Appointment was easy to make. I wanted the dealership to install GMC mudflaps and bug guard that I purchased from GMC. The installation was done perfectly. Your waiting room was great because I was able to use the WiFi and finish some work. Great experience and I will be back.

The purpose of my visit was for routine service, oil change. The service was prompt and our stay in the waiting room was pleasant. While waiting, we looked at the Equinox in the show room. We're hoping to replace our 2013 Grand Cherokee with an Equinox. Although there are two Chevrolet dealerships closer to us than Wilkinson, I plan to give Wilkinson the opportunity to help us with when we are ready to buy.

Everything was perfect! Getting ready for a trip, and they were great in getting me in to check out my car. Everyone that I spoke to, that smiled at me, and completed the job were extra nice--even the gentleman that brought my keys to my home--out of town, after I forgot to get them when having to wait until the next day to pick it up. First, everyone my family and I encountered was extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed. Next, was the level of honesty and professionalism they displayed. If there was something they couldn’t answer. They would find someone who could and we really appreciated the extra effort! No b.s.!!!
