Went here to check out a car that I saw online. It was listed at their website as 7,300. When I got to the dealer, Sam helped me and seemed to be in a hurry. He didn't bother to get to know me or anything. Furthermore, he told me that the price was 9,000 but he would drop it to 8,900. I didn't say anything but I wanted to test drive the car. I test drove it with the mechanic who was very nice and patient. It was clear there was something wrong with the internal parts of the car but I still didn't say anything when I got back except when Sam asked how the ride went. Then all of a sudden he was saying things like "good luck trying to find something like this in this good condition" and other things like that typical car salesman tactics. I was ready to pay cash but Sam's personality was very disrespectful and rude. What sealed the deal for me to walk away was when he gave me a high price (different from their website) and he said "I don't negotiate prices just to let you know". That showed me that he doesn't really care about his customers. I would advise skipping this dealership and find others who are willing to listen to you and collaborate on a fair deal.

I was having a bad time finding a place to buy a car from and most of them were just mean and not welcoming but Wisam was one of the best and he had me with all of his heart and respect. I just bought a mini van from Wsautosales (William) and I must say it's the best car buying experience I've had. The prices are incredible they work with you as best as they can and never I felt pressured like at other dealerships. I would recommend this place 100 times over and when I'm in need of another vehicle this will be my first stop.

5.0 star rating 3/24/2016 I had a great experience at Ws Auto Sales. I worked with William. He was the ideal car salesman -- not pushy, in your face, or annoying. He was knowledgeable and humble, and open to letting my family and I take 25 minutes to get our car seats installed and take an Durango (which we would ultimately buy) for a test drive (without him). We traded in our old car, got a fair price for it, bought our new car, and were driving off the lot That's pretty much unheard of in the world of used car sales. We got a 100,000mile/5 year power train warranty, which gave us peace of mind when buying an older vehicle. When we got home, we discovered a couple of problems with the vehicle that neither we nor they had known about before the purchase. They worked with us (painlessly) to get those problems fixed utilizing their favored mechanic. And they paid for it. I don't care who you are; that's great customer service. Purchasing a used car is daunting, and it's hard to know who to trust. We had a great experience at Wsautosales Car Sales and would recommend these guys to anyone. Clean lot, good selection, nice folks, all around a good experience.

Very happy with the customer service they all provided me with! If I ever need anything, they're always there to help! Bought a 2009 Chrysler 300 and I'm very happy! There was a small problem in my car, and they handled it right away and handling all the dmv paper work for me! Any questions, they're always there for you! 5 starts from this customer!

I purchased my 2nd used car from W/S Auto Sales, the dealership is not all that but the cars are in great shape and they were very honest and forward with me about the previous accident on the BMW. I had it inspected and it the car passed with flying colors. I would defiantly come back.

Ws auto sales is great work with them again. I bought a Acura TL 4 years ago. They helped me with financing and I sold it back to them. William gave me more than anyone else. Very nice business. great service. I recommend to all of my friends and family.

Went here last month to buy a car for my 17 year old son. William helped us out by showing us several cars within our budget. All of these were reasonably priced, reliable & great gas mileage & all of them were very clean cars, It was a super easy deal and process, one of the best experiences at a used car dealership ever. Car is perfect for my son and we haven't had a single problem. I would highly recommend New Deal Used Cars.

I was gonna buy a low budget car either Manual or auto transmission. But I was quite unsure about everything. Then William patiently showed me all the details for the purchase. He let me tried a stick shift even tho I was not really good at driving it yet. I got a VW Jetta. It was a great car for me, it after one day I thought about it and he let me return it for another car. Really appreciated the service and understanding of the place.

I am very happy with my 2009 Toyota Prius. It was very clean. My father said it had very low mileage and was a great price. I have had it for 4 months. It works perfectly. It gets great gas mileage. I took it to Missouri to visit friends. It ran perfectly and looks great. It is comfortable for everyone, even me, six ft 4 inches. San and William were very helpful and made me choose the best car for me. This is my first car. I love it!

As soon as I pulled up every car I saw just walking through the lot, seemed like someone put love into them. Everything was maintained and I was greeted with a smile, and lots of responses to help and responses to my questions. I loved it. The cars which were used look very brand new. This dealership puts love in there business.

I found a car online that I was considering purchasing, but after having spoken with both of the brothers who own the dealership, I decided not to buy from them. They told me several parts (alternator, brakes, etc.) had been replaced, but there was no record of that on the Car Fax report. They had some story about a woman who was going to purchase the car for her husband. I had heard the same story about a different car of theirs when I called a couple of weeks prior. One of the brothers wanted $1,000 down and if I decided not to buy the car, he said I would get $500 back. Be wary; these guys are wheeler-dealers. The car I was considering had had only a couple of oil changes in nine years of ownership. In addition, it had had four previous owners, none of whom really maintained the car. I bought a car from a different dealership; they were nice, low key, didn't lie, and made the buying experience a pleasant one.
