Briana Savage is a terrific salesperson. I have purchased about 10 new cars and numerous motorcycles over the years. Never have I experienced a more thorough and professional sales person then Briana at Winner Subaru. While relatively new to selling cars, Briana was enthusiastic to answer or get answers to every question I had. No BS. Obviously the dealership supported Briana in giving me a good deal and a well-prepared car. Thank you.

Winner Subaru is definitely a “winner” dealership! 5 Stars across the board! Salesman: Corey Gordon took care of us in purchasing a 2021 Subaru Outback Touring XT. He was courteous, dedicated and very helpful by answering any questions that we threw at him. He even replied to our emails in the evening when he was off! When we finished up, Corey sat in the Outback with us and explained all of the vehicle’s options. We received the BEST DEAL; he beat out three other dealerships! The 2 hour drive from Maryland was worth it! Finance Dept: Jenn in finance was a pleasure to deal with. She walked us through all of the extras and we did not feel pressured to purchase any of it. Staff: The rest of the staff were courteous as well. They offered us something to drink and made us feel comfortable. The dealership was clean and inviting. Bottom line: I would not hesitate to purchase another Subaru from Winner Subaru in Dover Delaware. If you want a good and fair deal with honest people, this is the dealership for you!

We had a great experience buying our Outback at Winner Subaru. Corey Gordon was terrific! He took the time with us to answer questions, find the models we wanted to test drive and explain all the features we needed to know about. I highly recommend Corey and Winner Subaru!

So, normally I would give the service department 5 stars, but unfortunately, I have to report a big fail. I took my car in for service on July 31. Among the other items I needed to have serviced. I indicated that I wanted to replace two tires. I received a call the day before from the service department asking me about the size of the tires as they needed to make sure they were in stock. I returned their call (to Carol) and left a message indicating the size etc., and asked them to call me back if there were any problems. When I arrived the next day for my appointment, the service rep (Brooke) said they didn't have the tires in stock but they could order them. Okay, that was disappointing, but I said to go ahead and order the tires. Brook said it would be a few days for them to come in. I said I could come back on Thursday and she said to me that I should come in at 10:45 am on August 5. She said she would call me on Wednesday to confirm my tires had arrived. I didn't hear from her, but I called the service department on Wednesday. They passed me off to the parts department and the person with whom I spoke said the tires were in stock. Great, I thought. I would drive to Dover from Milton the next morning for what I thought was a 10:45 am appointment. When I arrived for my service appointment on August 5, I was told that I had no appointment, that no appointment was ever made. To her credit, Carol the service representative tried to squeeze me in, but my car would not be ready until after 3 pm. Unfortunately, I could not wait that long as I had to be back in Milton by 3 PM. So, I am going to try this one more time. I've booked an appointment online for August 14 at 11 am. This will be the third time I will have come to the dealership to have my tires replaced. I indicated in the notes for the online appointment exactly what needed to be done and I ask that someone call me to confirm the appointment. We will see if the third time is a charm or whether it will be three strikes and you're out. I'm willing to cut some slack regarding the lack of parts because of supply chain issues everywhere. What I am not willing to do is tolerate poor communication. We'll see what happens.

I am so pleased with the staff here in Dover’s Winner Subaru! From the time I decided to trade in my Forester to the delivery of my brand new Ascent, my salesman Corey Gordon was amazing. He kept me well informed and up to date on when it would be delivered. He was amazing! Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car! Thank you Corey! I love my new car!!
