No one ever likes going to a dealership and dealing with the hassle of all the paperwork and haggling of prices. I went to the World Ford Pensacola Dealership with dread, fearing what the outcome would be and how much it would set me back financially.I can't even begin to explain how wonderful my experience was (although stressful at times). I had a super caring staff helping me out with the purchase of my 2016 Ford Fiesta. Russel fit me into the perfect vehicle, making sure it had all of the amenities that I had in mind, if you are to buy a car from this dealership I definitely recommend that you stop and find Russel. Steve was my financial manager and he went above and beyond of what was expected of him, trying to get the numbers and the bank I was to finance with on the same page. After two long days, I'm glad to say I signed the paperwork. If I had to wake up tomorrow and do it again, I wouldn't change a thing!KUDOS GUYS, Y'ALL ARE AMAZING! I love World Ford Pensacola!

Called for estimate to change water pump in car. Gave info to female on phone. She said the service mgr would call within the hour. Waited almost 3 hours and still no return call. I called back. Another lady answered and she wanted the info about the car a 2nd time. I asked to speak with the Service mgr. Said she would put it in as urgent. Been almost an hour now and still no call back. I guess they don't want any business to service a Ford car. Very disappointed. If a Ford Dealership was in Milton, I would carry it there. Worthless service Dept in returning calls.

From the first time I made contact with Marco Barlow on the phone I realized that he was different than salesman I had dealt with in the past, he really does care about his customers. Every question that I asked about the Mercury Grand Marquis that we were interested in he answered in great detail and if he didn't know he did the research to find out. It is not easy trying to find out things about a car that you want to buy when you are 3 hours away in another state but Marco made it happen. Just about everything that he told me about the car and the pictures online made it close to being right there. Marco and World Ford are class acts and we did buy the car that we were looking at. I would recommend Marco and World Ford to anyone that is looking for a great car buying experience.

When my 17-year-old daughter totaled her first love, a 2010 Limited Ford Taurus purchased through Lisa Fillingrin 2-1/2 years ago, my first call after finding out my little girl is okay was to Lisa Fillingrin at World Ford Pensacola. I knew I had to get reliable, affordable and appealing-to-my-teen transportation quickly. For me, there was no time to mourn the loss of her first car. My priority was how I was going to orchestrate a minimally-disruptive transition so that her high school classes, dual-enrollment college classes, work schedule and social life would not suffer. Because I had bought my dream car from Lisa less than a year earlier, I knew my go-to for our third purchase was going to be the team at World Ford Pensacola: Lisa, Bob and Jake. I was Not disappointed! Lisa had my daughter sitting in a beautiful car with all of the safety features I had requested the afternoon of my call to her. Lisa went above and beyond by presenting 4 more options within 3 days, once my daughter felt ready to entertain the thought of replacing her Taurus. We honestly never thought we could top our first purchase...but we did. Lisa Fillingrin did it! She made it appear effortless but I know it couldn't have been. She took every call from me. Most times I could here that she was walking the lot picking out just the right options to satisfy my list of requirements PLUS those of my teenager. Lisa has been exemplory with whom to work. As a single woman, I had always been intimidated by the car-purchasing experience but I have never once felt pressured or had a "salesman experience" like I have walking through other dealer lots with Ford. Lisa has made us feel like family and expresses genuine concern with our experience, always calling within a couple of days after purchase to make sure we are happy and satisfied. I would and will tell absolutely anyone who asks me that I would never change a thing about my experiences with Lisa. She is my forever dealer. That's the truth. I earnestly feel that she has been placed in my path to take the anxiety out of car shopping...and I couldn't be more grateful for her.

I want to thank Robert Rowley and his manager for hooking me up with my 2007 chevy equonix lt. When i walked in, gave them my price i had in mind, and what kind of car i wanted, they immediately mentioned the chevy to me, pulled it up and let me look at it. Within an hour i was signing the paperwork. They mentioned they would throw in 4 brand new tires for no charge, and as i was waiting for it to get detailed, they also fixed a blinker spring, and threw in brand new breaks as well all on their expense. I have to say, that i, for sure had great customer service. I now own a real family car.

My husband took my 2009 Ford Taurus to World Ford on 08/30/2016 to have diagnostics and repair done on some electrical issues. I had fully anticipated that any type of repairs would be expensive given the issues we were having. My first bad experience with this service visit: Someone had documented that my vehicle was towed in and the engine wouldn't turn over. Whoever reported that was wrong since we drove the vehicle to the service department. The engine had to be able to crank for us to get it there. We scheduled our appointment for 9am the following day (08/31/2016). When I called to get an update on my vehicle, I was told that the service department was just "too busy" and my vehicle wouldn't be diagnosed until the following day. Once I received a call from the technician, he told me that my vehicle needed a new instrument cluster and that labor/parts would cost $1333.16 . He assured me that vhe was "100% positive the instrument cluster was the problem. " I received a phone call on 09/07/2016 that my instrument cluster was all fixed, but that the vehicle also needed a new alternator. That would cost me an additional $570 dollars for parts and labor. I declined repair to the alternator at the time because a few days before taking my vehicle to the dealership, I had my alternator/battery/starter checked by two other mechanicside. Both mechanics said those components were fine. On 09/07/16, I went to pick up my vehicle. Prior to arriving, i also requested that I have my old instrument cluster returned to me. Once I actually arrived at the service department to pay and pick up my vehicle, I was told that I could not take the old part with me unless I wanted to pay an additional $300. I don't understand how they can charge me for a part that I owned, especially because I also paid for the replacement part!! Upon inspection of my vehicle, it appeared untouched. After cranking it, I realized the issue that I initially brought my car in for was still unresolved. Every service light came on. I am furious that I paid almost $1400 to have my vehicle repaired and the issue was not fixed! I don't even think they replaced the part I paid for. Bottom Line: DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE TO BE REPAIRED!! They take your money and don't fix your vehicle!

No other dealerships or sales rep came close to Jim and the world ford staff, I dealt with ALOT of other dealerships before them, and it felt like i was a commision check.... not with Jim though. LIES!LIES!LIES!LIES!!!!RIPOFF!!..So I have my little sister bring my Edge up there to get a price on the sunroof motor since I had already took it to a local shop and had it diagnosed. The guy who helps her has her sign a sheet and tells her it just to prove she dropped it off. They then tell me it will be $129 for the diag and that it would be $3100 to fix it. I told him I already knew what the problem was and just needed a price for the part. This is the most crooked and un trust worthy dealer I have ever been in contact with and they will RIP YOU OFF!!!

Jim went out of his way to help me when I was in 2 difficult situations, the first was when I had to turn in my 2014 Ford Focus which had several recalls and mechanical issues, he did his best to get me the rebates and the payment that I could afford.The second thing that happened was within a week of having my new vehicle i unfortunately got a flat tire. I ran over something and slashed the tire so I was at work stuck. Jim came all the way to my job picked my car up took it back to the dealership and brought my car back to me once the new tire was installed, he then showed me how to get some money back from "nitrogen now" so I would recommend Jim Knudsun. Dean Allerheiligen was also very helpful.

I have owned more ford than most. My family and I bleed ford blue! So when purchasing a vehicle I already know where I am going. This last purchase was of a new explorer loaded for my wife. I visited World Ford for an alternator and electronic harness repair. The repair was timely and the pricing was dealer prices (to be expected). However, upon receiving my Ford Expedition back, the windshield wipers will not turn off, which is one of the most annoying sounds in the world. I brought it immediately back into the shop where Dan Blocker (sales advisor) told me they didn't do it and there is nothing they did that would cause this problem. He also told me it would be $130 to diagnose the issue (THE ISSUE THEY CAUSED). RIDICULOUS! I have NEVER had this problem and now after they work on my vehicle, my wipers are on constantly. I tried to call to setup an appointment directly with Dan and even left a message, which he didn't return. My wife brought the vehicle by the shop and Dan said he got my message, but it wasn't World Ford's fault, which I guess justifies not returning a customer's phone call. Needless to say, I will never go back to World Ford, they just want to take your money and run without caring if you are satisfied with the work done

I have been to this dealership twice. Once for service, and recently to buy a used jeep. After agreeing on a price range with the salesman and finance manager, I retuned w my wife to see and sign the paperwork. The finance managers have totally changed thePrice by almost 7K, told my wife I was imagining things. All of this with the salesman standing there shrugging his shoulders claiming" I'm sorry, these aren't the numbers you and I spoke of"!! They tried to use their little sheet and skew the numbers in their favor so much that we went to the jeep dealer and bought the exact (new)jeep we wanted for less than the 6 year old one that world ford changed their tune about. First experience w world ford service...They broke a spark plug on my f150 with less than 50k on it. And since I bought it used ( even though I bought a 3 year Ext warranty for supposedly everything) they charged me $1200 to fix it. The plugs were supposed to be good for 100K miles. They claimed it was a defect with the plugs and not their fault!I'm sorry but I purchased the best extended warranty that was supposed to cover everything. Their response, that employee that told you that no is no longer w us.So, in closing, this is the most unscrupulous, manipulative dealer I have ever witnessed in both sales and service.Not only were they untruful, but they are xxxxxx pigs that won't even discuss your purchase with your spouse after asking them to. This is the highest example of the "good ole boys group" I have ever witnessed and have lost any respect I could ever have for a dealership. Every other dealer we visited that day was kind and polite. I have lived here almost 30 years and purchased quite a few vehicles. Never have I seen people this rude or untrustworthy. Who operates like this?? This is the kind of dealer that gives car shopping a bad name!! Do not loose your money here!!!!

We went to a few dealerships and it seemed like only World Ford Pensacola wanted to actually sell us a car! Terry was great to work with, he stayed late for us, and got us the car with the exact specifications we wanted and didn't try to bill us for shipping it from another dealership! Unlike another Ford dealership that was trying to charge us $350 to ship the car we wanted to their dealership. The experience at World Ford was phenomenal and quick. Adam was also very knowledgeable, he went over all of the warranty options and although none of them worked for us, he wasn't pushy about them at all which we appreciated. We drove an hour and a half out of our way to go to Pensacola and couldn't be happier with the result.

When I came in to World Ford, I was on the fence whether I would buy a new car; I had done a lot of research and had an idea of what I was looking for. In all my years of owning a vehicles, I've always purchased foreign cars (i.e. Toyota, Nissan, etc...), this was going to be my first "American Muscle". As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, I was greeted by Stuart and told him what I was looking for (Mustangs); he then referred me to speak with Chris because he was more knowledgeable of Mustangs (Stuart did a great job in laying the foundation of Mustangs even though he was a "truck" guy) From the moment I met Chris to signing for my new car, I felt at ease and never felt pressured into something that I did not want. Both Stuart and Chris listened to what I wanted and found the perfect car for me. Chris wanted to make sure that I loved the car before moving forward on the sale. I'd definitely will recommend World Ford to all my friends and family if they are in the market of getting a new vehicle.

I found a used 2012 Dodge Caravan on the Internet at this dealer. Jim Knudsen was our salesman. He is honest, direct, friendly, and mildly entertaining. Best of all we got a great value for our money. We were very pleased with how easy it was to buy this car. The dealership was willing to be fair about the price and product. They checked the comps in the whole south east and west, let us see the results and the Carfax and gave us a price that was fair. We definitely recommend World Ford used car sales and our salesman Jim K., his manager Ricky, and the young, tall thin finance guy and Heather the telephone lady! Everything was smooth, efficient and cordial with the paperwork and they were even willing to hold our check a couple of days. This is not the old fashion used car sales experience.

Chris jones and the staff at world ford went above and beyond to explain all the details (they even printed me out fords towing guide). I just traded in my old F150 for a new 2016 F150. Jeff Thompson, the sales manager, is awesome! Jeff was able to sell me the truck I wanted at the price I asked for. I had done my research and knew how much my trade-in was worth and how much the new truck should cost. I felt my price was reasonable. He understood that my price was set.. He did not give me the usual speech about how my price was too low. He did not add on all those "extra" fees that most sales managers say they can't negotiate on. He told me that he was going to sell me the truck I wanted, and he did! Since 2013, I bought 2 Ford vehicles from another local Ford dealership. The previous sales manager at World Ford would not work with me and lost my business. In fact, he never even bothered to talk to me. Both times, I shopped at World Ford first, and found myself getting even a better deal at the other dealership. So, kudos to Jeff for taking the time to talk to me. Currently, I highly recommended buying a vehicle at World Ford.

I had purchased a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium in 2014 (from World Ford) and well, it wasn't working out for me. I went in to World Ford to discuss trading it for a different vehicle. Marco greeted me at the door but was already working with someone so he introduced me to Tim Schmuck. Tim was awesome! He listened to what I wanted and the payment range and immediately started locating the perfect vehicle for me. I test drove a 2016 Ford Fusion and loved it. After the test drive, I mentioned that I didn't really like the color of the interior (it was a camel color?). He did more checking and found me the same color car with black interior! So that was the vehicle I purchased. I love it!! My husband had been looking for a bigger truck - one that would pull our camper with ease. I went home and talked to him about Tim and World Ford and we decided to go back on the following Tuesday to "look" (famous last words, right?) We looked on line and found a truck that we wanted to look at. I set a time to meet with Tim, we told him what we wanted and again how much we wanted our payments to be. Tim was so fun to work with. I brought my 2012 Mustang GT in because the part of the frame that the sway bar mounts to broke. This is a part of the car that should never have broke unless you are in a serious crash. The factory warrantee was gone out and we were not going to be able to afford to pay to fix it. But thanks to Dan our service advisor he worked hard and got ford to help cover 50% of the repair bill. Without his help this unexpected repair bill would have really hurt. We have been loyal customers to this dealership and would recommend them to anyone. We have made plans to get our next mustang from this dealership. Can hardly wait to get my hands on the new model. I wanted to write this and make sure everyone knows that we are very thankful for Dan's hard work.

My wife and I were out of town buyers of a new 2015 Taurus Limited because the car, its accessory packages, appointments and color combination were exactly what we wanted. . Jim Knudsen negotiated the entire deal over the internet including the value of the car being traded in. We made only one trip to the dealership. The transaction went flawlessly with no issues. The accessory package on the new car was thoroughly gone over with us in detail and the deal was completed in about 2.5 hours from the time we drove on the lot. All the World Ford personnel we came in contact with provided outstanding service. The business manager was very prepared and completed the paperwork in record time explaining everything thoroughly. It was a very pleasant experience, and we are very pleased with the car.

We got really fed up with my wife's car, one we bought from Gary Smith Ford. It's had transmission problems starting a few months after we bought it, but GSF kept telling us that's just how that year model is. Well we took it in to their service dept last week and they gave it back saying it was good to go, and today it's broke down leaving my wife stranded on the Pensacola Bridge on I-10. I would not even think about using this dealership again. Absolutely awful to deal with, terrible customer service and management team. Finance team will go out of there way to run your credit with banks they deal with even if you are already pre approved with a different bank. I had a lot of work performed on my 04 sporttrac my truck is in showroom condition I change and rotate my tires when it was in there shop they replaced brake pads so today when I went to rotate my tires I found a crooked lug nut I have nice chrome rims and can't even get a socket on the lug nut. I purchased a pre-owned certified ford truck and couldn't be happier. All prices were fair and there was no price gouging attempt. [including my trade-in]. The staff respected privacy and answered questions without hesitation. They even went as far as saying that they encourage me to shop around and try all makes and brands of vehicles. When I asked about competing dealerships in the area (which I visited) they made no ill remarks and spoke highly of the people working there. It was a pleasure to give my business to a company who respected me, my wife and my questions. Out of all of the delearships from fort Walton beach to PCOLA, they were by far the best and worth the hour drive.

We visited many dealerships throughout our area and the Pensacola area and World Ford is the only one that we felt comfortable and not pressured to buy. We as customers are the ones that have to feel confident in what we want and what is best for our family. We were able to look/shop around without having a salesman hound or follow us around the car lot. Mr. Keith Rodgers came out an spoke to my husband, gave him his card, and directed him in the area that he would be if we had any questions. That sense of easement in a very important decision for us was awesome!! So, long story short, we were able to find a vehicle that we were interested in, get the carfax up front, discussed the warrenty information, and gave the opportunity to go shop around at other dealers. Who can beat that? Well, in our case, noone in the area. So, we returned back to Keith and told him all the details and test drove the vehicle. We loved the Ford Flex, the way it drove/rode, and fell in love with it. (Except with the color, but it will grow on me..lol) Like Keith said, as long as you're in it you don't see the color. :) Keith and the financial department made our experience (which normally is very nerve wrecking and stressful) less stressful and comfortable. Keith done what we had asked without running back and forth trying to negotiate more from us. He was very helpful, friendly, and pleasant to do business with. So, we bought a certified pre-owned Ford Flex with low miles and a great existing warrenty!!!!! That we didn't have to purchase!!!!! Thank you Keith and World Ford for making our experience great! We haven't had a car payment in over 5 yrs and we were very stressed to have a car payment, but walked out in confidence and with a payment that is not so heartbreaking! Lol. Blessings to you all!

I'm a loyal repeat customer and am now on my 5th purchased vehicle from World Ford. Last year my family was in desperate need of a big SUV for a growing family with a new baby on the way in which the staff at World Ford especially Bob Smith, exceeded my expectations so much I purchased 2 Fords in one day. Since then I picked up a Jeep just for something fun to drive, even though it wasn't a Ford Lisa Fillingim and Bob took care of me with VIP service knowing I'd keep coming back. With that being said this year I just found out my wife and I were expecting again which would be now our 3rd child, therefore not only would we need the already purchased SUV but now I would also need something big enough to drive the entire family if need be. I immediately contacted Lisa and explained my predicament and without hesitation she researched what they currently had in inventory giving me different options for my family to make the BEST financial decision. Not thinking I could have been taken care of any better than Lisa was already displaying, she coordinated allowing me to take the Ford F150 Platinum of choice home for the weekend to take my time looking it over, making my decision, making sure 2 car seats fit with ample room and in my mind the most important, not having to truck my wife and kids and all that comes with it to the dealership. On that Monday morning the decision was made and 95% of deal was done by phone to alleviate the stress of having to take off of work and packing up the kids. Lisa and Bob had everything all ready with exception of signatures and a detail only because I still had the truck. :-) I love having Bob, Lisa, and Brandy Wells in service basically a text and/or phone call away. You'd think the VIP service all 3 continue to give me without fail, were on MY payroll. Myself and my family thank you once again for coming thru for us! Knowing the stereotypes of car salesmen/saleswomen and how they take care of you AFTER the purchase are not always the best Lisa, Bob, and Brandy continue to set the bar higher each time I return to them with anything concerning vehicles. I can't say enough or say thank you enough to the World Ford service team.It was the first day of a week long vacation and we were excited with anticipation, looking forward to seeing family and having some great down time.The wife and I were headed to Florida from Louisiana when our 2002 Expedition developed an issue. it was mid-day and the folks at World Ford performed like a NASCAR pit crew to get us back on the road. It seems that our local dealer's tech had taken some short cuts when working on our vehicle and didn't reinstall one of the wiring harnesses properly. This permitted it to lay across the engine and melt insulation/short wires causing the "limp home mode" to engage. The World Ford team worked for a couple of hours and thought they'd have to wait until Monday (it was Saturday) for their transmission specialist to get in and have a look. They kindly arranged for us to be taken to a rental car agency for us to get a rental and while we were there we received a call from them that they'd found the problem and it would be fixed in about an hour. Seems the young man working on the problem wasn't satisfied and kept working the issue to get us back on the road. They did a very professional job repairing the problem and even took the time to provide us a short write-up on the workmanship our home dealer had performed. I was able to take this to the home dealer and get a full refund for the repairs. I really appreciate they're professionalism and interest in providing real service. If I ever move to Pensacola or I'm in the area and need service I know where I'll go.

Just had the "Works" service done on our Expedition. We were initially attracted to the $29.95 special being offered by World Ford, but the exceptional service rendered by Jimmie Hermes and the crew will bring us back time and again. Everyone was courteous and professional. We received a vehicle report card, and a personalized consultation of maintenance items which may be due in the future.Overall, just a fantastic experience. My husband and I went to World Ford to look at the new Explorer. Our Sales person, Tim, was GREAT! We test drove a vehicle and started looking for options. As it turns out, they didn't have the one we wanted on the lot, but they were able to find one at another dealership. We started working numbers and it just wasn't working out so the Sales Manager was called in. To say he was rude would be an understatement. It was late, close to closing on a Tuesday evening and we could tell he was more concerned with going home than earning our business. In fact, he was in his truck headed home before we even made it out the door. We decided to take our business elsewhere and were able to find the exact car we wanted at the price that we wanted. This dealership is first class all the way. They didn't have the color truck I was looking for but found exactly what I wanted in a matter of minutes and had it there for me the next day. My sales person was great. He worked with me in every way to get me a great offer on my trade-in. I wanted some options installed on my new truck, so he even gave us a new SUV to drive while we waited. The salesperson even met me 1/2 way to deliver my new truck. I feel he went over and above on this sale and was such a nice guy. I felt no pressure what-so-ever. This sale was very different from previous sales and if ever I need to buy again, I'm going to World Ford Pensacola, hands down! I will definitely be asking for Marco!

We were originally looking at buying a new edge and Marco was a no pressure salesman who was very informative! He gave us all the answers to the questions we had. We ended up leaving without making a deal for numerous reasons but our experience not being one of them. We came back a few weeks later in the market for a F350 due to our awesome experience with Marco. The service department at World Ford really caters to the customer. I feel like I have arrived at an upscale hotel when I pull my car in the service bay. Employees are there to open the door for you (and to a 72 year old female that is impressive), they escort you into the check in area with your service rep (in my case Dan) then when you enter the waiting area the popcorn machine is popping away with a fantastic aroma. I have been a loyal Ford guy for many years and because of their lack of concern for my situation and lack of urgency I am going to start shopping for a different vehicle. If this is what Ford custimer service is coming too then I would rather deal with the competition. Not only did this dealership not call me when they knew what the problem was but they didn't call me when there was an issue getting the parts that I needed. When I went in to talk to the service department, I stood there in front of the person I needed to talk to and he didn't say anything to me for 10+ minutes, no " I'll be right with you" or anything. If you can avoid this dealership and service department, do it.

In less that 12 hours from our first conversation, World Ford, (Terry Woods and Marco Barlow) put me in the exact vehicle I was searching for. The deal was very reasonable and the courtesy extended to us was second to none in my past car buying experience. I purchased a Mustang Cobra in 1994 from World (Key) Ford and was treated well then as well. This last experience was the best yet. These guys have the knowledge and desire to put you in the car you want, and the hands on training with the SYNC and other operating systems was fast and thorough. I got everything I was looking for. That means I'll be back next time in the market for one of Ford's fine automobiles. (Best dealership in the south for Mustangs!!)

I traveled from my home in Gulf Shores to World Ford after attempting to deal with a Ford dealer closer to home. That didn't work out well and the experience will be shared on a review of that dealer.World Ford made the process extremely easy. My lovely wife was VERY particular regarding the make, model, color and options she wanted. Brian worked hard and found exactly what we were looking for. I even through in a request for a couple of dealer installed options just prior to taking delivery. Brian was very accommodating. You would expect since there were so few trucks in the region (total of 1) that met our requirements Brian would have been less willing to offer a fair price. Well, he did in fact offer us a great price. They day of delivery we worked with Aaron and the process was very easy and pain free.This is the second F150 we've purchased from World Ford and probably won't be the last.Thank you for making the drive from Gulf Shores worth it.

My first stop was the ford dealer in Ft Walton beach.... They were terrible. Not friendly, very rushed... And they talked to me like I was less knowledgable then them. I am not an easy person to deal with, but I do my homework before spending large sums of money... Marco instantly made me feel at ease. From the get go he was friendly, easy going, and very helpful. World Ford has been there providing service for me for the 80,000 plus miles on my car. My experience for each service has given me confidence that my vehicle is maintained in the best possible manner. My latest service advisor was Tony and that service began with a friendly greeting with professional and respectful discussion of the service required. The inspection of the vehicle which was included in the service was then discussed with recommendation regarding the mileage and safety of the braking system. Tony was seated beside me as the issue was discussed which gave me a sense of care and concern without the pressure of time to get the job done. I will look for Tony. And BTW the waiting area is very comfortable with care given to customer comfort by other staff ... a real plus.

This was the second time we have worked with Brian. He is very personable and listens to what your needs are to find just the right vehicle for you, whether they have the vehicle in stock or another dealer has it. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to trucks. The first truck we purchased from him was perfect for our needs, as we RV and it was completely set up for that with the 5th wheel hitch attached and the wiring already done completely. The next vehicle we just bought didn't have the hitch but was RV ready with the wiring dione. For this one he had to call several places to find just the right one for us. He found it and it was there in 2 days.I would give him 5 stars and would enjoy working with him for any vehicle.

I spent several weeks looking on the internet, deciding exactly what I wanted in a truck. When I contacted Jim at World ford, I told him that I was very busy. I told him that in order to sell me a truck he would have to deliver it to Destin at a time of my choosing. Robert and I came in to see about trading our 2013 Focus. We had enough trouble with the Focus that we were considering a Mazda 6. When I test drove the Fusion I really liked the feel of the car. We were looking for more room and the Fusion had just the feel and space. When the negotiations started I was concerned that price might not end up in our favor. He took his time answering our questions and if he didn't know the answer offhand he went and found the answer instead of guessing or making up some sales pitch. My husband and I were in Pensacola for a seminar my husband had to take for work. We decided to bring our camper and stay at Fort Pickens. While driving into town over the bridge, we heard a sound in the engine of our 2000 F250 and knew it wouldn't be good. Thankfully we were able to get off the bridge and pull into the welcome center. My husband, who fixes all our cars, popped the hood. He quickly realized the problem, somehow a spark plug had blown out of the motor... not a good thing! He didn't know what to do... I looked up the Ford dealer in Pensacola and asked if we could make it. He said we could, so on the way we went, very loudly!! We walked in and went to the service department. The man there said that it would be very costly and suggested a repair shop across the street, we needed it done that day. As we were walking out, I asked the receptionist if we could talk to someone about buying a truck.My husband was dreading this, because he said that we were going to get reamed!! They had us, and we had no room for negotiation. Here's where my day turned around! Marco Barlow was our salesman, we told him about our dilemma. We needed something that would pull a 6000 pound airstream, and we wanted a good deal! He immediately went right to work, explaining all our options, what would work and what wouldn't. He came up with the PERFECT truck at an unbelievable price! He took our truck and had it appraised, we knew we wouldn't get that much, but with all the incentives it was very doable for us!! But that is NOT where it ended with Marco... we needed to have our braking system put into the new truck and also the hitch. While we were in with the finance guy,( Scott who also was AMAZING!!!), Marco called around to people he knew that would be able to help us get that installed. Not only did Mike Ryans accessories install it cleanly, they were able to locate and order a part that we needed to pull the camper. The whole experience was EXCEPTIONAL!!! No stupid games, just a great truck at a great price! Thank you Marco for one of the best truck buying experiences EVER! Seriously if anyone needs a vehicle, go to World Ford Pensacola!!

When I arrived for the service and entered the service advisors office Dan 'the man' Blocker was there to welcome me. He immediately got on with starting the paperwork and getting the car in for service. As a matter of fact he pointed out that there was a notice from Ford to replace a sensor which I was unaware of. had the opportunity to return to a different Ford dealership where I leased a car before, however, my husband had had such a great experience with World Ford Pensacola (especially with sales person Rick Woods) that he wanted to give them/him a shot for my new car leasing, since the lease was up on the previous vehicle. From the moment I stepped on the lot and met Rick, I was impressed. Everyone was so very nice and patient. I didn't ever feel the stressful sales pitch. Rick was there to make sure we got the deal that WE were happy with. He went out of his way to make certain my experience was good. He definitely exceeding my expectations. After my purchase, Dean (customer service) was fabulous....spending time with us to make sure we got familiar with everything our new car could do. He was friendly and patient, always making sure we were satisfied. Once this lease ends, I will definitely be going back to World Ford Pensacola (and Rick Woods!)

As a single mom, although I was initially intimidated and anxious about buying a first car for my daughter by myself, I couldn't have had a better experience with Lisa Fillingim. I had done my research and homework prior to stepping onto the Ford lot so everything Lisa shared with me was right on point. I was comfortable and confident from the first time Lisa reached out to me after I made an inquiry at the dealership. I was prepared for a tough, monotonous negotiation but there was absolutely no haggling because they came in reasonably under the Kelly Blue Book price. I never once felt taken advantage of or embarrassed in front of my daughter. This was most definitely the best experience I have had in obtaining a new used car which is important to me since I want to model positive experiences for my daughter to emulate as she matures.The entire staff was friendly but Lisa especially helped us out. Not having another licensed driver to get our Ford Taurus home, Lisa took her own time to get our car home to Gulf Breeze. That was 1 hour of her own time she generously donated to us after the sale was complete. I have already asked for Lisa to keep an eye out for a car for me! I will, without reservation, do business withe Pensacola FORD again and I am really looking forward to working with Lisa Fillingim again! She has called to check on us to make sure we are still having a great experience with our FORD...AND WE ARE!!!!

I asked them to look at my transmission because it was making funny noises and to my surprise they actually did! They couldn't identify the problem so they contacted the ford engineers and after a couple tries they fixed it. They gave me a free rental while the work was done and kept me informed of the progress. Normally a dealer won't do something like that so I was very happy with the results!!

Everyone wants to get as much as possible, for a little as possible. I came in with a budget, and a pretty clear view of what I wanted in my vehicle. Is been working with Marco for a while on an affordable, late model Explorer. Marco spent his entire afternoon on a Saturday working up figures and finally got me out the door...in an Explorer...with more than I had asked for at a price that would quantify a much lesser vehicle. I was able to get a lot more for my trade-in than anticipated as well, which helped with the bottom line. I left feeling as though I had stolen my new car! It was truly a great experience!!! Took less than the estimated hour to complete oil change along with multi-point inspection. Was advised battery was not charging completely and advised a new one was in order though I declined purchase at this time. The fact they found something on the inspection ensures their thoroughness. The Sunday after Thanksgiving, I was driving my 2001 Saturn back from AL and put a rod through the block, SO it was time to look into getting a new car. I looked on Auto Trader and saw a couple of Certified Pre-Owned vehicles I was interested in, so I made an appt at World Ford. In previous car buying experiences, I had been shown things like the "lighted makeup mirror" because I am a female, or I've had a salesman try to force feed me what he though I wanted/needed. What a pleasant, refreshing change it was to deal with Keith Rodgers at World Ford! He was absolutely wonderful; very low key, helpful and informative. I didn't have an appointment, but Omar Rodriguez came right out and helped me look at the Explorers I had researched. We bought a nice new 2015 Explorer. Would go to him for my next purchase as well.Even though I have gotten pre-approved through my credit union, Scott White asked if I wanted him to try to bet my rate and I said sure. He was able to do it twice even though my credit union countered. I had been with them for 30 years. It would have been easier for him to just get a check from me, but he gave excellent extra effort to help get me a lower rate. Very friendly and helpful.****Great overall experience****

I have a Ford Taurus with over 100,000 miles. I do not have a lot of money and must find a way to keep car going. My engine light kept going off. After replacing a required vacuum hose, a day later the light came on again. It turns out I also need the idiler valve replaced. I was upset and could not understand how this could be. Mr. Loper replaced it for free, and as it turns out--the engine light has stayed off-they were right. He even helped me get my windshield wiper going. I now feel bad as they were right all along and did not have to extend their kindness to me as they did. I am a poor man, and I now owe World Ford for helping me make a living. Their collision center also went out of the way to help me replace my drivers side rear view mirror. They were beyond professional, and their mechanic explained everything to me and even proved what was wrong. Don't go to a side mechanic, go to the professionals. It was the best service from an auto dealer I have ever had in all my years. They respond, they follow up and they actually really care and will go so far out of the way to ensure your satisfaction, you will almost feel guilty as they are so kind. You will walk away from the experience vowing to never go to another place again. I work out of town a lot, and the experience with Mr. Loper and his staff has made so much of an impression, that I will now pay to have car towed out of state to his service department just to receive his service !!!

Having purchased a good used trade in car from Troy Mann and MarcoBarlow, I noticed that the drivers' door lock would not work with thekey, only the push button lock function on the key.Troy set it up for me to call and drop the car off at World Ford at atime convenient to me to have the lock fixed.I was very pleasantly surprised when I picked the car up a short time later.Not only had they corrected the lock operation, they also furnished,cut, and had programmed a new factory model specific key with smartchip in it for the car.All push button and theft protection features were included and workcorrectly with the new key they supplied.The car had only been traded in with one key, and that was what I hadpurchased it with.This is truly after point of sale service above and beyond what isrequired or friendly.It is Fantastic Service.Thank You Troy and Marco.In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with these two guys.Go talk to them next time you even think about buying a car.

I had my hopes set on a brand new 2015 Escape Titanium before I walked through the doors. I had one previously so I knew the options and pricing I could afford. Marco greeted me and talked with me about my wish list and we nearly had everything checked off except for the color! I stopped by The first time and things just didn't turn out very well. The first dealer didn't seem knowledgable and the gentleman in finance, Jake I think, was just not friendly. My second time around I got Marco. The difference in service was like night and day. He was knowledgeable and friendly and if he didn't know something he found out immidately. He even drove all the way out to my house to deliver my plate that was forgotten. The gentleman in finance -- I wish I could remember his name was awesome. Super nice ans explained everything. After researching the Make and Year/Model used car I was going to buy, World Ford, Pensacola FL. turned out to have a very attractive offering. Sales staff member Marco Barlow took my call and set an appointment to see the car based on my schedule needs. As he was tied up with another customer when I arrived, Marco passed me over to Troy Mann who worked with me through the viewing, negotiation, and purchasing of the car I wanted. At all times, Troy was very pleasant and informative, and allowed me to move the viewing and purchase along at my pace. There was never any pressure or "Sales Push" at all, just Troy's' good information and able assistance working with Manager Jeff Thompson to help me get the car I wanted at a price that worked for me. World Ford offers financing, and also informs you that you are free to go and get your own financing on your car purchase if you prefer. In house financing was offered to me at an interest rate that was so good that I chose not to go and shop for my own used car financing and I used theirs instead. When the negotiation and purchase were concluded, I needed to get both the car I drove to the Dealership and my new purchase back home. Troy and Marco both drove clear across town with my car and their car to return to World Ford in, while I drove my new used car purchase home. This was a most pleasant and convenient car purchase experience. While World Ford is a Ford Dealership with full Sales, Service, and Paint and Body work capabilities for Ford Motor Company products on site, keep in mind that they also take trade in vehicles and will have a supply of good quality used cars from other major car manufacturers in stock for sale. I was inquiring about an email I received about a sale Ford was having. I was contacted by Jim Knudson the very same day and made an appt. With him to look at new Escapes. When we arrived we were ushered in and made to feel welcome. We were taken on a test drive and was asked by Jim what it would take to get me in the vehicle. I told him to make me an offer I couldn't refuse and that's exactly what he did. I left my husband at home so the next day we returned so he could sign the papers. (Even though it was Jims day off.) The papers were signed the car was cleaned and we were given an overall review of all the features. We were on our way home with a handshake and a smile. I was impressed when I got to World Ford. I had previously called and made an appointment. They called me the day of to remind me (which luckily I had forgotten). When I got to the lot, there weren't sales people everywhere. It was a relaxed car buying experience. My salesman was Blake Word. He was very professional. He could tell this was my first car buying experience. He took the time to answer the (dad questions) that any daughter is supposed to ask. He showed me every part of the car. We took the car for a test drive and everything. If you need a funny and personal salesman, ask for Blake Word. He was very genuine and knows his cars. He was able to help me get my tags and plates. Everything about this car buying experience (alone) was so genuine. As a college student, Blake Word made sure that every bell and whistle worked on the car before I left the lot. I am very pleased with my purchase. To this day World ford sends me discounts and anniversary emails with my car. If I have any questions, I just call the dealership, and everything is taking care of with reasonable time. Would highly recommend going to World Ford for my next car purchase.

I dont know if I would have bought a vehicle from World Ford if I didnt happen to encounter the services of Jeff and Sonny; but I am glad that I did! The rest of the process was fairly quick and simple. I had per-arranged financing so I did not have to worry about that at the dealership. The finance officer went over the available extended coverages in addition to the normal warranty. I chose not to purchase any other coverages and the finance officer respected my decision and was not over bearing in the matter. All in all this was a great buying experience for my wife and I. This is the best experience I have ever had in securing a new vehicle. The price I was quoted was exactly the price I paid. There were no unpleasant surprises, only good ones. This is the first car I have ever owned with Sync capabilities. It makes for a great driving experience. Terry Wood, my salesman went over all the features of the car with me and then again with my wife. He taught us how to program the seats and mirrors using the memory system. Then he programmed our telephones with the SYNC system and explained the Sirius radio to us. He went through the owners manual as well. I could go on and on , but, the main point is that I have a great new car at an affordable price for me and I found a dealership that I will definitely go back to. Keep it up Ford. You are the only true American automaker left that is dedicated to American values and leadership principles.

Not only did World Ford Pensacola correct the problem, they found the problem was not as extensive as I was told by the Camper Service Center and corrected my issue in less time and for less money than I expected. The guys at World Ford ( Joe, Cabe & Bob ) were very helpful with the purchase and repair of my 2003 Pontiac Vibe. After spending hours with me finding an affordable used car that I liked, They sent me home on a dealer tag and a full tank so I could bring it back the next day to fix a door handle and look for a vibration with the tire. It turned out I needed all new brakes which they replaced, with no arguments as well as a door handle that had broken off while they were detailing it. They also found the perfect F150 Platinum for my father and were able to " tag Team " us in a very timely manner. Thank you Bob for bringing the prices down to meet both our budgets.. Debra W.

The customer service I received while at World Ford Pensacola is unmatched. They did everything they possibly could to work with me and my budget. The representatives treated me as an "old friend" rather than as a "sale" which is something I have yet to experience at other lots. The service and care that I saw, not only my car buying experience but maintenance for the vehicle is fantastic. After an accident we had two estimates for repair. the first estimate was for a little over $7,000. the second was from World Ford and was a little over $11,000. Our vehicle is a new Ford and wanted it fixed by Ford with Ford parts, but that was a big difference in estimates. Jerry Chancellor, the collision center manager, explained that his estimate was higher because the other estimate, by a different body shop, was done without removing any vehicle parts. The first estimator was not able to see all the damaged and broken parts beneath the surface. I checked with the first body shop and confirmed that Jerry was correct.If Jerry hadn't taken the time to do a proper estimate and explain the difference between the two estimate, I would have had the other body shop fix our vehicle. I am extremely satisfied with Jerry Chancellor, his team, and how my vehicle turn out. It looks brand new and drives that way too.I will recommend World Ford Collision Center to everyone.

The sales staff were very easy to work with. We came in having done a lot of research, including test drives of similar cars in the Fusion category, so we knew what a good price was for the vehicle. They made it easy to work on a great price for each of us without having to do the usual back-and-forth negotiations. Recently purchased a 2013 F150 from World Ford Pensacola and had a great time with the friendly staff. I was greeted by Richard Ferreroand he help guide me to the perfect truck. The focus was on finding the right truck for me. We didn't talk about my trade-in or the price of vehicles, until we found the right truck and took a test drive.Jeff Thompson negotiated a great price on the F150 and gave me a very good price on my Toyota. With the $5500 rebate from Ford and Ford credit, the price of a new truck was better then a low mileage 2011-12.I highly recommend World Ford Pensacola and hope you enjoy your visit too.

This was the BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! We found a car online that was priced thousands less than the same car at other dealers. We were somewhat skeptical at first, but decided we should check it out. We are certainly glad we did!Byron Boatman is a true professional. He is knowledgeable, and more importantly respectful. He explained World Ford's "best in market" pricing philosophy. He gave us a thorough presentation of the vehicle, and allowed us an extended test drive. This car was much nicer than others we had seen at much higher prices. We decided to purchase the car contingent upon our trade-in. Byron assured us that we would receive full actual cash value for our car. Other dealers had tried to low-ball us on our trade-in, but we actually received an offer $300 more than the other dealer's best appraisal - THE FIRST TIME! The business manager, Tony, completed our paperwork in a timely manner and provided complete explanations and answers to any questions we had. He was actually able to beat our credit union rate by almost two percentage points. By the time we were done, Byron had the car cleaned and our license plate transferred. He also went over the car with us again to ensure that we were familiar with all the features and settings before we drove away.Everyone at World Ford was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. I bought Ford Edge from thius dealership through X-plan. Everything worked great, I got on-line quote, found the right vehicle on their on-line inventory list, drove it, liked it, the price was correct according to the X-plan, I got all the discounts they offered and I bought the vehicle. Everything was smooth, the staff were very polite, not pushy at all (I cannot stand pushy salesmen). The entire experience was very positive.

On 27Sep12, we took my wife's car into World Ford of Pensacola to have work done for a recall on her 2004 Ford Escape and to have the service department check on an ongoing oil leak. At that time, we were told that they needed to add dye to the oil to find the exact location of the leak and we would have to come back later, which we OK'd and they did. We were not notified of a pinion seal leak or license plate lights that were marked as RED on the "Vehicle Report Card". In addition, they marked washer fluid needed to be filled when I know I had just filled the fluid prior to bringing it in. When we went back (13Oct12) to get the oil leak located exactly, we were told that we had leaking at two seperate points and needed to have multiple gaskets replaced. Our initial estimate that was given was about $1000. We asked if that included parts and labor as well as tax. I specifically asked Mrs. Rogan (our service advisor) if tax was included in that and she said "yes it is". We dropped it off and approved them to do the repairs. We were assured that they would have it done by the end of the 3rd day. Kathy called and said they found another oil leak and the spark plugs needed replacing as well and quoted the additional cost of $250 and would not be able to pick up the car until the following day when they could get the parts and do the work. When it came time to pay the bill, we were told the total would be $1347.88. The total including tax. When we brought this up, we were told that "service advisors are not allowed to quote tax included with repair costs". So, Mrs. Rogan lied to us about the cost including the tax. With some grumbling, we paid the additional tax and left. The next day, were out driving and were about to pull into a parking lot and we heard a loud clank under the hood of the car and lost power steering on the car. We immediately parked opened the hood to see what we could see and noticed the drive pulley was missing and the serpentine belt was dangling loosely. So we went back to the corner of the lot and saw the drive pulley laying on the highway turn lane. If this had happened 5 minutes earlier when I was doing 55 MPH on Highway 98, it could have caused a serious accident either by me loosing control of the car or the parts bouncing around on the road and causing others to lose control of their cars. I shudder to think what would have happened if this kind of repair was done on a vehicle driven by an elderly person. I'm fairly certain they would have died due to World Ford's mechanics.We managed to get the car down to GoodYear Auto center in Navarre and they were able to put the parts of the car back on (charging us $101.42). When I contacted the service department of World Ford about why they were trying to kill my family, I received several chuckling remarks about how their mechanics weren't out to kill us and they were certain it wasn't their fault. When I assured them that it most definately was their fault and I had the documents from GoodYear to back me up on that, they changed their tone. Eventually, after several phone calls to the service department (and finding out that the service manager Jerry Taylor had quit), I agreed not to press attempted murder charges against World Ford and their mechanics and they agreed to refund the $885.95 labor charges of the incompotent mechanic that did the work on our car. In addition, they agreed to pay the $101.42 that we paid to GoodYear to fix their failure. Also, they said they would refund the tax that Mrs. Rogan had not told us was included in the repair.So far they had agreed to refund $885 (labor), $101.42 (repair), and $94.05 for a total of $1,081.42. All they needed was the receipt from GoodYear for the $101.42 which I provided the very next day (14Oct12). I was assured that they would process the claim and have a check mailed to us.After a month of not receiving the refund, I called World Ford back and was told that Jerry Taylor had quit and they couldn't find my paperwork and so the claim had never been processed. If you see my above statement, Jerry had already quit before they agreed to refund the money. I was told that since Jerry had quit, they couldn't find any of the paperwork and I would have to wait for a new claim to be filed. Needless to say, I was at the end of my patience. Instead of playing any further games over the phone, I went in to World Ford and spoke directly to the "new" service manager Mark Sacco and told him in no uncertain terms that he would have my refund for me today and I would wait while he figured out how to do his job. Within 2 hours and dealing with Mr. Sacco's bad attitude, I had the check in hand and was out the door. A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau and several other complaints and reviews were done as well. Let this be a warning to others to stay as far away from World Ford of Pensacola as possible. As for me and my wife, we would rather drive her 2004 Ford Escape out into the middle of the woods and set it on fire before allowing World Ford of Pensacola's service department check the air pressure in the spare tire or do any work on the vehicle again.When we returned to Goodyear on 17Nov12 to complete the work that was never mentioned to us but was listed on the "vehicle report card", we had them do a good check of the vehicle to make sure nothing else was missed or was going to fall off. They ended up finding several more things the dealership service center/technician missed. The items included were: rear shocks were leaking, front struts needed replacing, transmission fluid was dirty and needed a check up, power steering fluid is dirty, the rear brakes needed adjustment an alignment would be needed after the work on the shocks and struts and the battery life was depleted and the air filter was dirty and needed replacment. I was not surprised to hear that they found more things that were missed by WorldFord, however what got me the most was they actually had mentioned they had to secure the air filterin properly as it wassn't when they found it on their initial check, which means they actually saw the filter and said nothing about it. They also marked the wear left on the brakes but didn't mention any adjustment was needed. If they were competent they should have found and mentioned everything, However did not and we were left with multiple trips to multiple places, multiple costs and parts falling off. I would like to, however, point out an employee of World Ford that was helpful. Mrs. Roberta Elliotte helped me throughout this process and she should be commended. It's unfortunate that she has to work for such a terrible company.

We are an older couple was hard to see some things till we got home and really had a chance to look at truck due to poor eyesight Was so excited to get our truck repainted ended up with Painted over dirt,dents & and chips, marbling in paint color,door jams a mess damaged trim put on truck other trim thrown away will have to have truck redone somewhere else filed w/BBB. Rude treatment after they were paid and really rude after trying to make resolution after contact with BBB. This dream became a nightmare would never recommend them to anyone else! Had saved along time to have this done and was stolen in the blink of an eye. They had the truck for a Month and still could not do a professional Quality job. HEY FORD WHATEVER HAPPEN TO QUALITY IS JOB 1 ???? I have had Fact O Bake do better in the past on another vehicle with friendlier service. I will say they do have 1 good customer serviced minded employee in their body shop Pedro was friendly & and professional throughout trying to get problems resolved no doubt everything would have been done if left up to him but he was low man on totem pole. Thanks for all you tried to do Pedro!! Was so looking forward to taking it to shows its a 1996 F150 XLT EXT Cab this was going to be our hobby we will still go to the shows and give these reviews at every car & truck show we attend maybe we will be able to save our money to have it redone again before too long. We still love our Truck just does not look as good as it did before they touched it !!!! We are not being picky or hard to please and invite Any Ford Executive to look at our truck and tell us he or she would be satisfied with the job that was done. TY

I found a vehicle that I was willing to drive 800 miles to go pickup and requested information over the internet. I was contacted by Chad in their internet sales department. We started negotiating, and I told him I was looking for a price with Ford's 0% financing offer for 2012 models. He shot me a price and we went back and forth negotiating different things. I was working on the plan to drive there, and asked for a breakdown with taxes, fees, etc all lined out so there weren't going to be any surprises after I drove that far. I had to ask him several times before he finally told me...."well the price I gave you was with the rebates currently offered, not the 0% financing price, you get one or the other" The true 0% financing price was more than $5,000 higher, and he still refused to give me all of the fees broken out, just said +TTL. I confronted him about it, and he said he went above and beyond negotiating with me, he forgot about me asking for 0% and he didn't think it was an issue because up until that point I "hadn't brought up the price." I didn't bring up the price because he said there was no further room to negotiate the price. I felt like I got the typical "bait and switch" that is common with car dealers. I wish just once I could find someone that is honest, especially when I was willing to go above and beyond to get this car.

We bought an F150 and a Focus from this dealership within a week. Even through a remodel they were fast, friendly, and able to make our car buying expierence a great one. I will certainly return for all of my future Ford purchases and service work. I see now they have a brand new facility which will only make there services better. I will recomend World Ford to all of my friends and family in the market for a New Ford or preowned vehicle.

I had been weeks searching the Gulf Coast dealerships from Biloxi to Pensacola for a good deal on a used car. Found something I liked at World Ford and made an offer - after some back and forth we came to an agreement that I was very happy with. Sales associate Sandy McMurphy made the process easy, and the whole experience was quite enjoyable. Sandy was more than helpful, cordial, knowledgeable and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I recommend Sandy to all and will seek him out for any further purchases.

Two days after purchasing the vehicle that was supposed to be equipped with the voice activated SYNC system (one of the main reasons for my purchase of the vehicle) the system would not work. I have now taken it to the dealership three times and they do not seem to even understand how the system works. They acted like problem was isolated to my vehicle. More specifically they wanted to believe that it was my ipod that was the problem. But searching the SYNC website I find that it is an ongoing problem with the system. At no time has there been any talk about replacing the module that seems to be the problem which I would think would be a logical next step. At least until I saw the website listing the hundreds of similar issues. All they want to do is to keep resetting my ipod and the SYNC system in the vehicle. These resets have been done numerous times and do not resolve the issue. They obviously are selling vehicles with features that they have no idea how to support or features that just do not work as advertised. All I know is that I am completely frustrated trying to deal with the local dealership, and the continued run around I am getting. The continued trips to the dealership with no real resolution to the problems are just unacceptable.

Having been to multiple Ford dealerships throughout the country, it is safe to say that this one has been the best so far. The staff was happy to negotiate both on price of sale and on trade-in, as well as patient and helpful. Both the salesman and the sales manager were very eager to answer questions. Mark Wallace even took an extended amount of time to explain how to utilize all of the Sync features with the new car. Extremely satisfied with the level of care as well as the price and financing that was provided. I will definitely be returning when it is time to purchase my next vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

Brought my car in because my ABS light was on and my car shuddered. $1,142.75 later I drove it away and 3 miles down the road the ABS light is on again! Explain that one. Sitting in shop waiting again to "see what the problem is"! Don't bring your car here if you are smart I never will come here again for any reason!

I have been a customer of World Ford since I bought my Focus in 2005. I was happy with the deal then, and when the Fusion came out in the 2010 body design, I had to get it. So I had an accident that totaled my car, and I was able to get the Fusion I have right now, and they were able to fix my car as well. So therefore I had to make sure to go to World Ford to get the Fusion I wanted. After the accident, when I was finally able to get another car, I went straight to World Ford. I want to get a 2010 Ford Edge. So I hope to go there, and I highly recommend going to World Ford that I wanted to do a commercial or testimonial for them.Sherman

The badgering and holier than thou is unbelievable as I try to get a reasonable price on a 2011 Mustang. I just walked out......Forget about trying to accomplish a test drive with the wife alone. We had the sales rep in the back seat and the conversation was uncomfortable at the least. At over 50 years of age and retired military, it was the worst experience I have ever experienced with attempting to purchase a new vehicle. PERIOD !

To make a long story short:Wife pre-orders a new Fiesta with the FORD official site.At time of delivery we discover:- Keypad is missing- Sync option is missingWhen asking for it, discovered more discrepancies.Sales person discovers the keypad in a box as well as mud flaps protection, nothing was installed.Still wanted us to sign all the papers, even if we did not take delivery that day (or possibly the next). I refused.I asked for a manager to give a feedback. I expected a simple: "Sorry, we need to do better'Instead I had a condescending answer:- This is a new car, we did not know how to order it (?????)Then the kicker:- You do not have to buy the car.I suggest to anyone thinking of buying a Ford:- Walk off to another dealershipIn addition (for a purchase anywhere):- Get an COMPLETE descriptive copy of the car order with all the options- Physically take the time to verify the car BEFORE signing anything for delivery.- Double check final bill with original sales contract

After repeatedly promising that he could get our payments to 400/month with a 4.9% APR (after we waited literally 4 hours for the paperwork) our salesman BRIAN AGCAOILI (Asian man) tried to jack the price up 50 bucks a month literally as we sat down to sign. He tried to tell us our credit wasn't good enough for the 4.9% offer (I check it monthly and checked it again when we got home and it was excellent) we then said we would use USAA's financing (4.4%, which would actually decrease our payments, right? If 4.9% was going to get us 400/month then 4.4% should be even less) but he only came down to 440 a month. He is a liar and he wasted four hours of our time - after promising to do "Whatever it takes" to get our payment to 400 a month. More like "whatever it takes" to make a buck. If you go there, make sure to AVOID Brian Agcaoili!!!!!

Had defect with my 2007 F150 emblem and tried to get warrenty work done but was treated very badly by body shop. I actually requested parts to take to another dealer to install but was refused. It seems that they would rather argue than just do the right thing. I chose to keep the truck with defective emblem rather than deal with body shop even though the work would be done free.

I purchased a F150 new in Jan 06, not a positive experience, this dealer was one of the worst. The service is far worse, for warrenty work I was told numerous false information. One simple job took eight days when I complained I was told that part of the problem was the holiday on Monday, it was actually the week before. I was told because I replaced a headlight bulb with a off the shelf regular Sylvania bulb the burned wire harness was not under warrenty and the non-Ford buld was the reason. I had the same warrenty work done again at Astro Mercury across the street and it took 30 hours vs eight days at World. When parts did not arrive for this truck I was told that they simply waited untill the parts came in. They did not make a phone call to check on the delivery date. I recently purchased a GMC because of the dealer, I did not want to have to go to World Ford for warrenty work.

Purchased a 06 F150 four years ago, what a joke. Since then service is worse, adviser had more excuses than our federal government. Said the service time (eight days)was longer than expected because of the Monday holiday, there was none, it was the previous week. Told light harness failed due to replacement(not Ford) bulbs, they were traditional off the shelf at Advance. How much time do you have? Recently went to a GMC mainly to avoid this dealer FYI untill I traded I started going to Astro across the street, they can service Fords. Great people but they cannot sell me a new Ford truck.

This dealership is the worst one to deal with when you have warranty problems. Also when I wanted to buy a new 2010 Shelby, the new car manager didn't even go out to look at my 2008 Mustang to give me an estimate and just threw some number out to me. Brought my last 5 vehicle from this dealer but had to go to mobile to order my 2010 Mustang Shelby. Guess this dealer did't want to sell me one for about 56k

I went to the internet to see what trucks were available with what equipment and I also went to Chevrolet, and GMC, and Toyota, but you already know I bought the Ford F150XLT and it is equiped better than the others and the price was only $300.00 higher out the door. Your sales staff, Aaron Fries, Tommy and Paul all were very kind and my experience was very good. by the way I now have about 1500 miles on the truck and have outfitted it with A Topper with bins in the side doors and a bed slide to give access to tools at the back gate. It would only be nice if Ford would provide those extras at a good price as well, then I would buy them with the truck.Thank You so much for the good service and excellent product.
