Took my car to get a oil change, tire rotation and a recall done. They couldn't get the recall done because it's separate from the oil change and tire rotation, so I had to bring car back to have that done. Went to pick up my car and made it home and I noticed on the Tire display on the dash had my tires in the same location( I remembered the pressures). So I went to check and noticed the tire that has a scratch on rim was in the same spot. I called the dealership and let him know that The tire rotation was not done in the paperwork says that it was preformed. The service writer in service manager apologized and said that they will correct the error. They told me to bring it back next week when I bring it in for the recall. I drop the car off they did the tire rotation but they did not do the recall. If you have any work done at this dealership I will have it checked out to make sure that the work is done on the vehicle and I will not be taking my vehicle back to this dealership.

Thanks to Car Salesperson Amber, for taking her time with me in my first Jeep car ride experience. I thought I did my homework in researching, but Amber had much more knowledge. If she wasn't 100% sure of the answer she knew which guru to ask for answers. Low pressure experience, wish all my previous experiences would have gone so well. The car I purchased was the 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk demo car. I had a trade in which was valued close to what I received. I had a pleasant experience as well with the manager and finance salesman. All questions were answered politely and respectfully, even the dumb ones I asked. Give them a shot if not for just a demo ride, the Trail Hawk is an awesome ride, ask for Amber!

Purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sport today (8/26/16). Awesome salesman Ishmial Long (Slim). Slim was very knowledgable about the different types of Jeeps and was thorough in explaining the differences between each Jeep. Great personality and very polite. Service dept. not satisfied with service received from service dept. I had to pay for a new tire when I needed a repair of a flat tire. Turned truck in for repair at 530p the day before did not get it til 330p. I had to purchase a new tire never told that Goodyear handles the tire replacement. I was given a choice of purchasing a new tire or getting the spare back on. Was out $200 on new tire and shown a nail a had not seen and when asked for the damaged tire never given it. Had to go back to dealership because new tire was not inflated like the other three,the warning light was still on and I wanted the damaged tire..I was given a tire with warn treds. My tire replacement tire was inflated to the minimum amount 39psi and my other three were lowered 44psi to 39-40. Replacement tire goes to 38psi mostI have only purchased Chrysler Jeep or dodge products. Why is this bs going on with the money I am paying for my truck.Why

When I originally drove into the dealership, I was assuming that like other dealers, I was going to be stressed with all of the sales talk. I was very wrong. I was originally only there to look to see what my options were and had no intention on making a purchase that day. My salesman, Joseph Wallace, was very kind and personable from the very first moment and I was convinced within 30 minutes that he was the one that I was going to buy a car from, not later.....but that day. I received really great service from Robert Flack and his manager Tom Cantrell from the moment that I walked in the door. I test drove 2 cars and found a beautiful 2015 Chrysler 200 that had a deal that was hard to resist! Unfortunately I couldn't make the buy at the time, but I will never forget the two men who helped me, namely Robert. I was told by Tom that he was newer with the dealership, but he seemed like a pro! Tom made sure that I felt valued and was truthful the entire time while finding me the best deal that he had to offer. Five star service for sure!

Went to your dealership and talked with a salesman named "slim" ( that's what he told me to call him) who from the start continuously used foul language and called me "baby boy" and my fiance "baby girl"...CONTINUOUSLY....when we went into the dealership to descuss financing on the 2013 jeep wrangler I stated that his price was a little high compared to the NADA value of the vehicle. After stating that "slim" stuck his finger in my face and raised his voice with me in the middle of the lobby and said " my jeep may be out of your budget!" He continued saying more but I got up and left in the middle of his temper tantrum. I wouldn't get a car from this dealership if they paid me to take one.

We had been to multiple dealerships over a week, saw dozens of cars, lots of test drives, etc. Wolfchase CDJ had the best selection of Jeeps in Memphis hands down. I had a very selective list and budget for my car - and our salesman, Blake Beardsley, worked with us for over 10 hours, through 2 days to find the best possible car at the best possible deal. I've been going to this dealership for almost 10 years now. I've always seen Tim True as my service advisor. I have received nothing but excellent service from this dealership on a constant basis. Tim True always takes good care of my van and me. He always has a smile on his face and a pleasant attitude no matter how busy they become, and sometimes they are swamped with work. I did not buy my Chrysler Town & Country from Wolfchase as I have to have a fully disabled van complete with lowered floor, ramp etc. I am always treated with respect here and the work is excellent. We went in to test drive a Jeep -not sure if that was what we really wanted. We liked it and decided to go back to go back the next day to explore other jeep options. Mr. Mark Hoing was the most humble, sweetest, easy going, and non-pushy salesman I've ever met. After months of research on a new car, specifically the Jeep renegade, I drove in the parking lot to look for some help and see what my options would be. He was already in the parking lot and approached me with nothing but sincerity. He reminded me so much of my father and everyone at the dealership was far past my expectations. My family & I went to Wolfchase Dodge & was in the process of looking to trade my husband's 2013 Ram in for a new truck. 1st problem was that my son had to walk in the showroom to find a salesman to come onto the lot. After finding the truck we were interested in, we went back to the showroom to start the paperwork. 2nd problem. Before we even got started on the paperwork, all the salesman (Lester Adams) was concerned about was us doing this survey so that he could win a trip to Vegas. 3rd problem. Although we didn't end up buying the truck, all he could think about was for us to do this survey. It seemed to us that Lester was more concerned about this survey & going to Vegas rather than taking us serious & working harder with his sales manager to do what he had to do to get us in that truck. As promised, I completed the survey he was so worried about.

First off big thanks to Scott Slaughter. I bought several vehicles throughout the years and delt with car salesmen who are pushy and arrogant. This wasn't the case with Scott. He was patient and answered all my questions. We test drove the Jeep and it was outstanding. I waited a week before purchasing because I needed time to crunch numbers and he didn't ring my phone off the hook like other car dealers. I got a great deal and overall my experience was fast and pleasant.

My wife and I went to Wolfchase CDJ not expecting much. We have been searching for a used Jeep Wrangler for the last couple of months. We were almost ready to leave when the sales rep, Anthony Keys, pointed out a 2014 Wrangler with only 6300 miles. He said since it was a manual transmission no one was really interested in it. I have been driving a manual since I first started driving! Anthony and Tom went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. I purchased a new jeep grand Cherokee and had wanted running boards unfortunately the model in stock did not gave either the running boards or receiver trailer hitch..... The running board had to be ordered and once it arrived I was told it would take approximately 3-4 hours for installation.... After it arrived I was notified and was given an appointment... I arrived for my appointment and decided to wait... I was very pleased that the installation was completed in less than two hours.... My compliments to the entire service department for their prompt and professional service.

TJ took the time to listen to my son about what he wanted , let him test drive and then helped us determine what my son could afford. There is a difference between what you want and what you can afford. My son wanted one car but got drove home in one he could afford thanks to TJ . He was not pushy and honestly worked hard to help my son get the perfect car for him. We plan on using the Dodge Dart as a stepping stone to a Challenger. Darrell Smith was our initial Sales Consultant. He gave us the opportunity to look at earlier model year vehicles first, to see if any met our criteria. When none did, he showed us a number of Ram trucks which had the features we desired. He cheerfully fetched keys for each of the vehicles we wished to test drive, although it was a very hot day; and happily rode with us as we experienced each one. Although he was not able to see us through the entire process, due to another commitment, he turned us over to TJ Milton after fully briefing him on what we wanted. I've been looking at buying a new truck for the last couple years. Needed something big enough to pull a camper and comfortable enough to drive to work everyday. I was planning on getting an F250 and went to a ford dealership to look at a truck I found online. Several hours later, I walked out of the ford dealership without getting a new truck. (So many issues I can't name here.) I stopped at the Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership to look at the RAMs. Salesman TJ Milton took great care of my family and I. We had none of the issues I had a the ford dealership. He showed us the truck we wanted and got it at a great price. I was able to trade in my old truck for what we owed and get a great new vehicle for a great price. I would highly recommend TJ to anyone looking for a new vehicle. He was very polite and treated my wife and kids like we were the only people there. Extremely friendly. We will buy our next car from TJ.

I went to Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram looking for a new Jeep Wrangler and found a great vehicle at an amazing price. Buying a vehicle can at times be a very stressful and frustrating experience, especially when dealing with a high pressure sales dealership. Wolfchase Chrysler is definitely not that type of dealership. From the moment I drove on the lot I was met by Mickey our Salesperson. Mickey was extremely helpful and made buying a vehicle a breeze and at no time did I ever feel pressured. It was a really nice change of pace to deal with a car dealer where everyone is honest, helpful and down to earth. I will definitely be going back to Wolfchase Chrysler the next time I need another vehicle.

Our sales person was Chris Branda, he was very wonderful and not pushy at all. When we came in we were very undecided what we wanted , so we looked at a few different vans going back and forth what I wanted. I am so happy what we left with. Everyone was very nice and the transaction went smoothly. We weren't pushed into anything we didn't want. Trust me we said no on the extra stuff and they were not rude at all. The only reason I came in was to have my car serviced before I traded it in. jUst for giggles I asked TJ could he beat a deal I already had. when a salesman tells you they love a challenge it really shows me how much they want your business. I recently purchased my first new vehicle from Wolfchase CDJ. I had been struggling with an SUV that just wouldn't stay in one piece. I was able to trade it in and leave the dealership the same night with a Jeep that suits my needs. My salesman, Tom, was very helpful and patient while I tried to figure out exactly what I could afford. I will be returning in the future, as I'm sure other members of my family will as well, to purchase new vehicles. Having owned a Jeep in the past, it was an obvious choice. I only visited one dealership on the day I bought my first new vehicle, and I feel like that says something. I gave 4 stars in the price category ONLY because it wasn't free! This dealership will have my business until Jeep makes a vehicle that fails to perform for me, or until I find a full size 4wd crew cab pickup that gets 30mpg... so a long time.

My husband and I visited Wolfchase CDJR to test drive some Jeep Wranglers. TJ met us at the front and got down to business right away. He explained the differences between the models and made sure that we drove both lifted and stock versions of the Unlimited we are considering. He explained how everything worked from 4x4 to top removal. The manager brought us fresh water bottles between test drives and did everything he could to get us into a Wrangler that day. We will definitely return to this dealership in the future.

I was not originally intending to buy a new truck immediately. Wolfchase CDJ and Tom Cantrell made the experience easy, stress free and without doubt or buyer's remorse. I went in, talked numbers, saw they were offering a fair value for my trade and a good deal on a new Dodge Ram 1500. I would not have spent any great length of time discussing a new truck had I felt they were being deceptive or unfair in their offering. I didn't "need" a new truck but these guys made the experinece of buying a new truck easier than any other dealership I have ever dealt with. Needless to say, I am happily driving a beautiful new Dodge Ram 1500.

I bought a new Ram 1500 after being told that it had a 3.55 rear end by a salesman named Tom. After finding out it had a 3.21 rear end I went back to Tom who said he remembered telling me that and he talked to his manager that said there's nothing he could do. So I called chrysler to complain and they called the dealer where Tom says he never talked to me about the gear ratio.

2 1/2 weeks ago, I was having problems with warning lights, and overheating. I dropped my truck off on a Saturday morning, and talked with Tim on Monday. Make a long story short, they wound up replacing the engine. Reason was a failed water pump. Had to go back a few days after pick up, for 2 fouled spark plugs. Tim told me the old engine would be sent back to engineering for complete analysis. I am hopeful when to dust settles, I can learn why to water pump failed.

These guys always do a great job. Everyone there is friendly, attentive and go out of their way to make you feel appreciated. I have worked with a couple of different service advisors in the past and they were all knowledgable and on top of what was going on with my vehicle. I worked with Jeremy this time and he did a great job as well. These Jeep service staff members routinely go MANY extra miles to service my Jeep. Recently, my Jeep's headliner began sagging; I asked them to either repair it or send it out to a body shop. Their service technician took a good look at what my Jeep needed, and, not being able to find it (not making the part anymore) he used my old frame, bought supplies at a fabric store, and made a new one for me. They were considerate of my time and charged fairly. I'm not likely to go anywhere but here to have my Jeep serviced.

I ordered a 2013 Ram 3500 diesel dually with the tow package, paid a $1000 deposit. Went to arrange to have a fifth wheel hitch installed upon receipt of the vehicle, so I could begin my carefree life of retirement and travel. It was at the hitch installer that I saw a bulletin that said the 2013 Ram 3500 diesel dually with the tow package does not come with a trailer brake control. It is an after market accessory. I checked Ford and GM diesel dually with a tow package and, of course, a trailer brake control is standard.equipment because IT IS A TOW VEHICLE! Next, I looked at reviews of the after market trailer brake controls available for the 2013 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel dually and they are spotty. Some may work with one model and not another, some are failing. So, I'm thinking if I'm going down the hill and suddenly find a trailer up my butt, who will care? Hey, it's after market, you take your chances. So, I went back to Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep, told them to cancel the order and refund my deposit. The quote was "We're going to be getting a truck in here that will be sitting here this time next year. The deposit is not refundable". Of course it will sit there a long time. IT IS A TOW VEHICLE WITHOUT A TRAILER BRAKE CONTROL!

I took my Jeep in for service for a known problem that had been fixed once before a year ago at another dealer. The problem reoccurred and I took it to Wolfchase Chrysler Jeep. I told them what had happened previously with my Jeep and they explained the process of confirming the problem and assured me they would follow it thorugh until it was fixed to my satisfaction. I was impressed, they were straightforward and easy to work with. They jumped right on it and got my vehicle to me as promised. Nice people and the service department runs very smoothly. Organized, and friendly from the service advisor, technician, service manager to the young lady that checks you out. Will definitely reccomend them to anyone with a Jeep and will be my service department of choice.

I just bought a 2013 Dodge Avenger a week ago. I have already put approximately 600 miles on this car. It is a heavier car than most mid-size sedans. For that reason it is a smooth ride takes bumps very well. The price was great had $3000 customer cash allowance plus another $722 off to bring discount to $3722. I bought the car from Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge in Memphis TN. I had a salesperson by the name of Luster Adams who went above and beyond the call of duty. Needed 2nd car and was disappointed with the Nissan dealers in town and Toyota $500 apart on a deal. Being disappointed by Nissan and Toyota was worth it because my wife and I were able to get the high level of customer service from Mr. Adams. The product was important but the reason we bought the car had a whole lot to do with Mr. Adams and the whole team from financing to Sales Manager and General Manager. Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge be thankful for an exemplary employee in Mr. Adams because he adds sales because of his customer service skills.

I've been bringing my Charger for service to Wolfchase Chrysler/Dodge since my original purchase in 2006. I have never had a bad experience with their service department. I've always found them to be honest, very personable, thorough, competent and professional. I have no reason to give such a glowing review other than I've become a fan of this dealership simply because of the way I've been treated and the quality of the work done. I can't finish this review without giving very high marks to Tim True, my service representative. Over the years I've probably been taken care of by all of the Reps at one time or another and my experience has always been the same. Great customer service! From the time of my original purchase many years ago until now, I'm one very happy customer!

Too long for initial contact back from service adviser. Slowly greeted when dropping off. reason for visit was tire presure light came on. solution was to replace 4 tpms sensors, at a cost of $60 each, because of weak battery, and batteries can not be replaced without replacing entire sensor. I have had similar issue with dodge in past, when defective part became a recall item, they figured out how to replace only the part that was defective, but when consumer is paying, thye do the most expensive route. Batteries going at 4 years in TPMS sending units all at same time sounds suspicious to me.

We purchased our 200 in March 2012. We weren't even looking to purchase that night, and we were treated so well by Luster and the sales team, and were given a deal we couldn't refuse we decided to pull the trigger! Since then we have had our vehicle serviced twice (regularly scheduled maintenance) and the service department has been outstanding! Jeremy and his services manager bent over backwards to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner and when I asked about a brake squeak, they immediately took care of that! Great product, but more importantly, OUTSTANDING soup to nuts dealership.

My recent experience with the service department at Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was extraordinary. I have avoided using dealers' service departments in recent years due to the usual attitude that if only they could fix my car, they could ignore basic courtesy and get by with marginal work. However, only an authorized dealer could replace the BCM in my 1998 Caravan, so to Wolfchase Chrysler we went.All of the employees I met were extremely courteous. They kept me advised of the progress of the repair and alerted me to a probable delay in the return of my van. When there was a problem with the van the day after the repair, I expected to be told that it was unrelated to the repair (as in previous times). Mr. Montgomery (Service Manager) dealt with me courteously and went far beyond my expectations to resolve the situation. I will not hesitate to take my van back for future repairs. My only reason for selecting #4 for the price rating is the high cost of the part.

The "service" department at this stealer-ship should be avoided at all costs! I've had service done at this location a number of times, at I highly inflated cost I might add, because I expect them to be trained on how to do it properly. NOT THE CASE HERE!! I took my 08 RAM truck in for spark plugs, oil change and radiator flush. Trusting that they would know what they were doing I didn't bother to investigate everything under the hood upon my trucks return. A week later I had a check engine light so I investigated to find that my air intake system was just lying on top of the engine unassembled and disconnected from the filter box! I have an aftermarket intake on the truck but come on! My 5 year old could have put it back together! To make matters worse a few weeks later I noticed a ripple in my hood which I discovered was the result of some jerk leaving a tool on top of the battery and closing the hood on it! David Montgomery the service manager apologized for the intake but refused to believe that one of his people could have done the damage to the hood! I refuse to do business with these people ever again, nor will I ever recommend anyone else to.

I actually bought a chrysler minivan there AND had to have service. The salesperson was a con and the sales manager tried alot of high pressure tactics. In the end, since I knew what I wanted and for what price, I bought anyways against my feelings for the place. Since then I have had my van in their service dept ELEVEN times over a year and a half to fix a problem with the power steering that ended up being that they just didn't bleed the air out of the system right. To say they are incompetent is just scratching the surface. They also do not care to go the extra mile for you after the sale either. 5 star dealership indeed.
