Buying our new used van at wind gap Chevy was easy with no pressure to buy. They give you everything upfront about your vehicle and what was replaced. I think we spent a total of 2 hours at the dealership. The first hour was looking test driving and going through the usual paperwork. The other hour was signing the purchase documents. This is the place to go to get your new or used car.

Went just to look at the selection of vehicles. Found one I was interested in and spoke with Bill. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Had an HHR in for service but refused the cost of the parts and labor but did pay the cost for diagnosis. I will get parts and do the work myself. Your prices are extravagant to say the least. On a better note, we did buy a 2016 Colorado that we fell in love with. Steve, our salesman was fantastic and with no interest the deal was almost sealed. With some negotiating and some help from Steves understanding bosses we sealed the deal. To early to tell but I think we're going to be happy with our purchase. Thank you Wind Gap Chevy!

I bought my 1st brand new Equinox last year and love everything about it. We just bought my husband a 2017 Equinox cause he really liked mine, so much so that I wasn't getting to drive my own car much lol so now he has one too. My salesman was BK but everyone there was very helpful and I don't want to forget the lady's in the service department that are so helpful and accommodating when you need to call for an oil change or whatever. Wind Gap Chevy was the only choice for me. You need to add more stars to your rating cause its worth more then 5 stars.

They do not pressure you. Even the high pressure sales woman who tried to sell me the extended warranty wasn't bad. Last time I went to this dealership they let me borrow a Chevy Volt for 3 days to try out, I didn't buy the car that time, but this last visit I did buy a new gen 2 Volt!!

Great Service; they really are intent on getting you into a car! The did what my dealer could not do!I went there because I heard a radio announcement with someone screaming about riding away in a car with $5 down !!!!!!! I immediately thought 'snake oil salesman' but decided to give it a try since my current dealership couldn't convert the lease on my 2013 Equinox..I MAY have been there 1/2 hour when the agent said to me: "Looks good!!" He said they have MANY ways to get cars financed, not just 1 or 2 options.I didn't expect that I would be leaving that place with a 2016 vehicle but I did !!! They bought out the lease on my Equinox and set me up with a financed car !!!! It was smoother than going down a sliding board !!!Highly recommend this Dealership. Some may not go there because it's off the beaten path on the edge of a little town. But make the trip if you want a car; you will be pleasantly surprised !

My husband and I were involved in a serious accident involving a double tractor trailer. Our 2015 RS Camaro was totaled! Needless to say, we were not our usual happy selves, when we went to purchase our 2016 Camaro. Our salesman, Tyler Rounsaville understood our dilemma, and took his time with us. My husband and I had been talking about getting a pick up truck for quite some time, but it never was the right time or in the financial budget. I titled this review excellent because from the moment my husband and I stepped onto the pavement at the dealership we were treated "excellent". We were greeted in a most friendly, non pushy manner. We were interested in the new Chevy Malibu, in white, which was in stock! The test drive was not rushed and the salesman Bryan was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything about every feature the vehicle had including all the modern computer technology. And he didn't skip a beat! When we decided that we were interested in a lease, we began to talk price. As my husband stuck to his price decision we were graciously introduced to Bryan's supervisor. We haggled a bit and ended up leaving to check out other dealers. We wanted to go to another Chevy Dealer to ensure that we were in fact getting a good deal! At another dealer we told them our desired price and the offer that we had received. As we suspected "they couldn't even come close." The next day we went back to Wind Gap Chevrolet Buick and leased the Malibu! After we picked up the car and got home, Bryan (who came in on his day off for the sale) called us from home to help us pair our cell phone! I am not one to write reviews but I felt this review was well deserved. What an excellent experience for us! i'm in my mid-seventies and have been buying cars and trucks for over 50 years-thats 25 vehicles. i came to wind gap on the advice of a friend and because brown-daub in nazareth had blown me off for two months....even though i previously purchased two cars there-neither of those transactions were super pleasant. it seemed they were not interested in my business....maybe partly because i was paying cash. mr statler met me in the parking lot, i explained my experience and i had the exact car i wanted and the deal was done in a half hour. no nonsense, no singing or dancing and the price was 1000.00 less than what i had been quoted at brown daub. mr. statler was wonderful and i will be buying all my future cars and trucks from him.

We bought 2 new Chevy Trax this week from Wind Gap Chevy. This is the only place that we've bought from and allowed to service our vehicles in the last 5 years. Their prices on new vehicles are the best around and they don't try to push repairs you don't need when it comes to their service department. Did you ever go to a dealership and there is only 1 or 2 customers walking around browsing the lot? You wont find that here as they are usually swamped... and there is a reason why! If you go into dealerrater and pull up the entire state of Pennsylvania, you will find that there are 157 Chevrolet dealers. Wind Gap Chevy is #2... and has the largest number of reviews! If you've ever seen those cheesy tv commercials where there is so many customers that the dealership seems overrun... That's kind of how it is if you shop late afternoon when everyone gets out of work. These guys sell more vehicles than any dealership that I've ever seen. Try another dealership and you'll find 3 or 4 salesman surfing the web on a laptop because it's not there turn yet! You wont find that at Wind Gap unless it's early in the morning or raining out.

We were in a vehicle we thought we would never get out of from being screwed over by another dealership. Everyone at Wind Gap Chevy made US a priority. Not a just a sale. No matter where you look everyone is pleasant and has a smile on their face. We went back the day after being there to sign the papers for a vehicle we can be happy about driving. I did have to contact service the next day for the truck pulling. Brought it in the day after ( they wanted me to bring it in the next am already). The service department is just as awesome! The girls behind the desk and the young man greeting you with the door. They keep you up to date with what's going on. In and out with a smile. I wish we would have went here a long time ago. We purchased a City Express truck from Wayne Folweiler. It was a great experience. Never felt rushed or that the dealership was trying to pull anything sneaky. We have all been to those dealers... this place is not one of them. Ordered a part and they followed up to tell me it was delayed. That's good service. Greeted with a smile and handshake from the owner. We lost our old dealer to the GM downsizing. Glad we found this dealer. Only negative is that the finance person was flossing her teeth at her desk when we went back in to ask her a question. Glad I shook her hand before I saw that.

I went to Wind Gap Chevy to see about buying a Impala. I looked at a new Malibu but decided I liked the Impala better as my last two cars were Impalas. I was a first time buyer from a dealer. Always payed in full for everything cash, so my credit history came up N/A. Mustang had reached the end of its run, so I needed a car then and there, only had 1500 to put down but my job was solid paying. Looked at the 2010 Focus they had on he lot, dealer took my info and let me test drive it before I had to jet off to work in the family spare car (an '89 Honda that is just god awful to look at) and told me he'd check for loans. Mid-shift I get a text (well after dealership closing) and the man tells me the bank said no. This salesman (Steve) went the extra mile and checked on a car with higher equity for around the same price. Within three days, a few dozen texts, and no more than four hours I had a 2014 Elantra, indicating their alacrity and phenomenal service. On top of that, the dealership as a whole is very involved in the community. Donating to local sports teams and the like. Salesman was straight forward, if he didn't know the answer he didn't try to feed me a line. He told me wait till a few minutes so he can get the sure fire answer. Added bonus for the dealership; free inspections on all cars for your family. Would recommend to anyone and will return in the future when I built credit and can get a much better loan.

Right from the beginning the sales rep was very welcoming. I immediately mentioned to her where we stand credit wise and what type of car we were looking for. From there they genuinely searched for the best loan at the best rates. My wife and I were just going to look at,drive and inquire about the 16 Colorado. We met Terry who introduced us to Steve Savercool.We told him we were trying to compare the Colorado vs the new Tacoma.I had gone from a full sized Silverado to a tacoma in 07.He explained everything,took it for a ride and sat down to talk cost,trade value,etc. Steve explained that there wasn't a whole lot of wiggle room with the Colorado ( tacomas also ),which I understood.He told us there were a lot of incentive dollars out there on leftover 15 Silverado's.We looked at,drove and priced a 15 but wasn't crazy about the color. We found one we liked and with discounted price,incentives ,trade,etc we were pretty close to the price of the 16 Colorado. Got a lot more truck for for a few more dollars.There was never any pressure to buy throughout the whole process.Steve,thanks for taking us through all of our options.It was a very relaxed,friendly experience and the cheeseburgers hit the spot also,thanks. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, take the drive to Wind Gap!I went to Wind Gap Chevy after my friend recommended them following a recent new truck purchase. For the past month, I had been looking for a used 4 wheel drive vehicle for my wife. I went to multiple dealers and looked at several private party sales without success. It was a long stressful ordeal filled with wasted gas and other expenses. My overall past experience with car dealerships has not been very positive, but Wind Gap Chevy changed my perception. My salesman was Bryan Statler who was great and his 30 years of experience speaks loudly. Bryan laid everything out with no hidden fees, no pressure, surprises or curve xxxxx as in other dealerships I have dealt with. We were able to settle on a deal pretty quick and I was satisfied. I cannot say enough about Bryan and his service, he is an asset to Wind Gap Chevy!I was surprised to learn that Wind Gap Chevy offered a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty. Other dealers it was "as is" so this was a great bonus and peace of mind. Prior to making purchase, the Jeep did have worn rear hatch lift struts, a minor/common issue. They immediately addressed the problem and installed new lift struts. When it comes time for my next purchase, I will save my valuable time and drive directly to Wind Gap. Thanks again Wind Gap Chevy, keep up the good work!

To make matters worse, it's been in and out of the shop 8 times for various different problems from trans failure to rattles and noises from loose parts. These guys are incredible! I came to them with basically nothing a 0 (yes a zero) credit score, a 2003 Ford Windstar van with every light on the dashboard lit up worth about the same as my credit score and the knowledge that a needed a more dependable vehicle to get me to work to help feed my family. They worked tirelessly to not only get me a better car but a 2011 Chevy but also put me back on track to having a wonderful credit score. Oh and I forgot to mention when asked what payment I could afford they knew $200 was it. Well I mentioned earlier its a 2011 Chevy they got me approved for and the monthly payment, well its less than the $200 a month I asked for! My sales person was Steve Savercool and the financial gueru was Michael Youssef. Jeff Baskin doesn't lie when he says the dealer for the people they are not kidding I am very proud to say I am a member of their family. There is still a car dealership that cares about the people that walk through their door and treat you like a human being! If you need a car you have to go here! Even the owner of the dealer is there to meet you show you around and just make you feel at home. When I have an appointment at Wind Gap Chevrolet I actually look forward to it. They know who you are and they are genuinely great people. The service department is another pleasant surprise. They make any arrangements necessary to make it convenient for you. I have a very demanding schedule and I can call within an hour or two and they have squeezed me in for service work and oil changes. They even wash the car before you leave.I will never go anywhere else and neither will you if you purchase one car from them, you will purchase all your cars form them. Though they claimed not to be able to do anything for my wife and her situation and just upset her by talking to her as if she did not know anything about credit scores and financing, but they at least were able to get me into something, so even though my wife still had a horrible experience, they got me financed at a decent payment.

I went in with no expectations. All my life I'd bought vehicles from someone's front lawn or worse and coupled with a bought of low credit, I never thought I'd ever walk onto a dealership. I took a chance back at the end of June and went down to Wind Gap Chevy. For coming to test drive a vehicle they surprised me with a gift card for fuel that weekend. With no further ado, I set up to test drive a new 2015 but as I had figured my credit was too low to allow a low payment. I was discouraged but still hopeful as Steve informed me and my boyfriend that there were plenty of nice newer pre-owned vehicles on the lot. He showed me a wide array but my eyes landed on a 2012 gold Chevy Malibu LTZ. He did everything above and beyond to get me into the car of my dreams and also explained that by purchasing this vehicle, paying for it would raise my credit score to later on get me into a newer car. I was beyond happy to be able to take a car home that was reliable and covered via warranty should anything happen. I feel safe now, more so then in the other vehicles I've had in my life and I have Steve and Wind Gap Chevy to thank for that.

Last Friday I leased a 2015 Buick Encore from Wind Gap Chevrolet Buick. As most folks do these days, I researched the car on line, picked the vehicle that met my needs and applied for credit at the same time. Once approved, I was notified by the dealer. Being a person who intensely dislikes waiting for hours at the time of delivery, I asked my salesperson to make sure all the paperwork was ready for my signature when I came in. Surely enough, at the time we showed up, Bryan had everything ready for us and in one hour we were driving away with our new car. The only time previously that we had such a pleasant and professional experience was our previous lease with Mercedes-Benz. High praise, indeed, for a Chevrolet/Buick dealership. The car is every bit as good (if not better) than our GLK350 and the service given us by Wind Gap was as good as what we got from the Mercedes dealer. Kudos to Wind Gap Chevrolet Buick. The people at wind gap Chevy made it so much fun to purchase my car I think they might have even been more excited than I was!!!! Everyone was congratulating me and they even took notice it was my birthday so i got many birthday wishes as well. They took a picture of me with my new car, and really made me feel appreciated. I'm glad I decided to buy a car from wind gap chevy and not anywhere else. They gave me a full tank of gas detailed my car as well as gave me a gift card for gas too! Best customer service no doubt. I bought my 2004 AWD Salsa Red Pontiac Vibe new at this dealership 11 years ago May 31st. I was very happy with the deal I got. I felt all possible discounts were applied. The saleman was helpful and realistic. I did not feel I had to play the "I'll be right back" game. My first several years of service were excellent. I was sent coupons so as to make most of the service I had done equal to non-dealer prices. There was a very convenient shuttle service which I used frequently. They were nice enough to pick up and deliver before normal hours knowing I had to be at school by 7:15AM. Then, it seems like all of a sudden, the coupons stopped. The car washes with service stopped. The estimates for work such air conditioner, radiator, exhaust pipe gasket, etc were SO much higher than where I ended up taking it to have the work done. I was pretty much convinced that I could not go back there and get a fair price or exactly what I needed. It seemed they wanted to replace whole systems, when unnecessary, to fix the problem.About a month ago, I got a recall notice for two reasons. One, the parts were available, the other not. I needed inspection, an oil change and decided to have the recall work for the parts available done, at the dealership. I had a "will honor competitor's" coupon and had the oil change scheduled for $21.99 rather than their $39.99. I had a $15, off any service coupon and had the inspection done. The car failed for windshield wiper pump. I asked what the price was. I was told $195.00 parts and labor.I said "No, thank you." I went online and found the pump for $19. at a local auto parts store. A friend literally installed it in TEN minutes while the car sat in my school parking lot. How is $195. justified for a $20. part and ten minutes of labor?Back for re-inspection- it passes, BUT the oil change had not been done. "May I see the envelope I filled out with the requested work?" It was found immediately, in the completed work pile, with the oil change request but not done. "We'll do it right away, don't know how that happened, so sorry." A half hour later- as promised- I was done. Matt, the service attendant who did the work escorted me to car, made sure everything was ok and I was off. Matt seemed to be the only one in this whole experience who actually knew what customer service meant. There were several computer "glitches" that made it difficult to even find my car's records. Everyone I have ever come in contact with at this dealership has always been polite and courteous. But, somewhere along the way, there are too many missteps.I am ready to buy a new car- not here.

Eating at the diner next door we decided to look around and see what the dealer had. Roger met us and understood we were just looking. He pointed out some cars that may fit out needs and we decided to make an appointment for Saturday. One of the cars was out of the showroom already that we had interest in. I totaled my car just as i lost my job and my luck was going down hill and then my father took me to wind gap chevy and we sat down with John C. and finally got approved on a used Kia Forte. I took it home the same day but my bad luck kicked in and it died with in 30 min of purchasing it. John picked me up and got me into a loaner untill they could fix it but my luck yet again it wasn't worth fixing...so he got me approved on a 2011 Chevy Aveo. I had it for about 8 months and then problems started happening. I didn't feel as if the car was reliable anymore and I just got a new job. So my father and I went back to see if we could get a new car. After talking to JR and John, they came up with some awesome deal with a bank and called us asking if a NEW Chevy Cruze was a car we were willing to purchase. We came to take a test drive and I fell in love. I've had my car for about a week and I couldn't be happier! I want to thank everyone who helped me get a new car!

I stopped by Wind Gap Chevy after work to see a specific vehicle that I had seen online. Based on previous dealer experiences, I expected to be redirected to a new vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted at the door by a friendly salesman, who immediately took me to the vehicle I had come to see. He thoroughly explained the vehicle and answered my questions. I took a quick test d4ive, and told him I needed to being my husband back to see it. He then offered for me to take the vehicle for the night so that my family could check it out. I took him up on the offer, and took it home. I was delighted with the vehicle, but my husband did not like it at all due to his height. I reluctantly texted our salesman, who replied "No worries. Talk to you tomorrow." When I returned it in the morning, another salesman greeted me and returned my keys. No pressure, no inquisition. Just kindly swept the snow off my car and wished me a good day. The following day, my husband and I returned. Our salesman was.able to show my husband how to adjust the seat and headrest to accommodate for his height, and my husband was sold. Our salesman then guided us painlessly through the purchasing process. Overall, a great experience. We definitely recommend this dealership.

My husband and I went in looking for a cheap used car after his truck broke down for the last time. Cappy showed us a couple of used cars that were in the price range we asked about then suggested that buying a new car would be better for us. He worked with the financing dept. and got us a better payment for the new Cruze than we would have gotten for used. He took care of all the paperwork including calling our insurance company to get the car added. Everything was explained to us thoroughly but we never once felt pushed into buying the car. All in all we had a wonderful experience and will be back next time we need a vehicle.

The experience with the people here was terrific. I shopped one day and test drove three cars with John Corsale, a salesman. I was given a few financial options. I felt I personally needed to continue to shop elsewhere to see if I found something better. The next day I returned and purchased my " new ride" . John Corsale was wonderful with me. No pressure and just looked for what was best for me. He looked at the whole picture. I was really a tough customer. I am not the easiest to deal with when it comes to a high dollar purchase. I called one day to say it was a done deal and the next day I drove off in my present to myself. Yippee! The next day I got a call that they actually got me better interest rates, come back in to do paperwork. Bottom line is, they are only there for you. I had bought another vehicle there in 2005. I will return if I need another car in my future. I am speaking very highly of this dealership. Thank you.

What a great place to buy a car. No pressure. No gimmicks. I told Cappy (our salesperson) and Rich (new car mgr.) the bind I was in when my 1998 Buick finally gave up on me after 225,000 miles and within a few hours I drove away with a great lease deal on a 2015 Malibu (incl. maintenance). I highly recommend Wind Gap! Stay away from other high pressure dealerships. These guys treat their customers right.

Well, we saw the car of my dreams online. I called the Wind Gap Chevrolet Buick Dealership, expecting to have to rent a car to go buy a car. Not so with this Dealership, they sent a Shuttle to pick us up and deliver us to our salesman Terry! A Great Guy and Salesman! We got the deal of the century, not only our opinion but also of everyone who has seen and heard the car! We. Bought a Dodge Nitro in amazing blue! I cannot remember the name of the young man who picked us up,but he does deserve recognition, he was sociable, well mannered and a good driver! Terry got us a great deal, offered us refreshment and made sure we knew where the rest rooms were! Then put dealer tags on the car, which we brought home, held our check until we informed them ours had cleared our account and did it all with a smile! I must also include everyone at the Wind Gap Dealership were happy pleasant people! What a delight. If we were to ask for that kind of consideration at a Dealer in Allentown I do think we would have been laughed off the lot! And if this isn't great enough we went next door for a meal and got ten percent off our bill for being a customer of Wind Gap Chevrolet Buick! Then a few days later I spoke to a dear friend of mine and it turns out she and her family all deal at this car lot! Everyone who has seen and heard this car agree, we got the deal of the century! As for us , I wouldn't go anywhere else for an automobile, Wind Gap Chevrolet Buick has our business forever! And anyone I can send their way, all the better. I figured that because they offered me a good price for my car, they would be stingy with the price of the new one. Not so! Chevrolet is offering great model year end rebates and low financing rates right now so if you're thinking about purchasing a car and don't mind a 2014 leftover... you can walk away with a fantastic deal! I love my new Cruze Diesel as it has plenty of get up and go and the gas mileage is phenomenal. I've got over 600 miles on it and still haven't put a drop of fuel into it!

Time was very short on my existing lease and NO ONE (at 4 other dealerships in my local area) had the courtesy to call me back. I called Wind Gap Chevrolet Buick and "JR" took time to listen and answer my questions regarding a vehicle on their lot. I needed a larger vehicle with a high tow capacity but also needed to stay within my budget. After a few minutes on the phone I set up an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was introduced to Bryan Statler. I test drove the vehicle I had inquired about and the rest is history!! Bryan and the entire crew working that day could not have been more polite and professional. I had only planned a test drive but EVERYONE was so courteous and accommodating that I was able to drive home in a beautiful 2015 Chevrolet Suburban. For as long as I can remember the stigma attached to car dealers was closer to negative than positive. My best man at my wedding many years ago was a car dealer so I heard many stories of schmoozing the customer to cover up a fleecing. I hoped for a bit more on my trade but then I don't look at life from a pure financial perspective. They worked to get me a deal that spared me the dreaded "buyer's remorse" the minute I drove my car off the lot. I love my car. It's fun to drive and if a car isn't fun then what's the point. I've heard the term "gorgeous" several times since I bought it. If asked, I'll recommend these guys to anyone. Props to Cleber Geleski. I appreciate your efforts and the respect you gave me.

Saturday my husband and I went to Wind Gap Chevrolet-Buick in order to put financing in place for him to purchase his leased Chevy Silverado. We met with Bob Silagyi. He listened to what we had to say, what we were there for, and promptly got all the paperwork started. He was courteous, professional and accommodating. Monica explained the financing and an extended warranty we purchased in great detail. Her knowledge of the product and financing impressed us as well.In addition, I asked Bob about leasing a Buick Encore when my lease expired. All I wanted to do was test drive an Impala and learn about the differences between the option packages but the Sales staff was so accomodating and helpful we ended up with a deal that was too good to pass up.From Rose who scheduled the test drive to Cappy who explained the features of the car, to Jeff and the others that closed the deal we had a pleasant experience. I have found that I can count on Bob O'Dell and Rich to be very concerned with both my financial situation along with being willing to work out the best possible agreement that is mutually beneficial to both parties. I never felt pressure to accept what I was told without being able to give my rationale for a price that I had felt was reasonable to both of us. I was in contact with Rose and Mike prior to coming down to purchase my car. I had such a great time once I arrived was taken care of the min I walked in and shown the car I asked about. Waiting on all the paperwork to be done BK was always making sure I was ok and didn't need anything so I wasn't just left hanging around. Mike and BK made the time a lot of fun and I would recommend wind gap Chevy to anyone I can because of the excellent customer service they showed me. I been to a lot of different dealerships none of which did I feel it was all about me the customer like I did this past Saturday. If I could rate them at 6-7 stars I would because that's how good my expierence was.

Great experience! Since I was two hours away, I talked to Bob O on the phone and went over what i was looking at, what I had to trade in and where the trade in value and my final payments needed to be. Bob was confident we could work things out so I made my trip from Lebanon to Wind Gap on a Saturday morning. Bob O had the car ready and waiting in the garage since it was a very cold morning...thanks! who wants to stand out in the cold lookind at a car! :) Bob O was very helpful in getting answers for all my questions I had on the car. He also knew my trade in was my "baby" and was very respectful and could see how well i maintained it. After two drives with the car i was looking at (one with Bob and one with my nephew who came along with me) and a quick drive with my trade in, Bob O came back with the deal I needed. I went to Wind Gap Chevy with the intention of purchasing a new car. I had bought my previous car there but did not have a good experience with the salesman. The manager had made things right then so I thought I would give them a second chance. The salesman, Bob Silagyi, was 1000% better than the last guy and really knew about the vehicle we were purchasing. He spent a lot of time with us and worked with us to get the price we could afford. My previous car died unexpectedly and I needed a reliable replacement with seating for 7. Mike Dalton and Dee Jones worked together to deliver exactly what I needed and within my price range. I bought the car used, but the Wind Gap staff made it look brand new. My salesman, Dee, took the time to go over everything with me and made sure I didn't drive off the lot until I was 100% comfortable with all of the features. He then called me a few days later to follow up and see if I had any questions. I bought a 2011 Chevy Traverse and I couldn't be more happy with it. i know it has been awhile since my daughters horrific dealings with windgap chevy, but it was a day i will never forget..i could not believe how much they took her to the cleaners so to speak, knowing her financial situation. then when we needed some understanding and cooperation to remedy her dilemma, the used car manager was neither caring or understanding or cooperative. it was humbling for me to ask them for such consideration, but after i found out that they buried her in a deal that she would never be able to get out of, i was furious. and a lot of the money that was involved in the deal, i never found out about until after the day we were there and repurchased a vehicle with less money involved..i could go on for awhile longer about the greed and deceit, but it only makes me less caring for the auto industry and the way windgap deals with the consumer..just wanted to let you all know and especially windgap chevrolet that i will never forget how they dealt with my daughter and me that day..and you can count on knowing that i would never recommend this dealership to anyone..

From the minute I entered the dealership and met Jeff the experience and help was excellent. Jeff asked Bryan to help me find a car and within minutes we were on a test drive. Bryan was the most knowledgable car salesman I ever worked with - ever!! He knew everything and anything about the car and options I was looking at. I got exactly what I was looking for and a price that was much better than I expected - who has ever said that about buying a car before? I must say, I am very impressed with Windgap Chevy. I was a tough situation with my current vehicle and it was suggested that I try Windgap Chevy for my vehicle needs and they completely surpassed my expectations! First off, customer service was excellent, I had arrived almost 20 minutes early for my appointment and they weren't even open yet, however, I was greeted immediately by Mike Dalton... He introduced himself and I had informed him I was there for an appointment with Bryan Statler. He invited me inside for refreshments and donuts while I waited. The Quality of work was fantastic, these guys truly worked magic and made what seemed to be an impossible situation possible... They never gave up and kept working hard to ensure that I was happy and to explore every opportunity to get me into the vehicle that I wanted... Everyone there was extremely friendly, all saying hello and not stopping just there but also some small talk, even those who weren't working with me directly. I was never shy'd away or shrugged off... As far as the price, all vehicles there seemed to be adequately equipped and were a great value for your money, especially compared to other auto makers. Overall, in the end, the experience I had was one I will never forget and I can say one thing for sure, they have earned my business in the future not just because of the 5 factors in this survey but because I became a part of their family as soon as I walked in, I wasn't an outsider! These folks were just plain awesome!!!

About 4 months ago I was interested in buying a new chevy camaro and trading in my old car. i found a couple of them on location and met with Nate. Nate was a cool dude and i was happy to buy a car from him. Then when we go in to talk business he takes me info down and goes to the management or financial person in the back and he comes back and tells me with a serious face that i need a 19,000$ down payment if i want a camaro. This was hilarious to me because ive never put a dime down on a vehicle in my life. I dont know if they didnt want to do business with me or something for them to say something SO IDIOTIC and STUPID. So i called my bank while in the store and got an approval for a lot of money for the car i wanted at 1 percent interest. Once i got that check from my bank i sure was not gonna buy a car off people who laughed me out of there dealership and went to another chevy dealership that met my every request with no issues, even got a car that fit my specific needs from maryland and brought it down. i dont think it was Nate's fault really he is only a salesman it was the higher ups that irritated me. Unfortunately Yesterday some jerk in Hellertown ran into the back of my camaro and totaled it out. Now once again i am in the market to buy another camaro with check in my hand and may give nate another shot but depending on them clowns in management i might as well go to a different chevy dealer like the one who put me in a car the same day i came with a check.

I stopped by Wind Gap Chevrolet to see what they had 2 or 3 year old pick-ups. I had been to several other dealers that day and was not vey happy with 'service' or selection. I cruised the Wind Gap lot, checked the prices on new trucks, slowed down to check a used 2500 as I was leaving and Terry Walizer walked up to my vehicle and asked what I might be looking for.We viewed some other used trucks - saw two I was interested in - told him I would be back in two hours with my wife, because she will be driving it also.We came back in tow hours - took a ride in one of the used trucks, then took a ride in the last 2013 on the lot.An hour or so later we had a deal and I bought the new one - along with about $ 2,500.00 in accessories.Please note - I really hate buying vehicles and have a short fuse with car salesman - that's why WG was great.Sterling D. I was in the market for a new Malibu. After having a not so good experience at another dealership 2 years ago, I searched the internet and somehow narrowed it down to 3 dealerships in my area. Wind Gap Chevrolet was my first call. After speaking with JR on the phone, I knew I didn't need to look any further. His down to earth, friendly and "non pushy" demeanor set the tone right from the start. My husband and I went in the next day, and met BK. What a great guy! He was honest and down to earth. We took the car for a test drive and I knew it was the car we wanted. BK made the experience very fun and painless. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer, he simply said, I am not sure, but I will find out. (Not like other dealers who will down right lie to you). We told him what our budget was, where we wanted to be and they delivered!! It was a great buying experience!! One we have never had so far buying a vehicle. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is in the market for a car whether new or used. The entire staff was friendly and made you feel "at home" and that you were not just a number. We have found our "forever" dealer with Wind Gap Chevrolet. Thanks everyone for your efforts and the great experience!! I would also like to add, that we received a "hand written" Thank-You card from the general manager with our photo of us in front of our car today in the mail. The fact that someone would take the time to send a hand written Thank-You card says mouthful to me in how much they appreciate their customers. This dealership "Rocks"!!!

My family has purchased 5 cars from Tom Ehrlich at windgapchevy .we have been very happy with our cars, 4 cruzes and 1 sonic. The reason we traded was to trade up because we love them. When and if there were any problems they would take care of it right away. Tom is a great salesman. My new cruze 2013 I drove him crazy to get the one I wanted and he did it, so I'm very happy I got what I wanted and didn't have to settle for a cruze I wasn't going to be happy with. The finance people work hard for you even if you don't have great credit like some of these dealers will just turn you away, they don't they try. The service dept is great too, they are all so friendly they help you out with any little problem you may have and you don't usually have to wait for ever, they have enough mechanics on staff so they can get the jobs done in a reasonable wait time. In closing I have gone back to them and will continue to go to Tom Ehrlich in wind gap chevy. Thank you guys for 5 pleasant experiences and counting.

I have had bad experience at another dealer. My credit isn't great and wasn't sure what could be done to help me, if anything. I spoke to Nate and everything was very smooth and promises that were made by Nate and Mike were kept to the letter. The only problem we encountered was with Monica, in the finance department. She did not want to honor the price that I was given for car, she had a real bad attitude and when we finally received the final paperwork there were a lot of mistakes on her end. When I informed Nate and Michael about the problem with finance not honoring the price, they moved heaven and earth to keep their promise! Nate and Mike made the car buying experience easy and very enjoyable. Could not be happier with my new 2012 Chevy Sonic!!!!!!! Thank you so much to Nate and Mike for being stand up, honest guys that are hard to come by in the car buying business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased by Chev. Cruse just before Christmas and have been very pleased. We do have an ongoing problem with the radio, but it is in the process of being repaired. My service with sales has been with Joe Selitto and has been outstanding. When we stopped to look at the cars, Joe met us in the parking lot with a friendly hello and handshake. We told him what we needed and what we could afford. Not once did we feel pressured into buying. He was most considerate and understanding of our needs. Though we just came in to browse and possibly test drive a Chevy Sonic, salesman Bryan Statler was excellent and went out of his way to help us. His knowledge about each specific model was very impressive and we ended up purchasing a Chevy Cruze which we had not even considered when we stopped in. Bryan stayed late, well past closing time, to be certain that everything was in order before we left. Rich Riehl was also very helpful with the numbers, and dealing with both Bryan and Rich was actually a pleasure. This team was not the typical pushy salesman type which we all dread; instead, they were polite, considerate, and worked with us to give us a more than fair price. I cam in to buy a used car. I was driving a very unsafe subaru wagon. My credit was not the greatest and I was buried with a buy here pay here loan on the Subaru. not only was my daughters and my experience at windgap not worth remembering, but now she has a new car from them that has less than 20,000 miles and problems that everytime she takes it back to a chevy dealer they all tell her "well, thats just how sonics are". a terrible suspension issue that they cant solve..typical american made products in this country. thats one reason i dont buy american anymore. poor quality and service. sounds like another lemon law issue. probably a lot more of them on the lot, too.

when i had first visited the dealership on 12-31-12, i was trying to make a deal on a new or used truck. we had met with bob-o, and started looking at the inventory of vehicles that fit into my price range. we discussed all of the options that were available and could not make a deal. in the following days we kept in touch with bob-o trying to expand the options we had and, finally made a deal on the following weekend.i found working with bob-o, to get a deal together was the easiest and most stress free experience that i have ever had in a dealership. bob odell has a professionalism and freindly manner that makes it seem more like a conversation between friends more than a high pressure sales pitch. bob understood right away that we had a price point that we could not work outside of, and was able to find a great vehicle to fit our needs. I would recommend him to anyone. he is a great salesperson and an asset to the dealership.

The Tuesday before thanksgiving my wife had a car accident Our 2006 Chevy Uplander was totaled when she was hit by a drunk driver. We knew our credit was going to be a bit of a challenge (we have been working hard on fixing our credit) We went to a couple dealerships one of which made lots of promises of "$5500.00 for any trade and advertised they would help anyone with credit problems and pay off your current loan no matter how much you owe" this dealership delivered nothing after being there for over 6 hours! A co worker of mine asked if we tried Wind Gap Chevy This coworker said that they helped her get a brand new car and her credit wasn't the best either. we took a ride to Wind Gap Chevy that evening, expecting to be disappointed once again. when we pulled into the parking lot my wife spotted an Orange chevy Sonic and said I want that car! We were met in the parking lot by salesman Seth DeBoer We explained our situation to Seth, with this he said lets take the car for a ride, we went on test drive my wife fell in love with the car, We then went inside Seth took all of our information and gave it to the finance dept it was late in the day so we left for the evening expecting to hear the call the next day that we would need a large down payment or they could not get us financed. the next day came and we received a phone call that we were approved for a loan and they were going to take my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a bad motor as a trade and pay it off (we owed more on this vehicle than it was worth)We went back to the dealership to get the details much to our surprise the Staff at Wind Gap Chevy got us approved for the car my wife wanted with a reasonable down payment and a monthly payment well within our budget. We now know were our next vehicle will come from and we will certainly tell each and every person we know how our experience was at Wind Gap Chevy. The staff at Wind Gap Chevy went above and beyond to get us financing. Once again I would like to thank everyone involved with our purchase of our 2013 Chevy Sonic LTZ, you have gained loyal customers who will definitely pass the word on to all about our experience and satisfaction.

I am a third time Buick owner. I buy a car once every 10 years. Why? Because Buick is reliable, safe, sturdy, beautiful to look at (very classy), fun to drive,trustworthy and dependable. At the onset of our meeting, we told Tom that we wanted a Buick, and only a Buick, but were not sure which one to choose. Tom listed to our wish list, our wants, likes and dislikes and pointed me to the Verano. One test drive and I was hooked. Tom was very knowledgeable about the product. He offered suggestions and answered all our questions, some before we asked. Pushy salesman have made us walk away from a good deal simply because we don't like being pushed, we like to digest all the information and make our own choices. Tom Ehrlich was always enthusiastic regarding the Buick we were looking over, the dealership in general, but he NEVER PUSHED. Perfect salesman. We would give him a perfect score without hesitation. Very friendly atmosphere - ironically this use to be a Slate Belt location years ago and my parents bought a 1999 buick century (new) from Rich Riehl on Sept 9,1999 when he was a sales person and now present day sales manager. Too many times you receive high pressure tactics when car shopping and this was not the case at this dealership. I was very pleased with the sales and service that I had received at the dealership. Rich and Bob were fantastic with helping us decide on what would work best for us and explained in great detail the warranties tied in with the purchase of our car. I had beeen looking at different vehicles and dealers to upgrade from my older vehicle. After checking with the other dealers who seeemed that they had no interest in my business, or my vehicle. When I checked on line and saw a vehicle I was interested in at Brown Daub Wind Gap myself and my wife drove over there. The staff was friendly and was most helpful. Jeremy the sales rep assigned to me most informative and helpful. The vehicle I was interested in was not at the dealership upon our visit. I was assured that it would be there the next day. Feeling confortable with the staff we decided to return, and wer we happy we did. The deal for the vehicle 2011 Chevy Malibu and the deal on my trade in were excellent. I would reccommend this dealershiip and especially Jeremy to my friends. My only complaint is that the paperwork takes forever.

I went to brown daub in windgap because my brother and a friend bought cars from there and had a wonderful experience. I had to bring my young children with me and bill johnson was very patient with me. he answered every question I had. bill was constantly making sure we were comfortable (offered drinks ect..) he also made sure we understood everything showed us all the details of the cars we looked at as well as being funny and down to earth. He is not one of those pushy sales people! he let us take our time with our decisions. In the future we will be getting another car and we will most absolutely be dealing with Bill Johnson for that car too!!

This is my 2nd car from Bryan at Brown Daub, Wind Gap. 2 years ago I purchased a 2010 Chevy Avalanche and when I went into the dealership for the 1st time I asked for a salesman who knew the Avalanche. I met Bryan for the first time and within a half our test drive and explanation I bought it. This time I went in and Bryan was on his day-off so co-owner Jeff Baskin asked what I wanted to see and I said a Chevy Cruze. So we took one for a test drive and I was impressed. He presented me an offer for my trade-in and a discount on a new Cruze. Jeff pointed out the new 2013 Chevy Malibu ECO and explained a few features. I said I'd come back the next day to see Bryan. After I went home I spend a little time learning about the new Malibu ECO. I went back the next day to see Bryan. We took a test ride in the new 2013 Malibu ECO and I was sold. Again within a half hour. They offered me a very fine trade in and a discount off the list price. I drove home the car later that same day and have enjoyed it ever since. I have used their service department with my 2010 Avalanche and have been very pleased with the normal maintenance and when it needed new tires this past winter they were as good a price as I could locate even using the online Tire Rack. Having gone to different car dealers beginning my search in the Scranton and Moosic areas, then ending up in Wind Gap it was well worth my time to travel the 45 min to the 1 hour, for the great Customer service I have received. I started out looking for a used car and ended up with new 2012 Chevy Sonic LT. My experience with Brown Daub Buick Chevrolet in Wind Gap, has been AWESOME, I can see myself returning to this dealership in the future for purchases. From the first contact with Rich Reihl to the sales professional Mike Heckman, was absolutely outstanding!!! I would rate my overall experience with them 110%. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. Having gone to a few dealers, prices were definitely reasonable. It was actually lower in Wind Gap v.s in the Scranton/ Moosic area. Last but not least the Friendliness of all of the employees there was wonderful. I think what I liked the most was that everyone made eye contact with you and made sure they spoke to you when you came in contact with them. Thank you for such great service!!!!

No pressure sales. Very knowledgable about other cars in the same market class. Despite the fact that dealership is undergoing renovations, every effort was made to see to our comfort. Owner present at the dealership and available for questions. A good number of cars on the lot which made choosing interior/exterior colors much easier. Financing was painless - they even found an incentive discount for us through our insurer. No loose ends when we went to pick up the car. We were loyal Saturn owners (14) and it was difficult for us to walk into a non-Saturn dealership. However, many of the things we loved about Saturn were here at Brown-Daub.

This is by far the best dealership I have ever visited. I heard the commercial on 96.1 Cat Country. I was very skeptical but decided to take a ride out there. It's about 1 hour 15 minutes from me. I was looking for a car to commute to work with and improve the gas milage I was suffering with driving a SUV. Tom was knowledgable about the vehicles on the dealership's lot as we looked and talked about several different models. We went to Brown Daub for a vehicle for our daughter. She really wanted a new Sonic. Chevy did a great job marketing their new model. We originally wanted a less expensive model but it was sold prior to us getting there. We did end up buying a more equipped Sonic in the color that we wanted. The car is awesome and we got good service in the F+I dept. We got a good rate and the warranty that we were looking for. The follow up service from our salesman Nick has been very good so far. I needed a car and was originally looking for a used SUV. I had visited, I think, every dealer in the valley. What I found were high pressured sales tactics and very agressive sales personnel who called me daily and filled my email box. Instead of leading me to the cars I wanted, they pressured and enticed me into wanting a more expensive car. Brown Daub Wind Gap was not like that. From the moment I entered I felt comfortable and welcomed as if I was a good friend or family. Mike Heckman was my sales person. He was friendly and very very knowledgable about each and every car I test drove. Unlike the other sales people I dealt with he showed me the cars I was looking for. After test driving several used cars, I decided that a new car was for me. I specified my budget amount and the features I wanted. Mike worked hard to get the maximum trade on my old car and get as many incentives he could work in. As a result of his hard work I was able to get a better car than what I had anticipated and still remain within my budget. My new Malibu STZ is a dream to drive and I really enjoy the XM radio. Having OnStar is a plus as well. In addition to Mike, Monica Rubio was of great help as well. She worked to keep me within budget to obtain the perfect car protection plan for my car. It was the end of the day and I know she wanted to go home, but she kept working for me to get me the best price for the protection I needed.All in all this is the best car buying experience I have encountered in the many years of car buying I have had. I guess the A, B, C's Jeff Baskin talks about on the radio pertain to only certain people. I was very clear on what I could pay and JR (Jim) came back at a $400 car payment, well out of my range. If I wanted to be treated that way I would have gone to my home dealerships who do the same thing. I did my research, I knew what vehicles were available and what my payment could have been. Unfortunately I was dupped by their advertisements and would not suggest them to any of my friends or relatives. I will deal with Star again as they did exactly what I asked and how I asked them. This dealership did everything they could to inconvenience me, not accommodate me. Thanks for nothing. Caveat Emptor... seriously unless you want to spend loads of wasted time you will never get back. Again, I do believe it is a pick and chose who they want to help and who they don't...

First, I chated with rep. online to ask if they would be able to help me out due to my poor credit rating. After being online, I was called shortly after with a few more questions they had and immediately put me in touch with Bryan Statler, The Best Professional Sales Rep. I have ever worked with. After coming into the dealership, he sat down with me, listened to my situation, what I was looking for, and what I was able to put out. He then told me "I have an idea.". He showed me a very nice vehicle. We took it for a test drive, checked it out, top to bottom, and Bryan answered all my questions about the vehicle. As I am trying not to get my hopes up, I decide to just give it a shot and Bryan totaly just took over from there. He put a deal together, pushed it through with his manager and had a bank approval in an hour, if it was that long. Yes, I had to put a little more down and will pay a little more a month than I was hoping, but he got thousands off the asking price of the vehicle and the loan is from a major financial institute which in the long run will only help my credit rating greatly. I have been to several other dealers always leaving in dissapointment. Now, I will never go anywhere else or work with anyone other than Bryan.Bryan, Thanks again for everything you've done.

Bill was very helpful in getting us to a price that would work within our budget. He was able to work with his other team members in finding additional savings for us and worked with the finance team in helping us to get a very favorable rate. I didn't think there was anyway I would be leaving with a new car, but with Bills help, it happened. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to see if there were any used cars on the lot that would serve as a first car for my daughter. Stated our price range up front and while Bob was not initially aware that there was anything, he took the extra step to ask us to come inside as he could provide us with contact information for someone that purchases used vehicles from the dealership that might work. He then asked if he could introduce us to his manager. At that time we met several employees, including the manager. One of the other sales reps informed Bob that he had just brought a car up from another dealership that might be appropriate. My daughter was quite pleased with the looks of the vehicle and Bob set it up for us to take it out for a test drive immediately. The price we were quoted was definitely fair when I reviewed it on NADA. I stated that one of the deciding factors was going to be the auto insurance premium which I could not obtain until Monday morning. My other qualification was that I wanted someone with mechanical aptitude to look the car over. Accommodations were made for my brother to visit the dealership Monday afternoon with minimal notice to look it over. Bob had the car on a lift when we arrived to allow him to look it over from the bottom up! We then took the car for a ride and my decision was made. Much to my daughter's delight, we were able to pick the vehicle up that evening! A couple of small items needed attention and were addressed as soon as a part or two came in. What a GREAT experience!

The sales and financing teams were very decieving. We were promised the world and received only grief. We were told one price, and when we asked about the trade in offer of $4700 the price of the car went up just about the same amount as the trade in. The finance team was informed of where we stood. We were told we would have only one hit on our credit report. Come to find out--they ran our credit through 10 or more banks! The promises that were made were washed away. We left with nothing and a credit score that was worse than when we came in. If you are looking for honesty and integrity in a dealership stay away from this one. Playing three card monty would be a better bet.

All of the staff, not just those selling the cars, are eager to accomodate the customers so that the car buying experience is pleasant. The wants of the customer come first at Brown Daub!!! AND THEY LISTEN and find the perfect fit...both in a car, and in the financing arena.It is nice to go to the dealership after the sale and still be greeted by my first name...as I am in the waiting room while my car is being serviced...or wandering around the showroom or lot to look at the new models. This was my very first visit to a GM dealership. Ever. I was more than pleasantly surprised. It's not one of those high-overhead flashy dealerships that you see on "Auto Miles", it's more like the dealership your dad went to for every one of his 8 new cars. Very modest, very authentic, very down-to-earth. And no-nonsense. They bent over backward to treat me well, even though I made it clear I was bottom-line price driven. Well, not only was I treated well, I got the best price from any of the eight dealers I visited. Bryan is great to work with. He's a genuine, no BS kinda guy. Jeff, who's one of the owners, is always around and ready to help. His presence and ready availability (you can just ask for him on the phone -- try *that* with most dealers) definitely makes you think that he has nothing (and no reason) to hide. Since I just took delivery today after a month-long buying process, I haven't had any experience with the service department yet, so I can't say too much about that. I'd be surprised if they were any different from the front end of the business though.Overall, these folks -- all of them there -- earned my business. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend them to anyone.

I started looking for a Used Vehicle at first, after seeing the sticker prices of Used equipment I decided on new, I ended up at Brown Daub after I was tired of Dealing with out rated sales, I went in Spoke with Jeff Stated My price range and what was wanted. I was introduced to Bill, and we took the walk on the lot. At first there was nothing that appeased me in a 6 foot crew cab Diesel, I was shocked when they dug threw some inventory and found what I wanted. The Truck was out of my price range, but after some reassuring talk I was able to secure the vehicle at the price I wanted. To make things better, a few extras were on the truck unbeknownst to me that were haggle free definite plus.... I have put 138 lovely miles on this vehicle and have enjoyed every 138 miles in one day :)Looking forward to the first service from them.... definitely worth taking the time to talk to these gentlemen.

I began explaining to Rose that i was just browsing but in order to look at the website i had to fill out the pop up that came up on my screen. I just remember back in the day when my parents bought vehicles, the salesman would be there when they picked it up and showed them every aspect of the car/truck. If the salesman couldn't be there, someone else would do it. My husband bought a truck at Brown Daub and was told he had free Lifetime Inspection. Does that apply to me too? Don't know. I don't know anything about satellite radio, how long it lasts in the car before you have to renew, nothing about On-Star, etc. A little info would have been nice, but I guess I'm down to reading the book.

My wife and I were treated with professional courtesy by Terry, our sales rep. He listened to our (extensive) list of wants and needs, and we ran the gamut of vehicles on the lot. When we got to the van we ended up with, everything seemed to click.The only problem we had was the length of time waiting for the paperwork to be completed. I realize that it's a necessary evil, but both of us are disabled to a certain extent, my wife more than I. Other than that, it was a good experience.

From the start of the internet process, to making the appointment with Rose, to walking in the door and working with Eric Buskirk, great experience all the way around. Felt very comfortable with Eric, I believe we were both very up front and honest about what Brown Daub, and I, were able to bring to the table. I fully understand this was a "car sale", but I didn't get the feeling I was being set up by a "car salesman", like often happens at car dealerships. Eric was a total professional. I drove home in a car much better than I expected to, at a price that should be manageable. Also helpful in the process was the fact that unbeknownst to me, a friend from the neighborhood works in the dealership (not sure if I should toss out his name), and he helped fill the gaps in the process with conversation.

I was very pleased with the way I was treated by both Mr. Johnson and the sales manager whos name I can not remember as we only met briefly,I was also pleased that I was not pressured into buying and also given the opportunity to test drive my new chevrolet cruze.MR.Johnson took his time to explain all the features on the new cruz so when I left I was fairly confident that I new how to work most of the controls on my new cruze.So in closing I would just like to say that yes I would recommend Brown-Daub of Wind Gap as the dealer to buy a new car from.

Although the problems i had with my Jeep, i had absolutly no trouble having service repair the problem. The loaner car i received was capable of fitting my needs for a vehicle and my lifestyle. I do believe that the problem i had with the jeep should have been caught before the deal for sale was even made.

2010 Malibu which sticker window said average 33 mpg and we have had car since June 201o and have not averaged more that 27mpg. Spoke to Service Manager Gary Sebring, told us it was the ethenal in gas that was reducing gas mileage. I owned a 2004 malibu with a 6 cylinder 3 speed automatic and we avereaged the same amount of mpg..the 2010 has a 4 cylinder 6 speed automatic. Took car in for service and supposedly did diagnostic but did not inform us of results. Took care for recall and oil change.

We have experienced great service since we walked into the dealership in October, 2009 starting with our sales person, Eric. He has kept up his communication with us.Only on one occasion my tire pressure was not checked and corrected when I asked the service to do so but that is the only thing negative and other then that our experience has been great.

We have been looking for a pickup in our price rangesince January and have not found one in oir price range. today we walked in to Brown-daub and walked out with a pickup and it also had 4 wheel drive asnd a third door to get into the extended cab.the sals person was extremily helpfull in finding one in about 15 minits sent the financing in to see if they could get the monthly payments down to what we could afordMarie was verry helpful on the warenty, she took her time to explain all the options for the insurance. Bryan Statler and the rest of the staff at Brown Daub in Windgap are exceptional. Bryan listened to what we wanted, he didn't haggle or run back and forth to the manager's office and he was very professional and accommodating. We told Bryan what type of vehicle we were looking for and the payment we wanted and he delivered almost to the penny! In fact, 5 months later we purchased another SUV from Bryan without any thought as to going anywhere else. There was no pressure and he treats us like old friends when we come in for our oil changes. By the way, every 3rd oil change is free and so are all the vehicle inspections if you purchase from Brown Daub. Also, the service department is a pleasure to visit. When I come in for my scheduled visits, I just pull up into the breezeway, a very friendly service professional helps me out of the vehicle and takes it where it needs to go. Within 30 minutes of arriving, my vehicle is finished and brought back to me. The waiting area is kid-friendly, clean and very comfortable. The staff are wonderful and take the time to listen to me and answer any questions I may have. I will never go anywhere else!
