Worst dealership I have been to in my life. I was in the process of buying a 2007 Ford F-350 6.0. Was told the truck had been through the shop and was good to go. I continued with the paperwork, traded in my current truck and gave them 5500.00 down payment. Loan wasn't completely approved but they let me take it. Not even 3 weeks of owning it, I find coolant all over the driver side fender well. I'm from Idaho Falls so I took it to the closest dealer, "Broadway Ford". They inspected the truck, did there tests and found the truck needs head gaskets. 5500.00 repair by they way. So I call back woody smith and tell them, They agree to fix the truck asap. Long story short, Come to find out Woody Smith never inspected the truck, "so I was lied to", and the truck was suppost go into the shop the day I brought it there. It is now a week later, and they haven't even touched the truck, and they keep giving me the run around!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY WOODY SMITH STORES!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!! BUYER BEWARE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSEUpdate, they dodge my phone calls, I've been hung up on several times, they know they were caught with there pants down on this one, and to ad to it, they took the loaner vehicle they gave me to drive. What the xxxx kind of service is that????

Shopping for a vehicle is always stressfull , if you let it ! Woody Smith Ford has been the place to buy trucks for my family for years . Great Experience , Great Service and friendly staff. Buying process is very easy and Austin Smith takes the time for you no matter how busy he is . Recommended for everyone !

We were on vacation when we had problems with our 2008 Ford diesel F250. We came into the dealership to see if we could get it fixed. They not only got the major repairs done in one day, everyone was super nice! Thanks to the great team there, we were able to get back on our vacation with only a short delay!!

My 97 F250 Diesel needed an oil/lube/filter and general service inspection. I also had a diesel leak and a concern about my transmission heating up...When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted warmly and after discussing my concerns found that the work would probably take most of the day...I was given a loaner (2014 Fusion) for the day which allowed me to tour the town (I lived 90 miles away). After spending a leisurely day in Rexburg I return to find out that they needed to order more parts according to my approved repairs and the parts wouldn't be in for a couple of days. I was able to return home in "the loaner", great car by the way, and then return two days later to pickup my truck. The work was excellent, the repairs were effective, and I'm really pleased. The service staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The service mangers Nikki and Shane and the service writer Tricia were great...Thanks, I'll be back!

Our check engine light came on and Woody Smith Hyundai was the closest dealership that specialized in Hyundai vehicles. The front desk clerk who assisted us was very friendly and professional and provided us with frequent updates on the condition of our vehicle. The service was fast and efficient and we were out of the dealership in less than an hour. We highly appreciated the service given by the clerk and the mechanic!

I placed a car on consignment (for sale) through this dealership. Six weeks later when I asked the sales manager if anyone had looked at it, he said, "Oh, it hasn't run for a while. It won't start." When I tried to start the car, sure enough it would not start. On checking the engine compartment to try to figure out what was wrong, I noticed the battery was a different make than the one I had in the car when I placed it on consignment. (A police report was filed.) The dealership's diagnosis of the problem was a bad fuel pump. The dealership quoted me $800 for a new one. I bought one at a local parts store for $129 and had the dealership do the labor work. When I went to pick up my car after the repairs had been made, the driver's side rear view mirror had been broken off! At that point, I decided enough was enough. I had tried to work things out with the manager. I was underwhelmed, at best, by these series of events. Summary: Poor communication. Sudden items failing on the car placed on consignment. (Missing battery, tire going flat, fuel pump failure.) Rude billing department. Non-proactive sales staff. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE.

FOUND EVERYTHING .VERY GOOD HAD THE PICKUP I WANTED. PRICE WAS GOOD LEFT NO STONE UNTURNED PAYMENT FINANCE SERVICE DID NOT QUIT TILL THEY FOUND ME THE BEST OVERALL DEAL.
