This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had, they are the epitome of a used car salesman, I got a lot of runaround with financing the kept trying to change it after I agreed and signed the papers. The clutch went out two days after buying the car I told them I could change it but I think you need to buy the clutch. They agreed, so after taking out the transmission a week later they said they would install the clutch so they picked the car up and a month later they said it was done, after driving an hour to pick it up they said it was ready except for the transmission would shift into gears, after getting more runaround they said they would fix that to, after another month I went to pick it up when I asked if they changed the flywheel it was just a bunch of double talk and talking in circles, so I still have to get the clutch fixed after waiting two months for them to do nothing and the transmission doesn't shift right now

we called and spoke with David about purchasing the Lexus IS250 and he was very helpful and had plenty of information once we arrived at the dealership the customer service level was on a thousand and they treated us very kind and they were very honest which is hard to find these days!! David was very helpful and made us feel proud of our purchase finally we sat down with Matt the Finance manager and boy did that guy work hard to get us the best deal in town I recommend this dealership to any and everyone they have great selections and in great condition...best used car dealership in east Orlando by far!!

I bought my 2010 BMW X5 here.... I also had my Beemer serviced here.... The gentleman who sold me my BMW Nelson was a great help... he was patient an took his time to explain the pros an cons of all the cars i was interested in.... he also is very knowledgeable with the different makes an models of the vehicles they have... The greatest Dealership In Orlando Florida I went to about 10 different Dealerships and no one is as good as Winter-Park Auto. they were extremely friendly, understandable, and out right Reasonable. I bought a 2007 Dodge Charger from Winter Park Auto Exchange and I must say...the process was very quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone of my family members, friends and colleagues. It was refreshing to see that not all car dealers are out to get you. They even went through the hassle to get new struts and tires...22" at that....not cheap. I would definitely consider them for my future car buying needs. Kudos to Freddy Lopez and upper management for their excellent service!

my wife and I were in the market for an s u v and found a 2007 Honda pilot online at winter park auto exchange we decided to go look at it and test drive it. we were greeted by Freddy who turned out to be a pleasure to work with mr gupper in finance did a great job getting us approved and a payment we could afford the entire experience was refreshing for a used car lot these guys are great doing unlike any other the typical stereo type for used car dealers doesn't apply to them. I've know about Winter Park Auto Exchange for a while, always came in wanting to buy a car. Took me a while to get my stuff together and commit to one vehicle. The whole time everyone was really patient with me even getting me tips on how to know the tires are aligned among other things. my name is George Torres times had been tough didn't have a lot of money to spend and certainly not in the position to finance anything but with what little I did have I was very shocked to see how well I was received and treated at winter park auto exchange they made me feel rite at home. I felt no difference in spending $1500.00 or $10.000 Freddy and Loren treated me with courtesy and respect regardless what I was spending and though the don't normally sell vehicles in this price range they accommodated me. If you are looking for value and superb customer service, look no further. The vehicle we purchsed was in great shape and the price was literally unbeatable (i.e. as of the week we purchased the vehicle, there was no other make, year, and model of that specific car in the US that was less expensive). Mr. G (sorry buddy, forgot your name!) and Loren never tried to pressure us and were very nice to deal with. Mr. G was also able to get us a great deal on financing and very thouroughly explained the contract and paperwork associated with buying the car. The whole expirience was quick and comfortable. Hopefully, we won't be buying a car anytime soon but, if we do, we will most definitely be back to the Winter Park Auto Exchange!

Let me tell you about these guys. i recently bought a truck from Gupper at Winter Park Auto Exchange. i am oover 50 and have been a car guy my whole life, and have bought and sold maybe 50 cars in my life. These guys are true profesionals. There is no high pressure sales tactics here. These are just regular guys that sell cars. Very customer satisfaction orientated dealer ship. Gupper is a very classy guy. I drove 70 mi to buy from these guys and will do it again. I would recommend that if your looking for a used car, call them first. Thanks a lot guys

Let me say, I have not dog in this fight.. Meaning I have my car and no more ties with this dealer, they are just good people!!!! Being in the market for a newer vehicle, but not a large payment I stopped into Winter Park Auto Exchange to see what they had. I was very impressed with the quality of used vehicles they had on the lot; I was then informed that most of their selection comes from 1 owner trades, from larger dealers; meaning better selection then the auction! I found a used 07 wrangler, very clean and that turned heads!!! It looked way over by budget, but I had to test drive it just for kicks! After a great test ride and doing my personal diligence on the Wrangler product, I worked on the price with them. Who pays what the deal 1st ask? If you do, you did do your homework, LOL!!! I was very upfront with my trade and they were the same with the price. So after a few rounds and getting me financed great options, Im a happy owner of a 07 Wrangler Unlimited I have a bankruptcy on my credit report, and they still got me a low single digit finance rate and term. I do not feel they tried to take advantage of me at all. It was respect from the start to the end. You have nothing to lose by stopping in to see what they have or what they can do for you.
