Made the 7 hour trip from NC and it was by far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Javier was cool, laid back, and friendly. He knows his work and works with you every step of the way, never letting you feel lost in the process. Cars in excellent condition couldn't have asked for a better salesman or dealership. No regrets and I would definitely make the trip out there again.

How could buying a car get any better? World Auto has a fantastic selection of cars and Javier may be the best sales associate we have ever dealt with. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable of the car we were considering but he spent a lot of time with my wife in the car explaining all of the electronics, options and features. If she didnt understand something he went over it until she did. His personality and customer service skills really set him apart from other sales associates in this industry. The whole process of buying a car at World Auto was totally stress free! He explained how the purchase process worked and had all of the paperwork ready when it was time to finalize the sale. The price for the various vehicles is below what you would expect to pay and very fair. The attitude of all of the personnel at World Auto that we dealt with was outgoing, helpful and they genuinely cared about their customers. Although we live 4 hours away, I plan on going back in the future for another vehicle.

Javier was incredibly responsive to all communication. He was quick to share with me all vehicle documents (emailed them to me immediately), worked with me on pricing, and when I took the car to the Lexus dealership for a check over, I showed him the few repairs that were needed...requested Lexus parts be used and he agreed to it all and performed both repairs immediately. Mind you, I hadn't even put any money down at this point. Javier emailed the Sales agreement to me and I was on my way with check in hand to purchase. Unfortunately, I had to pull the transaction at the last minute. Javier was nothing but professional and incredibly understanding to my situation. I will absolutely return to World Auto when I resume my car search and look forward to working with Javier again.

I went to the dealer. I worked with Javier and he was extremely nice (though extremely busy). Answered all my questions as well as he could. Seen comments that things weren't fully disclosed about cars that they are selling. These guys are brokers buying and selling cars as fast as they can and know very little about them except what the CarFax says (which they supplied to me for free). They have a system for pricing the car based on how long it sits with them. The longer it is there, the more they are willing to negotiate. The newer it is to them, they won't move on price. It is a system that has worked for them. Only thing that I would recommend is watch out for the nickle and diming after the price has been determined. I was charged $700 for a prep fee (which clearly they did nothing to the car - even by their own admission) which I didn't pay attention to at the time. And they charged $89 for filing the tags, which is high, but saved me the effort. Net-net, it was good, but it could have been better.

Bought 2012 Porsche Boxster without test drive or going to dealer. I live in Scottsdale AZ and saw online, used CarFax and Autocheck service. Dealt with salesman Javier and Shawn . Excellent experience was very satisfied with the car and these people. Javier did a complete walk around and told me that the car was in great condition and it was. I would use these people again when I need another vehicle.

I got my used Mercedes Benz C300 and they performed good service to put me in it. I would recommend that World Auto is the best used car dealership in a 300 mile radius.

When I initially called the dealership I asked if they accepted pre-approvals from RoadLoans and a salesman by the name of Javier said they did accept RoadLoans and asked me if I could fax him my pre-approval from RoadLoans so that he could take a look at it. Javier advised me that World Auto may be able to get me a lower rate than RoadLoans and I agreed to allow them to pull my credit file. A lady in Finance named Kimberly left me two messages advising that she wouldn't have a problem getting me financed but she needed for me to call Equifax to release the fraud alert I have on my credit file so that she would be able to pull my credit. Once World Auto pulled my credit file I never received another phone call from them again. They are on top of their game of Deception and Manipulation. I'll put my life on it that the positive reviews are placed out here by them!

I was told about this dealership by a friend and I wish now it would have been my first stop. The inventory was great. World Auto Brokers staff was friendly and helpful and not pushy, my salesman Javier took his time to explain the features on not one but multiple Mercedes Benz models to help me make the right choice for my family. The manager Shawn walked us thru the process no fast talking tricks or lies only good business and great cars. I would and will recommend them to everyone. I left with a great Mercedes and a good feeling about my purchase.

I was ready to buy. Made an offer. Denied. Then two weeks later the price is within what I would have considered. Save people time and be straight up from the beginning. I think I would have regretted it in the long fun . I hate used care haggling over root canals!

Initial inquiries very fast. If offer is not in their interest, you will not get any response back. Ready to pay cash. Of course no money made through financing...a pity. Professional courtesy and good business ethics dictates a prompt response to any offer or inquiry. This did not happen and I had to initiate all follow through. Respectfully, Ray W. I purchased a luxury vehicle (supposedly) from this dealership in 2008. I thought I was getting a great deal at the time, but within one year of purchasing the vehicle I began to have multiple issues with the car. After several years and thousands of dollars invested in repairs, I decided to trade the vehicle in for something more reliable. After a detailed inspection at Car Max, they discovered that the car had frame damage due to the car being totaled prior to my purchasing the vehicle, which was never disclosed to me by the dealership. This was the cause for all of the problems I was experiencing with the vehicle. It made me sick to think that I had been risking my life for the past 5 years driving a vehicle with severe frame damage. Not to mention that the trade in value was significantly lowered. Do not trust this dealership!!

I had a very good experience with buying a vehicle from here. The customer service was great and they offered a great warranty plan. The only downfall that I didnt like was online the vehicle I purchased was one price but after financing I found out that they raised the price up $1000. They said it was due to my credit score but I have never heard of that being done before and I put down a large dwn pmt. But overall Shawn went above and beyond. I would definitely go back here if Im ever interested in buying another vehicle.

I stepped into this place with the intention of getting a used vehicle and was recommended by one of my colleagues. I was approached by a salesman name Javier (The person my colleague had recommended me speaking too) . He was great to work with and was by far better in answering my questions than any other place i had been too. He made me feel very comfortable and answered everything i asked perfectly even though i may have been annoying with too many questions. I did not purchase a vehicle yet as i came across an unfortunate event but i will defiantly buy from here when i am ready.

I had several people tell me not go buy from hear but I ignore them and said I'd atleast stop by! I hated everything about this place from the customer service to the lies I was told about cars!
