Started shopping for a new car back in January . Got a phone call from Missy at Will Tiesiera Ford in Tulare. I had a few personal things in my life going on I needed to get through first but she stayed in touch as promised and was very persistent! I bought my new car and feel like I mad a new friend. Thank you Missy for being so understanding and not pushy! Every one there was amazing! Great family business.

Worked with Missy online for general info about current inventory of Fusion SE. She kept in touch over the several weeks it finally took us to get up there (1 hour north of the town we live in). When we arrived at the dealership, we were approached by Amaro. He was very patient with us while we decided which color. He helped us throughout the complete process and we left with our new Fusion at a great price.

On a Wednesday night I was searching for a new car. I had inquired on a few different SUVs to compare all the different makes and models. First thing Thursday morning I get a call from Missy at Will Tiesiera in Tulare. She was very pleasant and had an answer to all my questions. I then set an appointment to come in that next day in the evening. Me and my husband pulled in and where greeted by Freddy. He was amazing and helped us not only narrow our options down but decide on a new Ford Edge. Everyone here was so nice and always asked if I needed anything. If your looking for a new or used car, and don't know where to begin I suggest you start here. After visiting Will Tiesiera Ford you will not need to visit any other dealership. Believe me, I've visited other dealerships around, and the customer service does not even come close. I just purchased my second vehicle from this dealership, and again the experience was superb. I highly recommend you ask for Sheldon Devine, the internet sales manager. He is AWESOME to work with. Whatever your needs and wants are, just let him know and he will do the absolute best to fit those needs! I would rate him A++++ in all areas of Service and Information. I recommend him to anyone that is interested in informative and professional assistance in purchasing their next vehicle. And a second Caveat, their finance manager was outstanding. I have an embarrassing credit rating due to divorce, but gave Ford Motor Credit a second call & they were willing to give me another chance and gave me 6.9% a interest rate.

My wife and I are extremely happy to have purchased our new Ford Escape from Will Tisiera Ford in Tulare California. Mr. Amaro Serpa was very helpful and he made it very easy for us to get the vehicle we wanted. Mr. Serpa met us as we arrived and he took us around to find the vehicle we were looking for. He let us test drive a vehicle and let us get the paperwork done the same afternoon. We came back the next morning and our new Escape was ready for us. Mr. Serpa gave us some final words and instructions about the vehicle. We drove off the dealership with big smiles. Thank you Mr. Serpa and Tisiera Ford!!!

Although me and my girl friend went there to trade in my car we couldn't do that because of the negative equity on my car that's not their fault. But when I got there Sheldon Devine helped me. He listened to what I had to say and what I was looking for her didn't shove cars down my through trying to show me the new top end model cars or keep shying me away from my price range. Sheldon showed me a couple cars just to get a feel of how big of a car I need.after that Sheldon went to work for me and my girlfriend. He understood that we were looking for a cheap good car to get as low a payment as possible.Sheldon went to wor and found the car for us and when he went to go talk to his finance manager he didn't leave us in the dark he came back explained everything that his finance manager was doing we weren't left for 20 30 minuets wondering what's goino on. We love this place and they just may he the place where we buy our cars for now on.

My wife and I just recently purchased a 2014 Ford Flex Sel. I have researched this car throughout the entire central valley. To me they had a better selection that matched our idea of the car that we wanted to purchase and were also able to get the EXACT car that I wanted from another dealer immediately. Although I know our new car will certainly last after purchasing the extended warranty and maintenance program, I will certainly be better to maintain our vehicle with required maintenance done on time. I plan on also sending my family and friends to Will Tiesiera Ford for all the car or truck purchases. This has been the best cara buying experience ever. I am a customer from now on!

Buying my car and working with Sheldon Divine was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The response to my emails were immediate. We were able to work out a satisfactory deal within 48 hours. Damian Ramirez zipped through all the paperwork in no time. Sean Ryan, Sales Manager, worked with Sheldon and they came up with an acceptable amount for my trade in vehicle. We also worked out a deal for new tires, which sealed the deal. An amazing experience says me "of no patience". All in all, a great cary buying experience. Thank you, Sheldon, Sean, and Damian for getting this old lady a new ride. Sheldon was amazing to work with. As soon as I applied online, he called me right away to confirm and verify. I told him what car I wanted/had been eyeing and what I can afford and he made it happen within a day. My whole family has boughten their cars from Will Tiesiera in the past. My wife and I checked with all the areas Ford Dealers for a 2012 Ford Flex and found that Sheldon Devine and Will Tiesiera Ford in Tulare was by far the most informative, knowledgable, friendly and all around easiest to deal with from Fresno to Bakersfield. Even though they did not have the car we wanted in stock they had it by the next business day prepped and ready to go. We loved working with Sheldon and Will Tiesiera Ford and would not hesitate to do so again.

I found a used car at the dealer on their website. I was greeted at the dealer and the salesman was nice, but he did not know anything about the certified car details and couldn't answer some of my questions. I test drove and like the car. The salesman answered his cell phone during the test drive. I left my name and number and said I would be back later that day to bring a family member to look and ride in the car. I did. The same salesman greeted us, but he did not know any of the answers of the questions that I had asked him. We test drove again and again the salesman answered his cell phone and had a conversation during the test drive, when I was speaking to him. I felt pressured to decide right then to get the car, but told him that I wanted to know the answers to my questions. He gave me a sheet with the price of the car and an idea of what my trade in value would be. When I went home and looked back at the website, the price was $1500 more on the sheet that I was given than advertised on the website. I was called the next morning by the same salesman to find out what I had decided. He still did not have the answers to the questions that I asked. I mentioned the difference in price and told him that I couldn't decide in one day to buy the car without all the information that I had requested. I have not heard from him since. I was seriously considering the car, but the service and lack of consideration for my questions has lead me to look elsewhere. FYI: I have been to this deal several times and each time have felt pressured and bought a vehicle elsewhere. I had really liked the car that I saw on their website, but I will not return.

We were looking for a Ford Transit online and a online company put on a request for the car we were looking for. So will tiesiera contacted us within minutes. These people worked with on our behalf with the banks to get us approved for a loan. They were having trouble getting us approved. But they kept at until they got it approved. They were easy to work with and with we appreciate. them for their professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone.

The rep for the dealership was great, knowledgable, and was helpful in getting everything taken care of. The financial end of it, was painless. Took less time than I thought. And the whole process was painless, and took less time than I thought originally. Which is great for me. Since I had plans to go out of town for a few days and wasn't sure how long it would take. So thank you for making the whole process painless for me.
