We had our first experience with Wolfchase Toyota, and while we did have one issue that had to be resolved, we had a great experience there. We received the leasing deal that was advertised online and Mr. Williams found the car we wanted in Missouri, and it was here by noon the next day for delivery to us. Nicole Simpson, our salesperson, couldn't have been more wonderful. She did everything she could to make sure our wants and needs were taken care of, and was very knowledgeable and informative regarding all our car had to offer. It was a great experience and we are very happy with our car!

My experience with Wolfchase Toyota was my first experience buying a car and it was awesome! I was able to tell the salesmen what I wanted and they made sure they exceeded my expectations. I was without a vehicle prior to visiting the dealership and Brian Taube picked me up from work...TWICE! I didn't feel pressured to make a decision and the were eager to ensure I got what I wanted. Wesley Brown continued to check in to make sure my needs were being met. For a first experience, it was beyond amazing! I recommend these guys to EVERYbody!

I have been to this dealership several times looking for vehicles since they are so close and every time I am turned away by their knack for gouging their customers with overpriced vehicles. I had one sales guy call my employer looking for me. His message said he was following up to see if I was still interested in a used FJ Cruiser that I knew for a fact had already been sold the previous day. I went back up there the following week and saw another 2007 FJ was traded in so I asked for the price..... the salesman came back and said $19,000. I laughed and left. The following day I saw it listed online for a lower price. That is where you forever lost my business. This place is your typical gouging dealership that tries to rip anyone off that isn't up to doing any due diligence about market values. Please, just shop around before you just give your money away to a business like this. I can't wait for them to get their payback once the auto loan industry wises up and shuts down the flow of funny money.

My family has done business with Wolfchase Toyota multiple times and for the majority of those interactions it's been great service. There was one time that really didn't meet expectations and made me not want to return. Alas I came back because they had a vehicle I was after. This time the service and salesperson in particular (Brad Leech) was absolutely impeccable. I also got a great deal on a new Tacoma! I would come to this dealership again to deal with him if my family needed any other autos.

I have purchased three cars at this dealership over the years and received what I consider fair treatment with each of those purchases. Since my past experiences had been fair I anticipated the same treatment. Boy was I wrong. I picked out a new car after seeing it on their website with a (reduced) sales price clearly indicated on the website. I thought well that was fair enough based upon my research. When it came time to negotiate and get their sales contract they had marked the car back up to FULL MSRP and gave me an extremely low ball offer for my trade in. I walked out and have not been back. A dealership that wants to play these kind of games is not for me. My time is more valuable than that.On the plus side I will say I have my car serviced here and I have always had good experiences. However, this experience was unacceptable and deceiving as far as I am concerned. Especially since I was a repeat customer.My business will go elsewhere.I can only say good luck to the dealership because with sales practices like this you will need it. Buyer Beware

I have been in the market for a used RAV4, and I saw one of Wolfchase Toyota's RAV4's online for a great price, and I decided to go to Wolfchase to test drive it. Not only was I pleased with the vehicle, but I was impressed with the customer service we received. Our salesman, Mike White, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He treated us like gold, and he patiently answered all my questions as I considered my options. I ended up purchasing the vehicle, and I have been very pleased with it. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and I always dread the negotiating, back / forth and just the process in general. However, Mike White made this one of the best car shopping experience I've had. He was friendly and genuine; knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and Toyota services; transparent and up front about pricing; flexible schedule and accessible to his customers. A true testament to his customer service skills as a salesperson. Seek him out if you are in the market for a Toyota and/or stumble to Toyota of Wolfchase.Word of caution however; the finance department will try to sell you more warranty coverage. Even after you say no, they will try to tag team you. THIS is the part I did not like.

Fantastic facilities and very welcoming atmosphere. Gerald Barker made sure we found the perfect car. He also took the time to make sure my mirrors, seat, steering wheel, etc were adjusted accordingly when test driving, which I have never had a salesman take the time to do. I drove an hour and a half from home just to visit this dealership and they did not disappoint! Huge selection of new and used vehicles, and you can't beat their prices. I love my 2015 Nissan Rogue, and they had every other dealership beat on price for it! I will recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!

Found car I was looking for on cars.com. Came to look at it (I live an hour away) on a Thursday and it wasn't "in the system" yet. Funny, it was cars.com and photographed, but ok. Brad told us that he'd call us when it was in the system that'd "he'd keep an eye out for us". Come up Saturday, and another salesman confirms it sold yesterday. No phone call...nothing. Was glad to ask if I wanted to see something else, but why would I give you the business of you thought so little of it? Never coming back here!

DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I'm only giving one star, as zero stars is not an option. This dealership is a prime example of poor business practices. I purchased a vehicle here last month, and everything agreed upon on the floor was twisted around by the finance department, and I walked out having paid over $2,000 for a service agreement I never agreed upon. I thought I was putting down an extra $1,500 to lower my interest rate, but it was only to include this crock. I was never given the option to see my monthly payment without this included, and was taken advantage of as a first-time buyer. Finance department refused to refund any portion of it. DO NOT, under any circumstance, purchase the extended warranty. It's merely a scam that profits the finance department, paying out commissions for each one sold.

I was in the market for a used or new car in January. I saw online that Wolfchase Toyota had a couple of cars I would like to test drive. I went to check them out and while looking around the lot I was approached by a friendly, smiling and upbeat salesperson named Mike White. He instantly established a good rapport with me and my mom, who was on a crutch after recovering from surgery, by bringing the cars we wanted to test drive right to us! To me, buying a car is one of those experiences that is necesary but I do not look forward to. Working with Mike actually made the car buying experience a pleasant one! Overall the experience was great working with the rest of the team as well.

I visited Wolfchase Toyota due to a great pass experience and was now shopping for another new/used car. I had my own bank funding and knew what I wanted. My sales person was name Jarrious and he was of no help while he was trying to help me another upset customer was calling and another came thru the door I should have known something then I even waited over a hour patiently waiting for him to handle the drama . He was of no help to me to say the least. Only about a week ago a general manger called me Mr. Matt Trumball not to see how my service was but to see if I had written a review because a previous review was written by someone else named Monica not me . So I told him if my experience and he apologize and asking if he could earn my business I again I agreed and here it is almost 2-3vweeks later no call or anything . I am disappointed and am trying to remain calm so since this is the only way to get a response I am not writing my review. I would not recommend this location (Wolfchase Toyota)

I have used Wolfchase Service department twice. Both times, the went out of their way to get me a rental car if the service was going to take awhile, In July 2015, Trevor went out of the way to ensure that I was satisfied with the repair down to return of the vehicle. Nice Job Trevor!! In Oct 2015, came back for oil change and transmission flush, which is going to take longer than expected, rental car given and no issues. Also, vehicle was out of alignment, and the service manager, Nicole, helped me with that also. Thanks again, I will be back!!

Imagine trying to get the paint touched up on your $33,000 car and customer service says, "It's $35.00 for the paint, and YOU can touch it up." That was what Castellaw Toyota of Dyersburg said and Wolfchase Toyota of Memphis told me " you can buy touch up paint for $8.00 and touch it up yourself" this is after I was promised the world. "Bring your car up to the dealership and we will touch up the paint. Our specialist is here on Thursdays. I brought it up and it wasn't done because I told the NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON... "I don't care." After two months of asking to have a little paint touched up on a car with less than 5000 miles on it the last thing I want to hear is a crybaby service manager tell me its going to COST HIM... cost HIM $150.00 out of pocket... From the same people who tried to charge me $35.00 for the same $8.00 bottle of paint. First "an expert" had to do it now because I didn't want to hear a CSR COMPLAIN TO ME... What is that? I'm spending $33,000 and he's crying about touching up a little paint on a NEW CAR? really?? Never again. Furthermore the REGIONAL MANAGER told both dealer they didn't have to service my car... So what was that about "it doesn't matter what dealership you bring your car to"? it does matter and the condescending attitude that I received from Wolfchase where I purchased the vehicle and the regional manager and Dyersburg Castellaw... I wanted a Solara next but I will never again look at a Toyota, Scion, Lexus or any other associated manufacturer, dealership or vehicle. As soon as I am able to I will trade this car in for another brand and never look back. I waited 12 years to buy this car. I wanted it 12 years ago when it first came out with the hybrid cars...I love the car but now I hate Toyota. I almost bought a Matrix from a dealer in NY 12 years ago, that dealer tried to get me to buy a vehicle that I didn't want and the deal fell through after much bantering, but they didn't deliver the vehicle I wanted or anything close, they could have ordered one but didn't after that I went back to Chevy. Now ONCE AGAIN, I am sorry to went to Toyota and not Chevy. Never again will I ever buy or enter a lot of Toyota once I get rid of the car I wanted, I love and hoped to keep for another 12 or more years like I did my CHEVY... now I can't get my car serviced here, how can I trust either dealer? Nothing will ever make me trust a Toyota manager, CSR, dealer or otherwise, no one tells the truth and no one follows through.

I was working with Seymour Wright to get a blue 2013 Lexus IS 250. The interaction started out fine. He was mannerable and non-pushy the first day. The second day he was still very polite. I asked to keep the car for a day so that I could drive it more and have my mechanic check it out. Seymour got it approved by a manager with no problem. However, when I asked him to call and get a copy of the maintenance history from Lexus, he claimed that his manager told him that it was not possible to request the information over the phone and an employee would have to personally go over to the local Lexus dealership -- and they were not willing to do that apparently. So that was lie #1, but I dropped the issue thinking I would just get the information myself. The third day, all of the pressure tactics and the things people hate about car salespersons came out. I told him probably 10 times that I still needed to do several things before signing a purchase contract: 1) meet up with my mechanic, 2) secure financing because my credit union and their underwriting was not open on the weekends, 3) finalize the insurance, 4) get the maintenance records from Lexus, 5) check the warranty status with Lexus, etc. He even claimed that another salesperson had a buyer for the car and if I didn't buy it that day it would be gone the next. Now, that may or may not have been true. But my response was simply that if someone got the car before me, then oh well, I didn't really need the car and I would not be upset about it. Things got downright embarrassing when I went to the dealership on Day 3 to return the car and pick up my SUV (a 2014 Lexus RX) that I had left at the lot overnight. As Seymour and walked into the building to supposedly "talk to a manager" or a finance person who could supposedly beat my credit union's 1.7% interest rate, I commented to Seymour that I felt like I was heading into a timeshare presentation - no lie! After 20 minutes or so of waiting for this manager, I said a friendly goodbye and headed out. Seymour remained polite even with his sales tactics for the most part. It just seems he could not take no for any answer and it was URGENT that the car be sold right away - before I could finish my Homework. Today, Day 4, I talked to the Lexus service department who gave me no trouble at all reviewing the car's history. And once the pulled up the VIN #, it all made sense -- the last owner had complained of problems with the transmission slipping and the issue apparently never got resolved because the dealership he/she took it to could not replicate the problem. I called Seymour immediately to let him know the bad news and he did not sound surprised one bit! The car was being sold at a $4k discount and as-is, so I am pretty sure he knew there was something wrong with the car - even if he did not know exactly what. He stated something to effect of "That's unfortunate" followed by something like "Let me know if I can help you with another car." I mean REALLY?! I politely declined. He could have been up front and I may have still bought the car with a modest price reduction as it was still under warranty. Honesty is hard to come by in every day life, but especially in car sales. To most car sales people, it's all just business and almost anything you have to say to make the sale is acceptable. In conclusion: MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND RESIST ALL EFFORTS TO CLOSE THE SALE UNTIL YOU ARE 100% READY.

In a good mood, have questions and a desire to purchase a new vehicle? Well don't go to Wolfchase Toyota. I've never been a customer anywhere before where the salesman tried to make me feel privileged for being in their presence. I went in there with questions and a desire and fully explained that there was no need for me to make a purchase. After that, I was talked down to, was given a terrible, dishonest trade-in value of my old vehicle and absolutely no wiggle room on the sticker price. It was explained to me several times that they sell lots of cars (more than anywhere else in the area, blah blah blah) and this one would be gone soon. Terrance didn't know anything about the vehicle until I told him, then all of a sudden it is so rare that it was non-negotiable. They have no idea how much money I make or what I can bring to the table for a down payment and were unwilling to work with me on an acceptable number. Guess what? You're not the only dealer in town, no matter how you try to spin it. Potential sale lost even if this wasn't the vehicle I ultimately would have chosen! Maybe next time, don't treat a customer like an idiot and they will come back for business.

Let me start by saying Chris Jordan was very helpful and took care of my ever need. Now the bad things, I was sold a 2010 Nissan Titan pro 4x, Awesome used vehicle except it is not a pro 4x offroad but just a regular 4x4. The video, paper work, even the keys said it was a pro 4x. This would not be a problem except the price is a differents of $1200 to $1500 higher for a pro 4x compared to my regular 4x4. I sent an email stating my concern and was called by quickly which was a good thing until we started discussing this problem. I was told I bought it as is and that I had ample time to look it over, I drove 400 miles to get the truck so yes took Wolfchase at their word. I was also told if they bought the truck and if it looked like a duck and walked like a duck they sold it as a duck. I am still happy with the truck(other than the air cond is messed up). just wish I had not been so trusting!

I have not had the best customer service at the dealership in Cool Springs, TN. I DROVE to Cordova just because of the friendliness and attentiveness I received from Steve Bizon with Wolfchase Toyota. I sent him all the information prior to getting there so he could send me the inventory available. He answered all my questions regarding the different models. He was very patient while I drove 4 different vehicles in order to decide which one I truly liked. I ended up getting the Venza XLE. It was literally the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I am happy with my decision and completely satisfied with my purchase. I was so impressed and my husband also bought a vehicle! He purchased an Avalon Hybrid and couldn't be happier. I HIGHLY recommend Steve Bizon and hope you ask for him by name. We will be back in a few years to get my daughter a vehicle from him :)

Overall my experience was good! I love my car and could not have asked for an easier experience once I got a great saleswoman! The first salesman that helped me was Durrell, and he was HORRIBLE!! He almost turned me away from buying my car because of his service! He told me that the car I was wanting to buy had a recall on the steering bc of a grinding noise when turning a sharp right. This was a complete LIE bc I checked the CarFax which showed no recalls on the steering. He also told me that the car could not be driven bc of the steering problem even though he was able to drive it all around the parking lot. Please note that I had thoroughly researched this vehicle prior to going up to the dealership so I knew he was lying to me/'not wanting to work with me. I then questioned him about the recall and asked for a print out. He returns with a paper showing that the vehicle needed a software update. NOWHERE on the paper did it say anything about a steering recall!!!! He is a liar and didn't even try to help me purchase this vehicle! I then refused to work with him and was given a new saleswoman. Her name is Anturinette Mittons and she was EXCELLENT!! She made my horrible experience turn in to a great one! She was very sweet and helped us figure out what the grinding was coming from. As it turned out the grinding was being caused by lose bolts on the tire! She had it fixed for us and gave us a warranty on the fix. I would highly recommend this dealership and Anturinette!

I found the experience to be enjoyable rather than stressful and definitely not high pressure. The salesperson, Antionette Mittons, was incredible to work with. Not knowing exactly if we were going to buy a new or used Toyota Camry my wife and I started our search at Wolfchase Toyota for their advertised online prices for both. After briefly meeting with Anturinette Mittons, who gave a brief overview of the lot and specials, we started our look around. Anturinette waited patiently in the wings until we approached her and started asking questions. She patiently fielded our questions and we narrowed the choices down to a Camry Hybrid XLE and LE. She drove us around the lot a few times to find the perfect one to meet our needs and wants. Once the perfect one was found she quickly discussed the price and was able to negotiate a price suitable for us. I was in the market for something new and to help rebuild my credit and after the horrible experience I had at Nissan Auto (Covington Pike), I decided to visit Wolfchase Toyota. Honestly, I never have been much of a Toyota fan, but that all changed once I went to this dealership. The service and hospitality are awesome (although there were 2 gentleman who I did not care for - won't name). When I sat down with my salesman, Terrence H., I told him that there was no way that I would be able to get something but he kept assuring me that he would get me in something and by George, he did just that. We walked the parking lot for hours, until I finally decided on what I wanted. Another sales rep, I think his name was Chris, also helped convince me that by choosing that particular car and dealership, that I would not regret it. I did not feel pressured or taken , which is what I had experienced in the past. He, (Terrence) fought hard to get me the financing part and Zena (finance manager) did everything in her power to make sure that I walked out a happy customer. Although the note is a bit steep, it is all worth it to walk out with a brand new, untouched car. I just went in for my 1st 5K service, and the people are so friendly. They offer free donuts and coffee while your vehicle is being serviced, and even washed my car afterwards. Also, they remember their customers, each time I have visit the lot, at least one rep comes up to me and says that they remember me and its been months! I cannot give enough praise to this place especially Terrence H and Zena these two hands down made my experience truly amazing. I just recommended someone else just last week, and she has a new car as well. No doubt telling everyone I know to go see these 2 people for sure. I'm definitely a (new) loyal Toyota fan and once my lease is up - I will be back.

At first I found the whole prospect of purchasing a car intimidating: Do you go new or used? How do you know you're getting a good deal? How do you know the car is safe? I was ready to continue the trek of frustration, but instead I was greeted by Alfred Waddell.Mr. Waddell is incredibly knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot, and he met me exactly where I was in my car search. I wanted a hatchback, a decent mpg, and a financial obligation that wouldn't leave me rubbing pennies together at the end of the month. I was also a little tired of being pushed around. He patiently spent two hours with me helping me fine-tune what would work for me. He didn't waste my time by showing me cars out of my price range, pressuring me into test driving cars I wasn't interested in, or talk to me about "high risk loans." He was a realist and genuinely concerned with making sure I left happy.He broke down the differences between leasing and buying and sent me home with a brochure for the Scion XD, a car that was right up my alley.Mr. Waddell's genial personality and sense of humor helped me regain confidence my Great Car Search. Instead of getting lost in dealerspeak, I was returned to what I wanted and could afford. I visited Wolfchase Toyota two days ago with the hopes of trading my 2001 Cadillac Deville in on a 2006 Dodge Charger priced under $7,000. The salesman Steve Bizon was great. However; I made it perfectly clear that I did not have any credit. I didn't think it would be a big issue since I also had $2,650 cash to go along with my Cadillac that I only owed $630 on to another car dealership. I could have paid the Cadillac off before visiting Wolfchase Toyota. I didn't because I wanted to show that I am a responsible car note payer that pays his car notes on time. After sitting for hours at a time ( from 3:30 to 7:30 pm) I was informed I could not purchase the Dodge Charger with surely more than half of the cars value with the trade-in and $2,650 cash. I was then subjected to choose from a list of vehicles that were randomly selected by a computer that I could purchase. Some the the vehicles were over $2,000 higher than the Dodge Charger. Which brings us to the question...Do I look STUPID? Looking stupid and being stupid are entirely two different things. Sure lets get him to buy the 2005 Navigator for over $8,500 with mechanical issues. How is it possible to be eligible to buy a vehicle that cost more than the one I wanted to purchase? INTEREST, INTEREST, INTEREST!!!

I would not hire this individual not even as a salesman, he is a manager at this dealer. I went to a different Toyota dealership and was treated by real human beings who know how to treat other human beings. This guy need to go work in a warehouse where all he sees is boxes and walls, human interaction is too much for him. I purchased a 2013 Highlander Limited at Wolfchase Toyota in June of 2013; my twelfth Toyota since 1987. We bought the extended Care Plus plan as well as the Platinum Extra Care vehicle service agreement. On Saturday, August 24th the back driver's side quarter panel window splintered after the vehicle sat in a hot newly black-topped parking lot for two hours. The air conditioner had been running for 15 minutes before the some of the glass splinters fell. The Highlander had less than 2,000 miles on it and the window had no markings or stone damage. It had been lightly driven in the suburbs of Bartlett, TN. The Platinum Plan does not cover glass. State Farm decided to call Wolfchase Toyota to discuss the possible defectiveness of the window glass. The Wolfchase Service department requested that I bring the vehicle in for a look that day. They taped the window after looking at it and referred me to Jack Morris Auto Glass, asking me to have the glass company call them to discuss the damage. Jack Morris was not sure what caused the breakage, but ruled that it must have been stone damage and could not have been a defective window. The whole situation left me feeling under served by the service department at Wolfchase Toyota. These are sharp pleasant people that have decided to stay with policy on this issue. Before posting this I placed a call to the service department director a little over 3 hours ago, but got voicemail. I am sure that I will get a call back. What I am expecting from Wolfchase Toyota is relationship with outstanding service. At this point in my life, price is not the driver for me and the insurance deductible is not the issue. I am expecting the service department to treat me as a relationship not a financial transaction. Toyota Service won the financial matter of who will pay for the broken glass, but after 26 years of being a loyal customer, I am now rethinking my loyalty. I need an auto line with a commitment to serve me and I am finally willing to pay for it. Each of the Toyotas that we have driven has been excellent, the sales staff has always been incredible, the service has continued to improve over the years, but now I want more. I also want relationships and service that I can count on to look out for my best interest. It is not Toyotas fault; delivering outstanding service is not a brand promise. I have asked too much of this brand and I am learning it is time for me to graduate.

James Withers and Fred Williams were very friendly, courteous, and easy to work with. They both went the extra mile to get me the deal I wanted and needed. John McBay sat and worked with me for almost two hours to get me the best financing he could find. He never showed an ounce of frustration or impatience while I spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone with my credit union to try to find a better interest rate. I couldn't. He is a great asset to Wolfchase Toyota Scion. I didn't get the names of the two receptionists, but they were both very friendly in making me feel comfortable, offering popcorn and a beverage, and in trying to make my buying experience a happy one.My entire buying experience was pleasant and I will gladly give these fine people the chance to serve me in the future should the need arise.

After fixing a wiring problem in my new car.. they returned it with a cracked windshield in the left corner..my husband noticed it when the garage door was lifted as he was leaving. I guess the mechanic was hoping we would not notice it beforewe left the property. After agreeing to fix it they later insinuated that it might have been cracked when I brought it in. I am still waiting for them to fix it.. they are waiting on the ordered windshield..the crack has now spread across the windshield. I did a bad survey and filed a complaint with Toyota. That's when they insinuated that maybe my husband left for 5 minutes then returned with it cracked.. I have yet to receive an apology. This was very dishonest. I can understand having an accident while working on the car but the dishonesty is what made us angry..up til now we had never had a problem with them. I don't recommend anything from the service department after this experience.

Alfreds appearance and demeanor gave an outstanding first impression but his knowledge and attention to detail is unsurpassed and I have been purchasing automobiles since 1966. He has taken time with me in the past to satisfy my curiosity on other vehicles and I knew he would be "The Man" for my eventual deal. My wife and I felt very comfortable how our concerns and questions were understood and Alfred answered all questions and solved issues that exceeded our expectations. Buying my car at Wolfchase Toyota was a great experience. Alfred was very knowledgeable about the Camry Hybrid and its features. Alfred's enthusiasm for the Camry and Toyota was evident. His humor was also very much appreciated. We were able to reach agreement on the new car price and a trade-in value that I thought was reasonable without the painful negotiating that I've suffered through at other dealerships. We concluded the deal in just a couple of hours via email, sparing me the agony of having to wait while the salesman ran back and forth to the sales manager. When I arrived to pick up my new car I was in a huge rush. Everyone involved worked well with me to get me out of the dealership as soon as possible. I've had the car less than a week and already I've received a follow-up contact from Alfred to check on on how I'm enjoying the car.

I was in the market to lease a car, and had looked around Memphis at Ford, Hyundai, Mazda and others. All of the dealers mentioned were friendly; however, despite being near the end of the year, none of those were too keen to try and make a deal work. I walked in to Wolfchase Toyota planning only to look and price some different cars. I met Antionette immediately upon walking in, and from the moment I introduced myself, a smile never left her face. She was so helpful even knowing up front I would probably not be making any decision that day. She was happy to help in any way possible. I was about to leave and continue my shopping at Honda and a few other places, when she came out and sat me down to show me a final deal they had worked out. The deal was too good to pass up. Despite knowing my budget and what I was looking for, no other dealer in the area that I visited tried to keep me from leaving by giving a better deal than what was immediately shown. Wolfchase Toyota did. In addition, Wolfchase Toyota offered me more than any other dealership for my trade-in. Finally, Antionette continued to search for discounts and deals that could make it even more affordable for me. This was without me even asking for it. I was so impressed with Antionette's attitude throughout the whole process - she really showed me that she cared and wanted me to walk out happy. I drove 1 1/2 hours both ways to and from this place from Tupelo, MS and it was well WORTH IT!!!! I'll be honest, we were in a rut with the car we had and left with the car and DEALS we wanted!!! Would never purchase from this dealer ever again. Practically lied to my face about a 2004 Honda Accord during their sale. Hid price online for weekend sale, wrote a price that was $4000 higher than what it had only the days before the sale, and when I get there, they offer me the exact same price online days ago, expecting me to think I save $4000 on a used car. Vehicle had accidents, multiple owners. Sales manager, Fred Williams, didn't even consider the fact that there were accidents and vehicle has horrible Carfax. This sales manager should be fired because as I left, he used profanity to me. Worst experience ever.

I live an hour and 30 minutes from this dealership, and made an appt to drive over and see a vehicle I was interested in. I called as I was leaving town to confirm, and was told the car would be ready when I got there. Received a call about halfway into the trip, informing me the car had been sold the previous day, but to come on by and look at the other inventory they had available. Needless to say, I passed on that opportunity, and bought a car elsewhere.

I went to Consumer Reports first and decided on the RAV4. Then I went to this dealership online and found the exact car I wanted, called and talked to Mike Leach, gave him the stock #. Less than 15 min. later he called with a quote and approx. monthly note. I was impressed! My husband and I went later on that day to see and drive the car. Great salesman. Sat in the car and told me everything about it first. Lights, wipers, radio, even paird my phone to the cars bluetooth! I've never had a salesperson give us so much info before we even drove the car! Then while we were waiting for Troy in finance to call us back,(he was also very friendly and very good to deal with) Mike showed us the facilities, where I would bring the car for maintenace (oil change, tires rotatd etc...) where to take it for service work, where the parts dept. was,everywhere! Also while we were waiting before, was a very nice lobby with a big TV to watch. In the 40 years of buying cars this was the best experience I have ever had!! Their web site is so much better than the several others I researched too! Wolfchase Toyota Scion is definitely the way to go for a good car, and a good deal, and very knowledgeable sales personell. Kudo's to Mike Leach for a job well done!

We bought a used car at a great price but ended up not liking it. These guys allowed us to swap the car for something else. We switched to a 2012 Camry and love it. Absolute WORST car buying experience of my life! Did my homework, checked Carfax, extensive test drive, looked the entire car over to the best of my ability and trusted Toyota/Scion Certified Pre-owned warranty and the full Toyota 145 point Certified inspection and still got screwed!!! Filed complaint with Scion and it turns out that Scion doesn't go by customer input when determining if problems have been corrected, they go by the dealer. When I found initial problems I took it to the Scion Dealership in my town, they did what they could to make repairs free of charge and also showed me other things that as they say "Could only have been missed by Wolfchase if they were blatantly ignoring them". Wolfchase did NOT record the repair they made and intentionally kept it off the records. My local dealer did more for me free of charge than Wolfchase would. DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP AND DO NOT TRUST THAT THEY ARE BRINGING THE CAR TO TOYOTA STANDARDS! At this point I will never buy Toyota / Scion again because they will do nothing to hold their dealers to the standard they promise on their website.

Worst car dealership ive ever been too. I saw the car I wanted on Auto Trader.com it was listed for 19,998. Dont get me wrong the staff was super friendly but I had spoken with one person in particular for a week about getting a vehicle. I was told to come up there (keep in mind i live about 2 hours away)to look at a particular car and I get there and they tell him they dont have it at the dealership that day... so another week goes by im still in contact with this salesman he tells me that he will put the car away for me until I get there(he keeps his word on that)and I let him know that I am going to be getting the loan through my bank so I can only spend so much and I told him that price he said that will be okay and we can go lower on the price with you when your at the dealership so he convinces me to come back up there and tells me to call him right when I get there. I call,he answers, he says I will be with you in just a second. Well 25 min pass and one of the managers come over to me and say your salesman is with another customer at the moment so we brought you this guy to get you started to test drive the car.. so I test drive the car LOVED it all except for the few scratches it had on it and paint chips off the dash on the inside and the grill was also missing pieces and I would have to replace the hub caps and was planning on purchasing it. So after the test drive we went inside the dealership and started talking price I let this guy know that I would be going through my bank and so on. He comes back with a sheet of paper telling what price and how much taxes would be. Well I looked at the price and it was marked up from 19,998 to 20,998 so I asked if this was the lowest they could take on the car. He said yes it is then I kindly let him know that it was listed on the internet for 19,998 so he says let me go check on it. He then comes back with a differnet sheet of paper with the price being 19,998. I asked was this the lowest they could take he said yes and wasnt even going to try an negoiate the price with me. After that I decided that I wasnt even interested in purchasing from this dealership any longer. I also went to the website and under contact us wrote to the dealership about what had happened and I did not even recive an email back. To say the least I was VERY dissapointed in my exprience at this dealership.

My wife was ready to get out of her sedan and back into an SUV. We researched on Cars.com all of our options on makes/models/Manufacturers and decided on the Toyota Highlander. They really made it an easy in and out, no pressure experience; we filled out our info and picked up our new car the next day. Most friendly, most attentive staff I have ever seen. They went out of their way to help my grandmother and I find her a car, and with an elderly woman they had amazing patience. Mr. Heard saw to it that we had every thing we needed. He spent time discussing all options and making sure that we were going to look at exactly what we wanted. Ultimately we decided on a Rav 4. Zena was extremely nice and helpful and she walked us through the paperwork slowly and made sure that my grandmother understood all of it. Michael Leach sat in the car and went over every single button with my grandmother to be sure she did not have any questions before we left the dealership. In addition, he sat and walked her through hooking up her tracking service, Guidepoint. They practically rolled out a red carpet for her. The level of professionalism was above and beyond and we would definitely recommend this dealership in the future.

Visited Wolf Chase Toyota to buy a Used 2008 Camry. Everything went so good, had a pleasant experience buying the car. One problem I had during the purchase was the car did not have the remote Key(Key less Entry). Sandeep Soni my Sales consultant had so much patience(test drove 6 cars) and had given me so many options to choose from, explained everything to help me choose the CAR I wanted.I was in love with one car that I took for test drive. I decided to purchase it even without the Remote Key. After a couple of days I e-mailed the Customer Service department if they can help me provide with a new Key.Beating my expectations(above and beyond.. I had some very good feedback about the dealership but when I personally had the experience i have very few words to describe it). I received a call in less than 2 hours about getting a new Remote Key. Appointment was setup, as they had to some programming for the new Key.This is a really wonderful experience. Now that is called "Customer Service". I would rate them A***** for the service. I would definitely recommend people to visit Wolf Chase Toyota to have a pleasant experience.!!!!!!!!!!! My initial goal was to purchase a new car. The wife and I ended up with a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and we are totally satisfied with the buying experience at Wolfchase Toyota. We had owned six Saturns -- all bought under Saturn's No-Haggle Policy. When General Motors discarded the Saturn brand like yesterday's newspaper, we decided to discard our two current Saturns as soon as possible. We refused to reward GM's arrogance by transitioning to the the Chevrolet brand. We wanted to recapture Toyota quality that we had enjoyed in three vehicles prior to our entry into the Saturn addiction. I was dreading a purchase that would involve high-pressure, stressful negotiations, and gamesmanship. None of these negatives surfaced, and Wolfchase became the first and only dealership with whom we dealt. Late one evening, I requested Internet information on a Toyota Prius. Early the next morning, I was contacted by Michael Leach, a very young but remarkable Sales Consultant for Wolfchase Toyota. I was blown away by his knowledge and his enthusiasm to get me into a car. He was politely persistent but very professional. That's how I conducted my career in over 30 years of selling in the medical industry. From his emails and his phone conversations, I perceived that he is empathetic and ethical. He is also very articulate and respectful. He earned my confidence. I made the first visit to Michael alone because my wife was not supportive of my agenda to buy the Prius. I test-drove it, and I fell in love with it. Despite its "green" profile and technological superiority, she did not deem it a practical replacement for her Saturn Vue, our older vehicle. I shared that with Michael, and he probed for our real needs. He mentioned, "I have other vehicles that will meet your needs, and please don't rule out a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. Please come back with your wife." The next day, he sold us a late model certified RAV4 with low miles. We both love it, and we are really high on Michael. (Make no mistake, he did revisit the idea of selling us a Prius.) Wolfchase employs Boswell Hale, a near legendary figure in the Memphis car selling industry. Boswell made his bones on ethics and intelligent listening to customer needs. He is a long-term success and an incredibly nice guy. Michael wants to follow in his big footsteps. I was intimidated by the enormity of the Wolfchase Service Department, and I was worried that our pre-owned RAV4 might not merit big attention. An unprecedented personal meeting with Jerry Barker, the Service Manager, defused any doubts. He asked our expectations for service, and he addressed how his department meets those expectations. By the way, Jerry is another intelligent, articulate, engaging person on the Wolfchase Team. We're seeing a very pleasant pattern.John McBay, a Finance Manager, is yet another of those cerebral, articulate, persons at work at Wolfchase Toyota. None of his charms or intellect would matter if he had not gained our trust. I swore that we would not be pressured into buying some Extended Warranty of questionable value. We did buy the Extended Warranty after John's masterful presentation that it is very valuable. Frankly, it was a no-brainer decision. We have a used vehicle with bumper-to-bumper coverage for as long as we intend to own the vehicle. I have to mention Jason Terry, Sales Manager. His communications with Michael were clearly visible. His desk is on the sales floor. There were no false delays and offer/counteroffers. He wanted our business, and he wanted to support the success of his salesperson. He gave us a very attractive trade-in on our Saturn Vue. These are tough times, and this dealership is not afraid of a win-win relationship with customers. My wife and I highly recommend this dealership. We were feeling terrific as we drove off the lot with our RAV4.

My husband and I had a great experience buying our new truck from Wolfchase Toyota. Our sales rep Mick was very attentive without being pushy. Negotiating the price with the sales manager Jason was surprisingly pleasant. Although we were already pre-approved through our bank, F&I Manager Zena informed us we may be able to get a better deal. Not only did she find us a better deal but also took the time to show us what we would pay with each lender and let us make the decision. At no time did I feel pressured or unsure about the financing process. We felt that she was looking out for our best interest. Willie (cleaning crew) made us feel welcome and at home. He offered us coffee, doughnuts and popcorn, and asked repeatedly if we needed anything. By far, this was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.

Michael has been great to work with. He was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Michael was a great listener and catered to the vehicle we wanted. I was surprised at the prompt service that was given to us by emails, phone calls and personal service when we drove to the dealership. He made our buying experience great.

I wanted a specific Tacoma and Jon did everything he could to find one in the region, when that fell through, he had one preferenced for me from the factory. I'm glad to say I'm now driving my new Tacoma with all the options that I wanted. The dealership makes you feel right at home and Jon is by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He's straight forward and honest. This is the second vehicle I've purchased through him and will be going back for a third in the next month.

We just bought our third Avalon. Wolfchase Toyota Scion certainly maintains the very highest standards of the Toyota Corp. The facillity is beautiful, clean and inviting.I want to especially commend Michael Leach who helped us in our purchase. He presented himself smiling, engaging, and definitely interested in the customer.He answered all questions quickly and with knowledge. Michael surely must be a top performer. Our experience was definitely A-One. Also wish to commend, the financial advisor Mac? He was courteous also and explained all the benefits offered by Toyota. I found his help thourough and uncomplicated.I am a dedicated Toyota consumer. This is my third avalon and fifth Toyota product.I would recommend Wolfchase Toyota Scion to everyone.

Jon did everything he could to make sure my needs were met. He listened to what I wanted and then proceeded to tell me how he would meet my needs. Every step along the way, Jon keep me informed of what he was doing to get me the car I wanted. He then reported back to let me know how things were progressing. He never left me wondering what would be happening next. When my new car came in, he made sure it was in great shape. When I came in to pickup my new car, he spent a lot of time going through the features and how to operate everything in the car.I will tell you this, if I should be in the market for a new Toyota car in the future, I would not hesitate going to Jon. I trust him and I believe he would take care of me. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else. He certainly represents your dealership in the highest manner possible. Thank you for having salemen like Jon at your company.One last comment. Your support staff were very professional at their positions. I could not ask for any better help. Great experience. We currently own 8 cars and purchase/sell/trade cars a lot. Knowing exactly the type, year and price I was willing to pay for a new car I sent out email, fax and phone calls with very specific directions and requests to 15 different dealerships. I was not contacted by the dealership closest to me, and I received the best offer/best service from Wolfchase Toyota. My husband, daughter and I traveled over 100 miles to receive a great price, great car and superior service. Steve helped surprise our daughter with her new car, going way above and beyond by making sure her car was in perfect shape and even decorated with balloons sporting her school colors! I also appreciate the fact that she will be able to take her vehicle to any Toyota dealer for maintenance. I felt very comfortable sending her off to school alone, 400 miles away, with her new vehicle. I know if there are any challenges they will be addressed by Toyota in general and Wolfchase specifically if necessary. We have twins getting their cars next year and we will save Steve's card and be back in touch at that time.

Originally, I went in to update my extended warranty on my old Prius. One of the financing reps told me that there was a promotion going on the new Prius with NO interest payments. Since the car was over five years old and I had never liked the color, that was enough to throw me over into looking for a new one. She flagged down Brice who immediately took me out to see the cars on then lot. He was very soft spoken and articulate and not pushy at all. He also gave me four of his cigarets to smoke because I was nervous. He was also extremely articulate in explaining everything about the 2010 model. I would also like to tell you how much I appreciated the service Paul Becher gave me. He was very pleasant and soft spoken as Brice was and he explained everything he was having me sign. I have always thought the customer service at this dealership the BEST of any I have ever dealt with and I will be forever grateful for the FREE coffee and donuts (sometimes) when I come in with a problem in the mornings. From start to finish these guys were awesome!! My husband was looking for a smart deal for our family. Durell helped my husband with a car that he saw on the internet. He was very patient and friendly. My husband needed a little extra savvy for this deal as he was working with our credit union. Fred stepped in and worked the numbers to where they needed to be to close the deal with our credit union. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to insure that we drove off the lot that same day. We had another dilemma with our trade in. We actually wanted to keep our trade in because we had invested a lot in it. Fred again, with his creativity came up with a plan for us to buy back our trade in. We were happy and was talkin over working out a plan to do this. Then he sent us to Paul, the Finance Manager. This was an unforgettable experience. Paul worked out things beyond our belief and the deal was sweeter than we could have imagined. Everyone got a piece of the pie. Thanks so much to the team at Wolfchase Toyota. We will continue to use your dealership and we will tell all of our friends.
