We recently purchased a 2006 Nissan Titan from Marcus at Woodcrest Motors. He was very accommodating and helpful. We discovered a mechanical issue on our test drive, and they promptly had it repaired at a local shop before we took delivery of the truck. Seems to be a place of honest dealings and quality vehicles!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Woodcrest Motors and would recommend them to anyone looking for a used truck. We have recommended them to several friends and business associates and even though we work and live in Maryland it was worth the drive. Their service was exceptionable and Marcus was great to deal with. We ended up buying two trucks from them and are very happy with our purchases. Their selection was very good and they were very honest with their pricing and information about the trucks. I would definitely go there again for our next company vehicle and most likely personal truck.

Experience was good. All paperwork was done in advance so I could get in and out without wasted time. Showroom could use a little extra help during busy times. Lots of pickup truck options in a similar condition and price range. Good place to go for a pickup (truck).

Asked all the pertinent questions before driving an hour and 30 mins to purchase a 2013 Dodge Ram 2500. Was told from salesperson that truck had a few dings, NO accidents, and drove 100%. After a few days passed, I went to the dealership to purchase the truck. After an inspection of the truck, it had more than a few dings, dents under both driver and passenger doors, and an incompetent salesperson who never had an answer to any of my questions. When I asked if the truck had been in an accident, which I asked days before, the salesperson changed his original "No accidents" to yes, the truck had been in a head on collision back in June of 2013. I didn't purchase the truck and wasted close to 3 hours of drive time. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone after the unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge they displayed.

Questionable practices, and preferences, regarding to whom they sell a vehicle, after being approved. Very disappointed that after providing a down payment, and being approved, another potential buyer, that did not provide a deposit, nor have had loan approval through this dealership was given this vehicle. The sales person requested we give the other buyer until morning. We agreed, and granted his request, and then did not call in the dealership until early afternoon. We were then told "he thought about it some more , and said he was going to call the other potential customers to give them one more chance". Begs the question to other buyers, "will they sell to me"?

Husband and I visited this dealer, saw 2 trucks of interest. Dealt with Marcus, when decided to go with the truck my husband wanted, We were told that somebody was interested in this already. They gave no money down to hold it. in regards we did, and also approve within one hour for the loan, under the saying from Marcus, that he had called them and told us that he was giving them till the next morning to get back to him. The next morning came and went, so we called him at 1:00 pm on the 26th of Feb. 2014, to hear him say that he was thinking about it and wanted to call them to see where they were at, he called back and said that they were able to come up with the funds and that he felt it was only the right thing to go with them. To me, it was preference over a customer that was not able to call to keep dealer updated, and let alone not putting deposit down on vehicle. Very bad practice that dealership.

Marcus at woodcrest motors was very honest and professional.I just purchased a ford f150 2008 crew cab xlt. I brought my family along including my in laws He answered all of our questions and even lowered the price due to a few scratches. I cant stop looking at it. A great experience.

I had been looking for a "new to me" truck for a long time and therefore was very informed on the tradeoffs associated with the used truck I wanted. The 2009 F-150 crewcab I purchased from Woodcrest has proven to be a great vehicle. I was a bit wary when I came across the truck online, as it seemed to be be a deal to good to believe. Adding to the situation was the fact I was 320 miles away from Woodcrest and the thought of driving 5 hours to be disappointed with the truck on my arrival was enough to just pass it up. I spoke to Marcus a few times and he was more than willing to take the time to answer my questions. On a few occasions, he even walked out to look at the truck and while we talked to make sure he was giving accurate information. The dealing on the phone was enough to give me confidence that the drive was not a waste of my time. I waited a couple weeks after purchasing the truck to write the review to make sure I gave feedback I felt confident in posting. I have to say I love the truck and am very happy with the deal I got from Marcus and Woodcrest motors. As with any used vehicle, all is not perfect -- but I truly feel I got a excellent truck at a great price! Thanks - I'm really enjoying my new ride! Dave

My wife and I made a 2 hour plus trip to woodcrest motors after finding a dodge ram 3500 dually i was in the market for on the internet that they had. The pictures were true to what the truck was. Marcus was very patient with us and extremely helpful. He didn't push in any way. Even got to test drive without him being in the vehicle, which is a plus in my book. He was also pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle and did carfax on the spot for me. I will be telling people I know that are in the market to check out Woodcrest motors. Worth the drive.

I was in the market to purchase a Chevy or GMC 2500 HD Pickup with 4 wheel drive. I found a very nice 2007 Chevy 2500 HD Silverado at Woodcrest Motors in Stevens, PA online via Cars.Com and CarsforSale.com. I live in Maryland and Woodcrest Motors is located in Stevens, PA 2 hours away. I was reluctant to take this drive. So, I emailed them with questions several times about this vehicle and received prompt and detail responses. This interaction inspired me to take the drive to Woodcrest Motors with no regrets. My brother and I drove up on a Saturday and met Marcus. After we checked out and test drove this vehicle, we found out that the email responses that I had received from Woodcrest Motors were extremely accurate. Oh ya, there is no hassle and they let you freely check out the vehicles without standing around! Marcus (and Gary) worked with me on the price and addressed items on my list. I received great customer service from Marcus and his support was PHENOMENAL! He was attentive but not pushy. He was professional, thoughtful, considerate and respectful. Marcus made the buying experience an enjoyable one. This was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had in my lifetime. I bought my 2005 Chevy 2500HD a couple weeks ago, truck is solid, i looked it over very well, mechanically it was very solid. On the way home from buying it, my family stopped at a yard sale quickly, i locked the truck with only the key in my hand, we went to get back in the truck, the key didn't work in the door lock, I think that if they didn't want to fix that before selling the truck, they should have atleast told me that it didn't work so i would carry the remote fob so i wouldn't get locked out of my own truck. Overall i'm happy, i just think that really sucked.

Just bought a Mazda3 from Woodcrest yesterday. Deal involved a trade-in with some complications. I live 2 hours away and needed to take care of all the particulars "long-distance" before making the trip out there. Marcus could not have been more helpful, upfront and honest with me during this process and everything went exactly as agreed to through our emails and one phone conversation. The Mazda had a few minor issues as they had just gotten the car and were still in the process of checking it out, but they resolved everything to my satisfaction on the spot. (They have a very nice, well-equipped repair facility.) They were pretty busy, but made me feel like I was the only one there and that I really mattered to them. They were all very friendly people, honest and sincere. Excellent experience.

I recently purchased a Saab from Woodcrest Motors. The sales process was painless, however, after I purchased the vehicle, the check engine light came on. They quickly looked at and fixed the car. I have been very happy with my buying experience and hope in the future to purchase from them again.

My wife and I wanted to trade on a jetta TDI. They were not interested in our trade, and were straight forward about it--- too concerned about resale. They did not try to pressure a deal and were understanding of our situation. I respect the honesty and straight forward manner in which the process was conducted. Fair dealership.

First off, I live in Southern Virginia and found this truck on Cars and it was everything that I wanted from the pictures. I called and talked to two different salesmen about the vehicle and its current condition... I asked numermous questions regarding the trucks mechanical state as in if it had any major mechanical problems or replacements and all I got in return was that the vehicle had been inspected and had NO mechanical issues and that it runs and drives fine!... Also I asked about the body and paint condition. They described it as Accident free and a very clean truck. So of course i drive six hours thinking im goin to bring a truck home. NOPE I get there and the whole front end of the truck had been painted (Poorly) some of which did not match the rest of the truck. Decided to take it for a test drive anyway and started to hear a lot of random noises coming from the motor. I got out down the road to check out under the hood and saw alot of paint missing and scratches around the engine bay, so I assume that there had been some motor work. Looking closer I found a metel O-ring just laying on a crossmember under the truck. I immediately took the truck back to the dealership and handed them the part. They still tried to deny any major mechanical work and said they didnt know what the part was. Also that they didnt know the front of the truck had been painted. Only when they didnt want to work on the price and then I made it pretty known that I didnt want the truck that they made seem to be a great truck and got me to drive 6 hours to look at, that they finally decided to tell me that someone had spun a bearing in the bottom end of the motor and that they had replaced it with a Junkyard Motor which they didnt know how many miles were on it. This place is ridiculous and obviously thought that I would be a easy pushover especially after driving THAT far to look at something completely opposite from what I saw and talked about over the phone....

Im a us marine currently deployed to afghanistan and i was able to buy a truck from woodcrest motors with very little hastle. I did everything over the phone. All the employees were very helpful and courteous. I bought it using a POA and my mother went and picked the truck up. It was in great shape and at a very reasonable price. They were willing to work with me immediately even knowing that I myself would not be present for the transaction. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone

Looked at a 2005 Honda Accord at this dealer and test drove it. No pressure and fair asking price, also fair with my trade in. The only problem with the Accord was 3 out of 4 of the power windows were not working. I bought the car and Woodcrest Motors shipped a new window master switch to me free of charge. The offered to install it for free but I plugged in the new switch myself very easily. All windows working and love the Honda.

I bought an 2002 chevy trailblazer from here and was not happy. The truck after purchase needed four quarts of oil, low beam headlight issue (possilble relay fuse problem) and it had no rear winshield wiper arm. After i bought the vehicle if transmission went or needed fan belt or thermostate replaced down the road i could understand. I think my issues are basic things that should have check or fixed before placed on the lot not just wash and shine. I just my thoughts.
