I would avoid dropping your car off for a service on a Saturday unless you want to sit around and wait for the 40+ cars before you to get checked in. This should be a simple 5 minute process that involves handing over keys and leaving. Instead of fixing the process to be faster, you’re offered Cuban pastries and coffee. Maybe some value a Cuban pastry over their time on a weekend, but I don’t.

I found Michael Penn to be a good listener and worked hard to get me what I was wanting, needing, hoping for, and he "got it right the first time!" From a simple inquiry through the internet on a helpful website, I received responses from about 7 Buick dealerships (5 in Florida and 2 in Wisconsin). All but Michael Penn of Williamson Buick tried to interest me in what they had in stock. Williamson did not have one either, but that did not stop the Michael and the Williamson staff. They searched out other dealer's inventory in their network and found exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Michael and thank you Williamson Cadillac Buick GMC for doing what you did to make my hopes for the car I wanted to become a reality.

Things I had done recently: New radiator and hoses Front brake pads changed and rotors resurfaced Oil change & filter Cabin air filter change New battery (under warranty) Engine mounts and struts replaced Wiper blades replaced All the above work was done well, and quickly, so I'm pleased with it. I also requested that they wash the car, and my service rep quoted me a price of $70. Without my consent, my rep changed the wash to a detail, and I was charged $129 instead. While I understand that the vehicle had flower pollen stains on the paint that required extra attention, I should have been consulted before the detailing was done, and the extra charge was assessed. My wife had a conversation with our service rep, who told her that she spoke to the manager, and that the manager said to remove the $129 charge from the bill. The $129 charge was NOT removed from the final bill, and I am not pleased about that, considering I spent $3700 on other services.

Every concern properly addressed, no pressure sales tactics, a respect for ones time. Truly how all dealerships should be operated. My husband and I are extremely pleased with our experience at Williamson Buick. Robert Garcia was our salesperson and he was very attentive, courteous, professional and patient. We were very grateful for the time he dedicated to us and answering all of our questions. We also appreciate the time he took in getting us the best price for our new Buick. My husband contacted multiple Buick dealerships in regards to the Enclave, and Mr. Garcia at Williamson was able to get us the best price. After purchasing the vehicle, he also assisted us in setting up all the special features (i.e. Bluetooth, OnStar, Hotspot Wifi, Buick app, etc.) and explained how to use all the additional accessories. This is our second Buick, and we will definitely be reaching out to Mr. Garcia for our third Buick in the future.

Our paperwork always takes less than 20 minutes and I highly recommend our salesman. Honest, attention to detail and explains the different service plans in detail. Everyone is VERY helpful. Staff is always in a great mood, polite, happy to see customers. Whatever is wrong with the car, the service reps are always helpful. My last experience with my car was a very serious situation, my rep Mike McKesson and the service manager were great at helping in every way (warranty questions, warranty coverage, loaner car, solving the issue of the car, etc.). I trust Williamson Cadillac to always do great work on my car. I also feel that their cost is fair compared to other places for the quality of work they are doing. If I feel the cost is a little high, they have worked with me in the past to price match. I am overall very satisfied with bringing my car to them each time there is something wrong or if it needs regular maintenance.

My girlfreind leased a 2014 ctsv sport form williamson cadillac the car had 30 mikes on it as it sat in the showroom it was the last 2014 model leased in 2015 the moment we drove other cars to feel them out since that car was sitting in the showroom once the papers were signed they started pulling it out of the showroom we jumped in the car and drive off needless to say the car had a loud roaring noise from the tires/bearings it was bad nothing like the other two cars we test drove when we got home i layed on the floor and checked the tires those 30miles that the car had someone ragged out that car smoked the rear tires and the front tires. Were all cupped up when she took it back months later 5000 mile service she was told she needed new tires by the service department (our fault) for waiting but the car also had a check engine light and had stalled and morning start up sounded like a bag of bolts rattleing they changed an injector and nuetral safety swith we took the car back after the four day repair still the cars engine is noisy besides the tire we stretched the tire replacement til 10000 miles which they wanted 2200.00 dollars for at williamson i bought them on tire rack 954.00 pzero runflats including delivery had a tire shop mount and balance for sixty bucks williamson service parts what a rip off the tires took care of the road noise but still the engine is noisy we took it in to service every time the oil life index was below 20% and always complained about noisey engine at 22000 mile took it for oilchange and noise this time they replace both turbos acknowledgeing the noise and keeped the car for two weeks they called to say it was done we went to pic it up and while standing in the service drive the mechanic pulled up in the car saying the problem still there (noise) and that they ordered the hole exhaust system which was on national backorder and they keeped the car two weeks later we started the lemon law procedure with gms final repair attempt all of suden they called to say the car was done remember the part was not avilable they shoved it down our throats with the same rattle sound that they chaged the turbos for and waited for the engineer from gm to inspect the vehicle which he says theres nothing wrong now no one hears the obvious rattle noise whick is there these people are ridiculous the engineer must have gotten his degree in Disneyland and the service wrter should get a job shoveling s#$t needless to say the micky mouse mechnic or technican well already started the second phase of lemon law which is the bbb then the state attorney 5 times complaining about the same problem 45 day out of service the car is a lemon williamson get your people some training mayyybe it might help the point of this story is never buy a car from wiliason cadillac and never never take your car to get serviced there

leased at Car at Williamson Cadillac on January 2016. A GMC Canyon. At first it all seemed well. After having the car for a couple of weeks, I began to notice that it would have a stutter and shaking on certain gears of the transmission. Noticeably.I took the car in for service and explained the problem. It was given back to me with the note "not able to recreate the concern" I figured it may have been some sort of glitch.I brought the car back again as it kept on doing it. The next two visits I made, I was told the same thing "cannot replicate the concern when test driving the car". So I asked to have a service advisor come with me for a test drive so I could show them what the car was doing.As soon as I showed him, his exact reaction was "it's the torque converter, the Yukon has the same issue" At this point I was relieved because I figured "finally I'll have my problem fixed".My car was in service for about 4 days. When they called me back, the service advisor tells me that the engineer drove it and says that the car is functioning perfectly and could not replicate the concern.At this point I took matters directly with General Motors. After having a couple of conversations with GM that were not very customer service oriented, I was given the advice to take my car to a different dealership. This dealership proceeded to hand me a document from General Motors where they explain that customers are complaining about a stutter and chuggle on the car's transmission... Here is the funky part.. This document is dated December 2015.... I got my car January 2016... No one bothered to show me said document about the complaint that people were having about the car I was leasing.. And all three times the car was taken in for service, no one could "replicate the concern" not even the GM Engineer... When General Motors fabricated a PIP order STATING the issue I am having due to customer feedback.I am currently fighting with them to take the car back as that is unacceptable and all they have done is play the blame game. Everyone keeps giving me the run around and pointing fingers.. I am extremely disappointed with Williamson and with GM.. And now the Williamson GM won't return my messages. It is simply unacceptable. PLEASE look at my help account.. You'll see that I'm the type of person that practically only writes good reviews. I cannot believe that now they're trying to pin this car on me by putting me in the middle of a blame game between the dealer and the manufacturer. VERY unprofessional. Never had anything like this happen with ford, Lexus or BMW.

I was in the market for a GMC Canyon and made an appointment with a salesman named Joel for 10am to come in and see what they had available on the lot. Unfortunately, Joel was in a training class so another salesman helped us out until Joel became available. The other salesman took me to a lot located behind Dadeland Mall, which I have to say was extremely disorganized. Trucks were stacked on top of trucks out in the open under a bridge in no specific order. So, if you wanted to test drive something they had to spend several hours moving trucks around just to get the truck out that you wanted to drive. That being said, I found a Diesel Canyon I was very interested in and wanted to test drive. The salesman told me it would take a few hours to get out and that it would be best if I went to lunch for a couple of hours and came back. I reluctantly agreed and came back almost 2 hours later. When I arrived, Joel was finally there and told me we could go for a test drive. Before we got into the vehicle he told me that I had to be extremely easy on the throttle since they had not put DPF fluid in the tank. For those of you that don't know what DPF fluid is, it's a fluid that's injected into the exhaust system in Diesel trucks for emissions purposes. If there is no DPF fluid in the tank, the engine will lose performance and can ultimately shutdown. I was not very happy about this, but took a test drive anyway just to get a feel for the truck. Once we arrived back I decided I wanted the truck and started working on the numbers.At this point it's already around 5pm and I sat down in the office and was approached by the sales Manager Laz Estrada. He sat down and worked out the numbers for me, at which point we shook hands and he congratulated me on the purchase of my new truck or so I thought. He told me to wait in the customer lounge until financing was ready for me and they would call me to sign the paperwork. In the meanwhile, Joel approached me about setting up my Onstar for the truck while I was waiting for financing. I proceeded to setup the Onstar and was called into financing to sign the paperwork which was at about 6pm at this point. While in financing the Finance Manager steps out of his office and Joel walks in. Joel sits down and proceeds to tell me that they can't sell me the truck because it was special ordered for another customer and he didn't find out until right before we were about to sign the paperwork. You can imagine my frustration at this point having wasted over 8 hours at this dealership with my wife and kids, one of which is only 15 months old. What upset me the most is that Joel told me the manager Laz Estrada was sorry and would find me another truck. Really? First off, how is it possible that the Sales Manager for the dealership doesn't know the truck was special ordered for someone else unless he's either not doing his job or selling the truck out from underneath another salesman nose just to close a sale ? Secondly, why is it that he sent the salesman in to the office to tell me instead if being a man about it and telling me himself? Lastly, why would I want Laz Estrada to locate another vehicle for me after the scam they pulled on me? Needless to say, I left the dealership pretty livid and needed time to cool off. Even though, I had a pretty bad experience I was willing to give them a second chance had the Manager of the dealership attempted to contact me and apologize for the way things transpired. I even waited 3 weeks to post this review just to give them an opportunity, but that never happened. So, I decided finally write this review and contact GMC corporate to send them a copy. Hopefully, the owner of this dealership reads this review and decides to hire a new Sales Manager and Sales Team that knows how to treat their customers with some dignity and respect. FYI, I ended up purchasing a truck from another local dealership that did the whole deal over the phone with me in a half hour at a much better price and even delivered it to me. BEWARE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WILLIAMSON CADILLAC GMC!

Hopefully people read this review and head caution when dealing with this dealership especially if you are an out of towner..Purchased a 2015 Yukon Denali and everything was OK until nearly 3 months later I still did not have the information for the local tax office / county clerk. I called in and talked to my sales rep (Jorni) he said that their title person had left the company and it was chaotic. I already paid once according to my bill of sale for the title work but they just ignored that fact and said if I wanted to get my title / registration info I needed to pay them again or deal with it.With really no choice (unless I wanted illegal tags) I had to send them another ~$385 even though I was told by the local clerk it should have cost no more than $133 for the tag and was essentially held hostage as the consumer and paid nearly $600 to get the registration and tag which cost only $133 if I walked in with the paperwork they were supposed to give me.With a little investigation theyprocessed a order through SF ADA Title agency which I was told was a government agency in FL (lie) and hit me with many processing fees which is insane..I still haven't heard back from management / jorni ( sales rep) / jackie ( title clerk) or anyone on why I paid 2x for my title work, and each time it was significantly more the real cost behind it and there is no sign they are going to refund me for paying 2x for the same service.DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this shady business. I have disputed this with my credit card company as fraud at this point and will never recommend this dealership to anyone...

estube alli tratando de comprar un cadillac escalade 2014 cuando trate de negociar el precio y algunos terminos .nada era a favor del cliente yo estaba siendo asistido por amigos mios ,que trabajan en the collection en coral gables ,y otros en la en la volvo todos trabajan alli por varios anos ,y saben lo que hacen y como lo hacen , ya que algunos de ellos trabajan con carros exoticos ,,y trabajan con los mismos bancos practicamente ,,,,.lo unico que saben decir es que uno no sabe lo que pide ,si vas a este de dealer ve preparado a solo pagar lo que ellos quieren ,ya que tienes que pagar todos los mantenimientos las impeciones ,y cualquier cosas que ellos le hicieron al vehiculo ,aqui la defensa no es permitida solo ,el auto ya lleva mas de 79 dias en dealer y no se vende ,Y SOLO PEDI UN NEGOCIO JUSTO ,QUE LAS DOS PARTES GANARAN , aunque no fuera por igual pero algo ,gracias de todas maneras , tube la oportunidad de ver como ustedes funcionan como negocio y poder decirles a todos como fue mi experiencia ,por los medios de comunicacion en los cuales trabajo ,que tengan un bonito dia

I drive all the way up from Homestead to Pinecrest because I prefer to do business with this particular dealership. I would also like to commend my service advisor, Mr. Mario Rangel. Took my 2008 Pontiac Solstice Convertible for couple of ignition recalls, my Service Advisor Ivan Pelegrino did an outstanding job, getting me a loaner, additionally I had some issues with the car and he took the necessary time to correct the problems, actually he extended the use of the loaner. Great experience, nice facility and courteous personnel.

This was horrible, I witnessed how the sales manager treats his employees. The over all experience was just terrible. When you enter a store, you want to feel at ease and feel comfortable where you are and will purchase from. But the managers Benny, was very rough with his employees, you can feel the tension. 5 months ago i walked into Williamson to purchase a new 2015 SRX. Due to not having color scheme i wanted and otherw features (i wasnt in love with the vehicle) we opted last minute for a '12 SRX (with 20,000 miles, warranty and CPO). Day after purchase, i had to call roadside assistance - battery dead. 3 weeks after i had to take it in due to an unfortunate event of breakin at a nearby park to fix 2 windows. Upon pickup from service i had issues with both the locking system and airbag. I called friday for an appointment for both and that same day i had emergency situation with the car which police had to break yet another window. Immediately i took to williamson. Complaining how can they return a vehicle after service that is not inspected or safe for the driver. They fixed both issues without charge. 2 weeks later airbag issue yet again. Due to the inconvenience - i held off calling yet again for another service appointment. A few weeks passed and my front headlight goes out. With the time change i couldnt hold off the appointment. Called for both light and service airbag. To my shock, a few days after drop off i received a call stating my light is not under warranty due to it being aftermarket because of a crash. I was livid. I chose certified preown for the rigourous standards and tests these vehicles go under as well as the warranties. Not to mention i purchased the vehicle as my main family car for my 3 year old and my soon to be newborn. I was in utter shock as i would have never purchased this vehicle knowing it was crash. I have previously owned 2 BMWs and 1 mercedes and i have never been to a dealership with this many times in 5 months in those 3 cars put together. Due to my anger and shock i requested to speak to manager and i refused to put another dollar into this vehicle as i am not a happy customer. They agreed to fix light and airbag with no charge. 1 week later and Now my car has a weird sound with the engine that didnt sound before that anyone who gets in my car notices. Im fed up. And i will never purchase a vehiclw from this dealership again and advise to all to avoid this scam. I will be taking the car in soon to see about engine and complain. And even perhaps get a legal representative. Because safety of my children is of upmost importance. Williamson cadillac - you need to find the remedy to this situation as i refuse to be burdened by the inconvience of your poorly performed service, complete and illegal lies to customers, and your "loaner" service whcih takes 2 weeks to get your $250.00 dollars back for cars that are absolutely disguisting to even sit in.

I brought my GMC in for service due to a water leak problem under the front floor mats. My first attempt in getting it resolved was not successful and the service writer made a couple of unnecessary comments to me that were also heard by other people waiting for their cars. After speaking to the service manager, Mr. Juan Santos, he worked with me and followed the situation through until it was corrected. Due to Mr. Santos and his professionalism and courtesy above and beyond, I will continue to use Williamson's Service Department in the future. It took three additional trips for service until it the problem was completely resolved. I applaud Mr. Santos for his interest and follow-through with my situation.

No one asked if I need any help I waited and observed other people getting into their cars, I had to ask for my car and I had to wait over 30 min. and ask over 4 time were was my car. Based on my experience with my salesperson Bruno; and on the vehicle I selected I have already recommended friends to go to Williamson Cadillac, GMC Buick. Definitly the best experience in purchasing a vehicle. Please note I also looked at Honda (Rick Case) Subaru of Pembroke Pines, and Miami Lakes Chevrolet. The vehicle purchase was made at Williamson as I loved the terrain, AND the service I received from Bruno was OUTSTANDING. I cannot say the same for the service from Honda or Chevy. I look at the service received before I purchase - as an indicator of the service after I own the vehicle. I'm always very pleased with the service. The waiting area is comfortable and the big screen tv helps the time go by. The advisors are always pleasant and helpful. The only minor complaint I have is that they shouldn't tell you your car is "on the way down" if it's just going into the car wash. I waited outside for 30 more minutes because she said my car was on the way down. I would have preferred to wait in the waiting area inside.

I called in the service center and the attendant scheduled me an appointment for 2 days later; but, she told me if I like I could come in that day and they would try to fit me in. I met with Luis Carbonell. He was recommended by a friend and was well worth it. I came in looking for a lease on a 2015 Encore. Unfortunately there was only one available and it was blue. Nothing against Buick, but blue is not my color. Luis called 3 other collegues and sought out one in Ebony. The product has changed dramatically since I bought my last new car. Knobs and buttons have been replaced by swipes, which I do not like. I can no longer get a multi CD disc player, a must for my next new car. Things seem to be moving in the wrong direction. I am a bit disappointed. Please do NOT BUY, LEASE or TRY TO SELL your car to Williamson Automotive Group! I am a young professional and a long-time loyal customer to Williamson Cadillac, purchasing 2 new cars (CTS & SRX) from there and servicing them there. I really loved my last purchase, a 2007 SRX and it was so good to me that I kept it for this long updating its extended warranties through GM to keep it maintained. I had never leased before and got this great lease offer for a 2015 Cadi SRX from both Williamson and Braman. Before going to Williamson, I called there and asked about the lease offer. They began steering toward something different and higher, but I maintained my interest in the 2015 SRX offer. They said they had limited stock and not the color I was looking for, so I called over to Braman. Braman said that they had limited stock left too and not the color I was looking for, but the rep spoke to the manager and got them to approve giving me the 2016 SRX for the 2015 deal (i.e. no money down, $339/month for 24 months, etc.). As a loyal customer to Williamson, living in the area, I went over to them to discuss selling my 2007 SRX and purchasing a lease through them. When they told me that they only had around 2 SRX 2015 available, I told them about the Braman offer to get a 2016 for the 2015 offer. At the time, I was meeting with Ron Peoples, who said he spoke to the General Sales Manager. Ron advised that Braman could not have truthfully made that offer, that it was impossible and that the likelihood was that I would go to Braman and find that they had deceived me. I told him that I had the offer in writing and if they deceived me, they would likely be very unhappy with what would occur in their showroom; that I wouldve been very visibly upset with them. Moreover, I asked Ron about the offer for my car and he advised that the Manager could only offer $7,500, because there was a mileage issue that needed to be addressed with Braman. Apparently, when I went there to get new brakes on my car in July 2015 (because they had a better deal on brake replacement), they accidentally put my car mileage as 30,000 something instead of 60,000 something (whatever it was at that time). We asked why the offer was so low for such a low mileage car in such great condition and he said once the mileage situation was cleared up with Braman, the offer would be different. I also reminded him that I had received a letter in the mail from them offering to buy my 2007 SRX for up to $16,500, so it seemed really low for a car that was in great condition with unusually low mileage for the year. Moreover, this was not a CarFax issue, this was just an internal issue in their system that couldve been cleared up by simply looking at the digital mileage and plugging it into their system (meaning Williamson couldve cleared it up themselves while we were sitting there) and if they really didnt want to clear up this error in their internal system, they could have told me to call Braman while I was sitting there and have them clear it up. Ron also reminded me that the price was a dealer price for the car, i.e. wholesale, auction-type price; not the retail value, i.e. the price they wouldve turned around and sold it for. I decided to look up both retail and wholesale pricing online and realized that it would likely be better for me to price it above wholesale, but less than the retail price a car dealer would sell it at, i.e. a win-win for both me as the seller and the person as the buyer. I posted it on a local, members only site for luxury, higher-end items to be sold for cash as that was the sites rules. I had many interested buyers, but a lot of them wanted to pay with a credit card (against the sites rules) and not cash. I had a serious cash buyer, who was ready to buy my car and asked for the VIN (I figured to do a CarFax report, which I had no issue with). However, she called over to Williamson Automotive and provided my VIN, where they then violated my privacy and started discussing my car, stating that it was NOT under warranty (which was completely untrue), that it was only worth $6,000 (they quote $7500 or more to me 2 days earlier) and that it had mileage issues. First and foremost, they had no right to discuss my car with anyone without my permission. They lied about my car and its warranty and lied about its value. I called Braman to have them fix the mileage issue in their system, which they fixed promptly over the phone and then they asked why Williamson didnt just update the info in their system when they appraised the car and saw what the digital odometer said. I also asked Braman if anyone can just call with someones VIN and get values and opinions on other peoples cars. They said absolutely not! They said that would be a violation of the clients privacy; that the only people that can discuss the car is the owner of the car and anyone they give permission to. Meanwhile, the cash buyer suddenly decided they were going to pass. I called Williamson Automotive and was very upset. They referred me to the General Manager, Jeff Rogers, who defended their actions by saying he doesnt believe that anyone did this but he would look into it and get back to me. Rather than Jeff Rogers calling me back, he had Benny Ladesma, the General Sales Manager, return the call and left a voice mail a day later. My husband called him back on my behalf that day and the next day with no return call from Benny, so I called the following day (today, 9/25/15). Benny finally returned the call and proceeded to say that they did do it and defended it, stating that it was a very important customer to them and that their very important customer had my VIN and that they disclose this type of info to the very important customers, even without the permission of the actual owner (ME). Although I have it in writing from this very important customer, he states that they did not tell this customer that my car was worth $6,000, because he had it valued at $7500 in the system and that they never mentioned that it was not under warranty (even though I have both of these things in writing from this person). I reminded him that I was a very important customer and that I have bought 2 cars there and was trying to lease a 3rd one, so I too am a loyal customer. His response was that they did not do anything wrong by providing private info about my cars value or warranty without permission (inaccurate info that devalued it significantly and caused the woman to post something negative on the member only site where I was selling the car; something untrue, because Williamson provided false info to her). His next response was that if I was such a loyal customer, then why did I lease my 2016 SRX from Braman instead of them? This just took me over the top as you already read above that I tried and tried to be a loyal customer to Williamson, but anyone including their very important client wouldve taken the Braman deal over theirs. As I stated before, I got a 2016 SRX for $0 down, $339/month for 24 months at Braman or I couldve gotten the exact same thing at Williamson for a couple thousand down and pay $479/month. Anyway, it was infuriating. Not to mention, if you do service at Williamson and your car is under extended warranty, you have to pay for a loaner and their service is backed up for weeks (although I do love the service guys there; they are good people, but even they told us we should go to Braman for service). Braman, on the other hand, will give you a loaner whether you car is under regular or extended warranty. Living in the Pinecrest area, I never thought I would become a loyal Braman customer (having to drive downtown rather than down the street), but apparently, Braman sees me as a loyal Cadillac buyer and very important client. Benny told me that I wasnt, because all he could say was that this other person was so important and that is why they did what they did, made negative statements about my car and basically interfering with my sales transaction. They interfered with my sale, probably because they wanted their very important client to buy the used car from them instead of me, so the best way to do that is to quote an extremely low wholesale price to a retail buyer and tell them that there is an issue with my car and my warranty (all untrue). As a final remark, Benny went on to say to me that there was an issue with my warranty and I told him that it was completely untrue; not only had I used my extended warranty recently, but as I thought I was selling the car to this cash buyer on that day that they made all these negative statements about my car, I had called the GM extended warranty company to find out about transferring my warranty to the new buyer. They sent me the transfer docs via email, so I have a date-stamp of the day this occurred and totally said my extended warranty was good to 72,005 or 5/15/16, whichever came first. Since my car was at 63K, it was well under warranty. Also the new buyer had the ability to extend the warranty again as long as they did it before it ran out, which they had plenty of time based on the month and the mileage. I told Benny that since they felt so inclined to interfere with my sales transaction that they should buy my car for $13,500 (my fair retail advertised price). He said absolutely not and laughed. I told him that they would be selling it for that or more if I sold them my car, so they should really do the right thing. He completely defended their actions, saying that disclosing info is what they do for very important clients.

The only problem I see is that on the weekends there are a lot of clients coming in for service and just a few guys from Customer service so the line gets really long and it takes a while to be taken care. In my opinion if you decided to offer technical service on the weekends, which is great because I can not go during the week because I have two jobs, then you need more people in Customer service. I know its the weekend but it is really annoying to have to wait for so long to leave the car for repair or service.

After several nightmare experiences with other dealerships I am so glad that I went to Williamson Cadillac. I am a single mother of 3 young children with not so great credit. After visiting several car lots and dealing with pushy salesmen I went out on a limb and decided to check the inventory of used cars at Williamson Cadillac, where I found the exact vehicle that I was looking for. Half the battle was won. Now came the all dreaded part of crunching numbers and financing and questioning whether or not they would be able to find me a deal that would fit my budget. They really had there work cut out with me. The Salesmen Hamid was the most patient salesman that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This was not an overnight process. Multiple occasions I left out of there on a simple hand shake and instructions on what I should do next. Unlike the others who would give there first born child to keep me on their lot to try and put me in a car that I really did not like. Tony Mercado the Finance Manager worked on my situation for days. After a week I received a call from Hamid who kindly asked me to come in because Tony was able to find me a lender that would meet my budget. When the deal was done I left in what was a 2011 used vehicle to them but to me it was a brand new car, down to 4 brand new tires and a full tank of gas. Thank you so much for your time and patience as well as a few good laughs. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car. You can count on Hamid for a stress free no pressure experience and Tony Mercado to find a lender that can accommodate your budget and not theirs.

It was a good experience overall, but I would have appreciate the car wash in the interior. The interior was not touched despite the fact that the car was in the dealer for over 3 days. I always had a number of bugs/insects in the vehicle - I'm assuming it was due to work being done with windows open. Another reason that the car wash would have been nice. But I did appreciate the loaner instead of being made to wait at dealer for hours on end.

Ih 2011 I was in the market for a car. BIOy am I happy I did not only does the car have power but also unaltched looks to boot! I;ve only had one issue wioth it and that being the battery dying after 3 years (whuich byt the way was "promptly replaced "at my home by their on road service person. I believe that it shouldn't take over an hour for an oil and filter change. Even though the paperwork said tire rotation with the oil change the tire rotation was never performed nor was it listed as done. Car went in just washed so the car didn't need to be washed (it wasn't) so I can not sure why it took 1 1/2 hrs for an oil change. This would be the only complaint I would have. Otherwise it was very smooth.

while i realize that this dealership is very busy, it would be nice to get an "estimated time to completion" from the service person. Each time I've come in my person (mickey) has been very nice but he has zero idea how long anything will take. For example, I recently brought in my car because the engine light went on, almost 48 hours went by after i dropped it off with no contact from anyone. so i called and was told that they were busy. um, not good enough. you all are experienced enough to have your mechanics give the service reps an estimated time to completion per car based on volume of cars coming in to be serviced. thus, that would be my suggestion to make your service better. everyone has been very nice, and very accommodating but better communication among your people would trickle down to your customers and make sure better overall service.

I took my car into the shop on a Friday. I was greeted upon arrival. I was ask about the issues and concerns with the car in addition to the Recalls.(The food & coffee was great!). I went in Williamson to purchase a truck. First of all there was no parking then when I got a spot their parking spaces where sub compact spots, couldn't get my car door open to get out. Then met with internet manager got handed off to a sales man. We then went up to a parking garage where I found the truck, it was filthy, like it went off road. The internet manager knew I was coming since Saturday, this is Tuesday.to look at that truck I was going there to see a demo truck with 1200 miles on it. You would think they would clean it up NOT !!! Will NOT return

I always have a great experience at your dealer service employees are fabulous. Just have 1 complaint about cashier in duty on Saturday march 28 when I went to pick up my car, I had a terrible experience all because she was upset and rude not only to me but to the customer that was upset that his money had to be refunded but she did not have because she had given it to John for lunch. Just so happens I actually stood in front of her for a total of 10 minutes while I watched her count money and what not without her acknowledging my presences. In those 10 min Mario approached with the client that needed to have his money refunded and somehow he had priorty to be helped over me. Instantly she told mario she didn't have the customers money and what had happened with it all infront of me while I still waited to be helped. When she finally got around to me she was rude when I questioned what I was being charged she refused to explain to me and sent to wait else where to get answers. When I came back I witnessed a conversation she had on the phone with someone within the company speaking very poorly in spanish about the customer who needed to have his money refunded. She tried excusing her behavior to me as she noticed I was very upset. I told her she was rude to me & to that customer and whatever problems she had with him had nothing to do with me. The upset client had all the right to be upset with her behavior and lack of professionalism.

Everyone was friendly, nice and courteous from Daisy calling me about my appointment to the porter that brought me my car back when it was finished. Even the cashier was friendly, I don't know her name, but she was the only one there early that morning and I was smiling while handing over my dough. purchased a 2015 Yukon Denali and a 2000 and 12 Cadillac SRX thankfully I've never had to take in the Yukon but unfortunately the SRX has spent more time at the service department than it has in my garage every time I get the car back it is filthy I've had to return the car at least 5 times for them to really clean my car after being serviced last time I brought up an issue of the engine almost shutting off while at a red lighttheir service manager told me all new cars do that that let me know all I needed to know about them. The Q system on my ATS had stopped working for the second time and frankly I was disappointed. Sevina from the dealership contacted me and assured me that the situation would be remedied. That was an understatement. Sevina had a loaner vehicle and introduced me to Roly from the service department and needless to say my car was ready in two days. I'm grateful for the great service and I'm only sorry I don't have a business of my own so I could hire Sevina. She is an asset and problem solver and consummate professional. Roadside came to inspect car and towed. The worst thing was i called to check in the car and a service rep said "they did not have the car and he did not know what to tell me". I was in panic mode but when i called roadside they did verify that the car was there and had repair orders. From that point everything went swell. They took care of the overheating problem and there were two recalls that they also took care of. Mike took excellent care with the repairs.

Our 2015 GMC Sierra was delivered with mud imbedded in the rubber air seals around the front and back doors, greasy/oily foot prints stains on the rear carpet suggesting someone used the interior's elevation to reach the vehicle roof when washing or drying and exterior water marks were abundant - especially noticeable on a shiny, new black vehicle.

Dropped off my 2014 ATS and was back out the door with a decent Cadillac loaner in no time. All the service was done quickly and I was given 24 hours to come get my car, which was convenient. I picked up my car in a similarly expedited manner. Paid $0 for all the service. 100% happy. The only way it could be better is if they brought the loaner to me and picked up my car so I didn't have to drive to the dealership!

By far the best experience I've ever had was taking my vehicle for service everytime at Williamson Cadillac. They make you feel at home. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and extremely hospitable. I tried to change my current car for a new lease but due to the upside down I still owed and minor things I would have had to put $5 down to have a reasonae monthly payment, so with that being said - even though it didn't turn out like I wanted I still recommend this dealership because of how they treat you no matter what. Hopefully down the line I can make that deal go through. Anyways, Skip Moodang is my service advisor who always takes care of us and we are very happy with his overall customer service and professionalism. I just would like to send a shout out to TONY MARTINEZ, service dept. My CRX had a recall that I was informed about a few days before I was planning on leaving on a long road trip.I had been working late hours so was not able to bring my car in. I called TOny to ask about the recall and he said that yes my car had a recall and it was generally a simple fix. . I explained to him that I was planning on driving the following day with my family to northern Florida and that I could not possibly drive after being informed of a recall that could possibly affect the safety of my family. I told him I was too scared . We therefore agreed, that I would drop by the next day as soon as I could get off of work to get the work done before my long road trip. I arrived early afternoon and there was, a lot of cars and people awaiting for service assistance. I knew I was in trouble. Tony told me that they were very busy and it unfortunately would be a longer than expected wait. He knew my situation and he directed me to be checked in by a very nice young lady. I was getting very anxious knowing that I had a very long drive, and there was a lot of customers. I had no choice but to wait. So my family and I waited anxiously with our delicious cup of hot chocolate. TO our total surprise, 45 minutes after I had arrived, Tony came to inform me that my car was up front awaiting my pickup. I was more than impressed. You guys really treat your customers like family. TOny Martinez to the Rescue. Again, Tony Martinez you are my hero. Example, washer fluid which read out comes on when key is turned on that it needed fluid. Know it wasn't mentioned since I didn't notice it before but when I picked up the Escelade it came on. Mike Penn has kept us informed as to availability of an Escalade long wheel base for over a month. The afternoon of Oct 28th he informed me a 2015 Escalade was available. That evening my wife our daughter and granddaughter took the car for a test drive. The following afternoon I went to see Mike. He had all the paper work filled-out for my signature. Salesperson Rene Roberts listened carefully to what I was looking for and began a search on site, found an initial vehicle which sold quickly. He then began a search at a nearby dealers, finding my CTS in Belle Glade, FL. A dealer trade offer was initiated and accepted. This vehicle was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The only glitch was a delay of a few days to get an official Dealer Sales Contract with the correct VIN vs. The Buyer Order with original VIN crossed out. This was necessary and requested by my financial institution to fund my loan. When this was rectified, the sale and delivery of the car went very smoothly.

THIS IS A LONG REVIEW BUT I ENCOURAGE ALL CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED CUSTOMERS OR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO READ IT. IT COULD SAVE YOU FROM A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!!I am writing this review because I could not be any more dissatisfied with the quality of the vehicle and the level of service I have received regarding my Certified Pre-Owned 2011 GMC Yukon Denali XL. This was the second car that we have bought through Williamson, and you were on track to have a family of lifelong customers. However, I dont plan to ever set foot in your dealership again, and will strongly urge my friends and family to do the same, as a result of what has happened.To start with, we bought a 2011 GMC Yukon XL from you earlier this year. We wanted to buy it from you because I had a lease on a 2012 Buick Lacrosse already through your dealership and we were very pleased with the service, professionalism, and overall quality of the treatment that we had received. There were many, many dealers that had used GMC Yukons within the age and mileage range we wanted, but we chose you. I could not regret this decision any more now.Just so I am clear, our salesman, Al Ammons, and all of the people in finance that we dealt with in purchasing the car were great. They helped us get the car we wanted and get out of the lease on my Buick, which had some time remaining on it. The issues with the car, however, started almost immediately upon taking it home. The first time my wife went to drive it, on the second day we had the vehicle, she could not get the power seat to work. It would not go up or down at all. This issue was fine for me, because the height was appropriate for the way I sit when I drive, but for her it made the car practically unusable. We had to leave for a family vacation that week, so I wasnt able to deal with the issue at that time. On our way to our vacation, mind you, four days after receiving the car, we noticed that the dashboard was shaking more than it should. Upon inspection, my wife realized that there were two cracks in the dash. They were both small, one on the driver side and one on the passenger side. They made it so that the middle of the dash was unsecured and shook. These cracks were in no way, shape, or form caused by anything we had done since receiving the car. My wife and I are both prepared to testify under oath or via affidavit that these issues were there from the beginning of our ownership if the veracity of this story is an issue. I only mention this fact because our service representative seemed to express skepticism about it, which I will get to soon.There are only two possibilities for what happened with the car, and neither speaks well of your companys performance. The first is that the cracks were known about by the staff, and they sold me the car without divulging that information to me. This would be a material breach of any sales contract. You have a duty to inform the customer of any known deficiency or material defect not previously disclosed. Knowing Al, and going by what he has told me in subsequent conversations, I do not believe this possibility to be true. The second possibility is actually worse in a sense, to me at least. That is the realization that this car had two issues, the seat and the dash, that were allowed to pass the supposedly rigorous certification to make the car a certified pre-owned vehicle. Since I believe this possibility to be the likely one, how can I trust anything about this pre-owned certification? What else was missed? I am buying this car for life, not leasing it. How I am to believe that any future problems that arise werent already an issue with the vehicle when it was sold to me? I have no reason whatsoever to trust the certification. I did receive a phone call approximately two weeks after I bought the vehicle asking me if I was satisfied with it so far. I raised my concerns about the dash and the seat to whomever it was (unfortunately I did not write the representatives name down) and was told that I would get a call to schedule an appointment to deal with these problems. I was busy traveling and didnt have a chance to follow up in the month that followed, but I never received any such phone call. Fast forward to last week, when ANOTHER problem with the car came up. This one was a safety and security hazard and thus gave me no choice but to deal with it immediately. My wife and I were putting our child in the backseat of the car, when she closed the passenger side front door. As the door closed, we heard a loud pop and crash. The rear passenger-side window had blown out simply from the pressure of the door closing. I cannot help but feel like this weakened window was yet another issue that was either undisclosed to us at the time of sale or was unnoticed at inspection. I have never in my life heard of a window blowing out from a door closing. It is unacceptable and seriously makes me doubt the quality of the vehicle we are now financially tied to for quite a long time. When I brought the vehicle in and discussed the various problems with the service manager at the time, Rolando Pardo, he told me that windows are not covered under any circumstances after 7,000 miles but that the other two items were covered. I explained that the window broke from a simple door closing, and he repeated that glass just couldn't be covered. At that point, I agreed to meet him in the middle and pay for the window and have the other two issues fixed per the terms of my certified pre-owned warranty. He sent me to Mario Rangel, the service representative, to arrange getting the items fixed. My usual rep, Mike Sutherland was not there that week. Mario was fine upon checking the car in, although I have to say that is the last time I can say anything about his service was fine.I received a call a few days later from Mario telling me that he was having an issue because the dashboard wasnt covered. I told him that the service manager told me it was, and he acted like that didnt mean anything at all. He said it wasnt and that he couldnt do anything. His repeated comment to me, one that I would learn was his favorite saying, was Whos gonna to pay for it? I explained, in detail, the entire situation and what had transpired. He said he would speak to the service manager and let me know what was going to happen. I received no call the next day whatsoever. This was on Wednesday, September 3rd. I took the initiative and called him myself on Thursday, September 4th and left a message. I never heard back. I called again on Friday, September 5th, and was told by Mario that he was waiting for my authorization to fix the seat. Why did he need my authorization to fix something that was covered when I clearly wanted it fixed!? When I turned the car in, the seat was one of the items on the list. Why did he need my authorization if he already went over the service details with me the day I submitted the car?If he really needed my authorization, why wasnt I called back on Wednesday afternoon, on Thursday all day, or on Friday? He told me that it was too late in the day on Friday to get the job done and that it would be ready today, Monday, September 8th. Because of Marios lack of follow through and failure to call me back on either Thursday or Friday, I was out of my car for yet another weekend, and your company is stuck footing the bill for a rental car for three extra days. On Wednesday, September 3rd I also called Al Ammons to discuss everything Mario had told me about not being able to fix the dashboard. He was unfortunately in the hospital with his wife, but he nevertheless took time to call me back and told me he would look into the matter. I spoke to him today, Monday, September 8th and he told me that he will be contacting a factory representative from GMC to figure out how the dash passed inspection when it was clearly broken. Al has been a help and a true representative of what I believed your company was about. I informed Mario of what Al and told me, believing that I would need to keep the rental car there so it could be seen by the factory rep., and his response once again was Whos gonna to pay for it. I had no idea how that process would work. I have never been in this situation before. Mario never once told me that he would discuss it with Al and let me know what to do. He didnt say to take the car and we would deal with it later. Al had to call me to tell me what was going to happen, and he implored me to return the rental. Had I understood the process I would never have objected. I dont know who is gonna have to pay for it, nor should I have to know! It is called CUSTOMER SERVICE not make the customer arrange everything themselves. I have a few ideas about who should pay for it like: GMC, Williamson Cadillac, the factory rep., or whoever else was involved in certifying and selling a car that clearly had some issues which were undisclosed to me and my wife, the buyers. The point is, could there have been a ruder question or way to deal with it from Mario? He should have tried to figure it out and helped me come up with solutions, instead of essentially accusing me of trying to get free work. His tone and repetition of Whos gonna pay for it made clear his feelings about us. If he is so disdainful and unwilling to help a customer, why would I want to give any business to your corporation? We would never try to cheat someone over something that was done by me, and resent the implication that we would. In conclusion, I can finally answer Marios favorite question: Williamson Cadillac is going to pay for it. I was a sure thing, a guaranteed customer who had already bought two cars and was going to buy every car I purchased from now on through you. Now, I clearly am not. I have three children, two of whom are rapidly approaching driving age, who will certainly be driving a car from another dealership. You are going to pay for it, because of Marios poor service and treatment over a $900 dash which was broken from the inception of our ownership. You are going to pay with the thousands of dollars of future sales that are now lost. What you have gained though is the worst word-of-mouth advertising you can possibly imagine. I will not hesitate to share my horror story with everyone I know who ever has future plans to deal with your company. My wife has already posted our displeasure on Facebook and now I am posting this review in every forum I can possibly find. I hope no one else has to go through such a poor experience. I am so angry and appalled at the way I was treated. I have no faith in the car I was planning to love for the next 7-10 years. I have no faith in the supposed certification that the car was given. I have no faith that any future problems will be resolved in an open and honest manner, without my being insulted and needing to do all of the customer service for myself. In total, I have no faith anymore in your company or your parent corporation, GMC. I plan to send a copy of this to their corporate headquarters too so that they know exactly what kind of representation they have here in Miami. Almost every time I pick my vehicle the seat is on a different position the memory position changed, the mirror moved, and a noise FM station dialed. It is possible do not touch any of this, an only take care of the mechanics?When I was young I did valet parking, the boss clearly direct to each runner do not touch thing inside the vehicle. I guess to move the vehicle a few feet it is not necessary to touch any of those items.

As a long-time, generally very satisfied customer of Williamson, I wanted to share a recent experience which I found very unsatisfactory. It was related to the service prior to this one. I had my car in for service (I have a certified Escalade) and as part of the service I am authorized for a rental car. After having spent several thousand dollars recently on my son's Hummer for service, i was provided a very low-end bright red chevy (i believe). Your records would indicate. I would have expected a cadillac and certainly a far superior car to that which I was provided. It was bright red to top and smelled. It takes one poor experience to influence a customer's preference for service or product.

In October I took my Escalade for the 90,000 mile service based on my service advisor's recommendation: if I intended to keep the vehicle longer, this service is very complete as they go through the whole car. This cost me over $1,600.00. Recently I had to take the vehicle back, after I discovered several spots from the engine on my driveway where I always park the vehicle.After almost 4 hours waiting Mike approached me with the following: brake pads for all 4 wheels, oil around the oilpan, A/C upper & lower leaks, plus an additional 3 or 4 more leaks. Water inside the left fog light (this lens had been replaced at Williamson some years ago, after I discovered it missing after returning home from a Mall). This work was not carried out correctly! I did not receive a copy of the estimate, as Mike explained that his printer was not working.Regarding the leak, I mentioned to Mike that my vehicle had never had a leak before, and the 90,000 mile service was supposed to have been preventive maintenance. He said let me go back there, when he came back, he said his service manager had detected that the oil filter was lose and had tightened it!Recently I went in to have one of the driving lights replaced, that took 4 hours too.But how can my vehicle today have so many new or unreported problems, when it has recently been gone over throughly?

I took my 2003 DHS in for service and got an estimate for repair. The estimate seemed rather high so I told them I wanted to pick up my car and get a second estimate. When they brought my car to me after the ticket was closed out it was disassembled , parts broken and dirty parts were simply thrown in on my clean leather interior. I informed my service advisor and was also contacted by the service manager and was told they would get back to me but 10 days later I was still waiting to hear the resolution of the problem. I have since been contacted by the dealership and they are willing to replace the broken pieces and detail my vehicle.

I was exsisting customer and was extemely happy with the service department, so I asked my service advisor,Mike Sutherland for a recommendation. From start to finish it was a very easy process. Al Ammons, contacted with my different options as to what i was looking for in a vehicle. Later that week we went in to look. Patiently, he showed us the various models, and he was not pushy at all. Very friendly, he made us feel very comfortable. When we finally made a decision a few days later, I asked if we could go in after 6pm that Friday. He said no problem, I will wait for you. Through the whole process he was there helping us and answering our questions. When he handed us the keys, he explained all the cool features that the vechile had.
