Don’t waste your time and money here. Be very carefully when you try to buy something from this place. They make promises with a good deal and they don’t keep it. After you have reached an agreement, you will receive completely different amount that the one you got in the office. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anybody to come here.

Willowbrook Kia has exceptional customer service. Not once did I feel rushed into making a decision. All of the employees made me feel at home. I had the most enjoyable time one could have at a dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Stan and Mike. They both helped me get the best bang for my buck. They went above and beyond to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. I came in pretty indecisive, and left with the most wonderful car. I had the following conditions; a set price I could pay monthly, something with low mileage, something good on gas, and something with more leg room than my previous car. I leased a 2021 Kia Niro Hybrid. This car not only exceeds my requirements, it's also beautiful and environmentally friendly. Stan and Mike both helped find me the most wonderful car. Thank you for being so east to work with! I am definitely coming back here when it is time for a new car.

David Franks was 30 minutes late to our appointment. Terrible customer service, showed us his inappropriate personal rap music on our test drive. Didn’t work with us on price and tried to rush us once we said we would purchase even though we had spent the entire day there. I will never use willow brook kia again. I now use the Kia in north Aurora and they are amazing.

I had never bought a car from a dealer, because I didn't trust them. Heard their ads, gave them a shot. These smooth-talking liars trapped me into a 6-year lease-to-own, and had me write them a 5-star review before the deal was done. Told me it came with a full 10-year warranty. I did all the maintenance, kept up on payments, everything they required of me. 4 years later, they won't work on my car for less $1000, and I'm paying WAY more than what we agreed on per month. I tried to renegotiate at the halfway point of the lease, but they actually increased my monthly payment! They are literally draining my finances and now I'm not making rent. I guess that's everyone's job, though, to take everyone else's money. After wear and tear and time, I can't sell this car for a tenth of what it's worth, let alone what I paid.

I was vey satisfied with service I received from Slavica Velickovic, sales associate and Jesse used care manager. I bought a car and Jeremy Peters bought a car two days later. I often don't trust car dealerships and walk out. I text drove a used BMW and bought an new SOUL. Hats off too them both also can't forget the finance lady explained everything...great team they all made.

I purchased a used 2006 Dodge Charger SRT8 just recently from this dealership and the experience over all was great. When I first arrived on the lot I have to say the grounds were clean. I liked how when I arrived I wasn't hassled by a sales associate because I enjoy soaking in the experience and the freedom to look around before getting into the business aspect. So once I was ready I flagged down the associate I was dealing with via text Jimmy Germann and explained I was in a hurry and if we could hurry things up a bit I.E. test drive look over and paper work. I drove the SRT8 and loved it!! Once that was done we started the paper work and after very little hassle and back and forth we agreed on terms and nearly was able to drive the SRT8 off the lot after just an hour being there but I had to leave and then come back. When I got back hours later I dealt with Chris Vanek who was able to help me the rest of the way and assisted me in taking possession of my new TOY!! Thanks a whole lot Willowbrook Ford for the awesome experience and easy care free and hassle free shopping experience.

I was happy with the service experience however I am not happy that I had to pay extra money for labor costs. I have a 2007 Expedition which is one of the engines that had issues with spark plugs, unfortunately my bill went from $459 to $770 just because it took longer to remove them. Since this is a known issue with 2007 Ford F-150's and Expedition's you would think that your customers should not be penalized for the error in the way the engine was designed. Not sure if individual dealerships have the ability to correct this issue or if Ford needs to make it happen.

this was my third visit to the service.the first two attempts they rejected one time myself other time my wife with two children in the car.their excuses were that I was not informed how long the service will take.then before the third time I call Mr. Ron the service manager and he took a look at the car he even call Francisco to take my antenna out isolate the hole and order an antenna for me.once the antenna was there they call me I requested Francisco to work on my car everything went OKThe stuff those service advisors they make the service look very bad. the mechanics and the service manager were very polite he even call the two persons the service advisors and of course they were saying that they did there best but they didn't. all in all Mr. Ron and Francisco the mechanic they did above and beyond so I am satisfied over all.

I purchased the 2008 Subaru Impreza from Willowbrook Ford in 7/15. I have always taken my cars to Willowbrook Ford for service even if they are not Ford products. Willowbrook Ford has so many mechanics on staff with the competencies to tackle repairs of all kinds on any make of vehicle.I also had a minor repair done in their auto body shop on another vehicle of mine, and they were very accommodating and very reasonable with the repair costs.There is a lot of competition out there for the auto buying public's attention and business. Willowbrook Ford has always been up front with me regarding needed repairs for my vehicles and they have very competitive prices.

I don't like buying cars, and usually have my husband do it. This time I did it by myself. I won't say it was painless (why does it take almost 7 hours?), but the staff at Willowbrook Ford are courteous, kind and knowledgable. They know me by name, Luis and Matt both greeted me saying hey Mike, what great service. I continue to bring my vehicle here because of the quality service and the attention to detail that this device center provides me. It isn't a 10 minute oil change, but that is not what I'm looking for. I know working in the service industry that if you aren't at McDonald's it might not be thrown back at you as soon as you demand it. Willowbrook KIA has been my favorite car experience. I highly recommend them and the staff has been helpful and supportive during anther KIA shop disappointment. I thought they all were held to the same high expectations and found out -- Nothing is like my Willowbrook KIA/Ford Division. I will purchase more cars from the Willowbrook facility --- I'm on my 3rd new purchase (sportage) from Willowbrook and 1 Kia - 2014(disappointment) purchase from Joliet... Love my Kia and Willowbrook

Luis is honestly the best person I've ever worked with for car service. I had a minor request and he was able to speak to me and explain what the issue was in such a friendly manner. Ken Brown was extremely helpful to us right from the start. We told him exactly what we were looking for, the price range and monthly payment that it needed to be at and were clear if it wasn't possible that's ok because we had to stick to the tough parameters. Trust me, what we wanted wasn't easy to find. We wanted a high quality car on a budget. He did everything possible to make it work for us and we got the deal done. He was very responsive, kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend if you go to this dealership to ask for Ken Brown. Joey Madia made the experience easy and efficient, which to me personally is what I expect when conducting business. I had a great experience at Willowbrook Kia! Cheryl got my apt set up and even sent a reminder. Danny was ready for me right when I got there and had all the paper work ready to go which cut out a lot of waiting time. Jesse got me an amazing interest rate even though I had a bankruptcy last year. I was in and out of there in a couple of hours and have been enjoying my Sorento ever since. I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I just purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer XLT this past Friday evening and we had a wonderful experience. We found the car on Cars.com and Jonathan was very helpful when I called to inquire about the truck. Tom, our salesman, was really down to earth and didn't use the typical "sales person" tactics to get us to make a purchase. He was extremely patient and showed us a couple of different trucks and was willing to show us as many as we wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. I wish we needed another car because I would definitely like to use Tom again. The finance department and everyone else at the dealership was wonderful as well (even though they had to stay late on a Friday night while we completed our purchase). I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to purchase a car.

When I pulled my car up in front of the Service Dept door, a Service Rep was there ready to take my info and my car. Your Rep was super courteous and informative during the process. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday while heading out of town for 5 days and your Rep said that there would be no problem or charge to have the car kept on your lot until we returned on Saturday. He also said to call on Saturday on our way back from the airport (which we did) so that you could get the car washed before we picked it up. When I returned to get the car, the charges were very reasonable, the pay and pick-up process was quick and the car was washed. Thank you! We will always use your location for work on our Kia, and we are buying a new car in early 2016 and we will absolutely without doubt be buying our car from your dealership.

I have owned many cars in my day and brought my car to be worked on at many different dealers. I have 4 Ford vehicles at this time and have been bringing mt Fords into your dealership for almost 6 years.One thing I would like to say is that with almost all dealers and private garages I have worked with in the past, they almost always find many things that they say need work on.It seems like they alway drive the price of the service up. Your service department does not seem to do that. I'll bring the car in for "The Works" oil change which includes a multi point check up and I'll say don't I need brakes - or something similar to that. Your guys will check out what they service technician did and tell me exactly what they reported and what is needed. They may say that I have another 5,000 miles before I need that . THANK YOU for being so Honest, keep up the good work.

Needed a wiper motor replaced in warranty. Due to my schedule I could not wait on Friday for the delivery of the motor and installation.Service department was very accommodating and scheduled me on Saturday even though they were jammed. Re-installed the old motor and got me on my way. Dropped off on Saturday AM and work was completed, including oil service and rotation. I really appreciated their willingness to work around my schedule. I am thoroughly happy & impressed with the service I was provided at Willowbrook Ford, the people who helped me & the timeliness in having the necessary work completed on my vehicle. I'd made an appointment for my car to be serviced (I'd received a 'Safety Recall' on the power steering) for Thurs. morning, July 2nd at 10:00 a.m. I called to see if I could drop it off the day before, as I had a business appointment on Thurs. morning & was told that I was welcome to drop it off that day, Wed., July 1st. I left it about 5:30 p.m. - met Leslie (my namesake!) who was wonderful! I also arranged for an oil change & vehicle check. I told her that I was very unhappy with the dealer I'd been going to - who had actually told me they were too busy for my 'Safety Recall' to be handled for over a month! Suffice it to say I was pleasantly astonished to receive a call that same evening around 7:30 p.m., saying that my car was ready to be picked up & that you were open till 9:00 p.m.! I will never go anywhere else - you provided the kind of service & atmosphere that will keep me & others coming back! As to the other dealer, I'll never even call there again. I'm a Realtor & meet a LOT of people. I try my best to give them the same attention & service that I experienced from your dealership. I drove my car in and was waited on almost immediately. I chose to wait for my car while it was being serviced and given a time estimate for the service to be completed, which was very accurate. Upon completion, my car was clean and waiting for me---a great experience with friendly service personnel!

Brought my car in at 12 on a Saturday for an oil change and was told my car would more than likely not be done until 1:45. By 1:25 it was ready to go. Waiting that long for an oil can be a bit tedious, but it was worth it. I left feeling like my vehicle was in good shape; oil changed, tires rotated, inspection completed, mats vacuumed, and they washed my car as well. I had a coupon, so it only cost me 21.00 for everything. I see no point in taking a car to Jiffy Lube because the dealership did so much more for a very comparable cost. The waiting area was very nice and clean too...comfortable chairs, vending machines, a warm fireplace, nearby bathrooms, and complimentary coffee. Definitely helped to make the hour and a half wait more comfortable.

The service on my car was fine. I had an oil and filter change. When I pulled in the Gentlemen helping me was friendly. He told me how much it was and that I could also get my tires rotated also. I explained that I got a flat tire about a week after I bought the truck (Sorento) and when I got the tire fixed I bought a warranty on the tires. I can take it back there and get my tires rotated for free. He said, ok if you want to do that it's fine and commented on how it's just high school kids just doing the job. I understand and appreciate when I come in you should explain to me what needs to be done against the mileage. You really shouldn't make someone feel bad or guilt them into getting your service. Also, Ken said when I was done that my car was ready and it was washed. I went outside and they never washed it. I also think he should have made sure it was done. I would have gone back in but at that point I was outside and just wanted to go home. I didn't have a horrible experience, just those two things with this Gentlemen bothered me.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The oil change was very quick. I briefly mentioned that I thought there was an issue with my alignment. When the service was completed, the tech said that they tested the alignment and said it was fine. He then explained the sport suspension in my optima in more detail and why it might seem like I would have an alignment issue on the highway.

Every time I have gone Ben Nisbet has helped me and has been very helpfull every time. He explains things fully and will go out of his way to make sure my car is done at a time that is convient for me. The last time I took my car in he made a point to call me a head of time to let me know that he was going to be away in a meeting when my car would be finished which I felt was real helpful and accomidating. My only gripe, if you call it that, was that I did not get that little sticker on my window telling when to change my oil next. Very minor but helpful.

I had an oil change and brakes/battery inspection. These services are always done well, and staff is always courteous and polite. The only downside is I wish the carwash were better, they like to add that in, but it's like it does nothing. All the bug guts are still there. And for the price I'd like it if they had vacuums available or offered to vacuum the cars.

The service dept at Willowbrook Ford is always exceptionally good! The facility is clean, staff is professional and friendly. The waiting area has coffee and sometimes treats, TV and comfy chairs for those who stay. They give me a ride home and pick me up when work is completed (I do live close-by). I would recommend buying a car at Willowbrook Ford and using their service dept to my friends.

I made an appointment for a recall notice repair, when I came in the Shop staff was quick to greet me and start looking up my service. They noted that I actually had 3 recall notices to take care of on my 2013 Escape and added a last minute oil change so I wouldn't have to come back in a couple of weeks or miss any recall related repair work. The work took half the time expected (the Shop wasn't very busy, so they assigned extra technicians to jobs to get them done faster). The ENTIRE staff at WB Ford is always friendly and helpful-that's why I bought there and keep coming back. The Facility is also clean and well maintained. I'm also extremely happy with how they managed their time and mine-they could have let technicians clean, sit idly or go home to save money, but having multiple guys work on a job was the best way to keep customers happy.

The service was very good. I raised a concern to Ben about a service I had done about 10 months ago. At first he was defending the product like any employee would. But after some time, he said he looked into things more and was able to replace what I had done just a short time ago. I was actually kind of shocked that they would replace things at no cost. Especially after our initial conversation. I was just in for routine oil change so did not expect any problems. I still think an hour and a half wait for an oil change is a little on the long end. I do give a thumbs up to the new waiting room. Especially the massage chair.

Your staff was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating when my Focus had to be serviced for a "shudder" problem in the transmission for the second time. Ford acknowledges this problem, but I don't think even they know how to fix it for sure. I have experienced the "shudder" on a couple of occasions since the transmission was replaced, but not as severely as I have in previous times, so I am waiting to positively discern that the problem is repeating before I call the dealership to schedule another visit. It is not the fault of the dealership's personnel; it is a Ford problem, and they need to figure out how to remedy it. Also, the Enterprise Rental agency that operates from your location needs some improvement. While the rep is pleasant, their wait-time and vehicle availability needs much improvement!

No one in the facility said verbally anything to me about the condition of them. This is the only thing I am concerned about at this time. 2014 C-Max WHAT! NO SPARE TIRE !! At 1st I was in limbo as to the cost or what was going on w/my tire then my service Manager Matt explained in detail what the problem was and told me Willowbrook Ford was going to take care of the charges! I was very pleased w/the professionalism and manner of how it was handled . I really believe there should at least be a Donut Tire w/this vehicle ! 2012 Ford Focus SE 5-DR Hatchback, 5-spd Manual Transmission. Had a Multi-Point Inspection & Oil Change on 04/28/14 with 18,323 mileage. Over the last couple weeks the system kept flashing a 'time for maintenance' message. We drove into the dealership & were brought into the service dept. without any appointment. Mileage was at 21,898. We presented the coupon that we received in the mail for the oil change & multi-point inspection. We relaxed in the TV/massage-recliner room & waited. In less than an hour (we didn't keep exact track) the Service Advisor gave us the update & returned our keys. Everything had been completed and all was ok. The car was washed. There was a wrench on the front floor wedged between the seat and the door mat. We returned it to the Service Dept. and we were on our way. Everything was handled excellently. THANKS.

The service technician (Matt) was very friendly and helpful. I asked him to remove all the bugs from the front of the car because of our recent driving trip, and he did a good job of removing them all. He explained all the checks they made and assured me that everything was working well. My Service Advisor Ben and the service department Have handled my service needs excellently. The service pricing is fair and I find it worth the quality of work I receive from them. I tried a closer dealership to my home years ago; but Willow Brook is by far the best for me and my family. I had forgotten about Willowbrook Ford (sorry!) and had been trying to get a hold of Westfield Ford to try to get my car in - after much frustration not getting through to the service department and being transferred so many times, my mom reminded me about Willowbrook. Someone in service picked up right away - it was a female and told me to drop it off and someone will get a look at it today, but if I needed a rental, I'd have to be there before noon as Enterprise is only there until noon. Willowbrook Ford was communicative and pleasant to deal with - found even more issues than I knew about (like the leaky battery), but all under warranty. This car had been at Gordie Boucher Ford in July when the power steering went out and I find it hard to believe (and know) that some of these issues couldn't have been addressed then! Of course no one likes not having a car for a few days, but everyone was great to deal with. I won't forget about Willowbrook Ford next time. Thank you. Megan

I came in to have what I thought would be a simple fix but it turned out to be a 4 hour project which I really wasn't ready for and didn't find out until I got there so unfortunately had to wait for the car because I needed it to get home and for the next day to get to work. The staff was very nice seeing the work didn't get done until after 10:00 p.m. and the service dept. closes at 9:00 p.m. They were nice enough to let me wait in the waiting room even though they were closed. Offered me coffee, TV. Very pleasant. I apolized for keeping them but if I would have known it was going to take so long I would have made other arrangements so as not to inconvenience the staff. Thank you. P.S. The car has not had the problem since.

I told Mike Arias and the sales manager I had to come back because I wanted to verify my financing. I went back a few days later and the price that was originally quoted was different, it was higher. This was the second time that we used Willowbrook Ford/Kia for scheduled service on our Soul. The scheduling process was painless.... "no appointment needed just drop the bar off". Very easy. Dropping the car off took literally no more than 5 minutes; service rep was fast and efficient in finding out what we needed and explaining what they would do. Also they agreed to honor a coupon that was expired by one day, which saved about $50. Car was ready when we expected and picking up the car was also very fast. No waiting. Maybe 5 minutes tops. Car was washed too. Very friendly people from start to finish. We will buy our next car from Willowbrook Kia next Aug.

I received a recall notice on our 2003 Escape and my wife called Willowbrook Ford to have the recall service work performed. The service department staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. They booked our appointment right away and made it extremely easy for us to drop off and pick up the vehicle. Not only did they complete the work quickly, it was done several hours early. Service seemed fine. I love that you send a follow up survey instead of having us fill something out on the spot or instead of not asking. Also, I loved that you filed for the rebate for us - that is a really nice touch. The problem is that Ford sent us a note that they couldn't give us the rebate because of some problem with the way the dealership completed the form. This is a little thing but it is really a nice touch....whenever I brought my old car into the Honda dealership. They used to clean/wash it. They didn't detail it or anything like that. But is was nice.

Luis Giron was my service advisor. He was very professional yet friendly and explained the whole process to me upon arrival. Luis went over my bill and the vehicle report card with me and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back!

The service department has all ways helped us with our Fusion. They never gave us any problems with the repairs and have had our repairs completed in a timely manner

Purchased a used Ford Escape. They put a sticker over a crack in the windshield that hid it from view. After the sale was completed, we walked out got in the car, began to drive off and noticed the crack that was covered by an inventory sticker that they didn't remove. Of course it was past closing time and everyone walked out with us when we took delivery of the vehicle. The sales manager was not very bright, they played old school used car sales games. "Wait while I go get approval for that offer.", and leave you sit for 30 minutes." The manager also said:"..Kelly blue book never purchased a car.." - when I was offering the listed "fair dealer price" - the guy was very annoying. We could have been in and out much more quickly had they been more reasonable I've now got to pay to get the windshield reapired out of my own pocket. They ignored requests to even comment on the concealed damage. Use great caution before purchasing a car from this place. Ensure that you have time to get it fully incpested elsewhere. If they'll hide a windshield crack, what else might they try to conceal?

Our salesman, Trace, did a great job with us and represented Kia very professionally. We were extremely impressed with this dealership and Trace made us feel very comfortable and reaasured throughout the buying process. Your service writer was great. He called everyday giving me updates great guy . Mark B was his name I bought a new expedition last yr from you guys so now that's 2 vehicle you will now service. You guys did a great job and mark was asome to deal with, I don't think any of your other service writers would have gotten the repairs done under the bs warranty company but mark stuck with, that was great thx you again Willowbrook ford I will only bring my trucks here. The dealership and staff that I worked with were great but I am disappointed with the fact that less than 2 years after I purchased my Ford explorer my arm rest was falling apart. Also disappointed with the warranty as this was not covered. I expected more from quality from Ford, whom I have always revered as a quality car manufacturer. I will be remembering this in the future when we decide to purchase a new vehicle.

I came into Willowbrook Kia to fulfill a recall notice. Though the signs are service area is a bit confusing (Kia entrance on one side of the building and Ford on the other, so there are cars facing all sorts of directions and it is hard to figure out where is the front desk), the service you receive, both customer service and automotive, is exceptional. The recall was done quicker than expected, and though I did notice something askew on the ride home, everything was addressed in a follow up visit quickly and courteously. Their wait room is rather comfortable with ample seating, wifi and desk space, vending machines, tvs, and even a massage chair! I will definitely be returning to Willowbrook Kia for future maintenance and service on my vehicle.

We always have great service and happy faces when we come in, and it is ready when they give you a specific time. I have a 2013 Edge just took it on a long trip, very happy with comfort,22 mpg, was hoping for a little more but overall a great trip

Staff was willing to drive me to my work which was only about a 1/2 mile instead of having to wait I was able to work and not miss any time. Work was completed by the time they said it would be done.

My service worker, Ben, was honest and helped find the squeak problem with my Taurus. Unfortunately, the next day and $900 later, the car began squeaking louder. When I called, Ben was helpful and said to bring the car in and he would ensure the car would be fixed. I've been too busy with work to bring it in. Now, the car sometimes squeaks and sometimes doesn't.

When I bought my car in at its scheduled time only 1 associate was in the service department and he was tied up on the phone providing albeit very professional and courteous service to a caller, but myself and other customers were queued up waiting for quite a while. The customer relations manager was very helpful in smoothing this issue over.

The service was very good. The gentleman was very knowledgable and polite. However, a simple oil change took 1 hour and 30 minutes from time in the door. I was told it would be less then an hour.
