Everyone was incredible from the start; from driving on the lot to driving off the lot. Mrs. Melody greeted me outside with a smile. I told her exactly what I wanted and she went straight to Tyler. Tyler heard my wishes and respected them as well. Tyler fought for me with the financial institutions and he won. Angelia sealed the deal with patience and kindness. Mitchel even put a smile on my face. The entire dealership is amazing.

I called to see if they took walk in appointments for oil changes because my truck was ready for one. Though they usually don’t, they made an exception and was able to get it done way under the 2.5hr wait they originally estimated it to take. I cannot stress how important it is for someone like me that I can get my oil changed on a Saturday and not have to take off of work during the week to have it done. The friendly staff, and the accommodating time frame is why I will be back

I called to schedule a Check Engine light diagnosis appointment, and was scheduled for a Saturday. When I get to the dealership, it turns out they do not have a tech available to do this. I had called and confirmed TWICE and both times they had told me it would be fine. So it was a waste of time. Then, I was told they could fit me in on Monday. So, I bring in the car at opening time, drop it off and go to work. Didn't hear anything and by 2 or 3p, I called for an update. I was told there was no updates. I called around 4:30 and was told they had not even gotten to my vehicle yet. 10 HOURS. They had my vehicle for 10 HOURS and didn't bother to look at it. No, thanks. Since this awful experience, I have moved on to a different GMC Chevy dealership that has done a much better job. I would not recommend Wilson Co Chevrolet to anyone and I hope they treat other customers better than they treated me.

Had an amazing experience here from the moment i got in contact with Sherry Jackson. She was very personable and worked with me even when i was overseas. She was able to work with me during the times I was available even if it was not convenient for her, she was even able to pick me up from the airport to bring me to the dealership. Sherry was just as nice in person as she was on the phone, truly cant thank her enough making the stressful experience of buying a new car as easy and seamless as possible.

My wife and I walked in and was immediately greeted by Sherry. She was instantly kind, excited, and welcoming. We have had many other encounters with other car salesman at other dealerships, that are very pushy, and closeminded, Sherry was the total opposite. She went out of her way to make sure we found the perfect car for our family, and not just trying to make a sale. She was fun and I loved the energy she had the WHOLE time. We HIGHLY recommend her and her whole team. We will definitely be going back when its time to buy a new car!
