Troy and Troy’s sales manager were fantastic. They were courteous and professional. Financing went smooth as well. What prevents me from giving 5 stars is the vehicle prep and detailing. The car paint was chipped from staff trying to remove a sticker by the license plate. There were numerous protective shipping pieces left on the inside and outside. There were dirty, greasy fingerprint marks from the removal of some protective, shipping materials. There are fingerprints on the sun visor and headliner. It is good practice to have clean hands or wear rubber gloves so this doesn’t happen. There was also a cut on the interior driver’s side door handle. Someone did attempt to clean the windows but it was not a complete job. In closing, the buying experience was pleasant, but the lack of attention to detail and taking pride in one’s work during the final detail stage on a $56,000 car is disheartening to say the least and it makes me leery to bring it back to Williams for future service if this is the level of care I will receive.

Horrible service department! If you have any need for repairs go elsewhere. Overpriced and takes forever to complete the job. By the way, according to the service department recorded message, the service manager will call you back "at her convenience." Someone needs to clue her in about how rude this sounds to a customer. It would be better to say "as soon as possible." I would never buy KIA again. This dealership has turned me against this brand forever. If you choose to do business here be prepared for constant excuses, delays, and padding to your bill. A business cannot survive without customer service. It's too bad the owner of this dealership doesn't understand this.

What a great place to buy a cheap car! You get what you pay for, get it inspected by your own mechanic prior to purchase. Great deals here if you know what your looking at! See Matt, he's straight forward and honest to a fault!
