I have been hospitalized and recently released in a wheelchair. My old car was too low to access and our Yukon was too high. Phil Parker took the measurements we sent him and selected a Terrain that fills the bill completely! He even brought the vehicle to our home as assisted my wife with getting me out of the chair and into the Terrain--moving ramps and holding walkers to boot! Phil is a great asset to Woody and GMC!! We are very pleased with his 'above and beyond' service!!!

Saw a vehicle on Cars.com and drove from Indiana to check it out. I pulled in with the dreaded thought of playing the "game" of buying a car. Took a deep breath, walked in and met Tom Long. Wife and I drove a 6 hour round trip to view a used vehicle listed on cars.com at this dealership. Communication was superior providing directions and times of availability. Tom Long represented this vehicle and checked in with me along the trip reassuring me they would be ready to assist us upon are arrival. Once arrived we were greeted immediately and viewed the vehicle in there warm well lighted service area. The vehicle was everything Tom said it was, we drove it and then drove it some more on there private test track. I found Tom to be a real genuine nice guy, no pressures or expectations. Negotiations were hassle free, Tom listened and went to work for me. We purchased the car that night, process was quick and event free. We love the car and Tom followed up a week later to check on our satisfaction. Great job to everyone involved, would definitely buy here again.

I scheduled an appointment with Tom Long, Certified Sales Consultant, to look at 2012 Buick Lacrosse. Very nice experience. We started with test drive on the dealerships test track. Tom was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and addressed all my questions. When we arrived back at the dealership the used car manager appraised my car while Tom and I started discussing price. At no time did Tom pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. I was on the fence after about 1 hour of chatting and he offered to have me drive the vehicle home and think on it for a day. After some thought I decided to go in a different direction. While we didn't make a deal I felt that my experience with dealership and especially Tom was well above what I expected when searching for a used vehicle. There is no doubt I would recommend Tom to friends and family if they are in the market for a used vehicle!

A special thank you to Greg and the service department for helping my daughter after her car broke down while returning back to Michigan on a Sunday night after a weekend volleyball tournament. Greg not only helped her with the different ways to fix the transmission but went beyond to always keep her informed on what was happening. When he found out it would take a few days to fix her car, he volunteered to clean out her cooler for her. After the car was fix, she had to take the train and the "L" to get to your place and when she got off the "L" there was a courtesy car waiting for her. So after an ordeal trying to spell my name to her over the phone, we setup a meeting for Saturday at10, I was told by this sales person (Clara) she would call me Friday to confirm the availability of the vehicle, mind I say, i'm 4 hours away (Lansing, MI) so I needed to know whether it's worth the trip, well Friday came, I waited until 2pm, haven't heard anything from this person so I decided to email her, sent 3 emails and all 3 were ignored. it's now Saturday, I still got not a single call or email from this person, This is by far the worst experience for me, will I recommend this dealer to friends or families? xxxx NO.

We pulled in the Used Car lot by mistake and were greeted by Tom Bertic, who very politely asked what he could do for us...when we said we were interested in a new GMC vehicle, he contacted a new car salesperson for us and showed us an easy route to the new car lot. When we entered we were greeted by several people, and we said we were there to see Brian Galloway. He was immediately paged and appeared promptly. Brian is a very pleasant, honest, and personable man. He treated us with respect. Based on what we told him Brian showed us the GMC Terrain and compared it with several other models.Then we went for a test drive and the Terrain was exactly what we were looking for. The price was agreeable, and all paperwork was done within 2.5 hours. In the past we traded cars every 2-3 years, and this was one of the most pleasant experiences we ever had. I purchased my car in January with the 6 month bumper to bumper coverage. I asked the dealer (Nick) numerous specifics of what would be covered because I have had so many problems with my previous car. His response to every question was "yes that's covered" or "everything is." I chose this car over one from a different dealership because I felt comfortable with the coverage I was apparently getting. Everything he told me was a bold face lie to seal the deal. He even told me lights were covered, (because my old car needed a new one monthly...another lie) My car is now 4 months old and has about 8 issues, something new everyday. I call to make an appt. and I am told unfortunately every issue I brought up is not covered. (Air leak, speaker problem, turn signal problem, tire issue). He did not mention anything that wasn't covered, let alone every issue I have. I was told now that if they perform a diagnosis on the parts I am having problems with, I have to pay for that as well as the parts to fix it, because nothing is covered. So far, I am extremely irritated with this car. I encounter a new problem everyday, and the dealer made me believe I could be comfortable for the first 6 months. I recommend a voice recorder from anyone buying from this place, because he fed my mom and I lies to get us to buy it and get out of there.

We bought a used car from them in November 2011. When we test drove the car, the rear seat head rests were missing and we asked about the second keyless remote and were told they had both but were in other building which was locked until the next day but were assured that if we purchased the car the sales person would personally deliver both the headrests and the keyless remote the following day. It took a week to get the headrests and when I drove to the dealership to pick up the keyless remote, they handed me the empty shell of a remote in pieces. I asked what they would be doing about the remote they had promised and they again assured me that they would very easily and quickly order and deliver one. After a month I contacted Tom, the manager, and was again assured by him. Its been a total of three months now since buying the car and no one has returned my call or delivered the part they promised. Also after test driving the car, the battery died and had to be charged before we could leave. I questioned the quality of the battery and suggested that it should be replaced before we buy. I was assured that the battery had been tested by their own mechanic, "the best mechanic in the world", and there would not be a problem. The battery has died three times in the three months since we bought it and when I did have it tested outside of Village I was told it absolutely needs to be replaced. As you can guess, I still haven't heard from Village Buick GMC on possibly getting a discounted price for a new battery that they should have replaced before we bought the car.

Brian Galloway is a retired Arizona cop. He was honest and friendly and extremely helpful During the entire process Brian treated me and my wife with respect and consideration. We never felt any undue pressure to make a decision quickly. Brian and his manager even sent us over to another dealership to compare their vehicle with a different brand vehicle. They were confident that we would return. They gave us a SUV to test drive overnight and really bent over backwards to make the experience easy and comfortable. They took care of the paperwork very quickly. My wife and I left our licenses at the dealership by accident and Tom Kastrati (the manager) went back to the dealership after hours to retrieve the licenses for us. They even took care of a tiny ding in the new vehicle - free of charge - after we had it for a couple of days. These guys are trustworthy and honest. I highly recommend them. The final price of the vehicle was directly in line with the internet invoice price. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

After a day of dealing with sales people at other dealerships (I was hunting for a new vehicle and hadn't made up my mind) I arrived at Village Buick. Mark Oliver was my sales person. He was friendly and helpful without being overbearing, he answered all my questions, treated my daughter with respect and took account of her opinion. While I knew that he wanted a sale, I also so appreciated the fact that he didn't push me. I loved the test driving facility, the service was brilliant and it made an experiencve I was dreading actually quite pleasant. I love that Mark delivered the car to my house and took the time to really connect with me. I would recommend him to other buyers and would buy from him again. I love my new car and cant say enough positive things about Mark and Village Buick.

The day I bought my car I was mentally prepared to go to different dealers since I already knew what I wanted. I was very specific on the features, colors, style, price, etc I wanted on my car a GMC Acadia Denali. My husband and I met Sergio and we told him our requirements. To our surprise he jump into the computer and look all over the state and outside the state until he found it. We went to the dealer a Friday night just before 4th of July and by next Friday I got my brand new Acadia Denali with all the features I requested, including the price and a little bit more. There was a problem when they went to pick up the car at the other dealer but Sergio kept me informed of every move, and more he went there in person to pick up my car to make sure I can have it as soon as possible. From all of my experiences buying cars this is so far the best. Sergio is more than an excellent sales man he becomes your friend and goes beyond the sales. Is like been at home with a really expensive family. And last but not least Mr. Bob Kuhn the financial guy, very helpful, friendly, and funny. My husband was always bugging him asking about another discount and lobster to celebrate the sale. So if you are interested on a GMC or Buick this is the right dealer to go.

From the minute I walked into the showroom, I immediately received attention. The Sales Specialist who addressed me, Lavale Evans, listened carefully to my wants and expectations and very politely and without pressuring me proceeded to offer me options until we arrived at an acceptable deal on the lease of a Buick Reagl Turbo. At first, I was undecided between leasing a Lacross or a Regal Trubo. I was given the opportunity to test drive several vehicles, and was even given the option to return at later time and date with my wife. I felt very comfortable with choices I was given and the opportunity to think over the various options offered without any pressure. Very pleased with my recent Service visit. Had an issue with my 2010 Buick Lacrosse not starting intermittently. Although they are a very busy location, Scott was able to get me in without an appointment, provide me with transportation, and keep me updated with the progress of my work. Besides being very friendly, and professional he was very accomodating and thoroughly explained all of the work with my relatively new vehicle. I've been very pleased with Village over the years (have purchased several Pontiacs from their when they used to sell them) but this just re-affirms my decision in dealers.I reccomend them to any one asking, and Scott deserves a pat on the back for excellent service in an age when its not always easy to find!Bravo!

Village Buick GMC is an amazing dealership! The customer service I received was spectacular. I was greeted with a friendly greeting when I arrived. Other places I had gone I felt like it was a race to see who could get to us first. I let Leval know that I was interested in the GMC Terrain and that I didnt need the highest package there was, he respected that and did not push anything more then what I told him I wanted. They were all very friendly and made sure we were comfortable, it was hot out when we were shopping and they made sure we had enough to drink. Their knowledge on the car was unbelievable! After the information we were given about the car, we knew all there was to know! The test drive was not your normal test drive. They have a course in the back of the building that gives you any road type you would ever encounter. It allowed me to see how the car would drive on a large hill, an extremely rough road, coble stone road, railroad tracks, wet road, and how well the breaks worked on a wet road! Much better than driving around Naperville! When it came to talking about the price on the car it was not stressful at all! I let them know what payment range I wanted to be within and they made it work! Once I decided I was going to buy the car they found the exact car and color I wanted. It was at a dealer just under an hour away and they made sure I was going to be going home with the car I wanted! My experience with Village Buick GMC was incredible! I never thought that car shopping would be so stress free! I would recommend Village Buick GMC to any one!

Initiated the process with Brian Galloway, who answered any and all questions via e mail or phone calls prior to me going to the dealership. Last Thurs. I metBrian at the dealership and he promptly had vehicles ready for me to look at. He was diligent in pointing things out in terms of the features. We took one for a testdrive and he again asked me questions to fully understand what I was looking for. My main concern at this point was to explain things to my wife who was not with me. Brian had pricing detail as well and fully explained. On friday I went in with my wife and Brian was off so we worked with Phil Parker(handoff was great between Brian and Phil) Phil once again expalind the diferent features and pricing to my wife and I. All the time during my visits Tom Kastadi the General Sales manager was insuring that our questions were being answered and took the time to talk t us to make sure. It is very apparent to us that customer service is of utmost importance. We were comfortable with the pricing as we thought it was very fair. The explainations of the features was great and they made us feel very comfortable and thatthe number one goal was to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. We had our previous GMC Denali serviced at village and had really good experience (not so with a nearby GMC dealer.) They also helped us get a partial reimbursement from GM for a repair on a factory-defective part that was out of warranty so we wanted to buy our next GMC from them.We researched prices and trade-in values and after a little friendly negotiation, they were able to get us a price we felt was very fair. My overall experience with Village Buick and Tom was outstanding! I am one who does not like dealing with dealerships and find what I need on the net and just buy it. In this case I would have overlooked several things if weren't for Tom. The whole atmosphere and Tom's genuine kindness, make you feel at home, a stress free and pressure free environment. I first learned about Tom Bertic through my car search on Craigslist. I decided to just go look at the Acura MDX and fell in love. Salesman came out the door to greet us as soon as we drove onto the lot. We told him we were interested in the Terrain and he quickly got keys to open one and show it to us. We spotted one in the 'Merlot' red and Sergio set us up for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the many features on the vehicle. We completed the sale the next day and Sergio got us hooked up with the OnStar system. He also arranged to get our older car, a 2001 PT Cruiser, cleaned up so we can give it to our youngest daughter. As soon as we arrived he showed us the vehicle he pulled based on our request, walked us through all the features top to bottom. Was very thorough and knowledgable about our needs and the features that we were looking for. Mark was walking us out and made sure we were comfortable. Being a deaf couple.. I asked him about the ONSTAR service and how it would work if we can not HEAR. My husband and I visited GMC Naperville on Saturday March 26th with the hope of finding a new car for myself. My husband and his family has been working with Andrew "Drew" White for around 10 years and my husband had nothing but nice things to say about Drew on the ride to the dealership. We went in looking at either a Acadia or a Terrain, after realizing that the Acadia really wasn't what we were looking for Drew let us test drive a Terrain and we absolutely fell in love with it. From the moment I met Drew he made me feel like I was part of the family, I expressed to him that this would be really the first car I ever purchased for myself. I told him I was looking for a Cyber Gray Metallic color with a sun roof that was all wheel drive and had a V6 engine, Drew went out of his way to find the car which was less than a hundred miles away and went on his day off to pick the car up. If there was any negative thing I could say about our experience at GMC Naperville it had to be the issue with our trade in. We were trading in a 2007 Nissan Xterra with around 86 thousand miles and the trade in manager couldn't possibly underhand us anymore than he did. Thankfully with Drew's determination he got us a price that we were looking for. I can absolutely promise that we will be recommending Drew to our family and friends, and we will be back to see Drew in years to come when we are expanding our family.

I was in dire need of a used car since my van was on its way out. I talked to Rory and told him I was through with minvans since I didn't want to lug the whole neighborhood around. He mentioned an SUV and knew I wanted a green car. He had a few on the lot for me to look at, and the ENVOY was the first one I test drove and the one I purchased. He was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and got me a great deal. I have kept his cards and given them out to friends. I recommend Village Pontiac to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. Village Buick GMC has been our dealership for over 15 yrs. Steve Procarione has been our salesman for all of our vehicles. We enjoy working with him and his understanding of the vehicles that we purchase.Jeff Brown and night shift Service Dept has always taken care of our vehicles. The late hours are a benefit to us as busy as many people are. They listened to the issues and treated us with understanding and respect. When we have had issues with the vehicles the night shift have it addressed and returned to us in a timely manner.

My son and I went car shopping last week and visited about 6 or 7 dealers on Ogden Avenue in Naperville. He just turned 17 and needed his first car. After a while we noticed that it was a little hard to find a good car in our price range and my son was getting a little irritated with a couple of sales guys being a little too pushy. We were just about to go back home and give it a rest for the day when we drove in front of Village Buick dealer and decided to take a look at their cars ,after my son said that his best friend purchased his car there. We were greated very nice by a young sales person, Nick Hoxhalli and after we told him what we were looking for he told us to feel free and look around for a few minutes while he checks his inventory for a couple new cars they just got. A couple minutes later he shows up with a very nice sporty car that he took out of the detail shop and took us on a test drive. He was very friendly and nice and treated us with respect ( even though my son looks like 13 years old and does not look like he can drive) . We both loved the car and felt that Nick was being very honest so we agreed to go inside and get some ideas about financing this car. Nick told us that it would be a good idea to have both of us finance this car since my son has no credit this would help him in the future. We also got some helpful information from the finance person ( Azeem i think) and decided that it would be a good idea to drive one more time around the dealership. My son told me that he loved everything about this car and did not want to keep looking at other cars. We went back and talked to Nick again for a few more minutes and went on with the purchase. Nick made sure that my son was completely comfortable with the car and showed him how everything operates inside and out. The experience at this dealership was great and we are recommending it to all our friends and family.

I walked into Village hoping to by a car. Bill Aliu approached me and the way he greeted me I knew I was in the right place. I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy, but by the end of the day Bill helped me pick out a gorgeous 2007 Pontiac G6. He wasn't like other salesman who never have patience and just rush into deals. He was calm and took his time just to help me. I will be coming back to buy my wife a car and know for sure I'll be having Bill Aliu and my salesmen.

Our experience with this dealership and with Tom Bertic was exceptional. It was stress free and I felt Tom was honest. Tom and Seville worked with us to get us the best price that we felt very comfortable with. Tom showed us exactly what we were looking for. After we bought the car Tom showed us everything we needed to know. Also we have had a few more questions do to our senior moments and he was just as helpful as before we purchased. Tom was honest and upfront with me and gave me a good deal on my car. It needed a gas guage to be fixed and he had it fixed for dealer cost, didn't cost me a dime. He also was good about washing it and topping off the gas tank for me which was a nice incentive.

Some salesmen don't really care about anything but the money they make. Bill was very different, he was very easy-doing and helped me big time. He tried as hard as he could to negotiate with me to make a reasonable price that i would be happy with for my 2008 Buick Enclave. He was very patient with a wonderful personality. Between email communication and dealer visits I found Village GMC to be very nice to work with. During my price negotiation, which was exceptionally SHORT, I felt no undue pressure and was treated with respect by Matt and his manager. The paperwork process was also shorter than I expected. I originally went to this dealership looking for a new SUV. When we arrived on the lot Brian walked out to greet my daughter and i immediately. He then asked us what i was looking for in a car and i told him SUV and big. He showed me some of the new big SUV's. He then gave me a price quote on a new SUV fully loaded. I was iffy at this point about the price but i was still happy with him but the price was a little more then i wanted to spend. He then asked if i would consider getting a used car. I said yes if there was an extended warranty on the car. So he started showing me A Yukon and a Tahoe. We fell in love with the Tahoe. The Tahoe was fully loaded and fit all of our needs but the dealer informed us we could get the Yukon which was a year older and was the basic model (they could add everything) for a better price then the Tahoe. So we agreed. In the end i got everything i wanted for a great price. I feel that the dealership wanted me to have the car i wanted and made sure i was able to get it with all the bells and whistles too. Overall this is a great dealership and I love Brian as a salesmen. I would definitely recommend him to everyone. This dealership wants to make their clients happy. Also I never felt pressured by Brian or the financing person, I just felt like they wanted me to leave with a car that I wanted and could afford. GO BRIAN!!!!!!!!

Both of the sales individuals noted above provided excellent customer service over and above what I have experienced at other dealers. They went out of their way to insure I had a great experience and worked to meet my time needs for delivery of the new vehicle and installation of the aftermarket dvd player. They also were always available as they embraced technology like email to stay in touch. If more dealerships had individuals like these fellas maybe GM would never had had to file for bankruptcy.

Mark was very knowledgeable about every vehicle I looked at. He was freindly and attentive without pressuring for a sale.
