Just bought my third car from Woodhouse! Bayron, from the Hyundai store, was such a great help purchasing my 2016 Sonata. He helped me set up my Android Auto, which is so awesome! Love this feature! Bayron has also called several times to make sure everything is going well and when I've stopped in the store he goes out of his way to talk to me. I love working with the GMs Ryan and Dominic because they ALWAYS go out of their way to find me the best deal for my money. Even Rick in finance found me a better deal!! I won't go anywhere else!!

driven Dodge products for 40 years alway bought from my local dealer was very spectical about going out of town filled out information on line received a call shortly from Justin, told him what i was looking at quoted me a price through email was just wonderful to deal with had extra put on my new ride and they delivered right to my door now that is service thanks guys see you in couple of years for my next new vehical

SWAY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PROSSES TO ALLOW US TO GET THE VEHICLE WE WANTED. ALTHOUGH HE HAS ONLY BEEN AT THE DEALERSHIP 1 MONTH. IF WE HAD ANY QUESTIONS HE WASN'T SURE OF, HE KNEW WHO TO ASK AND GOT OUR ANSWERS QUICKLY.

James Rainey was our salesperson this time. We have previously gotten two vehicles from Woodhouse and have been very pleased with the treatment we've received. James Rainey was most accommodating and pleasant to visit with and work with. We think James should get all twenties and would send anyone to him. Our son had just recomended him and we were very pleased and so was our son ,he had leased a Ram truck on Friday and we got ours on Saturday. We are extremely happy with the Ram truck we have. James Rainey is a ten. Thanks to him we are a two Ram truck family. Beth and Steve Wall

On June 21 we visited Woodhouse searching for a newer car since we had seen a nissan rogue at another dealer and liked the model. Woodhouse had one on the lot and we decided that is what we wanted. After the deal was made with Tim Sylvester, it took 2 1/2 hours to get the paper work done. After we got home and started getting aquainted with our new car, we realized we did not have an owners manual. We also found a packet of info that belonged to the previous owner. It seems to us that this was very unprofessional and were extremely dissapointed.

I emailed Woodhouse a question on Sunday morning, assuming no one would respond until Monday at the earliest. Kirk Lilly emailed back less than an hour later and answered a follow up question. I later found out he was on vacation! We visited the dealership the next morning and met salesman John Sylvester. He was a dream to work with. Even though he was very busy with other customers, he answered all our questions, and we worked out a satisfactory deal with ease. It was a polar opposite experience from the SC Ford place, where we were treated as a nuisance. I would definitely go to Woodhouse again.

May26th bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee sport from John Slyvester. Excellent salesman, easy to talk to and had good product knowledge. They make this process as seamless as possible and Rick in the finance dept. also was a pro!! I will be back to this dealership when I'm ready to buy again!!

When I went in for an oil change the car came back to me running fine until the next time I drove it and the engine check light came on. They charged me over one hundred dollars to figure out why for the first and only time it has come on... the day after they had it in their shop. Their answer, the gas cap was leaking. I have yet to put on a new gas cap and I have not had the engine check light come since then. This was six months ago. They have lost my trust and my business

Had a great experience here. Walked in to buy a new car and did not feel intimidated by anyone working there. They treated me just like they would a friend. Some places you visit they are so pushy and rude and treat you like an idiot. NOT HERE AT ALL....THEY WERE THE OPPOSITE! Had a great experience working with James and all the other employees. Will return. Thanks!

Bought a 2014 Dodge Durango from James last night and the service was EXCELLENT! My husband and I went to just look, but James talked with us and told us he could find us something good. He sure did! He found us something that we not only like but something that was affordable! Thanks so much to everyone that helped us. The service was great and we will definitely return again!!!
