Tech" test drove" my car after speed sensor installation, which requires removal of tire. Tire was brand new, and brought back with nail sticking out from corner of sidewall. Tech says the nail was already there, so I know you didn't put the tire on after install and knowingly drive with the tire like such. Manager declined to replace tire or go half on a new tire, but plugged tire from the outside. No one will even fix a bad sidewall tire. Told me the situation was a road hazard. Manager lost all respect and my business from this site and his Ferriday Lakeside location.

Very friendly, but when I ordered and paid for a part it came in a bulk and instead of giving me what I paid for the pack was opened and I was given only one out of the pack of 8 . I don't think I should have to have paid for the whole thing for just one of the while package I paid for. They not only got 7 for their inventory but will make 7 times the money I provided. They were very friendly though. Just didn't agree with that at all.

Not very professional at all, they sent the paper work to the bank, before I ever gave them the money for the down payment, or give them my trade in...Truck was filthy when I went to pick it up..Mgr. did say he would get it detail..but I just decided that I would not buy the truck...Now the Bank is calling me about sending me the payment information..I never drove off with the truck....Don't do business with these people...!!!
