friends!

The only reason we drove from Indianapolis to Milan was because Whitewater had the EXACT car I was looking for. Based on our experience with Jeremy and the rest of the team at Whitewater, we will be back, regardless of the distance. The dealership was very clean (bathrooms included :-) ) and everyone was so laid back and nice. Jeremy has a wonderful personality and sense of humor that matched ours to a T. I bought an awesome car from an awesome dealership. Many kudos to Whitewater!!!!!!

Straight shooters from the very beginning. Very laid back and kind. Not pushy in anyway. They don't hover while you are checking out the vehicles but are always available to answer any questions. My husband and I were very pleased with the customer service and our purchasing experience.

We had a great experience with Jeremy Howard at Whitewater Motor! He helped us find the PERFECT vehicle for our growing family. My husband and I have a 12 month old son with another due in couple of months. As we are both working parents our time is limited. We live in Alexandria, KY, it was an hour drive but worth every minute of the drive. When we arrived, Jeremy had several options available for us to test drive. They were sitting in front, ready to go. The entire staff so great to us! They were friendly and helped entertain our 12 month old son while we were there. We ended up purchasing a BEAUTIFUL 2010 Chevy Suburban. It was in such great condition, a family member asked me if it was 2014. When we picked up our pretty new vehicle, Jeremy went the extra mile and installed my son's car seat for us. We are very thankful for such a great experience will definitely be back to Whitewater Motor Company for future vehicle purchases!

I had been searching for about 2 months for a Jeep Liberty. I kept in touch with Jeremy during my search and he was very helpful, without being overbearing. He was straight up with me about what he could do and I appreciated his honesty after dealing with about a dozen different car salesmen. There were a couple of dealers that I will never return to because of the dishonest and mishandled salesmanship. As stated, Jeremy was REAL. He didn't pressure me and he presented a fair deal from the get-go! The entire process was customer friendly and I recommend this dealership because THEY ARE REAL PEOPLE, WITH REAL DEALS! Searched internet for a high quality low miles Chevy Tahoe. Found one at Whitewater Motor Company. Sent email to dealer as it was after office hours on a Saturday when I viewed the 2002 Tahoe Z71. Jeremy Howard returned email on Sunday morning(his day off) and told me to call him. I called him and he gave me all the information I asked and scheduled a time to come look on Monday. Took Tahoe out for a test drive, they looked over my trade, quick negotiation and we had a deal!! Filled out finance app had a quick decision and in less than 2 hours drove off the lot with my 2002 Tahoe Z71! I am very happy with truck and my buying experience! Thanks to Jeremy for such an easy and friendly purchasing experience. Highly recommend this dealer and will definitely buy another vehichle at Whitewater Motor Company!!! You will not be disappointed!

I would recommend anyone looking for a high quality used car, that you at least talk with Jeremy and his folks. They are attentive to each customer and have a great selection of cars to chose from. I bought a used, low milage, BMW from Jeremy, it was unusually clean, runs great and I will enjoy driving this car. They were super busy when I was in his facility but they took very good care of each customer. This was an unusual buying experience--the best I have ever had, they took the time to fit a product to my needs. I will be a return buyer!

Looked at a truck and really liked it. I was too slow and they sold it. Chris at Whitewater was no pressure and was outstanding to deal with. I will buy a vehicle from them and will wait till they get one in I like it will be worth the wait.

The Sales Rep, Jeremy, went above and beyond the normal call of duty. We felt like we knew him before we even met him, just by talking to him on the phone. Very, friendly and honest and willing to go that extra mile to make sure we got the "best" deal that was out there and that we were happy. We had to travel over 100 miles to see/buy the vehicle, but it was worth it, and we couldn't wait to meet Jeremy. Also, all the saleman at the Dealership were friendly and helpful in completing the sale. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Whitewater Motor Company is almost 100 miles from my house, but it was worth the drive. I was looking for a Ford Excursion (4x4 diesel). I found several within a 200 mile search radius, but the one that I found at Whitewater Motors was the best deal by far (comparing mileage, features, and price). The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and great to work with (I worked with Jeremy). I looked around the lot, and they had a very good selection of really nice looking vehicles. Highly recommended!

My husband and I will NEVER go anywhere else ever again to get a car. Everyone there was absolutely amazing. We were in a very tight spot from our car getting totaled the weekend before, bad credit, still had a loan payoff, no trade in, only one of us working,and they still managed to get us into our Durango. Love love love them!! This is the second car we've gotten from them. They have customers for life with me and my husband.

I searched Cars.com for weeks and when I found the Mazda I wanted I sent a message to Whitewater Motors. Jeremey from Whitewater got back to me in no time answering all of my questions. Once I made an appointment to see my car the salesman figured out the best way for me to finance my purchase. When my dad and I arrived at dealer every person we came in contact with was very pleasant and welcoming. No one was pushy and everyone working there seemed to help each other out and get along! Very nice place!! I am very pleased with my purchase and confident I got my Mazda6 at a fair price and have no regrets!
