I would definitely recommend going to World Class. The staff is nice and friendly. I really appreciated how they treated me like a person, and not like a credit score. When every other place turned me down. They were able to get me approved at a reasonable rate, with a comfortable monthly payment, along with different options of cars to choose from. They even took my old rusty car as a trade-in. I've had no problems with my newer low miles purchase. Pat and his staff are great! I have no problem telling all my family and friends to go there.

For several years we have purchased and serviced all of our cars from Pat and Jerid with great satisfaction! They are the most trusted in the used car sales and service. We have been buying for 10 years or longer off the lot and through requests for cars not found on the lot--we have never been disappointed in either the car or the service provided from these great people. We have sent family members and friends to them and let them know they will not be sorry. There is never pressure to buy, they want you to be happy with your purchase!

I have purchased my last four auto's from World Class Motors. I live out of state (Iowa) but I know the service and honesty of Pat Phelps so I will continue to buy from him. My children have purchased several cars also and rate him at 5 Stars.

THE BEST experience with a Dealership in all of my 34 years alive!!! The owner Pat went above and beyond any expectations I had vigorously and the advice given by him and his staff was priceless in my opinion and I'm not a paid spokesman I'm just a VERY grateful and satisfied customers!!! I would gladly suggest that Anyone looking for a new/used vehicle gave World Class Motors of Rockford and chance because they WILL work with anyone and give them all opportunities that are available...thanks for reading this review and have a great day!!!

World Class Motors is the best place to buy a vehicle from. They have great customer service, they treat you like family. They gave me a great deal and worked with me within my budget, I could'nt ask for a better car buying experience. They made my car buying experience really easy.These people are truly great and honest people, I will most definitely buy my next car from them again and recommend my friends and family and even others to this wonderful dealer.

1st time customer for both repairs and used car purchase this week. Great customer service...prompt, friendly, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Especially helpful were the service manager, Brian, and the sales associate, Jerid, who both made you feel that you were the only customer they had. A great dealership and will continue to use them and recommend them to others. Kudos to World Class Motors!

Everyone at World Class Motors is definitely WORLD CLASS !!! Jerid, Pat, Kelly and Austen were all great to work with. I explained to Jerid that I wanted a truck, it was if he read my mind and he found me the exact truck I needed and wanted. Very easy process. Even after my 100 phone calls before and after the sale, Jerid was also helpful and patient.

This is now the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from WCM and I won't go anywhere else. Friendly staff, no pressure to buy, very helpful and flexible. Anytime people are in the car market I refer them here. I dealth with Jerid who very professional yet comfortable to be around and I also met Pat (who I believe is the owner) and he was thankful for my business. Will come back!

The People at World Class Motors are so helpful and friendly! We have just bought our 3rd car from them and everytime has been hassle free and pain free!! The cars are very nice with low miles and they find finanacing for us! I called them and told them exactly what we were looking for. They didn't have it on their lot.....so they found it for us! Exactly what we were looking for! I will continue to purchase our vehicles from them!!

I have now purchased 5 vehicles from World Class Motors and my Mother also purchased her vehicle there. Without a doubt the best staff, and QUALITY vehicles. I get bored easily with vehicles, and Jerid, the finance/buisness manager has had the patience to deal with me trading vehicles time and time again, and has bent over backwards to help me get the best finance rates, best warranty, and best vehicle for my needs, and budget. My mother and I have had great, HONEST work done in the service department always in a timely manner and always with a smile and a hand shake. If you are looking for a great vehicle, excellent service, and exceptional people World Class Motors is the place to go!!

I just recently had repairs done on my truck at World Class Motors and wanted to share what a pleasant experience I had with everyone. Both of the staff behind the service counter were polite and very knowledgeable. I didn't know exactly what was going on with my truck, but he took the time to listen to me, test drive and found that it was just a loose wire. he fixed the problem right then and there and sent me on my way. I am so grateful to the staff there for going that extra mile, you will always be my #1.

Just recently bought a car from World class and it was the best experience I ever had! The sales staff are very professional and thoughtful, went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get into the right vehicle. The process was smooth and extremely fast, I dread waiting to sign all those papers and both gentlemen made this a very pleasant experience. Good friendly helpful staff. They are professional, and not typical car salesman. They don't call every hour or email constantly, but let me decide when I am ready. Nice laid back atmosphere. I will recommend them to friends.

I bought a Chrysler 300 from World Class Motors recently. The experience from start to finish was great. Clean store, friendly people, and great cars. I didn't feel hounded when I was browsing for a car. The process was quick and I was leaving in my newly purchased car in under an hour. I wish all transactions were as quick and easy as this was. Again, great service and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. No matter what you are looking for, and even if they don't have it, they will get it for you. I have been a cusotmer of World Class Motors for about 4 years now. I have purchased 4 vehicles, two were sight unseen. Pat and Jerid have been lifesavers a couple of times when we needed the sale to happen quickly. Brian in the service department is top notch and honest. I love World Class and their team there!! This is the only place I will go for service and buying vehicles. I have sent several people to see them!

I asked World Class Motors to find me a used car that fit my criteria. They did just that and have provided excellent service with oil changes ever since. I will continue to go to them for any additional service needs I have.

We have not bought a car yet from World Class Motors but appreciate their service dept. very much. They are professional and do a good job on what they quote. They keep us informed and we don't get surprises when we take our vehicle in for a routine job like an oil change. They are always friendly and if the job takes longer, they can even provide temporary transportation.

I called to inquire about a vehicle and was immediately called back. The sales personnel was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I then filled out a credit application and they never called me back afterward. They also claim to be a buy here pay here with no credit checks. False advertising!!!
